SPEAKER_04

Oh I had uh a girlfriend and everybody know I'm very curious. I'm always open about that.

SPEAKER_00

I love it.

SPEAKER_04

So I had a girlfriend back then. Yeah, you go no one no, I go inside the grave.

SPEAKER_06

We will drag we will stay.

SPEAKER_04

Hello guys. It's been a long time. This is a new season, right? And this season we're bringing the drama. We're bringing every freaky theme that you need. This season we're gonna be having guests. We're gonna be having amazing people on the couch. Before we start, I would like to say I'm here. And then my name is Shay. And then you have Wilson, my second in command, or my together in command, whatever you want to call it. But yeah, welcome to Kind Your Filter Season 2. Um, today we're gonna be talking about culture shock. And we have the best person to talk about this with us. We have the amazing, the person I wish every single person in this world, you know, try to be like, because she doesn't give a lying F about what everybody thinks about her. I think people should emulate this person to be on the couch. We have Duchess, Duchess, Brazil. How are you doing, Duchess? First of all, don't emulate Jesus will not hold you for my singer. First of all, I wanted to before we go into the topic, I wanted to ask, like, how did you transition from like church? Because I saw this uh The established Stour. Established Estou. I saw you, like I w I was like, wait, who is this person? Like people I'm Dutchess. It's like polar opposite people. How do you transition from being a church girl to being the duchess that you are right now? Um, I'll say I have a reason which I don't want to talk about it right now. That's again when I get too high at some point. But it's I'm still a chur girl. Even when I was on my way here, I was You don't have to see your Snapchat.

SPEAKER_03

Kabashian.

SPEAKER_04

Well, I was disturbing my Uber about Jerry is. Thank you. Thank you, thank you. So, but the thing is, um, I feel like with my own understanding about life, we know people are different.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, people are different.

SPEAKER_04

With my own perspective about life, I think God is not that hard. So even with the way I the way I am right now, I still I'm still very prayerful. Increase God, yeah. So of course it's a merciful God to change from that cover game. Yes, but this is a merciful God. What do you mean? No, no, like it's merciful to somebody like me, but to all of us, because I think we're God be judgment. Our sin that we are about to sin, even our future thing he has forgiven us.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, but but I really love what you said about like how they make um the way you can serve God rigid, yeah, and you were able to define that for yourself or what like your looks like. And I really love that. Because a lot of times people just try to put you in a box, and you broke out the box and said, No, that's not how I'm gonna serve God. Don't put me in your face. And I love that for you.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, even when you are my, for example, we just finished 21 days fasting in my church, and every morning they do the uh break, uh, the break of fast by 6 p.m. Nigerian time. So it's like 11:30, 12 o'clock here. Yeah, and every morning I go on my TikTok and go live and go live, and people come on my TikTok and they are like cussing, and like while I'm doing the prayer, I was like, may Jesus take me to punish you. You will never post a thing. This year you go no one, no, I go inside the grave. You're not Michelle Obama. The Bible says by false. And you you grabbed the word literally truth. Yeah, so that's my man trying to see. You took it literally and then I love it.

SPEAKER_01

So now today we were talking about culture shock. When did you move to Canada?

SPEAKER_02

I moved to Canada in 2017.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, nice. Nine years ago. Nine years ago. Exactly. I was looking at Monday.

SPEAKER_04

She aftaided. She aftaided. I love it.

SPEAKER_00

How has like your journey in Canada been?

SPEAKER_04

Um, it's been ups and down. And when I came here, I'm not ashamed to say, I came here. I was in the US before.

SPEAKER_02

Oh. I had uh a girlfriend, and everybody knows I'm back curious. I'm always open about that.

SPEAKER_00

I love it.

SPEAKER_02

So I had a girlfriend back then.

SPEAKER_00

No, this is Z.

SPEAKER_04

Let me readjust. My family did. I've never come out to my family though, but whatever.

SPEAKER_00

But you're out on social media.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I don't know if we know on social media. Of course. So me and my girlfriend had to like the only option we could get a better life was coming here. And being here has been ups and down. It's been crazy. I attempted suicide twice. Oh my god, I'm so sorry. Like, I went through a lot of mental stages.

SPEAKER_02

But one thing I would say is because it's so much difference than humanity, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Like back home, let me make an instance. Like, let's say back home, I've had depression before I left Nigeria. But the thing is, when you're even feeling sad, just go to the junction. You're good. You see your strengths. You see some people fighting. I see your joy is is back.

SPEAKER_01

But here, there's nothing there. It's just dry. You try to control it.

SPEAKER_04

To create joy and there's peace, but then there's no support. But it's us. There's no support exactly. Yeah. At the end of the day, I'm very happy right now. I'm in a very good place. I'm happy for you. Thank you. I'm happy for you. I'd love to grow. Um, I I love it.

SPEAKER_01

Um, so I just wanted to ask, not just to you, like to, you know, everyone, like what is a culture like since you came to Canada, what is that culture that you think that you would you would hold on to? A Canadian culture that you love, that you think I want to adapt this. You know, as Nigerians, we're very like cultural. Yeah. We don't step out of our culture a lot of time. So for you, what is that thing that's what what is that culture that you say, this is cool, let me adapt this.

SPEAKER_04

You know one thing I love about Canada is Canada is a place that it's so rare to find people that are judgmental. See, for with my own experience, right? We are talking according to my own perspective.

SPEAKER_03

Okay, yeah, continue.

SPEAKER_04

You understand? I feel like a lot of people, a lot of people have gone through so many shit, but one thing I would employ people to do is live life like life is carefree.

SPEAKER_01

So you only live one.

SPEAKER_04

Well, yeah, living life too hard. Why be I'm not saying people have not been racist to me, but you racist fuck you too, bitch. So I live my life like that. So I I feel like one thing I I really want to hold on to, I love the way people have always been nice to me in this country. The only people that are not nice to me are my are Nigerian people. But now they are coming around. They're lowly booking are coming around. They are coming around, but I love the niceness, the the way, even if they are faking it, sometimes fake it just to get what you want.

