And uh you know there are scripture references that uh give us uh hidden things, you know, hidden gems for things you find out. Uh one of them is where Jesus said that they would rejoice in heaven over one sinner. In Luke chapter 15, then he says, more than 99 just persons which need no repentance. So these people that say nobody's perfect, I guess they never read that. Because there's 99 that don't even need to repent. And you know, people say, well, nobody can live right. Well, the Bible says right there that there's 99. That means that's 99%. And uh, of course that reminds us of uh when uh when Elijah said, I'm the only Lord. And uh the Lord said, I have reserved, I have left me 7,000 that have not bowed me to Baal. You know, Ahab and Jezebel was ruling uh uh Judah and Samaria at that time, and uh, you know, even though Judah had a king, Ahab was the father-in-law of that uh Judah king, and he had such an influence. Matter of fact, the prophet asked uh the king of Judah, he said, Why would you love them that hate me? Why would you love them that hate the Lord? And uh Ahab and Jezebel was affecting so much uh at that time, and Baal, the worship of Baal was so uh prominent, and uh I was reading uh and studying about where that fire fell and that phrase where Elijah said, don't put no fire under this altar. So we're gonna we're gonna put up a uh a bullock on this altar and said, we're not gonna put no fire under it. And I got to studying about that, and some believe that those prophets of Baal had become so uh trickery that they would, they had made tunnels under their altar, and they would uh take a fire and drop it and throw it down, and that fire would come up and catch that uh catch that sacrifice. Well, whether that's the case or not, Elijah did say, Don't put no fire under it, and you're not gonna trick nobody this time. We're gonna see who is the real God. And they poured that water on there, and there was no doubt that there was uh no hidden fire under that altar. But it was during that time that uh God told Elijah, said, I have reserved 7,000 people that have not bowed a knee to Baal. When Elijah didn't, he didn't know any of them. And uh, more than likely, you know, because he said, I'm the only one. I don't think he would have just made that up. He said, I'm the only one. He felt so alone. You know, if you took the millions and uh the Lord told told uh uh Rebecca said, you're gonna be the mother of thousands of millions. Hallelujah. But if you took one person and took 7,000 and set them out there, I mean they need no comparison. Matter of fact, if you took a crowd of 7,000 and took one person out, you wouldn't even miss it. You wouldn't even you wouldn't think nothing. But I'm telling you, God can make a difference. Amen. Hallelujah. God can make the difference. So he said that uh 99 people don't even need repentance. Hallelujah. Just persons that need no repentance. Hallelujah. And uh in the talking about those hidden gems, I was reading this morning where he said if you if you don't have love, you're like a sounding brass and a tinkling cymbal, and said uh it profits nothing. But in there, there's some hidden things that he said, uh, if I have, and the translators put the gift of prophecy in there, but he said, if I have prophecy and have not love, uh, he said, I'm like a sounding brass and tinkling symbol. He said, if I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, hallelujah. Amen. Can you imagine speaking in the tongue of angels? Praise God. Heaven's language. And uh another part in there, he said, and uh he said, I can uh understand all mysteries. You know, I've never seen a day where people just show the Bible aside and said, Oh, I don't understand it. I'm not even gonna try to read it. Amen. Well, the Bible tells us there that we can understand all mysteries. And he said that we could uh be fit and all knowledge. What does it say? Amen. He said, Though I speak with the tongues of men and angels and have not charity, I become as a sounding grass and tinkling symbol. Though I have the gift of prophecy, amen, and understand all mysteries and uh knowledge, praise the Lord. I tell you, God can do it for us. Hallelujah. I believe that God can do it for us, and I'm looking for it this morning. Let's stand, open this service this morning with prayer. Amen. Believe the Lord to come by and help us in this service. Lord, I thank you for the privilege to be in your house today. I thank you, Lord, for your blessings upon us, Lord. I thank you, God, for the Spirit of God that you bless us with already in this meeting. I pray, God, that you'll help us this morning, God, to open our hearts and receive what you have for us. We give you glory and praise, Lord, for your love and mercy and great goodness, Lord.

SPEAKER_01

Hallelujah, hallelujah, Lord. We want to worship you today. We want to praise you, Lord. We want to glorify you, Lord. Everybody, Lord, in this house this morning, for you. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Lord, thank you, Jesus. Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah. Praise God, praise the Lord, praise God.

SPEAKER_02

Amen. We'll ask Brother Kids if you can leave us in singing this morning. Amen. Just grab a song, let's get in and worship the Lord. I don't use this stuff. Brother Kurt's gonna come preach to us today. Appreciate Brother Kurt and appreciate his preaching yesterday from the Lord has horses.

unknown

Appreciate being here this morning. Appreciate the education. Wow, thirty and hundred. Oh my goodness. Thank you. Thank you for doing that.

