Blessings and welcome to the Essential Alchemist Podcast. It's your host, hostess, with the most this, Reverend Honey Boden. Much love, everyone. Glorious February 1st blessing to all of you. Wishing you the highest and the best in every possible way. Thank you so much for joining us on this Ascension Alchemists community. The community where we get to truly allow God Almighty in our hearts, in our bodies, and aligning, aligning with that and embodying it, embodying it in our walk, in our expression, in our creativity, in our decisions, every part of our life. We are welcoming God Almighty in into our day and to lead from there. And it is not, it is not an easy walk for sure. We do certainly meet a lot of adversity along the way. And here we are. You are all the faith-filled people that are here on this call. I want to thank you with all my heart that you keep showing up just as I keep showing up, just as we keep showing up together. And it might not be for everyone, that's okay. But if it is for you, it is for me, it is for us, it's because we've remembered and we know with God Almighty everything is possible. There's nothing that is too big we cannot handle. And when we allow that into our life, into our situations, into our daily experience, we certainly have an extraordinary, amazing experience. We are going to get stretched for sure. And those are not fun days when we get stretched, is it now? So today what I want to talk about is this month of February, which is all about relationship. Where are we with ourselves? The relationship within truly. Where are you? Where am I? Where is my relationship truly with me? With my human self, my relationship with my emotions, my relationship with my thoughts, my relationship with my visions, with my relationship with my soul, my relationship with my spirit, my relationship with God Almighty, my relationship to nature, my relationship to my partner, my relationship to my children, my relationship to my mother, brother, my relationship to you are, my relationship to the members of my association, my relationship to my friends, my relationship to my in-laws, to my cousins. So let's really talk about relationships. Because month of January is really about honing within. There's this amazing energy in January where there's this oneness, right? There's this one. I mean, we've come to this 2026, which is the year of one. We're coming in this space, we're coming back to ourselves. And we need to we need to come to ourselves first before we can be with another. And there's always all these identity changes. I don't know whether you go through identity change when new year begins. I often experience this calling from inside to create change. I love change. I love creating changes and allowing changes in my life. And for any of you that have been my friend for many years, or any of you that have known me, you know I go through many, many different stages. And then there's this next part of me that's coming. And sometimes I close one door and I have to wait, and then this whole nother part of me comes in. So this year in 2026, I knew this is an extraordinary, remarkable, overflowing year. This is this is a year that it changes everything for me in my life. I knew coming into it, I'd already received it, and and it required me to stretch myself a little bit more and shift my identity, which is always part of it. Then you gotta allow the body to catch up. And this last few weeks in January has been like that for me, which is interesting because I have heard from so many people they've been through so much health challenges during this month. And without them really realizing, it is also part of that reshifting because we're always recalibrating, we're always recalibrating to allow more and more, especially if our consciousness is on God mighty, to allow more and more of that presence into our body. So if that presence is coming to our body, it is going to push on the illusion or that falsehoodness or the limitation or the area that is just not true that we have been operating from. So it's going to bring it up, it's going to give us the possibility to meet it so that we can transform it out of us. And that's really January. So then it comes through this February, the month, which is all about it's a month of two relationship. And also, it just so happened to be if you're in North America, we're part of that dark part of the winter where it's so cold, it's deeply hidden, right? So if you look at nature, trees are truly inward, they are so inboard, yet the activity that is happening on the inside is tremendous because it needs that friction. So for spring, it can sprout out. And that's exactly what I've been experiencing on the inside. I knew coming in, there were certain things that had to be taken care of, and then it's like on the inside, I'm going through again changes. The way God Almighty wants me to come out, the way it is showing me images. I have to close more doors, I have to allow more space coming in. And it's exciting. I love it. I I stopped fighting this years ago, yet I'm aware with some individuals, this is hard. You might be having a hard time with this because it is an identity change, and a lot of times our identity is connected to what we are attached to, and those attachments are part of our security and part of the direction of life, and then we're allowing God Almighty to come in, it actually does create fear. That's also part of it. Because if you look at it, if you ever wanted to take any big decision, and there was this forward motion calling you for it, you couldn't even help yourself, you had to face your own fear, and then you had to take that step. This is part of it, it's just the part of the process, and once we understand it, then we don't have as much challenge with it. It's just a matter of going through it. So, having said that, going back to the topic of relationship, this month in February, there's of course a lot on the marketing side of things in the world about Valentine's Day, relationship, and love. And there's a lot of beauty around this, and there's also at the same time a lot of marketing being used to help help people from one side put the energy into love, on another side, having individuals feel really negative about themselves or their situations that they don't have. So I want to speak to those individuals for a second. If you are someone who really has been wanting to call in a love into your life, but you've been disappointed and disappointed, and somehow maybe you lost hope. It really starts with yourself. It really, really, really starts with yourself. And those of you who are not in a relationship, you're really