Welcome back to the More at the Just a Wedding podcast. I'm your host, Jennifer Starr. Today I thought I would share with all of you something that is very near and dear to my heart, and something new that I am announcing and releasing into the world as an extension of the J Star Wedding Company. So, first let me preface by saying the existing company, all of our planning services remain exactly the same. What I'm going to be talking about today is simply an extension to what we currently offer. So let me rewind. For many, many, many years, I have had a goal on my heart that each passing year has gotten heavier and heavier. And it's really been this calling to have the capacity to help more people with the planning process. Because as you can imagine, with our service-based clients, we are limited on how many clients we can help. And that's obviously very intentionally designed because each wedding takes a lot of hours, a lot of time, a lot of trust, a lot of responsibility. So beyond that, over the years, I've I've known wholeheartedly that there is a need to help more people. And I've been trying to find the best way to do this. And my friends, I think I finally landed on something that feels really exciting. And I'm in the very beginning stages, but I thought, let me invite you on this journey with me. And it'll be really interesting if we can timestamp where we're at right now and revisit this a year from now to see what kind of momentum it has had. So, friends, what I'm sharing is what I'm calling the wedding launch pad. This is a program that I have been putting together to help more people. How it works is this program is designed to help couples in the very early stages of their planning process. Ideally from after the engagement, while they are excited and um have these this amazing plan and goal ahead. And as they start to get into understanding wedding planning, there's an immense amount of overwhelm. Not knowing where to start, not knowing uh how to establish a budget, not knowing the steps to take, so many things. So my thought is if I could provide a program and some education on how to help couples get started and help them build their foundation so they feel solid, supported, and ready, this would ideally launch them into the rest of their wedding planning journey with confidence, clarity, excitement, and knowing that the core of the wedding has been established so they can make decisions that feel easier throughout the rest of their journey. So that is the wedding launch pad. I mean, over time, I have talked to so many couples at the beginning stages of the process. And a lot of times they'll just be so transparent and say, look, I don't know where to start. I don't know how much weddings cost. I feel like I absolutely could utilize the help from a planner, but can I even afford a planner? There's just so many unknowns. And the wedding industry has changed so much over the past, um, even since I've been in it, and I've now been in it my pretty much my entire adult career, it has changed dramatically. So keeping up and navigating those changes and understanding um how to create that foundation and what you need to get started is something that I feel really called to do for couples. So, how it works, I have created helpful content, um, a handful of modules that will be hosted on a platform, a private platform accessible only to our launch pad couples. Within that, I will have educational videos that go through where you need to get started and how it works and very intentionally designed to take you through the process. Each module will also have downloadable worksheets, supplemental tools, and so forth that will be very helpful as you're going through this information. In addition, this platform will have extra information as well. I will be doing live workshopping, your wedding, um, where you can ask me anything, and ideally, I can help support you through those weekly videos. And I think one of the most valuable parts of the program is that each person in the program can send me a question per week specific to the topics that we're covering, and I will answer via Loom video specifically to your direct question and help you customize your plan. And I think that will be really beneficial because it will be specific to exactly what your idea is, what your budget is, uh, the type of venue that you're booking, what you value, what you prioritize, because it's different for everyone. I mean, there are so many different ways you can plan a wedding. And I'm so passionate to be able to help all of you in a different capacity than I, we, my team, have been able to do before. So, yes, my friends, this is the wedding launch pad. I am in real-time um beta testing this. I currently have a handful of VIP members. They are my official beta testers. However, I am accepting some seed launch members as well, very limited spots, and you will be receiving this program um at a very special introductory price. It will not stay this price for very long, that I can assure you. But if this is something that feels good, it matches where you are in the process. Let's go.
