Danny Burns and I often shared the stage together in and around Copenhagen. Danny went on to move to the Nashville where he was recorded with O'Brien and Jerry Delvin.

SPEAKER_01Some really sad news this week in that the Dolores Cain has died on the day before St. Patrick's Day. Dolores has always been one of my favorite Irish singers ever since I first saw her many years ago at the Pontedy Folk Festival. And here she is singing on the solid ground.

She released her debut album Quiet Giant in 2017, for which she received the Best Emerging Artist Award and the inaugural RTE Radio One Folk Award.