SPEAKER_03

Just to get what you want.

SPEAKER_04

And I always get what I love respect. I like that. Because it used to bug me when you said you remember when you said it now, my son would say, ah no. No, it's not about see. Canadian people are very fake. But one thing about them is we are living for me. Everybody, everybody is fake people make it. If you look at this with white people, sometimes they will act like they are more.

SPEAKER_00

But they know what they're doing. They're very smart.

SPEAKER_02

I've been around so many of them. At the end of the day, they're all they're all doing.

SPEAKER_03

But I think I'll call that kissing ass, though.

SPEAKER_04

Oh God, it's cautious. Isn't that cautious? Right. See if the if you they say if you go to road, act like if they're kissing us in room, kiss they're kissing us. I absolutely, you know, I've never seen this in this perspective. Uh-huh. Like, I'm always the person that's like, no, if this doesn't look like what I'm used to, I step away. Yeah. I love the fact that now I can say, okay, this if this is a culture, I might just the only thing that will make you step away from anything is if something affects your livelihood, yeah. Your money, yes, your mental health. If it affects your mental health, like maybe sometimes you have to think about what links to that. If it's a friend or a family member that links to that, fuck you, bitch. Bye, bye. I love that. So it's like that. So it's like that. I love that. That's true. So um, so what is that culture? You said the the nicest, like the nicest thing. Well, Wilson, what's the culture for you?

SPEAKER_03

Well, for me, um, because back in Canada, yeah, um, they actually prioritized like um mental mental illness. Even if because um last year I quit my job, right? And I was not sick, nothing was opposed to me. I was just like mentally drained. And I actually I just told them I'm oh manager, um, I want to quit. And I just said I was gonna quit. And then they're like, oh, why do you want to quit? And I was like, oh, um, I'm passionate to other things, and I feel like I'm not mentally ready to like face work. Right. I want to like quit. And they're like, oh, how about you take like an LA from work?

SPEAKER_04

But back in Nigeria, they would not go, it's bye-bye. Nobody cares about you, nobody cares about you. Why are you the border here?

SPEAKER_03

The little thing matter, like they will literally, like, okay, you do need time, even up till now.

SPEAKER_04

They'll be like, Oh, listen, are you good? I I left the job, but they see like my if you want to come back, you can always come back.

SPEAKER_03

Like they have that room for it to always come back. But back home in Nigeria, there is nothing like that. Like, I see once even if if you miss work one or two days, yeah, like once you're gonna be like, although money notion is gonna start, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

You can at least come back, and yeah, that's the culture I yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So that's like one thing I would prioritizing now.

SPEAKER_03

The work is, you know, of course, it's uh it's already paid, it's crazy.

SPEAKER_04

But at least if you complain about it, they take it seriously.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah. I I think for me, the culture that I would love to like emulate would be the fact that they um I was gonna I I was thinking about it and I I added the culture I think I would take is the fact that um they they um recognize everybody.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

No matter where you are, it's not like they represent, let's set it apart.

SPEAKER_03

But it's inclusive regardless. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

They are inclusive. I'm saying like recognition, because they recognize everyone.

SPEAKER_00

They recognize whether you're you're you're like um gay, you're like you have mental illness, just like you said, you have like it's just the recognition that's okay, this thing exists.

SPEAKER_01

So from Nigeria, they don't recognize exactly. And I think that's the first step to understanding people and but guess what Nigeria Nigeria has the highest number of gay black men.

SPEAKER_04

I I think recently every day, every on it on today, we see one calling Yosba out.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, and I think Grindr releases like the yeah, report reporting on chargebiti is is there, right?

SPEAKER_04

If you type it on charge, it's going to tell you Nigeria, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And and a lot of these people are more phobic. I recently saw a video of um one boy that was um was beaten and was lured to a place to come after sex, and then he actually died.

SPEAKER_03

No, that's that's even another recent.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, but that was the from E, right? E the name I don't even know his name. That was Nugeli Wari, right? I think I don't even know where it was, but it was written like uh it's written like last week. Yeah, I think I saw it. I didn't know it's I haven't seen that. Yeah, this one was brought in to come and create content according to him, and then he got there. Like the fashion content, yeah, and he got there because it was changing in the hotel room to the code that we were going to shoot the video in, and then they just it just saw like about 10-15 boys badged in. It was that was naked.

SPEAKER_04

Why, why, why, why do you have a problem with someone's face? Do you understand? They do not come and meet you, they are not trying to axe you out of the way.

SPEAKER_03

And there's nothing like convertible. That's what I'm saying. Nigerians don't know how to they don't know that.

SPEAKER_01

Nigerians don't know how to mind their business. Absolutely. Somebody will come to your page, yeah. Like that, you'll stop and go to some engagement because they know that's the thing. I that's the thing. They know that that is what is gonna get them engagement.

SPEAKER_04

So they go what the fuck do you mean?

SPEAKER_03

Um, what will you do if you see a man dressed like this?

SPEAKER_04

Bitch, what the fuck? Why are you even thinking of a man just dressed like this? What is your business?

SPEAKER_03

Two times this January.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, they go to my Instagram page and I picture you to two man.

SPEAKER_01

And mind you, both of those pictures went viral on Twitter in less than 24 hours.

SPEAKER_04

That's like over 4,000 shares. Yeah, on his own picture. This picture goes on his page, and then on Twitter it was viral. People were like opinions, you know. The the what what was I showing?

SPEAKER_03

It was legs, just legs, was those legs.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, the wheel leg is like yours, period. So um that's why I like Canada, like it's so accepting. Yeah, exactly. Everybody, everybody's accepting it.

SPEAKER_02

But that's the way that's the way God created you. Like, I like if even if you check the Bible, this thing has been hung for okay, decades.

SPEAKER_04

But see, the put the guy that translated the Bible from whatever language he was, which is this guy that wrote Romey and Juliet and Amlet, and he was a gay man. Get into your score. The guy that translated that translated the Bible from whatever language he is to English is a gay man.

