Hi, everybody. Welcome back. Sorry, whatever, over sharing an NWA podcast. Um, I it's been a minute since I recorded last. Um, I it was I think the end of April, and you know, just end of school, graduation, all the things, and then summer. So everybody's home. So um trying to figure out, you know, a good routine. I feel like it's funny that every summer, usually about about this time of the summer, like we really start getting into a good routine, and then like school starts back, and we're like, oh, okay, now we're switching it all up. I imagine that happens to a lot of moms and parents. Um, you understand what I'm talking about. But uh, we've had a really great summer so far. But I wanted to hop on because I'm really excited for season three. I have been thinking a lot about what I want to do with this podcast. I actually got a chance to speak to a friend of mine, um, Danielle Keller. She actually um now owns the Peekaboo magazine. I don't know if you guys have seen those, like in doctor's offices and and whatnot. But so Danielle also has a podcast. Um, it's called People of Northwest Arkansas. So along with the Peekaboo magazine, she's also has that in her, she's uh has a co-host, another Danielle. Um, and so I got to meet with her. She was so kind to just kind of chat with me about things and she was so encouraging, and um, it really got me excited to really dig in and try to do some more in this podcast world. Um, I appreciate everybody that listens. And it's crazy that I'm still getting downloads over these past few months and I haven't even had an episode out, and I that humbles me to like no end the fact that people are still thinking about me and downloading episodes to listen to. So I really appreciate that. Um, but with all that being said, I have a list in my phone right now on my notes app, and it's um different people that I would like to have on here to talk to this next season. I actually have 10 people on my list. Most of them I've already asked, and they are like all about it, and I appreciate that. And then some of them I'm a little nervous about asking. So we will see. We'll see what comes of it. But I'm really pumped. But with that being said, I wanted to throw out this random episode in the middle of the summer, and then I also am gonna throw out another one probably the beginning of August. I um I've talked Aiden, uh my oldest, into coming on and doing an episode with me. Uh, not only do I think it would be something to listen to, whether you're a mom of boys or just mom of older kids, just in general, we're gonna talk about transitioning to college, you know, getting ready for that. But also, I selfishly want to have an episode where I have a conversation with him that I can record and keep. Um it just I feel like that is gonna be really special to me one day. So um selfishly, that's for me. But I also hope that you guys listen to that when it comes. But I'll let you know it'll probably be the beginning of August. And then after that, we're gonna start season three and start get going. So um thanks for being patient with me. It's just uh summertime is you know, it just uh that's a lot. I love my boys. We've had a really great summer, actually. Um I used to dread summertime coming. I love to be by myself and have alone time. And I felt like summers would just drag on forever because somebody always needed me all the time, and it was hot outside, and you know, I just I got really overwhelmed by it. Like I remember um like when the last day of schools school would come, like, you know, even just a few years ago, y'all. It hasn't been that long that I've finally adjusted to it, that I would like just get sick to my stomach. And I hate that. Like they're my boys, I love them so much. I should be like, yeah, summertime, let's all hang out together forever and always be together and always, always being together. Um and it was hard. I would, I would eventually get into the rhythm of it and we would have good summers, but it's also hard when they're little, they just they need a lot more. Um, you really have to try to entertain them a lot. And I I would say it's been progressing over the past few years, but this summer so far has been our absolute best summer. Uh the boys are old enough to kind of just do things on their own, like even more. Um they're fun to take places because it's not a lot of work. Uh, they're funny, they um they both are, you know, all the boys like to read, but the little boys are into reading right now. And I just I've it's just, I guess the course of parenting, but have learned we kind of have some boundaries on the summer. Like, you know, if they want to have screen time, they have to read for 30 minutes. Or um, hey, if you want to do this, then this, this, and this needs to happen. And I can just send them off to do it. And