SPEAKER_05

Amen.

unknown

Matthew chapter 21. Verse 15. Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord.

SPEAKER_05

Appreciate the Lord this morning. Appreciate the word for Brother King this morning. Amen. I mean, remember Brother Hamer saying, Help me breathe. I felt like he was nervous. Help me breathe. Praise the Lord. All right, verse up the 15th. The Bible said, and when the Jew break. And when the Jew brings his crowd, all the wonderful things. Wonderful. And the children cry in the devil. And say, oh the Sunday. And sadly, I hear what you say. And Jesus said to him. The hearings, the miracles, the blessings. Right. And the children was worshiping. And they've got mad about it. Right. Amen. They was jealous of Jesus. And they said, in other words, these children are being disrespectful. Amen. And any, any religious forum that would permit children of worship is not of God. Amen. Amen. Amen. That's not of God. That's not the will of God. Right. Jesus would show special attention a lot of times with children. He picked them up and set them on his lap. Amen. Well, I'm not just talking about children this morning. I'm talking about young people. Right. Amen. Young people. We uh uh want to encourage young people to worship. We want to encourage young people to pray. Amen. I don't want to discourage them. I don't want to try to stop them. Amen. I want to try, praise God, to enhance it. I want to try to help them to do it. Praise God. We want to try to be an encouragement to our young people to worship. Right. Landsburg was a church of 40 or 50 first years a year. I've been there 28 years. We raised a group of kids, about Zach and Kelly. And they married, now they're having kids. And now we're a church of about 90-something. And a lot of them are children. But this group of Zach and Kelly's age, me and my wife Roberta there, got the count yesterday, and we counted like 13, 14 that got the Holy Ghost under the age of 10. Under the age of 10. Amen. And they're still in the thing. Zach's boys both got the Holy Ghost. And his little girl got the Holy Ghost. And I'll tell you what, we can encourage our children to worship. We want you to worship. Amen. I'm talking to you all right now. And you can have as much of the Lord. God use young people in the Word of God over and over and over. It pleases the Lord for children to worship. Trying to have a child in the way they ought to go. When they're not going to depart from it. Praise God. We're going to give them an example. When God made people lay his hand on them, look at what heaven went to heaven from Samuel over to the temple. Amen. Samuel just a little boy. And the Bible said, everybody, all of Israel knew. Thank you, Jesus. Glory to God. God, Amen. Loves young people. Look at that. We say the three Hebrew boys. Amen. The three Hebrew boys. The three Hebrew children. Amen. I'm telling you what. God had his hand on them. They had some convictions from a young age. Daniel and these three Hebrew children had to be very young. No doubt no older than teenagers. Because we've got the story of Daniel. Daniel endured the entire Babylonian captivity. That was 70 years. Amen. So it was probably about 80, 85, whatever, when that went through, maybe a little more than that. But then he went into the Persian captivity. But what I'm saying is, here the three Hebrew children have had Daniel. But I'm telling you, there was a young man that he had God on the Lord. And God used him like that all his life. My goodness. God wants to use young people. Oh Sawyer, anybody anybody that know who Zach's boy Sawyer is? Amen. He'll get down to firecomers and sing in front of those thousands of people. I tell you what, you know what? Sawyers and all of our youth, our young choirs, enjoy is to take the service so there ain't no preaching. Pap can't preach. They can do it too. You saw that. Amen. I'm telling you. Praise God. You know what does Pap get aggravated? Oh no.

unknown

When they get up, I'm going to push it. Tell them I'm bringing them on the ground now. Sha'donna my dead.

SPEAKER_05

We don't know, amen, what amen God's got for each of you sitting here today.

unknown

We don't know what the Lord may want to do, amen. With some of these young people right here. But I believe God's got his hand on some of you, brother. Amen.

SPEAKER_05

I'll tell you what, I've told you all kinds of times I'd like to see a man grow up and let us know how to have church.

unknown

Let us know he will hold them up to our life. Oh, praise God this morning.