SPEAKER_00

I had a lot to learn.

SPEAKER_04

I have a lot to learn. It has been on. If you check the Bible, when uh in the time of uh Lot, right I don't know if anyone grew up in his in the time of Lot, when the angels came to the city, yeah, you saw that one of the reasons why people why God uh used fire to collect the earth was because people were for committing too much fornification.

SPEAKER_07

Right.

SPEAKER_04

He sent some angels into the city to go and warn the people. But because the angels were looking beautiful, then um the people of the earth people of the earth said they wanted to like break down. Yeah, I'm not trying to they were many.

SPEAKER_02

If if girl was not there at that time, I don't feel that I don't is big, it's not that oh, it's the thing of the world, it's social, it's not social media. That's the way God created everybody, right? Like like I am, like this, I'm married.

SPEAKER_04

My husband let me go out if I have to eat pussy and suck titties because I love it. That's the way God created me. Period, period, period. So I I think I have a follow-up question like with the point you just made. Um, I because I grew up as a son of um the pastor and the reverend. I'm gonna love so I people like my dad is first korean. My own is your own is hotter than yours. I am still a disgrace today, you know.

SPEAKER_01

I think I might still be to my parents, but I'm saying, like, um, since I found out like about my sexuality and merging both words as being like an issue for me, and I don't think you can ever be because Christianity and and and my cranes, I still believe that the Bible is is one of the devices um to perpetuate um rahim.

SPEAKER_02

No, no, no, no.

SPEAKER_04

I understand where you're coming from, but I'm gonna can't tell you the by if you read the Bible, Bible the Bible is a very complete book. I would employ people to read that. I've read the Bible more than seven times from Genesis to Revelation.

SPEAKER_02

It has when it says the truth, it has when it says the real shit.

SPEAKER_04

People think drinking alcohol is the same. No, is in the Bible doesn't say drinking modest, yes, that's what it says.

SPEAKER_01

Drinking modesty, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Um the Bible is complete, the Bible, but one thing I will say is religion.

SPEAKER_01

I know religion is a problem. Religion is the problem, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Not uh the spirituality, spirituality, yes. I disagree with you because I think um the Bible also, you know, there's so much uh toxic masculinity in the Bible as well. There's so much that is that is against for the women, for example, that's why it's a complete book. Why is it is a is finger complete? Is is is finger equal equal? No, no. See, let me tell you something. Life is not supposed to be sweet and rosy all the way, it's supposed to be sweet, uh bitter, uh, earphs. Yeah, upside down differently.

SPEAKER_02

Every like I'm someone that have I have way too much free time, and I think a lot. People think, oh, she jokes a lot, she doesn't think.

SPEAKER_04

I think a lot, and I understand the way the world is. That's why I said read the Bible. I know he has toxic. The world is men are toxic. Yeah, he has place where you saw my do you know that the five women that are linked to Jesus were the prostitute? Mary Magdalene, she was sought from far and near. But when God, when Jesus met her at the temple, she came to the feet of Jesus and poured her finest uh oil on the feet of Jesus and wiping up with her hair, and go told and Jesus told them in front of everybody, everybody, this woman has the purest art than all of you. Right, okay, Mary, the mother of Jesus, we'll give Ambeley because I have a theory now that you bring that up. I have a theory that no holy spirit impregnated me. See, that question is for God, right? Why can't we discuss that? I think Mary was an alert. No, don't think like that. No, no, no. I think Mary, the mother of Jesus, see, was was going around. That's what see. No, no. What what I think is what I think is what I think, and I want you to just I'm not telling you to take my imagination, yeah. But what I think is that's why I said life is not supposed to be equal. Yeah, there are some things in life that's just supposed to be questionable, yeah. So just question it. That's what I'm questioning it now. That's what I'm doing. Isn't she do she but where did she see the belly from? Yeah, because no, but you know that in the in the where we are right now, miracles happen. So for the fact that you see miracle where somebody pregnant by the Holy Spirit, I've I see one see that's why I said see, I I don't understand what you're saying. I said it was conceived by the Holy Spirit, Holy Spirit. Who is the Holy Spirit? When God is God the Holy Spirit, I don't think I'm going to ever according to the Bible. See, you see, that's but no, according to Bible, you are, but according to what people say, the word are saying what you feel, okay. But there's literally a part in the Bible that people that partake actually feel like sexual like there is no hell. There's no place that says that. I feel like see, let me tell you something. There's so sorry to cut you off. There's so many versions of the Bible out there, and people want to put in their words, right? But in the King James Vassal, there's nothing. See, in the this Old Testament and there's a new testament irony, right? In the Old Testament, it's more like story and history. Then when Jesus came and gave us salvation and gave us thank you, he said everything in the Old Testament is passed away. It's a story of new things. So stop joining. If you look at from uh Matthew, which is the first book of New Testament, New Testament, yeah, salvation, Thanksgiving, uh giving, right, outreach, Jesus' coming, right, what is ending. I don't know. The revelation that looks like it's just a Bible story, my dear, is not new. So it's not, it's not so that's why I want you, I want you to read the Bible. I understand everything. Your your story, you you went to you told me, you just said you went to four square church.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I grew up in the first square church.

SPEAKER_04

Part of my trauma, I've got to so many trauma in life. Part of my trauma is the church I grew up in. So I can kind of resonate in you. Yeah, but at the end of the day, most of all the church, they are not fucking serving God.

SPEAKER_00

No, none of them.

SPEAKER_04

Everybody is just trying to put their own ideology on us.

SPEAKER_00

Exactly.

SPEAKER_04

If you think about it, that's what I said. Yeah, then your personal relationship is not a good thing. No, you on somebody else. Yeah, that's what I think.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Because now, if you look at it, why is it that the back of the cultural shock?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

What's that in Nigeria? You have to do what? Before the prayers is answered. Yeah. But yeah, you're just like, God, I'm here before.