honestly, like I can also leave the house for a little bit and come back. Like they're old enough to kind of hang out and just be. Um, but it's been a really good summer, and I am generally gonna be sad when they go back to school this year because uh it's just there's just a lot. I mean, it's the last year before Aiden goes to college, last summer before Aiden goes to college, and you know, it's just it's just been a really good summer. Granted, it just turned super effing hot, and it's gonna be hot for the foreseeable future, like 90s um and humid. And this is the part of summer we're all like, okay, you can't really go outside unless you're physically in water. Um, and then also, like, you know, school starts for us like the middle of August, and like it's always such a good time because it's like we're ready for some structure, and also it's so hot you can't really be outside. So it's like you might as well start school, you know. Um, but anyways, it's just been a good summer. We have done a lot of biking, which that's gonna have to take a pause for a minute because just like I said, it's so stinking hot. Uh, but all the boys got new bikes or the little boys got new bikes, and that's been fun. We have a lot of greenways. If you're listening and you're in northwest Arkansas, we have a lot of greenways that are fun to ride, like, and we'll do different things. Like we'll start some, we'll start at one point of the greenway and ride down to get a snow cone and then like turn around and come back. And you know, just things like that. Kohler is a really awesome park that has the greenway running through it and like a creek. It's beautiful down there. There's like a little coffee shop. Um, so we've done that a couple of times and it's shaded, so it stays a little bit cooler, but that's been really fun. That's been something new that we've really kind of dug into this summer. Um, we've done a lot of swimming. Um I'm pretty tan right now, which is awesome, but also I'm like, eek, how much damage have I done to my skin this summer? But we've we've been swimming a lot, going out to the lake. We have a boat out on Beaver Lake, and so we've been doing that. And then we also just got back from um a beach trip to Florida, and all five of us went and it was so awesome. We um we flew out there, which was our first time to fly down to Florida, which I told Trent, I said he's officially ruined me. We will be flying to Florida from here on out every single time because it's literally an hour and a half flight versus a 12 and a half hour drive. Um, because we like to drive, but that is just not my favorite drive, honestly, to make down there. So flying was awesome. Um, allegiant all the way. Um, you're paying for every single thing that you have, but it's so much cheaper and you get there so fast. But we went down to the 30A area and spent basically like we got there late Saturday night and we left Thursday afternoon. So we had, I think, like four full days of beach and pool, and it was awesome. I would, I feel like this is the summer of like things are just taking a turn, but like we best beach trip we've ever had with the boys. Um, they could hang out and like play on the beach, but then like if they got tired where we stay is kind of like a gated community little thing, like condo um situation. And uh so we could like if the little boys were like we're done with the beach, um, we were like, okay, well, you can go swim in the big pool because they have like a resort style pool there. And so they would just go from one to the other and then come back and check on us. And I don't like that, that is like a whole other level of parenting when you have kids that can kind of go do their own thing as long as they stick together. Um, you also obviously need to be somewhere that you feel safe for them to do that, but it was great. We had the best time. Um, we would come back, they would chill out, they would play Roblox with Aiden. Aiden's so such a good big brother about like playing with them. And then we would go get dinner or like one night we ate it. I don't know. It just is easy. I remember one time uh when Aaron was little, like a baby, there is nothing worse than going to the beach with a baby, if I'm being honest. It's awful. And if and if you don't think that, if you've been to the beach with a baby and you had a blast, I want to know how how you how did that happen that you had a good time? Because babies are hard all the time, but when you're at the beach and there's sand everywhere and it's hot and all the things like that was not enjoyable to me. This trip was fun. So I'm gonna move on. Sorry, that took way too much time. Um, I also was going to update you guys if you really even care. But I um I know the last episode, I think I was talking about like my hormonal things. Um, I know that