Welcome to the Ascension Alchemist Podcast. This is your host, Michael Abramson, and I'd like to wish each and every one of you a happy new year. What a wonderful opportunity to be here. I'm so grateful that each and every one of you have taken the time to listen and to start this new year in a new beginning in a way that I'd like to open a conversation that can really help bring a level of empowerment, awareness, and connection. As many of you know, Honey and I are deeply connected to each and every one of you that are listening and our gratitude and appreciation. And before I dive into today's topic, I'd like to ask you, wherever you're listening, whatever you're doing, to take a moment and to really ask yourself, what am I deeply connected to? What is my prioritization into what I connect to? Because I feel this energy of connection is one of the greatest gifts we have to thrive, to expand, to illuminate, and to really align to our God Almighty frequency, embodying the truth of who we are. And that is our mission here at Ascension Alchemist, which I feel each and every one of us have the opportunity. Yet it's interesting in a time period where there's a lot of isolation, and where many of us sometimes go throughout the day in which we're leaning on one connection versus the supreme connection. If you ever imagine what we require every single day in this world, what is the one connection that this world is actually dependent upon? It's an interesting question because I would not be recording this broadcast if it wasn't for this connection. Wi-Fi is so interesting because isn't it interesting how through our phones, through our computers, through all institutions, banking systems, it requires an internet connection to run these devices, to run our systems. And if you really look at it, the world without Wi-Fi, where would it be right now? Yet, when we look at a connection that exceeds Wi-Fi, that really brings us into our natural God-given purpose is our source connection. And that I believe is an area in 2026 where not only myself, but many are being called to really honor, respect, and develop that connection, that relationship with source, because we are an expression of that. Yet today, Honey and I were having a very interesting conversation that I wanted to share with you because it's quite funny when you think about what happens when we lose connection with our Wi-Fi. Have you ever noticed when you're in a spot and all of a sudden you don't have internet or your messages aren't going through? How does that make you feel? What do you notice that's happening in your body? Anger, frustration, stress. Oh my gosh, how could I possibly lose my connection to Wi-Fi internet? That's impossible. Wherever I go, I should have Wi-Fi connection because that is my divine right. Yet it's interesting when we start to step back from that and we look at the importance of other connections that are our inherent divine connection and what precedes that from our regular 3D dimensionality to our God presence reality. For I recognize when I'm working out at the gym and I lose connection all of a sudden, if I want to check an email, or if I'm taking a pause and I'm maybe in a dry spot, how all of a sudden there becomes this reaction? There becomes, wait a minute, why am I not receiving what should be given to me? Why is there a blockage to the messages, the information that's not inherently coming through me? Now, these Wi-Fi waves are all around us. And we inherently connect them through our phones, through our computers, and through any device that we're using day to day. Now, what happens if we step back deeper and we start to look at our divine connection, our source connection, our God Almighty connection, and how much time, relationship, prioritization are we connecting into that? Because to me, as one that has worked in the health, wellness, and healing field for over 30 years, that is the ultimate connection that we should be harnessing every single day. As I was just having a conversation with a dear client, I was talking about, isn't it fascinating when we start to lose our connection with the divine, with God Almighty presence, and what starts to happen within us? How our body, our mind, our emotions all a starting, all of a sudden starts to shift more to an exterior focus or an external environment because somewhere within us we've lost our root connection, or somewhere we have put more focus on what we need to do, what we think we have to do to this beautiful ego, mind, responsibilities, versus what's dialing up within us each and every moment of the day. Could you imagine this moment if the connection of your internet was so strong that it became a necessity just as the connection to source and that same frequency? That that connection that you wake up each and every morning becomes just as important as your Wi-Fi connection. The same waves, the same infinite potential that's circulating around because we know Wi-Fi moves around, and obviously, source connection is of greater magnitude, yet, where do we steer our focus? I bring levity to this because it's quite interesting of where we put our attention. Where our attention goes, the energy flows. So, what would happen now when we bring forth a deeper connection to source? And we open up our signal so that we can receive more, allow more, and live in our natural divine abundance and prosperity. And that's what I love about the beginning of the