this is one of those shocking things because you know how usually i said i'm doing something and i do it and you think there's usually a lot more time I mean, before you know it, here it is. And you're like, what, it's here? Now what? Because I really want, I want everybody to know what's happening underneath you. I genuinely want to know so I can show what's happening underneath me, what's happening underneath you. So my whole, you know what it is? I have been so excited because so many of our friends know us very closely and many know about the steps behind the scene. And there's so many that don't know. So this whole thing about Essential Outcomes podcast that we spoke about, we want it to be raw and real. So here we are restarting it. This is really episode two, but it's really episode one. well i believe that with all of this uh 12 weeks it's been an opportunity for men to be the greatest version of themselves and so i feel love is the most powerful force in the universe so it's in a level of education of bringing that awareness of what i see love between unconditional and conditional and what challenges a man may go through and understanding it, but also the application of feeling it because many men have challenges. So in each of these courses, I bring the awareness of it, the challenges that may appear in one's life and then the solutions and results that we can move through it.

So in this one, when you're speaking of love, are you helping men recognize what love is on the inside. What is that? Or is it like to allow love? Is it to actually love? Love, is it loving themselves? Is it loving... Because I mean, the topic of love is so big. How are you wrapping this up as... men to become consciously involved, what is this love that you've put at the end that sort of pulls it all together?

Well, I feel it goes with our mission of alignment and embody of it. And I feel that for this one, it's been a great journey of seeing how love is the fuel of every process in this world. So how we can embody that within us as divine energy. And so divine energy as that love, but also aligning with that because I feel as the masculine, many times we're in a mental body, and so it's bringing that mental body into that heart-centered consciousness. So it's a very big subject, and usually what happens with when the subject comes, I start just walking outside and seeing what is it that the men need to hear right now? What is it that, as I grew up, when we spoke of love, what was talked about growing up and what wasn't shared? as I go through it, it's like, hmm, how can this be brought up through my own personal experience? What is it in our conscious evolution now that needs to be heard, that needs to be said? I'm

And I feel because it's so big, usually what happens in days of preparation for it, I scale it down, I scale it down, I scale it down, and then I tie it to all the principles that lead up to it. That's so exciting. is a building block and I thought the very last one is love, but I'm really looking beyond the human feeling of love. I'm looking more at divine love and then what it is to be what I feel is the journey for most in unconditional love. Because that's a

being that there are very few couples that come forth and do a keynote together, what do you see in that journey for us? Because most of these participants are focusing on a single keynote.

I know. And you know what? I feel there's an advantage, Michael, here. Honestly, the past nine years, the amount of times you and I facilitate together, the amount of times we led the Sunday services, the amount of times we've been on, let's say, Friday Tea Time Essentials, talk we're going back and forth back and forth it's I feel genuinely somehow we nailed this already so this is going to be just a few things like with that brand stamp for example today when Jen spoke about brands and what is that brand stamp so we already have our brand stamp which is what's our brand stamp

So now the question becomes based on what Jen brought up. Okay. What is the audience we're speaking to? So in my image that we had, I added that audience that was there for me was the people who really, really struggled. And the message was with God, everything is possible. So now based on that, like that feeling, how are we going to build this? How are we going to build this? Because you and I have gone through it ourselves. So it's going to be exciting how this is going to unfold and how you and I create this this 45 minute speech, right? Where we have like the panel speech, we have the quick little one minute introduction and the story with it. I'm so excited what we're going to discover as we do this together. It's

going to be very interesting because it's like learning something. Yeah. And then taking, you know, singularity into a plural way that we can now not only learn, but apply it in a new way or new system of expression.

And as I did the prayer today, I wanted God to show us the way, for us to get out of the way and have fun with it, relax into it, and be open to maybe a whole different expression that you and I haven't even discovered. feel like situations like this it allows a deeper a deeper authentic level of our expression to come forward so as their authenticity comes out especially in mind where I feel more relaxed I feel less from the mental and my body's communicating it more from that heart centered place that I can feel then it's going to show in ways that are going to surprise us

at the same time, it's navigating through discomfort and stretching, which now feels like, wow, there's going to be even something greater that comes out of it versus letting the limited mind say, wait a minute, am I ready for it? When it's like, that's just a limitation.

So So can you visualize in two and a half months, we finish this, can you just imagine for a moment how different we're going to be? as we apply these new skills to ourselves and God presence lead the way through us.

I can definitely see it's going to be anchored and grounded in a very clear way and shared in an essence that we know we were are guided to do this.

it feels circling back and being like, what are they talking about, but really allowing that fluidity joy happiness and what I really feel is this connection because as we share what connection well just the connection with ourselves and God I feel because there's such a deep essence of what we love and how we're committed to our everyday mission of waking up first thing in the morning and then connecting to the divine and then living that as we share that and as it grows and expands expands in our true authenticity, I feel like there's so much to, there's so much to express. It's just now grounding it, at least for myself.

What were you contemplating?