SPEAKER_05

God wants to use young people. Amen. And he has throughout all the ages. The first time that I remember Zach singing it down, taking the whole service, he was five years old. Amen. Anybody remember Brother Robert? Brother Bobby Roper. I love Brother Robert. There was no way Brother Robert. But he was scheduled to be each that night. And old Zach took the service. Amen. I suck it out. Of course, here's what Brother Bobby used to do. He'd get to our house, he'd put Kelly in one corner, Brother Johnny and Zach in another, and he'd say, ding, ding, ding, ding, and then he'd go out and wrestle. And Kelly, of course, is over because she'd get Zach down. And he'd say, Woo, that girl's rust. Woo, that girl's rust. But he had an influence on their life. Amen. He always, amen, showed them, amen, the power of God. Praise God. He always showed them, Amen. The goodness of God and the love of God. I'm telling you, you look down through the ages, amen. One after another, God, amen, has used young people to do his work. Amen. Timothy was so young.

unknown

Paul said, don't let nobody despise your youth. In other words, walk right and talk right and live right. Amen. And get amen to respect. Oh, pray God.

SPEAKER_05

Hallelujah. Amen. I want to talk to you a bit about David.

SPEAKER_01

All right.

SPEAKER_05

I want you to look at that. He was so young when Samuel came. God told Samuel, go to Jesse's house. I've got a king over there. Samuel shows up at Jesse's house. Here's his life. He's a great big guy just like Saul. Oh, there's the king. Well, yeah, he's just like him. And Samuel goes over to anoint him, and God says, That ain't him. Amen. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven. There ain't none of them. Samuel, Hey man, uh, looks a little confused and turns around and looks at Jesse and says, This is all this all there is. That's all you got. And Jesse, Hey man, hadn't even thought of it. David was so young. David was so young. He hadn't even thought about David. He said, I've got a little boy. I've got a lad out watching the Jews, but I've got a youngest one.

unknown

Oh glory be to God. We won't sit down till he gets here.

SPEAKER_05

And our David. David. Samuel the prophet. He's at your house. He's among you. When old David began to walk down the road, when he walked up to the yard, and Samuel locked eyes on him. The Holy Ghost moved on him.

unknown

And Samuel prophesied. There's my joy. There's God's anointing. I'll tell you today.

SPEAKER_05

God later lay his hand on you when you're just a boy. How about one day? Well tell you what he brought about 14 at the most when he slew the life. Amen. Can you prove that? Well one thing about it. He had to be 20 years old to go to war in Israel. David had three new brothers. Only three was eligible. He had four brothers older than him that wasn't on the night.

SPEAKER_03

Amen.

SPEAKER_05

Four brothers older than him. He had. And look at this time. Here he comes. He said, there's an old giant over there. He began to tell him, I can kill him.

unknown

I can take care of him.

SPEAKER_05

So I said, You're just a lad, you're just a little boy. Amen. He said, I might be a little boy. He said, but I'll tell you what, ain't an old lion come against the sheep one day. Then the Holy Ghost fell on me. If he's only 14 now, probably. How old was he when he slew a lion with his bare hand? How old was he when he slew a bear with his bare hand?

unknown

Maybe 12 or 13 years old. God wants to use your people.

SPEAKER_06

Amen.

SPEAKER_05

David rehearsed that story several times right there. He said, Amen, a bear come out. Amen, a lion come out. He said, I'd take care of this Philistine. He wouldn't say he said God. Amen. He defined the armies of the living God. Amen. Praise God. Hallelujah. David looked at him and he said, I love this. Is there not a cause? All right. Is there not a cause? Yes, sir. What was the cause? Well, uh, they let life seem like to deliver the terms of war. He said, now look, if I win, you serve us. If you win, we'll serve you. And they wasn't even fighting. And David said, look, if you don't fight, you know what that means? That means all the children, all the boys and girls in Israel are going to be worshiping Dagon. That means all the boys and girls of Israel. It's going to be against the law to worship Jehovah. It's going to be illegal, amen, to be, amen, on God's side. It's going to be illegal to worship the God of Israel. We're all going to be speaking Philistines. Amen. Is there not a cause?

unknown

Amen. Let me say this morning.

SPEAKER_05

Is there not a cause to stand?

unknown

Amen. People are not a cause to fight. Is there not a cause?

SPEAKER_05

Paul, they can look at these young people that stood up. Probably as much as, amen, six, sevens. There's seven eighths of us. My goodness, all amen through the house. Is there not a cause to preach right to the king? Is there not a cause to kill?

unknown

Hallelujah.

SPEAKER_05

Brother Daniel Miller. Good friend of mine. Neighboring pastor, Brother Samuel and Brother Daniel. Brother Daniel's been a great man ever since he was a kid. And he didn't have a whole lot of life. Amen of the forest. Brother Daniel was thinking God. He said, What do you do? Pray for my dad. Brother Daniel said, I ain't got no car, I ain't driver's license. I ain't got a license yet. He said, If you give me a ride, I'll pray for him. She said, My boyfriend will take you. He's got a car, he's got a license. Brother Daniel said, All right. So they come and got Brother Daniel Miller and took him to the hospital. He went in that hospital room and prayed for that man and God healed him.

unknown

Brother said, yesterday, he said several of those family members got saved.