SPEAKER_02

I need the finest girl. I need everything. I just want you to do it. And everything that happens to you. And just maybe be nice to people and just be moral.

SPEAKER_03

Moral. Yeah. Good morality. Morally grounded. Yes, you can.

SPEAKER_04

Answers your prayer. Yeah. So you see, so it's not about it's just the culture that's been infused. Culture is so crazy, man. You know what's funny, Dutchess? We actually have an episode that is actually poor religion. You guys should have called me. Don't worry. Third season. We have a surprise. Third season, we will do what? Call you. Didn't do it with that. You don't guess this. So my final question before I let Wilson take the mantle. Um, I I have a question.

SPEAKER_01

Like, what is that culture?

SPEAKER_04

That culture shock that you're like, if I sand you, if you bring that thing close to me, that give you that reaction, like, what the fuck?

SPEAKER_01

That like what the fuck reaction?

SPEAKER_02

I I I I don't want to see. We want to keep it real. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Keep it real.

SPEAKER_02

Okay. I would say I don't have any because when I came to this country, I am someone that I like to experience stuff. So I gave myself to the experience.

SPEAKER_03

To an experiment for you?

SPEAKER_02

I've pooped on someone.

SPEAKER_03

Ah okay, girl.

SPEAKER_02

I've done so many shit, and I instead of being shocked, I'm just more curious. Like, what's the next one? We wanna do more. I I think life is I've I I've I've dated a lot of white men. Do you know that in Toronto is an island here that rich people have? Like, we had to take the it's not even hair plane, we took water plane to just go do an to do an OG.

SPEAKER_04

Okay. Well, it's here in the in this three, uh uh. In this city. So I feel like I don't have any at this point. I've seen a lot. Yeah, I'm not scared. And you've done a lot. I've done a lot. And I've done a lot. So I just truth for you.

SPEAKER_01

What was that thing that you say could what is the point you're saying this is too much? Oh, oh, do you have a boundary?

SPEAKER_02

Oh, oh, oh. A lot of people want to die in this country and they want you to do it. So that's not extreme.

SPEAKER_04

Sorry, I don't know what sound. Where is like there are people that want you to kill them? Yeah, that's terrible. I know, don't eh? Yeah. I refer them to therapy. I just tell literally like you need help. You they need help.

SPEAKER_01

No, they need help.

SPEAKER_04

But I say it in a good way because they know they're sealed. Exactly. You need the money.

SPEAKER_02

You need help, you need help, okay? Oh my god. I'm not the girl for you. Oh my gosh. Oh my god, that's crazy.

SPEAKER_03

People are strict white people.

SPEAKER_04

In the culture in Canada, I feel like uh I feel like it's the real thing. Yeah, the country is mostly cold, and a lot of people are going through many depression and everything.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

And at the end of the day, some people turn their pain into pleasure.

SPEAKER_00

I see.

SPEAKER_04

There are so many women and men in this country that have money. They tell people what people are not broke.

SPEAKER_02

There are some people that have money that they're just bored. Right. You want to just expect.

SPEAKER_04

For example, there's many people that have money. Okay, for example, you have, let's say you have a friend that's a medical doctor.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

He has a condom. He pays the same amount for the condom because it's not nobody wants to to have a change in this life. In this country is very, it's not something that people, yeah. You can be in the same house for the next 15 years, pay the same rent, pay the same bills, but your your your income is increasing because you have a good thing. So they say a lot of people to excise their money. So how do you want to excise your money?

SPEAKER_02

Because a lot of men in this country don't want a girlfriend. That's why you see a lot of men are single. Because we have issues. I'm one of them. I'm a girl. We have issues. We like money, we have issues.

SPEAKER_01

So you would say you're not a feminist.

SPEAKER_02

I'm not a feminist.

SPEAKER_04

I'm not. I say that I'm a realist, I'm not a feminist.

SPEAKER_01

Or do you think feminism is like problematic problematic?

SPEAKER_04

Do whatever you want to do. If you're feminist, you come near me and you talk shit, I'll slap you. I like money. I like boys. I like women giving me money. I you like women giving you money too. Oh, gender.

SPEAKER_02

But it is when it comes to women, I give money.

SPEAKER_04

You give women. You hear it here first. Duchess, um, Priscelia. She comes to money. You need money, you're a woman, you're into women. No, no, no. I don't want a girlfriend right now. You guys are stressful. Oh, no, no, she's married. Oh shit. No, no, no. If you want to stop a nice thing, strap on. But relationship, no.

SPEAKER_06

Ah, okay.

SPEAKER_04

Whoa, we are going there. I love it. Okay. So bring us. Let's go, but I want to know what is that one thing that you know, the culture that you were like, what the fuck?

SPEAKER_01

I cannot do this. Like, this is not good for me. Or something that, you know, what is that culture in Canada that you're like, no, this is not funny. Which brings me to the other episode we had: open relationship. It's a culture in Canada. Everybody wants to be open. Everybody don't want to be committed.

SPEAKER_03

Like when I came to this country, I had like the dating thing was, I was like, that's why people do. Get it away from me.

SPEAKER_04

No, that's why nobody wants to date.

SPEAKER_03

Back in Nigeria, like, if you're in love, you're in love.

SPEAKER_04

You have to stay locked in. Just collect. But right?

SPEAKER_03

Why would they even no? Even with the money thing. In this country, you can see someone that will love you, but they'll be like, and maybe you're giving them what they want, but then like, oh, I still want to go outside. Yeah. Right. Like, I'm like that one. What's the point? I agree with you. So it is that's that's um open.

SPEAKER_04

But my man, if they bought you where I will leave the marriage, but so you can imagine. If it wants to include you can actually, no, if it was to include himself like in a thing. But don't you think that's double standard though? In a thing? No, no, don't take it back. My husband is pastor.

unknown

Eh?

SPEAKER_04

Eh? Let's dial it back.

SPEAKER_07

Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Okay, I know you're very vibrant, so very jovial.