that is such a topic right now, like a hot topic, and it's probably annoying to hear about all the time. But I I know that I talked about the last episode, and I have officially, I officially have a game plan, and it has been amazing. Um, I have a friend, her name is Ashley. Um we did PTO together, and um I was we were all meeting up one night for dinner because I love those PTO girls. Um, but I was telling them how I was just struggling with some hormone stuff, and Ashley was like, Oh, I I've seen a doctor in Johnson who um is like a hormone replacement therapy doctor. And she was like, he's awesome. His name is Dr. Olson, and he is in Johnson, um, kind of over by the hospital there in Johnson. And I went and met with him. He could not have been kinder. He answered a lot of questions for me. He looked at my blood work, and now I'm officially an old lady who takes multiple pills every day and uh puts testosterone cream on my arm. So um, but I will tell you this my joint pain has gotten so much better, my energy level has gotten better, uh, my mood has gotten better. Gosh, I know I was not very fun to be around for a time. And I'm I still have my moments, but I feel so much better. Um, he actually put me on some thyroid medicine because my thyroid was low, which was something I had not heard about from anybody before. And I'm just very, very thankful for him and thankful for um the ability to take this stuff to help my body um to kind of balance itself back out. So I'm going to link to him because I have talked to so many women who are like, oh, that sounds great. And there's just there's so much information out there. I really trust him. Um, I'm really thankful that Ashley sent me his way. And so I'm gonna link him on here. I actually would really like for him to come on and do an episode with me. I already mentioned it to him, and I think he thought that I was a crazy weirdo. But um, I go back in a few weeks and I'm gonna ask again. Um anyway, so we'll move on from that. But uh one more topic that I want to talk about, and then I plan on discussing some books I've read and shows and movies I've watched and some new music. Um, and then I'll end with my favorite part and favorite song. But I does anyone I know that there are some of you that are listening that are around my age, but uh Ariel and I, my sister used to watch, you know, Laguna Beach and The Hills and you know, all those reality shows that came out like I was in high school. Um, but I kind of have a new obsession, I guess, uh, with Kristen Cavalleri. I know a lot of you probably know who she is. She lives in Nashville now, and she has her own podcast and cookbooks and all kinds of things. But I follow her on all the like on social media, and then I also will listen to her podcasts. Not all of them. Some sometimes I think that my how do I say this? My like beliefs and stuff are a little different than hers. And so some of the episodes I don't listen to, but a lot of them I do because she's super entertaining and she also just kind of says it like it is, and I feel like the older I get, the more I appreciate that. But it's so funny because back when we watched The Hills and Laguda Beach, like she was like the bad, you know, the bad girl on the show or whatever. And now I've like really dived in and I think that she's awesome. She looks amazing. Um, I appreciate her talking about how she works out and you know, how she eats, and then also being a mom, and just there's just a lot of realness with her. And so um I appreciate her oversharing in her podcast, but there's one episode in particular that I just listened to. I'm I'm really trying to, we all are, okay, like another hot topic. You can just fast forward through this part if you want to, but I'm really trying to not only focus on my hormonal health, but also my physical health. Um my I'll make this short, but my grandfather passed away a few years ago from um Alzheimer's and he had diabetes and that he got older in age. And so I think with him passing away, it's just I know that I my I have a family history of of you know of those things. And I feel like right now my goal is just to really try to do the best to take care of my body the best way that I can. Um, you know, we are inundated with like so much information about that. But I I think right now my goal is to eat the best way I can, get these hormones, you know, figured out, because really that has a lot to do with a lot of aging issues. Um, and that's why I would like to have him on because I'm not even gonna attempt to talk about it because that I'm I'm a dummy. Okay, I'm learning all these things. But she has an episode where she talks about the things that she eats and how, you know, she lives her life and like um trying to live the cleanest that she can. Um, you know, that includes Whole Foods, but