SPEAKER_05

God raised him up. I don't think they did operate on him or nothing. I'm telling you, Daniel's a high school boy.

unknown

Just a boy in high school. Didn't even have a driver's license, Jitow. God wants to use your people. God wants to use your people. Amen. Glory.

SPEAKER_05

I'm sure a lot of you here know Brother Jason Payne or at least heard of him. Brother Jason's been a Christian, a solid Christian ever since he was about 13. Amen. His mom and dad having a bad problem filling it up a wall. And first door, Brother Jason and I. Brother Jason said, I prayed for my dad so much I wore holes where my knees were. And my mom didn't know what was going on. And she said, Well, look at that new carpet. Jason said, I didn't even tell her it was me. I said, We're going to get that carpet replaced. But Jason said, I prayed all night long a bunch of times.

unknown

God saved my daddy. God saved my daddy. Brother Eddie's a good man now. Brother Eddie was drinking and running around and carrying on. But he said he'd come in of a night. Oh, Jason be a praying. One day they was at church. One night they was there at church. Brother Jason said the door swung open. And there come Eddie painter through the door. Teddy didn't stop at no pew. He went straight to the altar and hit the altar and pray through the same. What made you pray?

SPEAKER_05

What made you get saved? He said, I jumped in up and out. And I hear Jason in her saying, Oh God, save my daddy.

unknown

Oh God save my daddy. And I'll let you with the Holy Ghost that save your soul.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you, Jesus.

SPEAKER_05

Anybody ever heard a song? Ain't no gray. Lord needed it okay when he was twelve years old. When he was twelve years old. Oh. God wants to use young men. He wants to use you. He wants to use you.

unknown

He wants to use you. Brother Heaven, he wants to use you. He is used. He wants to use you great. Praise God.

SPEAKER_05

I think he wants to use you, but praise God in a mighty way. He wants to use these young people. Anybody ever hear of a man named Joseph? He had been 17 years old, sold into slavery, but he held his integrity. He held on to God. He wouldn't turn to the right or the left. Lied on cheated, been mistreated, but he wouldn't turn bitter.

unknown

Oh, glory be to God.

SPEAKER_06

17 years old.

unknown

And God said, I'm going to turn it around one other day. And Joseph held onto that tree. I'll tell you the amen. Woo!

SPEAKER_01

Thank you, Lord.

SPEAKER_05

There was a sang the song around here that says, listen to the devil. I tell you what I'm going to do. You walked on me long enough. I'm going to walk on you. Brother Paul. You know who wrote that. Marilyn Baker. Brother Jerome Baker's wife. She was about 14 years old. And the devil was giving her mind battles. Brother Samuel. The devil was fighting her mind, Brother King. Coming against her, Brother Douglas. She thought she's just gonna go crazy or whatever she said. But one night, God gave her that song, Brother Paul. She wrote those words down. Devil, you bothered me long enough. Look how many people was blessed about that. Amen, holiness movement. Look how many people, Amen, has shouted under the power of the Holy Ghost. Amen was a 14-year-old girl. David was a bath of the devil. And God gave her a song. I'm telling you, there's some great songs we sang.

unknown

Come down amen of a nighttime.

SPEAKER_06

Come down amen of a trial.

SPEAKER_05

Come amen from a valley deep. Oh, I'm telling you, David, 14 years old. And she said, Amen. I'm gonna stomp on you then. Praise God, she has to, amen. I'm gonna win, I don't know, I don't know, brother. Amen. I tell you what. There was a a church of God. He would have done a moment. I mean they had names uh made it to the way up to the bridge. That's the richest man in the town. The most wicked. An evil man in the town. He's a blue legger. He's mean. He's rich. The bridge said, Well, he said, I changed my message. He said, I just went to Louis and Bridget on the rich man that went to hell. He said, he said, look at me like I said, my wife got up and sang a beautiful song. A beautiful altar called song under the anointing of God. He just said that. He said, there was a little 13-year-old blonde-headed girl who stood up and gave a message in the tongue. He said, he bolted from his seat and ran to the altar and prayed through and got saved. And they said, buddy, what was it that made you pray? Was it the message? He said, No. They said, Was it that altar song? And he said, No. He said, That little girl that got up and began to speak. He said, I was raised poor.

unknown

I was raised poor as I could be. He said, I was raised on a Choptaw Indian reservation.