SPEAKER_03

You're very, you know, you're out there.

SPEAKER_04

I love you, my god. First of all, let me ask my question.

SPEAKER_03

Sorry. You know, looking at your personality, um, was there any time like you felt lonely around people?

SPEAKER_04

Because I mean, we can see as okay, this Dutch is a very good thing. Especially in this country. But to be honest, um, when I came to this country in 2072, I was going through Instagram, no, TikTok, and I said, Well, this will not give you tough for mouth. She does the yan everything and anything. And I followed her and became friends. So I'm like, was there any po or are there any points whereby you feel lonely around people?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, a lot of the time.

SPEAKER_03

Oh my god.

SPEAKER_04

For example, I don't go out. I'm always in my house. If the only thing that takes me out is stuff like this, or I have to make money, or if you don't pay me to come out, or I have to go get groceries, or whatever.

SPEAKER_00

I want to go to Essentials, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

If no, I don't go out because I feel like I have a very big personality. And a lot of people, I one thing is this kind of big for all of us. Everybody's trying to do your thing, let me do it. But I understand why my personality is gonna bother people. So when I go out, people already already like pre preconceived notion about it.

SPEAKER_02

Like then why did you invite me out if you want me?

SPEAKER_04

So when I go out and I start trying to not I the thing is, for example, let's say I go to a birthday party. Yes, the first thing I always think about is when I get inside the hall or whenever they're doing a party, I always try to figure out, okay, where is the corner? Because I know myself I want to make a video. Right. I always want to find a corner. I just want to be by yourself.

SPEAKER_02

Because I know when I make videos in front of people, they want to every time you're gonna see, even if you check people behind, you're gonna see eyes. Smack faces, yes.

SPEAKER_04

I had a video with us like that. I uh I don't see you.

SPEAKER_01

I don't see you in the words of dancing, lose me. Let's continue.

SPEAKER_04

In the words of a barisky, I don't see you, I don't see I well, I don't want people when the video goes out because sometimes I don't even watch the video, I just post it because I like it.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. And all these people, maybe they are someone that somebody knows, they start eating on me. And I'll be like, okay, maybe I should just so most time just by myself.

SPEAKER_04

And people think, oh, uh, and also that's why I smoke a lot. People think when I smoke, I'm very I no. When I smoke, I just need everything. I'm just by myself because I mean, let me just be by myself. And I love myself to the core. Of course.

SPEAKER_00

And I I know how to make myself happy.

SPEAKER_04

I love that. I can entertain myself, so why won't I like the love? You know, exactly.

SPEAKER_01

To your point, um, Duchess, there's a saying that the people that are the liveliest people are actually the loneliest people. Because they they know how to keep themselves happy, like make themselves happy and just like that.

SPEAKER_04

But I love myself to the point that a lot of people around me don't give me the love I expect. They don't respect that.

SPEAKER_03

It's just me.

SPEAKER_02

Like even, for example, my best friend right now, we have they're not talking. And the reason we're not talking is because I need an attention for something. I'm saying I don't know, I don't need your attention. But you were sick, I get it, bitch.

SPEAKER_04

You're gonna be sick another time. Since they didn't give me the love I want at that time, you don't see it. You're not dead. Let's keep it real. You're still gonna be sick, you're still gonna have flu, you're still gonna have whatever you have. What if you can't tell me?

SPEAKER_02

But what the bitch didn't come to my wedding.

SPEAKER_03

And I didn't what if he didn't he doesn't want to get his?

SPEAKER_04

I didn't even invite five people to my wedding.

SPEAKER_03

This is the two speaker want to pick with you. But let's let's keep it.

SPEAKER_04

Imagine how close we are. Let's skip it for another day.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, now I remember what your mother means.

SPEAKER_04

Actually, yeah, so I I want to just be the devil's advocate for your friend. What if he he just thought that he doesn't want to get people sick at the wedding? Fuck you, bitch. But did he communicate? Did he communicate? Did he communicate to you?

SPEAKER_02

I don't care.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, you didn't open the sky.

SPEAKER_02

Actually, you don't care. If you're gonna die, die.

SPEAKER_04

Come to my wedding. God, that's your best friend. Yeah, people that's why I don't have a lot of friends. That's why I have a lonely life. Because to be my friend or to be around me, it takes a lot of work.

SPEAKER_02

I mean, I'm different. Right. I mean, book to be serious.

SPEAKER_03

Because you know what you give. Do you understand?

SPEAKER_02

I'm someone that I I I will kill myself for someone I love. Oh wow. Yeah, I will. That is. No, don't kill yourself, Joe. I I like if you're dying, come true from me. I mean, so if you can't come true from only your dying, I don't care whatever you don't for me before.

SPEAKER_04

And that's when people used to hold on, whatever something fuck you and the thing you don't do.

SPEAKER_01

Duchess, I just went for Duchess when it's too hey, human.

SPEAKER_07

To forgive is nobody.

SPEAKER_04

So I think it's not her. You know something? I I'm that kind of person I give so much of myself, I overcompensate a lot, and then I don't get the same energy.

SPEAKER_01

It took me a while. I think it was one day someone sat me down and told me that I think we are different people. And I think I had this conversation with Isaiah the other day. You give a lot of yourself because that is what you are.

SPEAKER_04

Like that's the honest that you're supposed to do. That's what you're supposed to do on earth. That's like sometimes you're a giver, you're not supposed to be a taker. And I I've come to terms with that. I'm sorry. No, like I'm a giver and I'm also a taker. Yeah, so I will give another take. So that means you are versatile. Daniel, yes, very versatile. Very bass.

SPEAKER_03

I will give another we take. I don't expect to take.

SPEAKER_04

But I I come to that realization that I'm that's why you see me.

SPEAKER_03

I don't like if I'm if if I'm if you're supposed to be my friend, I expect like once that's why if I'm giving you something or I return from you, and if I'm not getting it, I'm reducing my own.

SPEAKER_00

Yes.