new year because I feel in new beginnings, there's this fresh sleep where we can start and look at all of the excitement and joy that we can create. We're creative beings, and we have this wonderful blank slate at the beginning of the year to see how can I create? And most important, how can I connect myself to everything around me to create? And now becomes the importance to remember when I connect to the divine, when I allow my signal to be as clear as possible, isn't my intuition, my internal gut instinct, my natural higher gifts able to flourish through me, just as if I have high-speed internet, I'm able to receive these same messages. How interesting it is that unfortunately, majority of the people in this world have lost that connection. Or their signal might be on one bar, and they're not even close to maintain that frequency because the focus is on another connection, which is okay, not wrong, not right, not good or bad. It just is. It just brings a greater level of awareness and to ask yourself, hmm, how is my connection with the divine? And of course, if it's not to the greatest way, it's this message is not here to create shame or guilt or blame. Trust me, we have a lot of that already going on in our external environment. I'm here just to remind of stepping deeper into this great awareness is when I'm connected, when we're connected, when there is the presence of that divine signal that's running through us, can you imagine the amount of energy we're able to create? Can you imagine the amount of freedom and liberation that we're running off an internal connection that allows us to go beyond any man-made technological frequency? For if you really look at it, our body is electric magnetic. And we already have this frequency running through us in this divine fashion. I actually learned, did you know, if our body was hooked up to a generator, we could actually run a small city for a week. That's how much life force energy that is pulsating through this body. Now imagine that life force energy that is connected to source and allowing that frequency to be the priority, just as the priority is for you to wake up and eat breakfast or to brush your teeth or to shower to place clothes on. What happens if your priority in the morning was to connect into the signal of source? So that before you actually left the bed, the room, the house, your frequency, your signal was so strongly connected to source that you walked out fully charged, fully rejuvenated, fully calibrated to take on the whole day. Does it make you think now what connection now is more important? Which, of course, I do know Wi-Fi, we need to check our emails, our messages, our bank accounts. It's become a normal rhythm. Yet, isn't your health your wealth? Isn't your well-being the most important? And without your health, where would you be right now? So it makes me go deeper of saying, how connected am I with source? And where is my signal? And how can I calibrate that even in moments that I don't feel well? Because imagine, when our Wi-Fi and internet is down, do you see how we operate in such a slow magnitude? Have you noticed what happens inside the body when we're not getting the messages we want? Or we're in a state of frustration, anxiety, stress, and worry because all of a sudden our normal ability to check messages, Facebook, Instagram, social media, or any other device, YouTube, this wonderful podcast. Now, what happens when inherently we're not connected to source and we don't know about that? What's happening within the body? What's happening to our central nervous system, our autonomic nervous system, our muscles, our organs? Are they now running off the same magnitude and frequency that aligns them in their purity of health? It's a great question to dive into. A great area to really see, hmm, if I bring my connection deeper into source, does my body naturally align to its higher health? Absolutely. Have you noticed this body? How it wants to move into homeostasis? How if you give it the proper rest, the proper nutrition, the proper joy, happiness, peace, it thrives. Now imagine connecting it to its divine source. Just like a phone, when you power it up, so your battery goes to 100%, so it could fully go back down to zero and power it up. Imagine there's a line from you connected to your heart to source, and you're connecting that each morning, and then reminds you, okay, when my battery's low, when I'm starting to feel a little anxious, stressed, and worried, where's my connection to source? Okay, when I'm feeling pain, when I'm feeling lost, when I'm feeling confused, when I'm feeling helpless, when I'm feeling despair, where's my connection to source? What happens if each time that we don't feel good, as simple as it sounds, we've actually lost our signal with source? Each time we've dropped into maybe that unfortunate victim mode, helpless mode, despair, depression, hurt, pain, we've all done it. How is my signal radiating through the universe? Because could it be as easy and simple as this? I'm feeling off. Okay. I better start to connect myself back to source. God, universe. Okay, I'm starting to feel a little tired. Okay, let me recharge myself, plug myself into source. Okay, I'm getting really frustrated, anger, and my head's hurting. Okay, let me go connect myself back to source. So the next question is well, how do I connect myself back to source? Well, what we have it all around us. Taking a walk into