SPEAKER_05

He said, and when she got up, she was speaking Choctaw as clear as a sheetwood. And she said, Frank! Frank! All right. Thou shalt die, Frank! And thou shalt die without my love. He said she said it just as clear as a bell and chopped all in that language.

unknown

He said it that baby knows. It may not be that beautiful man. The foundation, young person, somewhere in the change of somebody's eternity.

SPEAKER_05

Let's pray this morning. We got any young people that wants to do something for God this morning. Praise God.

unknown

Amen.

SPEAKER_05

And make a difference today.

unknown

Amen. We're going to give this to the pastor. Praise God.

SPEAKER_05

Come on, let's come. Let's come pray. Let's go. Someone get us a song. Come on. Praise God. Praise God. You don't have to kneel down. You can stand and worship if you want to. Ikayata Moko shotima ka shakara moko shay. Oh Jesus.

SPEAKER_06

Who got among us today? I'll say yes.

unknown

I'll say yes.

SPEAKER_02

Thank you, okay. What a chance. What amazing. I think I met some people like that. It's not it's not a biblical principle. It's like that. So you'll get a lot of people.

SPEAKER_04

I just got to pray that I was working on something. And I thought for sure that I would preach that. But Wednesday I woke up. And uh the Lord just something came before me. And uh and so I just began to hunger, and I got to pray, and I was everybody got the horse trying to figure out what the word was trying to show. So today I'm gonna preach out of the book of 1 Kings. But I'm gonna talk to us a little bit out of these few verses in the 17th chapter of the book of uh 1 Kings. And would y'all just have it for just a little while? Amen. 1 Kings chapter 7. And we're gonna start with verse 1. I'm gonna read these seven verses. But uh, and then I'll tell you what I felt like I want to preach to you now in just a few moments. Something coming in on a long. I need to change my life, I'm gonna recognize him for a minute. It'll be good to see you, brother. Alright, if you don't mind standing for the reading of God's precious word, amen. The Bible tells us that Elijah, the dishite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab, as the Lord God of Israel liveth. But for whom I stand there shall not be dew or rain these years, but according to my word. The word of the Lord came unto him, saying, Give me a turn the east. Amen. You may be singing. And the Lord was saying, I want to clean just a little while, if you let me, from a few from these few verses right here. But when I woke up, and the first thing that came to my mind as I was there in my study was a dry up road. Alright. A dried up road. And before I endeavor to go too far right now, I really feel like that the Lord really wants to help. I may be more than one or two, but I feel like there is somebody here today. And the fact is this, it may even be a preacher.

unknown

Alright.

SPEAKER_04

It may be a pastor. I know how he is, pastor of the church.

SPEAKER_01

Alright.

SPEAKER_04

Amen. There's seasons, you know that don't you? Amen. There's dry times. Everybody knows that, don't we? Right. Amen. But I want to glean from this just for a few moments. For the Bible tells us that Elijah, the man of God. You know, this was a wicked time. It was a bottle. It was full of corruption. Amen. We all know that. But when I begin to read this and I begin to ponder on it, I want to tell you something that I'm convinced of. Because you can read it throughout the Bible. God is always going to have a messenger. No. I said, God is always going to have a messenger. And he's going to have a message that he's going to declare. I know that our nation is in a mess. I know things are very hard, even in America. In the state of Virginia, it's not very good. And I don't have time to get into all that. But I want to take this, even in the midst of what we're facing right now in our nation, God's still got a man. And God's still going to have the blessings that breaks our generation. No. Amen. Elijah was that man for that generation. He was talking about the young folks. Amen. Thank God he's going to raise up some that's going to declare some things in our generation. Can I preach the message? Amen. See Elijah was God's man. And he sold up at a time when the nation had not sleep. And the nation had got away from God. No. They drifted a long way. Amen. So much Ahab. We can preach a little bit about Ahab, couldn't we? Amen. He was not the wicked. He was the seventh king. Amen. That was ruined and rained. His father was Ori. He was very wicked. But Ahab didn't do any better. He didn't live any better. He was wicked. He took the daughter of the king of Tyree. They looked as I don't mean his daughter, Jezala. Y'all have me right there. He knew better to do that. It was not to be any mixed marriage. And then I just roll this in. I'll tell you what I've seen in our holiness movement. On the outside, they've been trying to get on the inside. They take some of our young folks. Take some of our out of the house of God. Are you hearing me? They bet Jezebel. We don't need her in the house. We don't need her in the house. That wasn't right. But he didn't anyhow. She was one equal rights with God. How many those? You can't hear the world. Equal rights. I said you can't hear the world, equal rights. Give the world. Hey, we're living in that hour. We're living in that day. But we're trying to give them equal rights, but not even case. You can't worship better and worship God. I'm gonna give where I need to. But how many knows you can't do it? You can't do it. Because in one law, she was opposing the worship of God. Woo! Man, I'd like to preach a little bit. I'd like to get this out. Amen. Are you hearing me? Amen. You can't give them equal rights. I'm not saying we're better than they are. If they want to get saved, bless it. But if they're trying to come in and mingle with the church, I think it's time we rise up and let them know we're not gonna compromise.