SPEAKER_04

Yes. You can call me pri. Yeah. I don't give same. You have to reduce. See, I don't give second chances, I don't give third chances. Let's move on to the dilemma.

SPEAKER_03

Anyways, yeah, let you have for today. So you guys sent us your dilemmas.

SPEAKER_04

That was what it's all came with. Help me, I'm depressed, they said. I brought my fian. Ah, you just should always make sure your English is great. Correct. Okay. You said I brought my finance. Yes, oh, yeah, I've could I brought my fiancee in from Ghana to Canada. I know where this is going.

SPEAKER_03

She entered the country in October. Yeah. Report to all CC. First of all, okay.

SPEAKER_04

I only yes. Because I report immigrations. No one can't see me. Where you can't do it. Just report. I only got a text after waiting for her the whole day at the airport with a welcome Canada sign. Bitch, I can't just imagine what that is. We have come to Canada and then no one shows up. My God. Saying sorry, I can't do this anymore. Oh my god. After she entered the country. That's crazy. On the 2nd of January, she posted an engagement on Facebook to a white man. He said, Charlie. Wait, wait, wait. Finish reading it. I need to collect some dots. Oh, you know the crazy? No, I'm just connecting dots. We finished reading it. You said you have everyone's profile in this country.

SPEAKER_03

On the 2nd of January, she posted an engagement, her engagement on Facebook to a white man.

SPEAKER_04

Charlie, my head just started bad, man. It really started bad for you. Like you brought someone from Ghana and Naganians. Even though they go collis. Nigerians. First of all, first wait, wait, wait. Think about it. First of all, how did you bring the person here?

SPEAKER_01

Maybe PR. Like the file for the maybe it's PR. No, no, no.

SPEAKER_04

If you filed for him, he can't, the person cannot be engaged to someone else.

SPEAKER_03

Actually, for two years, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. So one thing I'll also say, yeah, your whole part is deporting the person to the IRC. CPCY feel bad, yeah. Report by the end of the day, like it's not going to because except if it's PR. But if you're a bad girl, we give him no advice. Let's I give her advice. Okay, yeah. My own is you are a vessel, an instrument to be used. They use you. Move on. I have the use of snowball hold on. Like why? It's first of all, first of all, first of all.

SPEAKER_03

And this was happened recently, like January 2nd. Yes. This is this is because it came in December. Yeah. This is very recent. Very recent.

SPEAKER_04

Recently. See, anyway, it's two ways. If you are engaged to this person, according to Canada law, you cannot be married to two people at the same time. At the same time. So just go report. No, I think no engaging. But also, there are also other ways to consider. See, it might just be said the person give her money. Or maybe maybe it's over. It might not even be money. There's I say I have see, I have so many cases like this on my table for allegedly like this. And here I will do investigation. Because at the end of the day, it's letter. If you give somebody letter, yeah, the government is a way to support the president's. See, for example, I had my friend, in case you see this thing.

SPEAKER_02

I never gave one of my friends, spousal visas.

SPEAKER_04

Visa to come to come to Canada. And he came, he said that the girl has a bad attitude and she smells. Are you going to force the guy to be there? But every day it's not file. But this one they never see each other. My dear, maybe they don't see each other. Sometimes you are a vessel of testimony.

SPEAKER_03

Actually, actually, to be honest, because if you brought someone from Ghana to them, that person just used you.

SPEAKER_04

But the feel bad goes through immigration. But can you imagine if it is me, I will run away too. Well, can you imagine me at the airport scarry? Welcome to Canada. Nobody, nobody told us that it is instead.

SPEAKER_03

This happened in December, and then she got engaged in January 2nd. The white man was already there for her. I think so. Like they're already talking.

SPEAKER_04

It was an instrument. As a girl, it's an instrument. Why did the white man not do it for her? No, no, what if it was the white man that actually brought her here? What if what if there's all what if what if? What if is the guy still that brought her in?

SPEAKER_03

And it's just an instrument.

SPEAKER_04

As a girl, it's normal.

SPEAKER_03

But can you do that?

SPEAKER_04

I would do that. No. I just knew she. I would do that. See, for example, white people are not that gullible as people think they are.

SPEAKER_03

Absolutely. They are really smart.

SPEAKER_04

And if you want to be with a rich man, never put paper in front of him.

SPEAKER_03

Yes.

SPEAKER_04

Unless he's those one that comes, not those one that used to travel. Travel to Nigeria, yes. If people in the past they will turn.

SPEAKER_02

So what guy is girl? We're smart. We don't lose it at all. I want boy. I want famous. No, I know.

SPEAKER_04

So she used him to go and meet the white man. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

No one knows. Wait. You and my family.

SPEAKER_04

And when I I asked my before we got married, I was like, why wouldn't you get married to your fellow? And it was like young girls.

SPEAKER_02

Louis, look at them girls. They're smart.

SPEAKER_04

Um that means that lady, but there you are not nice. There's some guy named Atta.

SPEAKER_03

Evil girl.

SPEAKER_04

By the way, Atta is one of the sweetest people in the world. She's oh, she's gay. She's my youngest sister. Daniel people are very smart, but very demure. So you will not know that. Yeah. Like green snake under a green grass. That pretender.

SPEAKER_01

That is it.

SPEAKER_04

So basically, I get what you're saying. So she probably has had this white man, but then you and the white man. Maybe it doesn't trouble the white man with papers. You understand that they use me, man. And then they used you. You never had a chance. They used you. They didn't even say they should not come and meet you at home. If you have any opportunity of anybody to bring you up abroad, whatever you know, you wait.

SPEAKER_03

Oh my god. But I really love this girl girls, though. Like from the airport, you you just pinch.

SPEAKER_04

You don't even have a long time for the flight. He probably even bought the flight ticket.

SPEAKER_03

And he said he was waiting. He probably bought the flight ticket. Yeah, next question. Let's see, next question. No, it's just said that he the years are there bad for him. It really started bat for you.

