Ava Dellaira
Ava Dellaira is the author of Love Letters to the Dead, In Search of Us, and Exposure. Born in Los Angeles and raised in Albuquerque, she studied at the University of Chicago and the Iowa Writers’ Workshop before working in film, including as an associate producer on The Perks of Being a Wallflower. Her debut was inspired by the loss of her mother, and her later novels explore themes of family, love, and identity. She now lives near the San Gabriel Mountains in California with her husband and two children. When she’s not writing, she enjoys reading, hiking, yoga, traveling, and making homemade pizza.