SPEAKER_01

We're not gonna let God.

unknown

We're not gonna get in.

SPEAKER_04

We're not gonna get amen. Elijah means God is my Lord. No. Is he yours today? Woo! I said, Is he yours? Is he your God? If he is, you come out from above the world. You'll be separated from the world. You won't look like the world. You won't live like the world. You won't go where the world goes. You are separated. He's in your Lord. Hello. What does this bot mean? You know what that means? A stranger. We're pilgrims. We're strangers in this world that we're only passing through. I mean today. I got time to listen to Jezebel.

SPEAKER_06

I got time to listen today. I got time. To listen to the world. I'm gonna declare the word of God.

SPEAKER_04

Can you say amen? Can I tell this? Some few years back. We have this world. After a while. Amen. Things started changing. You know, I had a teenager. He actually wanted to get on my platform. He came to me, he went to somebody else. And they said, You better talk to the pastor. Come on. I gotta get off this and get where I need to. It wasn't long. They were taking a little bit more freedom. And stay with me now. I was praying and I was waiting on the Lord. It went on about six months.

unknown

But it wasn't one and believe. But I'm telling you it happened. I knew it was getting back, getting not to get too far into it.

SPEAKER_04

Came back, it was a little while. One night I was I was there laying, and all I could see was this little snake coming in the church. Coming right through the door. God let me know today was on a Sunday morning you're gonna preach. I got up that Sunday morning, I gave them six months. I know you gotta give them a period, but when they come in, and they try to take over, and they try to take your church, and they start speaking in tongues, and give them an interpretation when they look like the world, they don't act like the world. And the wife don't dress like amen, the woman should dress, amen. I knew something had to be done. And that morning I got up and I preached from the word of God, and I let them know that day, we're gonna pivot, we're gonna pivot, we're gonna stay holding, we're gonna be holiness, but I'm gonna be righteous, back on the preacher, make up the state, you can do what you want, you can stand here, and you can go back and preach it and say compromise, praise God, thank God for preachers, praise God for preachers that ain't going back down. I said thank God for preachers that ain't go back down. Hey, we love the world, don't we? Amen. The Bible tells me we're loving. I'm I'm I'm gonna get this across right. But the old saying is Amen. A boat's good in water, but you don't want water to get in the boat. I gotta get off this. I don't know why I'm here. No. The church has to be in the world, but the world can't get in the church. I believe it. Amen. I read of a man. Lord, I'll tell me get off this. Amen. He was at a convention and he was wearing two name badges. Amen. It just came to me. Somebody went up to him and said, What's what's the reason for the two name badges? He said, I'll tell you. I'm having an identity crisis, brother and sisters. When I look around, I think some folks have got an identity crisis.

SPEAKER_06

They don't know what they are, they don't know what they're doing. Can you say me?