also like environmental. And I've really enjoyed listening to it. I'm don't know if I'll ever be as hardcore as she is, though I don't think that there's anything wrong with that. But I'm slowly trying to, you know, put new things into practice that I feel like are beneficial to my not only my health, but like my boy's health. So a couple of those things too. Um, I'm kind of dipping my toes into like making our own bread. Thank you, Holly, um, for that recommendation. I actually actually just made my first loaf of like sandwich bread and it smelled amazing and it tastes pretty good. I think I overcooked it a little bit or overbaked it a little bit, but Holly gave me a recipe to that, so I will link to that as well. Um, I also with the boys, uh, I don't know about your kids, but they eat a lot of goldfish and cheez-its and you know, all kinds of things. And so I'm just trying to replace those things. Um Holly also gave me a recipe for or told me about um making her own Cheez Its. And so I attempted that. The boys actually really liked it, but y'all, it's a lot of work. And um, I had to portion them so that they wouldn't just eat them all because it literally took me a very long time to make them. Um, but I'll put I'll link both of those. Um, but also just trying to, you know, we got a new Whole Foods in town, which is awesome. Um, and honestly, Walmart has really upped their game in like, you know, cleanness factors of like their foods and stuff that you can buy. But, you know, I'm just trying to, we're all just trying to do the best we can. And so I just wanted to throw that out there that that is what's on my mind a lot right now in the summer. And I was making bread, I was making bread the other day, and Trent was like, you're basically the pioneer woman. I was like, no, I know, look at me, except not at all. Um, but that's what's been going on over here. Uh I now I'm gonna switch over to some books that I've read lately that I have really enjoyed. I've been able to read quite a bit this summer. Once again, boys are older, so I can sit and read my book while they're doing something, and I don't have to be, you know, entertaining people all the time. But I have four books. Um, I've read more than that, but these are the ones that really stood out to me uh that I really enjoyed. The first one is Dolly All the Time by Annabelle Monahan. I've read some of her other books, but this one by far has been was my favorite of hers. It's really cute, it's really funny. Um, the characters in it are just it was so easy and fun to follow along with them. She, her and her like best friends relationship is just my favorite. Um, it was just such a good summer read. It's quick, it's cute, it's funny, it'll keep you entertained. Um, it'll also, it's also just, you know, about she's a single mom and it's just about her trying to, you know, be the best mom that she can and daughter and friend. And it's just, it's just really cute and funny. So I would recommend that definitely for the summer. I also read um The Calamity Club by Katherine Stockett. Um, she is also the author of The Help. And I think this is the first book. This is like the only, I think it's the second book she's had published, like after The Help. Um, so good. It's really, really good. It's uh based in the 30s. Um I'm I am not a very good book describer, but um, it's about these two sisters that are basically trying to figure out how to survive during the 30s. Um it's about a girl who is in a, so it's like from two different perspectives. One of the sisters' perspectives, and then the other perspective is a, I believe she's 12, a 12-year-old girl who is in a children's home. And it follows both their storylines and they get connected, and then it just is how, you know, then just things progress and roll along. But um, really good. She's an awesome author. Um, my only negative about it is it's really long. So just prepare yourself for that. I do think it's worth the read. I do think it's 100% worth a read, but it's pretty long. So just have that in your head when you start reading. Um, the third book is called Mad Mabel by Sally Hepworth. So Sally Hepworth, I've read a few different books of hers, and I really enjoy her writing because it's a little mystery, um, kind of mystery, not really thriller, but like mystery-esque books. But I do not like scary books. I've repeated that so many times on this podcast that if you've listened to any episodes, I've probably said that. I don't like scary, and she does a really good job of like creating a mystery. They're quick, easy reads. Um, but I don't like stay up at night after I read them. So uh Mad Mabel is about an older woman who has been linked to a couple different murders, and um, it just tells her story. It's really good. And then last but not least, I just finished this one on