nature, breathing fresh air, going out and doing exercise, taking this moment just to close our eyes, focus within, and remember that divine connection is already within us. And all we have to do is focus, give attention to the Creator, the God Almighty, and the expression of us that we are made of to align and of course embody so we can be the greatest version of ourselves. That excites me. You know why? Because it's not this confusion long equation, E equals MC squared. Thank you, Einstein. I love that, or all these other hard, difficult problems or conflicts that we can't solve because somewhere we've lost or we've disconnected from our natural signal. Because if you notice, when the phone goes down, we don't start getting angry at the phone. Why is this phone not working? I'm having poor usage, my my message service doesn't run, I can't get my calls. Why is it happening? Just because it's the batteries on 2%, that shouldn't happen. This phone should be working because this is the way it's been designed. Now take that to yourself. When we're running on 2%, 3%, because we're not fully connected, imagine how this body's running. You know, I feel many of us, including myself, when born in a first world culture, we are a little privileged. We have this expectation that everything should be fully charged and ready and allowed for us to move in our proper etiquette because we've been born where a lot of things have been done for us, and all we have to do is plug it in, push a button. I mean, back in the age, we're not walking five miles to get some bread or look for the closest stream for natural running water or building our house by sticks. You know, society has given us a pretty comfortable way of living, even though the external environment chooses to create discomfort and its chaos that's created. Yet coming back to that natural connection within yourself, what happens if that becomes the resolution and the excitement for 2026? To connect within to the divine and allow our signal to emanate the greatest version of ourselves. Because what I know is each and every morning when I wake up, whether it's on the right side of the bed or the wrong side of the bed, I'm aware I have one purpose. That purpose is to connect directly to source. Because when I wake up, I want to feel good. And I bet each and every one of you, beyond the mind, beyond the ego, beyond the suffering, I'm sure if you asked yourself this, don't you want to feel in a joyful, happy state when you wake up, when you move throughout the day? That is our natural alignment. Even though a lot of us are working below baseline of a dysregulated central nervous system, moving through flight or fight, or just having to deal with the normal day-to-day things that move through us. So why am I sharing this? Why am I bringing so much passion to this? Because what I'm aware of is when we fine-tune this connection with source, when we allow ourselves to elevate our frequency, we start to move out of dis-ease and into our higher health consciousness. And what's so exciting that I'd like to share today is something that happened to me this morning. This morning I was deep into meditation. And I was going through my cleansing and clearing through breath, through journaling, and just shedding some of the old reflections that I've been moving through this past year and into And then all of a sudden, when I released what no longer served me, and I opened up my divine connection to source, I felt such a radiance of light, of goosebumps, truth bumps that moved through me that something phenomenal happened to me. I started to connect in a way that I very rarely do. It happens very rarely throughout the year. It happens when I place my signal so deeply focused in meditation in source, I start to hear my higher self communicate to me, which each and every one of us have that ability. Mediumship, being an empath is our God-given service. When we slow the mind down in meditation, connect to our heart, and most important, allow ourselves to align with the divine, to the God Almighty. And you know what happened today? All of a sudden, I felt my higher self communicate and I brought out my journal and I started writing. One page, two page, three-page of automatic writing. It was coming through me, connecting to God Almighty, connecting to source, allowing me to connect to my higher senses. What happens if each of your higher senses, clear audience, clairvoyance, clairsentience, all of our higher abilities are right here, ready for us. And all we have to do is maintain our connection, our frequency to source. And as we do that, we elevate ourselves into a higher conscious, into a frequency that then provides us with what our higher self, our higher truth, wants to communicate through us. To me, that is greater than any Wi-Fi connection, computer connection, because all of a sudden I feel like I'm online, I'm turned on, and all I have to do is maintain that simple connection with God. Which, of course, is not always easy considering the amount of distraction, the amount of chaos, and what I see with many of us, ADHD, because of the quick dopamine hits that we're hitting on every single external stimulus. Yet we have that ability to bring ourselves back to breath, to breathe into our hearts, and each moment practice stillness. And each moment in that stillness, whether it's a walk, whether it's breath work, whether it's just coming back into meditation, there is that