SPEAKER_04

They can have what we got if we're willing to give up that out there. I've had some. They come and got the feeling. They like, you know, the feeling. But they just want to hold on. I gotta leave it. And I'm gonna tell you something. When I was raised up, sin was sin. The world was the world. And you stay away from it. Now we try to make every excuse for every little thing. Amen. Brother Young East Havis told me. Years ago when I started pastoring, I run into a situation. He said, brother, if you give it an end, it won't be long, you'll give it a mouth. I made up my mind then, brother. I'm not giving it an end. Amen that the mind letting up. I make some get upset. I make some walk out. Come up here to cave. I want to be caught man. I want to have a message from the Lord. I want to hear from him. Can you preach in the house of God? At the command. At the command of Moses. Won't you hear this? And I want you preachers. Because I, for some reason, I would like there's a preacher. They may need this. Won't you hear this? That should be providing for me was not going. And I felt the Holy Ghost when I was praying to say this right here. You can cut them off. You don't have to pay your tithes. God is going to provide for his man. And I don't know what preacher that I may be talking to, but I felt like I needed to tell a preacher in this house. I felt like telling somebody, you can do whatever you want. He's God's man, and God's gonna take care of him. Are you hearing me? You can say I don't like the way he preached, I don't like the way he does it. I have no idea what you're saying, but the fact that this, you can cut it all off. But if God's got his hand on him, God's gonna provide for you. Whether you're a pastor, you're a man, just whatever. God's gonna make a way in a dry place. God's gonna make a way in your life to be a shiny man. Ravens out of all things, brother. For the ravens was an unclean birth. God provided. Years ago. But I felt like preaching to church. Some years ago. We just built our church. It was a process. Oh my god, I don't even know how much build all that. It was horrible. So now it's building. And uh they had a family there, yeah. Merlin is a family. We were talking about building the church, we don't. Well, he was telling me I couldn't do this, I couldn't do that. They didn't let you do this, ain't they? I don't like a lot of builder, but at least I'm gonna do something. So I just stood on down there to the engineer, and I asked him a few questions myself. He said, Well, sure, you do that. We don't hear something crazy. I wouldn't expect it to happen this fast. That gentleman called me that day, and I told him what I wanted to do. And he said, You can't do that. They ain't gonna let you do it. And oh boy, I think I got myself in trouble. I said, Well, they tell me I can. Who taught you that? I told him who told me. He got upset, he got a little hot.

unknown

All right.

SPEAKER_04

Can I preach to us? Amen. So what he did one Sunday night, he met he left. He wrote letters to my church. At the old pastor mountains, my people came in to church. And I'm telling you, how would you like to preach in the mess like that?

unknown

Alright.

SPEAKER_04

When he's got family, wife, children there. All right, amen. All of a sudden, y'all hear me?

unknown

Come on.

SPEAKER_04

Amen. Are y'all hearing me? God will provide one way or another. God likes to use it. But if you ain't gonna do it, God will use a road if he has to. I wish somebody help me preach my man. You might not want to do it, but God's gonna get it done. You may, you can help if you want, but whether you do it, don't God's gonna have somebody. I said, God, don't have somebody. Amen. That very night. That very night. I stood there and I watched him do this. I don't like to do that. And all of a sudden, here pulls in this preacher.

unknown

Pastor.

SPEAKER_04

I didn't know he showed up. He did a pastor appreciation in the area. I didn't know he was gonna show up. But then when he walked in the door, I said, you're preaching. Y'all hear me? He said, I know you preach. I said, you're preaching. Now y'all understand. He didn't know nothing. That family was about ready to walk out the door. He had already walked out the door. In our small church, I was sitting over in a chair. That preacher got up and got the preaching. And he didn't know nothing, Brother Curtis. He didn't know anything going on. Had he got the preacher to that church? Had he got the preaching about the pastor?

unknown

Had he looked over at me and he said these words.

SPEAKER_04

He said, Preacher! He said, God's gonna send you a building. I didn't have a builder. He walked out. Amen. Somebody told me about another man. And I never even went to him. I heard of him, but didn't know it. Make a long story short. After he preached that, six months later, there was that building sitting where I was sitting. Had he built our church? Amen. God's getting in. That God needs a day.

unknown

That's gonna make the way.

SPEAKER_06

You might not like what's going on.

SPEAKER_04

But God does God's name. That's gonna be God's gonna look at me. Give me something. This will go different for me this morning. But this is a man in my heart. I feel like I'm preaching to some preachers in the house. I'm gonna tell somebody God's got his head on your life. Will the rest of you excuse me? But I feel like my heart's to a preacher's today. And I don't usually preach like this. But I'm telling you, God helped us. They walked out on a Sunday night. Not that night. 15. Man, I'm a big tie. Whoa! But on a Wednesday night, I'm one of those cues with you. And they've been with me for the last 13 years. Don't you tell me God's work ain't going on. And I'm here today. Preacher, God's gonna work for you. That hell might be coming against you. But I'm here today. Keep pressing on. God's got his hand on you. And God's gonna use you. And God's gonna bless you. Let that rage.

SPEAKER_06

Let the enemy rage. Can you praise him?

SPEAKER_04

My time's running down, I know. But I gotta get to this. You stood for truth. You're not compromised.

SPEAKER_03

But God's got his hand on you, preaching.