SPEAKER_04

He really started back for LM. I mean, I don't know how you can move on from that anyway. But I mean, if you want to report, you can report to RCC, but there's nothing can do. There's nothing you can actually do because that you're not married. Yeah, you're not married. Yeah, it's not like it's not. And it's not like that's just an engagement. Yes. And it's not married. It perhaps also that, like, oh, I'll pay for your flight cars or your visa processes like that. And that would not go. Oh, I couldn't go. You don't go.

SPEAKER_03

But I feel like Ghana's, anyways, I don't profile Ghanaians now.

SPEAKER_04

No, but they're gonna go punish you. Anyways, because you could have seen the signs from yeah, you want to be like, oh, yeah, you're bringing this girl.

SPEAKER_01

And and I think also that's because they it's so hard to find a partner young and so when they find someone live in their home.

SPEAKER_02

Now when I call this, like my guy was single when I met him. Next question big.

SPEAKER_04

Anyways, um, we're done with this. We are done with this for this one. We're going to do another one very soon. We're going to let us team. If you need to let us team, um, so this is a segment where you say something that is pissing you off right now. Like, for you know, just go like maybe you can say the BBS or like go all out, give us the gist. Like something. Okay.

SPEAKER_02

So my life is a movie.

SPEAKER_04

This morning.

SPEAKER_01

Which episode we did?

SPEAKER_04

This morning. This one is Riti. Reti. This one is ready. Hey, what is that song again? The gind. So this morning the cops came to my house.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, I'm sorry.

SPEAKER_04

Because this girl that's so jealous of me.

SPEAKER_00

Oh.

SPEAKER_04

And thought that I fucked her man. Called the cops and me, saying, hold on. People should do that. That's why I want to say what did she say? As she said as you said, as you said it, I don't like it. What did she tell the cop that oh someone snatched my man? No, she told the cops I was worried about her.

SPEAKER_02

But what I'm gonna tell you is the what it's been 2026. Oh no, so kind of need healing.

SPEAKER_04

She said it should heal. Go to therapy. Wait, question, follow question. Did you actually park the name?

SPEAKER_02

Your man is not acute enough. Digging with that chance. Digging with that. Your man doesn't have that money. Does this lady have a name?

SPEAKER_04

I very good. Does she have a name? I've been very, very dangerous. But the thing is, anything I'm on, they come watch. So I know you're gonna watch this.

SPEAKER_02

I just wanna know that if you're so mad, I never fucked your man. It's not cute enough, it doesn't have money enough. And also you need ealing. Stop fighting people. Remember, I beat you up. You do shit, I'll beat you up without looking at your hands. She's true.

SPEAKER_04

I'm married now, respect my marriage. Okay. And that's it. Period. She said, all the single ladies. That little sim was very calm. But you carry wage. It was a warning sign. When the one was a warning, I'm going to beat you again. This this war where I just talk, yeah, put it as a clipper. The road is about to scatter. Okay, now she has given us social media. That is why we are hoping to grab Dutchess for a third season. Hallelujah! Hallelujah, somebody, somebody. So um, I that was hot. So um, we'll see, what's your left screen? Hmm. You first go. No, you do. I'm starting to process what you go. Um, you go, yeah, you're Nigeria, right? Of course.

SPEAKER_03

That was last of December for you. Was it did he give?

SPEAKER_04

I didn't go to no, like what was what you saw online? No, no, but what I saw online. December in Nigeria. In Nigeria, no, no, it was really dry. I feel like they actually like it was so forced. Yes, it's everybody was in Nigeria. I actually had my flight booked back to cancel my flight. Why?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, because everything to show many events, everything was just so packed. I was like, uh, too much, uh, it's overwhelming.

SPEAKER_03

It was overwhelming, yeah. So and everything was people were trying to force like the I feel like there's more fun right now.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, there's a lot of things to watch today, tomorrow, there's but December too many things to keep up with.

SPEAKER_03

So yeah, is that your yeah, yeah, because last December, yeah, it didn't get it.

SPEAKER_04

He was giving what if guess what? First of all, the airline are sold out for December to Nigeria.

SPEAKER_03

No, I no, the 1226. No, but that's bullshit because there's no way an airline will bring that ticket for December now, actually. But they will still want to. No, that's regardless. I feel like that was just for that day. If you go back now, you will see more like more airlines are available.

SPEAKER_02

I've not checked, but like I'm not planning.

SPEAKER_03

2025 that December did not give at all. It was right, it was forced.

SPEAKER_04

It was giving whether less I want to be in Lagos, I want to be in soap people down, you know. Most of my friends that traveled last year, when you traveled, all of them extended their flight, but everybody came back because it was just there, there was nothing to like. There was no new it wasn't like 24. We all know what they're going to do. So it was waste. I say it was fucking lit. You know, I was fire because the funny thing from the summer beginning, I was I felt FOMO. Uh huh. I'm like, oh, people are traveling, what am I doing here?

SPEAKER_03

But mid like end them like it was dry.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah, that's just I like that. Leo. See this guy. Sorry, I forgot what's with deposit. You know, I've been my deposit. Yeah, I think I saw it. Oh, from the US, US Canada and Canada also. I think I saw it online. So that is why it was so crowded. Some used allegedly that I'm saying, oh, that's my lady in the court tomorrow.

SPEAKER_02

I have my lady's investment. Some old that are not saying they deport them new and legally.

SPEAKER_04

Wow. Well, that's crazy. Anyways, anyways, enough for that. Yeah, that's I think my whole my own um let us thing is see if you're not this color, this black, if you're not black, please bath uh take a shower, it will be just it's just 20 minutes max. And use, but it's not even box to bath as is that's general.

SPEAKER_03

No, you fabric, it's not even about the color, like skin color.

