Hello and welcome to a Whispered Thread podcast. I am one of your hosts, Katie Robinson, and today I have something a little bit different for you. I feel guided to share a meditation to help you settle into your own energy. Find a comfortable place where you can relax. Be sure you're not driving, operating any heavy equipment, or doing anything unsafe. As you settle in, you can either keep your eyes open, just finding somewhere to focus your eyes. So finding something to focus on, where you're not distracted if it doesn't feel comfortable to close your eyes. If you are in a place where you can close your eyes and relax, please do so.

Arriving In Breath And Body

Just noticing your breath as you settle in, noticing your body and greeting your body. This might be the first time that you've really said hello and dropped in in this way. So please greet your body. Notice how it's feeling. Noticing if there's anything tight or tense. You don't have to do anything about it. You're just recognizing and allowing your breath to flow. Maybe move your shoulders down away from your ears. This is something that already happens, but when we really acknowledge it, when we set an intention for more movement, for more of that life force energy to come into the body, for more release as we exhale, it just really helps. It's very supportive, and it's very powerful. Bringing in that breath, filling up your body, and then exhaling, release, letting go and softening. See if you can bring it just a little bit deeper into the body, allowing your belly to expand just a little bit more. Not trying to force anything, just whatever's available to you right now. If you can bring it in a little bit more, feeling your belly expand. Exhaling it all out. Allow your body to notice where you're sitting. Let it feel the support. You can let go just a little bit more because wherever you're sitting or laying, it's holding you up. So soften just a little bit. Let go even more, coming into this present moment.

Calling In Your Highest Vibration

And as we breathe, we are calling in the highest, purest vibration that is you. The highest, purest vibration, your higher self, your light, calling this forward and bringing it down into the body.

Visualizing Light Through The Body

If you'd like to, you can visualize a beautiful light above your head, any color that comes to you. Just notice how beautiful it is, how vibrant and powerful it is. And then allow that light to come in through the top of your head, down through your third eye, through your throat, into your chest, and down your arms, into your hand, all the way down through your torso, soothing your lower back, filling up your solar plexus, down through your hips and both legs, all the way to both of your feet. And then you're gonna have that light come out of your feet and wrap all the way around your body, noticing that you're completely surrounded by this light above your head, below your feet, in front and back on both sides, completely surrounded.

Protection Bubble And Closing Grounding

Just notice how it feels. This is the light of source, creator. This is the light of your highest self, your brilliance, your divine wisdom and protection. Let yourself feel this light all around you. Let it all feel how protected you are. That you're in the space of your energy, the highest, purest vibration that is you, all the way around you and within you. There is nothing within you or around you that is not the highest, purest vibration that is you. And then allow that light to come back up, pulling up that beautiful earth energy all the way through your roots, through your legs, and up into your body, softening even more, letting go just a little bit, maybe a lot, opening your hands, opening your chest, ah, taking a deep breath in, noticing that it is your light within and around, all of you within and all around.