SPEAKER_04

Can I preach a few more minutes? Because I feel like in this house, there's somebody. You've been under the load for a while. But that's gonna end in a little bit. I was down in Alabama. Even though I don't want to say too much. But I was sitting in that church. I didn't know anything hardly going on. I was preaching that night. But on that Sunday morning, I didn't know that preacher. I wasn't even planning on telling it. That preacher had been going through a great storm, still is in some way. But I was sitting there and the Holy Ghost spoke to my heart. It's coming. It's coming. I got up that after Sunday night. And Brother Curtis, I preach, it's coming. You hold on. I didn't know what he was facing, all that. But I'm telling somebody here. And I feel like I'm telling a preacher. Maybe a pastor, but I don't know. I kind of feel like that might be it. But I'm here to tell you it's coming. Hold on. Got to get ready to bless. Got to get ready to move forward.

SPEAKER_06

Y'all hear me?

SPEAKER_04

Brother Douglas? I tried to figure out what God was trying to do. He said, Go back to that brook.

unknown

Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_04

That brook means separate. He had to separate Elijah from the rest of you. Hold on. Can I preach a few more minutes? That brook means separate. But I found out something about that brook. Day in and day out. Week after week. Some believe that he was there for about a year. Could he have his own measure and stick out there? Measure it. She's going down. Down. But he didn't move. And I got something faith. When things are dry, stay with it. If God puts you down, stay with it. It don't matter how dry it gets. How about you stay with it? Can I breach? Hold on now, we're getting ready. He meant miserably going down. She finally dried up. No water. And I couldn't get it. I still couldn't figure it out.

SPEAKER_03

But then it helped me. Search it a little bit. Do you understand?

SPEAKER_04

They tell me, brother. I could imagine after a life. After everything was done. And by the way, before you have a chair, I mean a car when you have to have a chair. Before you have an experience up there. But after all that's a place, I just wonder my mind. Can I use my imagination? One day. One day, can I use a brother? I'm going to use somebody about my height. Amen. I thought you think I'm a bit sword. That's alright. Amen. But could you Elijah? One day, when Elijah passes by. Amen. And he takes that mantle. And he throws it on Elijah. And I'm going to preach to you now here. Amen. Maybe I'm using my own. And maybe he took him down by that old brook. And he showed Elisha. That brook. It was floating with water now. They had rain. It made me look at the man of God. And he said, Elisha, I want to tell you something. There's water in that brook now. But there was a time, Elisha, that I was here, and I was here in the will of God. And that brook got to dry up. And there was no water in it. It made me look at it. And he said, Preacher, there's going to be seasons in your life. There's going to be dry days. And there's going to be water. You don't have to leave it. But I crawled out of that recliner. And I walked over to where she was. It was dry. But my season was just about the end. And I looked at my wife. Amen like six years ago. And I said, Am I even saved? Am I even living right? But I want to tell you something. That old brook was dry in. That old rook was dry in. Are you here this preacher? That brook was dry in. Are you hearing this preacher? I said that brook was dry in. But now there's water. That season over. It's raining. It's raining.

unknown

That's my head. It's all rain.

SPEAKER_06

It's not rain.

SPEAKER_04

But the Lord that we know which you tell. Drop roots. Don't last forever. Give me salive, man. Give the salive man. Drop books. They made the last whatever. It's coming. I hear the silence.

unknown

Over the buttons of rain now.

SPEAKER_06

That's why I'm getting up. Get out of here.

SPEAKER_04

Did I do something? Before I leave here. I preached about preachers. I wasn't going to do this about it, but I didn't. The Lord's going to get hold of me. I just wanted to do it in private. And I did part of it. But I talked about, I want y'all say a little bit more of that just a minute. And then I'm going to let Rosan do whatever. But I preached to you, preachers. But I went about your lives. And I want to tell you what I felt. He's for every one of you. But since I do feel the Lord coming, he's for you. I know your husband was a nice speaker, and I tried to do that right.

unknown

He wanted you to do it openly. And then you know what happened. Brother Bill Bridges was preaching for me. Brother Bridge, and I said, if you do this Lord for too much, I'll do this. Brother Bridge has got up and preach.

SPEAKER_04

He said, I'm going to do something that I ain't done in 67 years. But the Lord wanted me to do it. I wasn't going to call you, but he wanted me to do it openly. And he got me up there. You remember years ago he preached on this just a prayer? And that's what he told me. But all I failed to tell you, I didn't mean that. I wanted any right. But he's for you. He's for you. And Sister Matt, right here in this sense, he's for you. He's for you. I wasn't going to do all this.

unknown

I wasn't going to say it. Amen.

SPEAKER_04

It's good to help the preachers.

unknown

But he's for you all. And I can tell you this. When the rain does come, the rain for them is the same for you.

SPEAKER_04

And the same room. And the same river. And the same flow. So I'm here to tell you. God spoke. God spoke. That's all I can tell you. I'm not going to leave here until I tell you that. That brook is getting ready to fill up.