SPEAKER_04

No, it's an adem with the bath as in Adam Shah. It is so that in Nigerian, Jamaicans don't bath too, and also Jamaican. When you want to Isaiah has collected like five strays to date, put down your pick, you know you are not circumcised, yeah. Put it down and wash it. No, let's leave it down one too. As a man, why are you not circumcised? No, no, that's why I say for black people, oh Jamaicans, yeah. Jamaicans, yeah. But draw the thing down and wash it. I don't want to be saying black. Okay, I've given my life to Jesus, I'm gonna fuck my man for the other girls out there. Wait, I'm God.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, everything is circumcised, yes.

SPEAKER_04

I feel like mostly Nigeria, and also your ass crap. Others girls don't be doing dogging, you'll be saying one ass crap, wash your ass crap, please. Thank you. Just in case he wants to do it, yeah. I eat pussy, one more than eat. I live boss. There is a lot on back. I lit I lit dick.

SPEAKER_06

I do spirits.

SPEAKER_04

I just feel like I needed to say that because when you you be on the on the TTC on the train, you personally two people next to you, smelling like shit. Like you just take a bath. But for you know what apart from that one though, next time buy uh and spit and spray it on the display. Ah, that is the evasion of privacy. No, I will spray it. But I don't know. Yeah, I feel like we're not really doing you're not saying it's just even right now that we are even talking about we are currently in winter. Now now they fear too much. No, they fear I will spray you. Ah, why are you smell?

SPEAKER_01

Are we if you oh don't press talking about culture, so another culture that's actually like that that kept me gag was when I came to this country, I couldn't hear allergies to perfume. Oh, yeah. We're not allergic with the allergy.

SPEAKER_04

Some things that I will have some rats. That's what is wrong. That's wrong with your country. They don't acknowledge uh uh allergies.

SPEAKER_07

This is not nice.

SPEAKER_04

So you do not need any use perfume oil, use perfume oil, use perfume oil. No, no, in workplaces, let me spare perfume now. But there's like a written rules oil, this Arabian. See, sometimes there's print some that no, you see, I have yeah, see what I show. Yeah, everyone, you can use oil, put it on. See, it's not about that one, Joyce. I know what you're talking about. Because even in records, you know, um, like Indian people, I get you the idea. I like it to be understand. So India, I'm not saying that is something funny. Those um, those ones that are pitting at the most, use perfume, use body spray. Take take this. This boy is frustrated from your smell. See, it's not even perfume self. So the water like that, so you know, um fabric stuff, man. He has the he has a smell. Yeah, so I went into a place, and then someone was like, Oh, I can't come close to you because of the I'm like, This is fabric stuff, man. Cleanness is less to clean it. No, some people are those dirty, yeah. That's that's that's tell them to shower. Yeah, just take a shower, like please shower. Why we are on this topic, all our time. I shower before I came today. Shower. Like, why we are on this topic, no matter the weather, both winter, spring. No, I want to say something to the water. Winter I can do two, two days, but shower. Every two, two days, but shower. Uh every day. Actually, every day. Why we are on this topic, you know, because we are in winter, memory goes is pouring us. You know, sometimes you cannot lie. Sometimes I don't go out so far. But let him move more than two days. Also, let me I also want to make a point. While we're on this point, because we are in winter, people brought out their jacket and it stinks.

SPEAKER_01

Wash your jacket. Wash your jackets jacket.

SPEAKER_04

Wash your jacket. Bring it out in some yearly too for them. After devil wash it, people yell it. Some of now I asked a girl, I asked her, there was a day. Because I'm very, very inquisitive. I'll ask you a question. Why are you smelling? I have I do it a lot. People that went to film school with me know this. I'll ask. It's and very inquisitive. I'll ask, like, um, Aquarius. February Aquarius. It's us, we don't have baskets. We don't have we have baskets. So I like them, but yeah, we and we are very protective of the people that love, so you need to know. Like my ex that I really, really love was Aquarius. But the God did not propose. Sorry, my husband. Oh imagine after this episode, your husband says it's very chill. I know. I divorce a pastor. It's inside, yeah. Unless I lose him up.

SPEAKER_03

Really?

SPEAKER_04

Wow.

SPEAKER_03

Okay.

SPEAKER_04

But I have as I was saying, if you guys say this episode, don't go ahead. As I was saying, before we close, it's like, I've had as I was saying, like, um, I asked her, like, do you watch? She said, No, I've not watched my my um my minute um suits for like 15 years. The people like this, I don't lie. So that the last even the I didn't know. You've been smelling my g before me never for the press until it was winter again. Do you know I even watch for few days? So I could believe because I don't worry for a few days. No, 15 years, I know what people see people because you just wear it in winter. No, but regarding it 15 years once later is done. Oh so people will be smelling, you can't smell it on the yeah, they can't smell it. Yes, you can smell themselves. They will have a sneak. She said, Maggie, they will be smelling father, she's Brampton, Brampton. What's your jacket? Okay, so your jacket. So let's bring this to the close. So we we have this question that we ask our um our guest.

SPEAKER_01

So there is this song by Olivia Dean that says um it's earth, like imagine hurting me, that is your partner, um, outside your friend, now talk more of someone like a partner. So, what do you think is going to hurt you more? You hurting your friend or you hurting your partner? Which one is going to hurt you more?

SPEAKER_04

People are, yeah, friend. Give me, give me friends. Give it to me, too. Give it to me, give me. Why? Because that's your friend. Yeah. Like for me, I keep friendship really tight. Like, I don't have to be friends with my husband. So for your husband, you don't care is if it's Oh guys, my second marriage, third time is the chance. Okay. Well, see. I I I I the way I talk is so long-challenged that it's gonna feel like, oh, I don't love my challenge my marriage. I do. But that I don't really get hurt by the relationship by gifts.

SPEAKER_02

Like business and my friends. Yes. Because there's so many things you don't want to tell your partner, but you tell your friend. Then if your friend imagine you're telling your friend you're sicky. That's why you remember that fight I gave it to one game for one line for TikTok. That's why it really hurt me so much. Um I don't care. Yeah, it's not the fight. Because that's my friend. Like telling you someone should be.

SPEAKER_01

When I was your manager, right?

SPEAKER_04