I was contemplating how we went, got these microphones, these linings to start the podcast and we were sitting in the living room. We did that first one, put all the plants and like, okay, let's get this because we have no clue what what we're doing, but we got to do this. And you know what I love? When I was, last week, the training with podcast started with Kathy. She said, okay, you can start to do all the recordings and you launch it in January once you finish. And she said, and for some of you, you might feel you just want to do it now. And I was like, no, I want to do it now because I really want to capture this exact, it kind of be like a diary as we're going through it ourselves, while we are also training for keynote speaking. So we get to share it through our podcast in real time. So our friends, our family, as you get to hear these episodes, you get to hear really behind the scene what's happening, the laughter, the discomfort, the nervousness, maybe the fear, and also the breakthroughs. And there's such a perfection space especially what we're coming off of. And we're also teaching with our higher level mentorship through this. So it's so wild how all is taking place at the same time, simultaneously. And the clarity that I have is before it would throw me off, as it would throw you off. And I believe truly and feel Because since January until now, the deep dive you and I took to be able to change our belief system, rewire our beliefs, rewire our thoughts, meeting all these limited beliefs within ourselves and the emotions that came with it. Then we changed our thoughts. Then we went through the feelings and the emotions. We readjusted. As we went through it, we taught our group and we put this whole program, 12 weeks together for others, we have changed so much on the inside and we have developed our own self-mastery. So what would throw me off before, because my nervous system wasn't regulated, my emotional system wasn't regulated, the regulation is so calm because of God presence in me, deep stronger and I'm very aware of all this happening simultaneously yet I feel I'm in the center of the hurricane and I'm excited eating touching it all around and somehow I don't have to take it on on my human self I am so aware God Almighty is handling it all through me and I could just sit back and watch it on film And it's so exciting. What a whole different way of operating, driving this vehicle that I'm just discovering in this way that I love so

much. You know what's so beautiful, honey? I feel like because you're so animated and there's these moments where when it comes through, people naturally feel your emotion and naturally feel your reactions. So as these experiences that continue to happen, a living version of what is happening.

No, but the amount of pressure in my head of just expansion. Like, I feel right now it's like one of the greatest expansions in my ever body. And it's like moving at a zillion miles an hour. So like, how do you feel? How do you feel? It's like, wow. I don't know how to express it.

But I keep saying, because you got to come in your body. You can't feel it in your head, Michael. I keep telling you, you can't feel it in your head. That's why you got to come in your body. We're working with align your body. Feel it in your body.

That was wild. That's like our show right there. And then we're on Spotify. I mean, we're showing you all of the other ones that we're on. It's like 12 different other programs I'd never even heard of. And you know what's interesting? You know how I was sharing with you yesterday? I myself felt so overwhelmed last week because the technical things I don't know. It's just not an area. And Sierra doesn't quite have enough time for this. And this is part of me just to because you're pushing yourself to expand, grow. I'm pushing myself to grow and my human self is having difficulty because these are the areas I just like, I do not know. Yet somehow when I lean back on God, God Almighty, somehow it relaxes me where I just, I do it anyway. I discover and I don't know. And I dare to ask like from the group, does anybody know this? And I look at YouTube, university, YouTube things and somehow I press things, I mess things up and I do it again and then it works because I don't know at all. Like I'm figuring it out, you know? But to have, I didn't even know on Sunday it would come online. I just got the email. So I did it. I put it all in. I was still trying to figure it out. It wasn't working. And then one Sunday, I had that email that said, you are now on Apple. Congratulations. You're on Apple Podcasts. I was like, what? And that's why it was like, wow. Like it happened. How did this happen? It's so surreal.

It's very surreal. It is very, very surreal. So how are you feeling? Okay.

So I'll tell you, I really feel amazing. There is this, the, that part of me that loves to discover life discover possibilities discover ways that within me I haven't seen that part it's that raw passion that is that is very present in me has come on, and it's, I would call it the Holy Spirit, because it is my little girl, she's so excited, oh, we can do this, oh, we can do this, oh, we can do this, it's that creative energy, that creative energy is running through me, hundreds of ideas, and it's so exciting, oh my goodness, we can do this, this, this, this, this, and I love that. When I created my product, when I created my center, that being in that energy, I love being in that, and I love seeing the possibilities, what comes out of it. And underneath what excites me, when you say what is it, because I have seen this over and over, what comes out, when I get out of my way, when I get out of the frustration, I don't know how to do things, because there's so many things I don't know how, when I step out of that frustration and I allow myself to relax and have fun, and then somehow I'm able to press the right button where the thing works and then the RSSS work. And then somehow like yesterday, the podcast became online. It's like, wow, I did it. So that capability comes on. Like I can talk all about God, mighty presence. I'm very confident in that area. These are the areas I don't have confidence. My human doesn't. yet when it comes up there's this confidence that comes up and then being able to witness so many friends as i posted on instagram and facebook the friends that then then responded back with their joy their excitement and even people i didn't know they're so excited to hear about what we're gonna share that's what i feel like oh my gosh like we get to put

The word that isn't about us, it's about our journey. It's about what God Almighty wants to demonstrate and show through us how every day we're embodying this in exactly moments like this, where the presence come in. We don't know how to do something and we relax into it. There is God presence. We can always lean on that and it comes in. And what it actually means to live from God Almighty every single day throughout the day. through the human experience. So this is what's exciting because it's the simplicity of the mission. We're living our mission in the simplest way, everyday life. And these vehicles such as the podcast, YouTubes, the stages, keynote, are vehicles in which the message goes out. It's not about me, it's not about you, where people can find some kind of upliftment, some kind of hope, some kind of faith, again, restoring faith that with God, everything is possible. That is the message. Literally, that's the message. So that's what excites, that's underneath the joy and excitement that I'm feeling on the inside. I'm so happy you said that. That's the keynote. So I can meet that because for a long time I had struggled how to meet these passions I have. It's like as if I couldn't deliver and deliver it all. I had to put it in a specific way and I'm so grateful through Kathy. She said, do it this way. No, you can't. Do it the way you want to and deliver it so I can reach the people that I want to reach and the message, because it's not about me. It's the way I have to deliver it to help others if it resonates with them when they hear the message.