the beach trip. Uh, my friend Kristen, um, who I know from my small group at church, she recommended this book to me. And it's actually a romantic fantasy book. So think like Fourth Wing, um, you know, the Aquatar series, like that kind of that kind of lane, which I really do enjoy those books. And I haven't read one in a while. And uh Kristen really, she's she reads a lot of those. Those are like, I think that's maybe her favorite genre to read. So I knew she was a person to ask. So I wanted a good recommendation for like a romanticy, I think is what they call it book. And this hit the spot. It was perfect. Um, I love the characters, it was very fourth wing-esque. Um, but it's called Shield of Sparrows by Devney Perry, which Devney, I love that name so much. By Devney Perry. Um, it's the first in a trilogy. And so the second book has already come out. I I plan on reading that, but I haven't started it yet. So this is the first of three. And then I think the third book will come out maybe next year. Maybe, I don't know. Um, so good. It um it's yeah, it's just it's very like if you loved Fourth Wing, I'm looking at you, Mari. Um, they you're gonna love this book. Uh so those are probably my four top books so far of the summer. Um, and I will probably try to update you guys every once in a while with some new books, but those have been my favorite. Okay, now I'm gonna move on to shows and movies. So I said at the beginning of this year that I really wanted to watch more shows. Well, we flew out to California with Aiden for his senior trip and then, you know, flying to um the beach. And I've just had some time to actually like sit and watch a show on my phone, is what I've been doing. But um, a few of them that I've watched is Running Point. I've watched season one and season two of that on Netflix. It has Kate Hudson in it, and it's about like a MB, an NBA team and um like a family's dynamic of like owning the team. So, so, so good. Hilarious. Laugh out loud, funny. Um, the director of Running Point is Mindy Kay Ling. So, I mean, she's just hilarious and she does such fun things, and I have loved it. I love the characters, I love how they interact with each other. It has to do with basketball, which I do like basketball. Um, but Kate Hudson can do no wrong. I truly, she, I love her so much. I think she's beautiful, I think she's funny, I think she's just the whole package. She's awesome. Um, I also watched on our way back from no, on our way to California, I finally watched Remarkably Bright Creatures, the movie. So I read the book, you know, when it came out, probably a few years ago. The movie is so, so good. It has Sally Fields in it, and I she's amazing. And the movie was so good. I actually started crying watching it on the plane. And of course it was when they were coming by to ask what kind of drink I wanted or whatever. And I was like, I just like looked at them and like had tears in my eyes, and it made me wonder. I bet that that happens fairly often. Um, maybe not fairly often, but you know, people are watching movies and stuff, and I wonder what reaction they like, you know, that they see flight attendants see in people's faces when they like look up at them. But I loved it. It was very feel good and just oh beautifully done. It was perfect. Perfect. Um, and then a show that I am currently watching, but I'm in season two, and I only have two more episodes of there's only two seasons out right now, but is four seasons. Um, it has Tina Faye in it, um, Steve Carell in it. I don't really know, not I don't think there's any other actors that I really know names of, but it's basically basically about these three couples that are in their early to mid-50s and just kind of follows them throughout life. So through each season, there's like two episodes in the spring that take place in the spring, two in the summer, two in the fall, two in the winter. So each season has eight episodes. Um, but really good. I will say there are moments I was like, oh my gosh, okay. Um I try not to be uh I mean there are just some moments that like you probably don't want to watch with kids around. I'll just say that. Um, but most of the moments are not that way. Uh the characters, the way they interact is just it's really funny. It's a really real life. Like there's some, there's some like marriage moments, like where the couple is talking together, and I'm like, oh my gosh, Trent and I have had that same conversation. Uh Tina Faye is awesome, and this is just a great, it's a really, really great show. And I'm sad to finish the second season, so I'm really hoping for a new season to come out. Um, and then last but not least on the movies, the brothers and I have been watching movies this summer, and we've watched Project Hell Mary together, which is so good. We watched Michael, the Michael