divine connection that opens up our ability to bring forth our greatest gifts. And that connection, which is so phenomenal, is not just for this life. It's an eternal connection. That connection that moves through many lifetimes. I don't know how excited you are, but it excites me to imagine when we really go deep within ourselves and we start connecting to all aspects and dimensionalities, it starts to bring forth the color into our life. I may be aging myself, especially for next generations, because there was a moment where there were movies that were black and white. And I remember growing up watching Wizard of Oz, and there was that moment where when they landed at Oz, it went from black and white to color, and all of a sudden the yellow brick lit up, and we're like, wow, look at what the color brought through us and shifted one dimensionality of black and white to complete color. Now imagine that in that same connection with source, where you have the ability to shift from a very limited perspective in 3D, and then open it up to a greater version. So now you see all aspects of yourself, you feel all aspects of yourself, and now you get to live by them of what your natural frequency is, your God frequency. And now it just becomes you being the conduit of what your higher self, your higher gifts, your higher missions, your what your soul has always wanted you to do, to now live through you, breathe through you, and allow that because you've given the opportunity to do what you were chosen to do upon the first breath here in life. And that was to maintain that connection with God Almighty, to maintain that connection within your breath, to maintain that connection with the love that we get to share with every conversation, with every person, with every experience, we get to share that connection and we get to radiate that out in a beautiful ripple effect so that all of a sudden we recognize that we're a whole and one entity of everything. And the more that I connect to the divine, I get to share that exuberance of joy with each person that's around me. And the more you connect with the divine God, presence, universe, source, then you get to allow that. And it becomes this domino effect of us connecting back to the one truth, the one love, the one commonality that we all have that comes from where we're recreated from. And that's our true God presence. And that starts with our divine connection. So maybe next time when the internet goes down or the Wi-Fi is not working, and you're like, you know what? I have something greater to calibrate. I'm gonna calibrate my connection within because maybe that could actually short circuit the Wi-Fi and actually all of a sudden turn that on because I'm electrical, electrical magneting all of the energy through me that it's opening up my body and my channels to now create the ultimate energy. Many of you know that I in acupunctures, and I've evolved that in many different ways. And it's interesting from Eastern Medicine, when we place these needles into the body, there is a connection to these points that send energy and activate life force through us to bring us into harmony and balance. And how phenomenal it is that we can do the same within our breath. We can do the same through exercise, we can do the same through many modalities that opens up an infinite potential and intelligence that can give you everything that you want. And it becomes now that responsibility, that discipline, and most important, that commitment that you give yourself. Because I promise what happened this morning gave me such an amount of exuberant of energy of like, wow, that connection within source, that energy that took over my body and then allowed my hand to naturally write what my higher self wanted to communicate to me was like this New Year's present that was given to me without even asking for it because my higher team was saying, here we go. This is what you're here. Here's some beautiful pieces of wisdom that you would like to know, and we're so grateful to share. I know when I grew up it was exciting to hear channels. I know sometimes there's been many friends that have gone to mystics and empaths and readers and finding out what is gonna happen and what do I need to know. What happens if your divine connection now becomes your natural birthright to already be given everything you need to know because it's already within you? And that every solution to any problem or challenge is within you, and it just requires that connection to source. Because what I have learned and what I've seen is when we start to lose that connection, or let's just say our signal starts to go all the way down, that's where we become vulnerable to disase. Because what I've seen through 30 years of working from eastern to western to spiritual to higher health is the higher we hold our frequency within our divine connection, the greater health we have. Yet it becomes our responsibility to charge and to recalibrate that at every moment. And it's given me this natural awareness of each time that my tank drops down, just like a car, we have to fill the gas back up. What happens if now when the tank starts to drop mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically, it becomes our moment to stop, to breathe, and to connect back to source? Which to some, I'm sure can be very challenging because, like me, when I grow up, that connection was confused by religion, spirituality, what God