Denise Valdez is a first-generation Latina, eldest daughter, and licensed therapist passionate about creating spaces where mujeres feel seen and supported. Born in the U.S. and raised with deep cultural roots in Mexico, she understands the balance of navigating two worlds. Most of her clients are also first-gen daughters, and through her work and podcast she shares resources, stories, and conversations that uplift and empower the first-gen Latina community.