Jackson movie, and so funny because Aaron now like loves his music and he plays it like he's, you know, because it's brand new to him. But he's like, Mommy, have you ever heard this song, Beat It? And I'm like, Yeah, I have. But we watched a movie and it was really good. It was kid friendly, which granted it was the first half of his life, so you know, maybe a little more kid friendly than the second half, but they are coming out with a second movie, so we'll see. Uh, we watched Hoppers, which was a cute little movie. We watched Toy Story 5, of course, talk about emotions, definitely elicited some from me. And also Taylor Swift's new song, I knew it, I knew you, I think is what it is. Uh, so catchy. And but every time the boys come on, they're like, oh, Taylor Swift. And I'm like, this is a good song. Um, but I know it's everywhere, so everybody's heard it. And then we are also watching the three Tom Holland Spider-Man movies because there's a new Spider-Man coming out with him as Spider-Man, I think next week, maybe. So I told the boys that we would watch the three with him in it leading up to it, and then we would all go watch that together. So that's been fun. We've watched the first two. Um, and then last but not least, I took so Aiden, Ace, and I went and watched Young Washington in the movie theater, which it was really good. Um, Aaron would have been bored out of his mind, but Ace loved it because he's my history buff, and Aiden really likes history too. So um, it was really good. It was um it was well done. Like it was very well done and just very like Merica, you know. Um, but it was great. I would recommend that too if you have anybody that loves history in your family or even is just interested in it. But Ace really liked it, and so did Aiden. Um, and then okay, I need to I need to be fast. Um a couple musicians right now that I'm uh slightly obsessed with um is so we went and watched Hardy at the beginning of summer um in concert. It was Aiden, Ace and I. Um, and we love him so much, but he had somebody open for him and his name was Cameron Whitcomb. And he like after when he first walked out, we were like, who's this guy? Like he's like very like skater boy looking. And you know, I have Ace who's like country all the way, but we he won us over very quickly. Um he just is kind of I don't even know how to describe him, like I wouldn't even say country. He's definitely more kind of like rock, maybe. I don't, I don't even know, but he's got a really he's got a few really good songs, and one of them is Kingdom of Fear. I'm gonna link it, but it's really good. And Medusa is my second favorite uh song of his. So I'm gonna link those up by Cameron Wickham. He's like this little, you know, 12-year-old looking boy. Um and then I also uh I'm still loving Ella Langley. Um, her new album's awesome. A couple of my favorites from there. I mean, I love all of them, but uh Loving Life Lately is so good, and then I really love her bottom of your boots song. Um, she's just she's a rock star. I really like her a lot. And then another song that's been stuck in my head that the boys are super annoyed with me singing is uh Boston by Stella Lefty. So good. It's just good. There, I have no no notes. Uh just a really fun, catchy song. Um, and so with that being said, I'm gonna end there and I'm going to switch us over to my favorite part of the summer so far. Um, I'll see you in a second. Okay, my favorite parts of the summer so far. Um, like I said, we've been swimming a lot. So uh swimsuits are, let's just be honest, they suck. They're not fun to put on ever. Um I it's just not my favorite to wear a swimsuit, if I'm being honest. But I do have a favorite brand that I've really kind of stuck to the past few years. Um, and it's funny because I was talking to my friend Holly again the other day, and we're talking about swimsuits, and it just one million percent just depends on your body type, right? How tall you are, how the large your upper body is, how large your bottom of the body your your bottom is. And um, but a swimsuit that I have really fallen in love with and that now it's my go-to is um the airy swimsuits. I just really like airy. I don't know, maybe maybe their clothing just fits me the best that I like, but um maybe if you're a tall girl like me, or um yeah, I don't know, it's hard. I have a hard time wearing like one piece swimsuits because I'm so tall that it just gets a little uncomfortable. Um, it's the same with like jumpsuits and stuff. Like I just, I don't know, my body shape just doesn't do it well. So I really like their two pieces. I like their high-rise bottoms, but they do like a crossover in the front. So it kind of, I don't know, just kind of makes everything look a little, a little thinner. I don't know the other word, just a little, a little tighter there. Comes