was, and it started to really allow me to dive into what is the creator and who am I? And that's a whole other conversation. Yet if we can take any confusion, any let's just say resistance, and we can just start from day one, like every day, in a fresh new slate and know that you have the opportunity, I have the opportunity, we have the opportunity to connect into our heart, which I feel is the ultimate place where that gateway opens into our love. And that is divine love, unconditional love. And when we open that unconditional love within ourselves, we open that divine signal to source, and that allows us to create the day before us. For no longer is our mind or our ego or our fears or our trauma filtering the day. Our signal is actually running through source, and we're living through the heart in our compassion that gives us the ability to create what we're here to do, to seed on this earth that many have a great higher responsibility through the gifts that are here to be planted. And today, and today is a great day because I feel those that are listening and those that that know within them that you are here for a purpose. You have a great mission on this life, and there are many people that are ready to hear this, many people that are so looking forward to these conversations and allowing this frequency to come through so that we can once again come together. Because when we really think, feel, and look into it, doesn't connection just feel natural? Connection through a hug, connection through a hello, connection through it's so nice to see you, connection through, thank you, listener, right now for taking this time. I appreciate, I honor, I love you. Doesn't that connection make you feel whole? And what happens if right now we're moving to a brand new wholeness, a consciousness that's never been seen on this earth, and it requires our connection to the divine and our connection to the signal that's within us in every step, every breath, and every heartbeat that we get this opportunity to live. We came down here into this earth school to remember the masters that we are and to connect with like-minded, like-hearted beings. And now I truly believe what we're seeing around us in this amplification of energy and consciousness that's elevating is also bringing forth a deeper connection within ourselves and our ability to do magnificent services that have never been seen or lifetimes ago that was once practiced on this earth. So if there's anything I can implore for you today is see how that connection to source can be cultivated, can be open so that there doesn't need to be an external validation or an external approval or acceptance, because that connection within you already loves you for the being that you are. That connection within you already respects you for the magnificence that you are.

That connection within you brings forth the fullness of the divinity that you are just by being what this life has been for you. A deep connection, a connection of every single thing you do.

And what happens if that just starts today, this morning, this afternoon, this evening, by plugging yourself into Source God Almighty, and just taking time to honor yourself like the divine honors you, to respect yourself like the divine respects you, to appreciate yourself like the divine appreciates you, to love yourself like the divine loves you. And all it requires is your ability to connect back to the place that you're originally from. That to me is a great New Year's present that you can be present in each moment of your day. And of course, when that signal starts to fade, as it will, many of us love to burn those bridges or those wicks. I know that personally. And then it just becomes our personal responsibility, our discipline, and our commitment each and every day. And watch what will happen. Because what I've learned personally is the deeper I connect with source, the greater I allow my signal, the higher my frequency rises, where I'm not affected by the lower energies or vibrations that want to pull on the field. And then I realize the dreams and manifestations are a reflection of the connection within, because as we know, so within, as within, so without, what happens if a manifestation, a dream, is the mere reflection of what you're already cultivating within yourself. And all you have to do is connect to your God-hearted source presence that allows you to feed what you want. Because as you desire it, it's already happening within you. All we have to do is connect our emotions, our thoughts, our feelings to that same frequency, that divine frequency that allows, because as we know on the quantum field, it's already been done. Now we're just closing the gap. And we're allowing ourselves to connect. So thank you all for this enlightening conversation that I'm grateful to share because I feel there's such a deep resonance that when we allow this finer connection within ourselves, and it is refinement, it takes practice, it takes discipline, because on the other side of it is that distraction, that disconnection, that element that pulls us away from our focus. And that's okay too, because that's our mastery. Those are what I call the hurdles, the speed bumps, the training wheels that we have to maneuver through so that we can remember that's what we've been brought here to do, to connect to that divine connection and allow ourselves to be the fullest expression of ourselves in bringing heaven to earth.