above my belly button. I'm definitely not gonna be wearing a bikini that is below my belly button. Um, and then I just really like their tops, like they're just very solid, they hold everything in usually the way that they should. I mean, as much as they can. Um, but I just I really enjoy those. So I'm gonna I'm gonna link to like one that I recently bought that I've really like. Um and then also I have a garden and I have squirrels. And not only do the squirrels like to eat my birdseed, but they also like to eat my tomatoes, which is very aggravating, very aggravating. But I've recently started getting a subscription to Southern Living magazine. Um, so basically, I'm just an old woman in a 38-year-old's body, but I'm not sad about it. Um, but in it, one of the tips, like the gardening expert that's in it. I'm sorry, I don't know his name right now, but literally someone wrote in and was like, How do I keep these squirrels off my plants? And I was like, Yes, how do you? And so I looked it up, and there's this like netting that he said to buy. Sure enough, I bought that netting and I went out there and I put it up, and so far, so good. Squirrels are really smart, so we will see. But it has been awesome. And Trent and I literally picked five tomatoes off today that are red, and we're having BLTs for dinner, uh, which is our favorite. Um, another thing, I'm still loving my puzzles, and my friend Mari bought me a like puzzle board table. I've had one before, but I got rid of it, I think, in one of our moves. So she bought me one for my birthday, but this one is extra special because not only does it have drawers, but it also has this like plastic like cover that I can lay down on my puzzle when I'm not working on it, or on the pieces when I'm not working on it, and just kind of keeps it all there. Now, why this is important. I have a cat and her name is Rosie. She is a Garfield of a cat. She's a huge fat cat that lives her best life in her house, but she likes to come over and mess with my puzzle pieces. And they I've lost some. I don't know what happens to them. I don't know if she eats them, I don't know if she hits them under something, and I just never have found them. But there's nothing more aggravating than doing a puzzle, getting to the end, and realize you're missing one or two pieces. That makes me want to scream. So, because Mari got me this puzzle little puzzle board thing, and it has this cover, I just put that on that on every time. And you better believe I have seen Rosie get up there and walk around on it, and I'm like, uh, I outsmarted you, cat. So I'm loving that right now. And then the last thing is I found myself, I've been wanting a pair of, I'm kind of obsessed with Ella Langley as well. Um, as I don't know if you can tell, but I bought a pair, I literally searched up Ella Langley sunglasses because I love like the retro ones that she has, and I found a pair. Um, and I've had to buy two pairs because I lost one in the lake. Um, but thankfully they're only like $14. But I've loved them and they're super cute, and they're just a cheap, cheap little summer glasses that I've been wearing to the pool and stuff. Um, I will say they the pair I found are on Amazon. And I that's like a bad word in our house. And so I am just gonna say that I'm linking to that. And I'm sorry, Trent. I'm so sorry. But that's where I found them. Um, and then I'm gonna finish with uh my favorite song right now. I've talked about a lot of music. We listen to a lot of music, um, especially when we're out on the lake, or but you know, we just there's music always playing around us. Um, but one of my favorite songs currently is called Edge of the USA. It's by Ernest, and Ernest is a country singer, but he um he kind of he writes music for like Morgan Wallen and Hardy and like a bunch of people. He's a really famous like writer, but he has a new album out, or it's been out for a little bit now, but it's kind of a beachy theme, but it's really good. The whole album is good, but Edge of the USA is currently um my favorite. So thanks for listening. Uh welcome back to Me Rambling. I am super excited for a new season to start in August, and I am pumped to get to talk to some really amazing people. Um, but also be on the lookout for this episode with Aiden. Uh, I think it's gonna be really sweet and special, and like I said selfishly, um, I'm excited to have a recorded conversation with him. But thanks for listening to this. I hope you're having a wonderful summer. Stay cool. Um soak it up. The summer is flying by, and it's so easy to say because I feel like when the boys were little, summer dragged on, but it gets to the point where it really flies by. So enjoy it. Um I hope I just oh no. Thanks for listening. If you've made it this far, I really appreciate it. But uh, I'll see you soon. Bye.