going to appreciate what we're going to share in here. So welcoming all of you. Now, again, those of you who are not currently with somebody that you desire, my question for you would be this are you willing? Are you truly willing to grow in a relationship? Because when you enter a relationship, there's all parts of you that you haven't met is gonna show up in this relationship. And the this oneness energy becomes a we energy. So you're gonna have to take on a greater responsibility to really allow that in you, not losing yourself, yet expressing yourself even greater as a part of this. Is this something that you're interested in? Because if you're interested in just being taken care of, that also works for some people. But what I'm speaking about, if you want it to be from higher love, it's a whole different ballgame. And also, most importantly, what is your relationship with you? If your relationship with you is loving, nurturing, kind, you know, responsible, accountable, beautiful. But if you don't have that relationship with yourself, you're gonna have a really hard time in a relationship, especially if it's a conscious relationship. So here's another one. What are your relationships with your siblings, with your mom, dad, with your cousins, with all of that? Now we're not here to be able to be in relations with everyone. Yet the relationships always bring about information for us, information for us to see and for us to choose. You know, maybe there is a relationship that no longer serves and you know it, and it's time to close the door. Because not because it's you, it's because God Almighty is like, this is served, it's done, now you need to move forward so you can embrace other relationships that are planted for you. And sometimes it is relationships that no, you're gonna have to stay in it because it is part of your growth, so that you can handle the bigger things in life. And sometimes it is relationships that is actually pretty much on surface level, because that's all that's required. And some of these relationships are very, very deep, some are short, some are in a span of maybe one day, maybe one week, maybe one month, maybe one year. So all these relationships, they're all gifts. This is the key to recognize every single one of them, however long or short they are, they are part of you. If you've come into a relation with another and having some kind of interaction, relationship, there is always a gift in here, and the gifts are plenty. Some of the gifts are you are the receiving end of the beauty, and sometimes you're in the receiving gift of the crappy part of it, and sometimes the other person is on the receiving end of the greatness that God Almighty is pouring out of you into that relationship, and sometimes that other relation that you're in is part of something that needs to move forward in its next direction. There's so many different ways of relationship, but all of it comes to one area. It is the relationship you have with you, which has to be the most important relationship. This is even before, especially those of you who are parents. So, for those of us who are parents, a lot of times I can I can speak with me, when I had my children, there was like no sense of me at all. It was only my children. And I saw that from my mother, I learned it from my grandmother, I learned it from like there was nothing else but that. And in a when my second son was born, things started to shift. It was like as if from the inside something was calling me that was so much deeper, bigger. And it was it was this deep awareness that no, I didn't come to this earth just to be a mother. This is my greatest gift. However, beyond this, I have so much more that God wants me to bring into this life. So I'm gonna have to come face me, and that that began a whole nother journey from opening my center, having the products line, for oh my god, becoming a spokesperson, working with different NGOs in four different countries where my products were being supported, everything that was vegan, non-toxic, chemical-free, just a whole lot of awareness for the women's project that I was involved with in with International Lifeline Fine, that had the their bases in Uganda, Tanzania, Sudan, and Kenya. Just so much, so much, so much awareness. And all these relationships were were to be built so this other part of me that God had seated in me wanted to come forward so that it can bring the blessings, it can be, it can really serve others, help others. So that relationship, what I discovered during that time, that I don't know if you have gone through this, where my relationship with me did begin, especially because it was after the NDE. No, it was before the NDE. But what started happening was there was so much within me that wanted to pour out, and there was also denying part of me to be in a fuller relationship with me, because it was spread out to give to my children, give to my husband, give to my business, give to the speaking, give to the clients, give to creating the projects, creating my product line, give all of that. Then I found myself again, nothing for me, nothing. Yet it was like this denial, this self-denial. It took me a very long time to really grasp this. Why was I not giving to myself? Yet I was I was very successful. So it wasn't about money because I was bringing money in and I was making an impact. So the impact was there. I was bringing financial financials in, I was helping improve the lives of others, and also improve my life, yet that that pure joy wasn't there. The hole was bigger, and I couldn't close this hole inside of me. Isn't it interesting? So it's never about how much money you make, it's not really about that level of impact either. Again, what was that relationship? So the relationship for me, and it really started after my NDE was a little bit before that, I would have to say, after I shut everything down, and then to start to really go way deeper than all the healing work I had done, all the transformational work on myself, the healers I had seen, the trainings I had done, from becoming a Reiki master to reconnective healing, facilitating reconnections, me being under that myself, all the QHDs and all the multi-dimensions, all of these things, and being able to talk to all these angels, ascended masters, higher beings, counsels, and all that, all was beautiful. However, I'm going back to relationship. This is why I'm emphasizing on this podcast the relationship with me, where I get to be really in deep communion with myself and to be in even greater communion with God. And that that level of interaction came later because again, my energy was much more focused on being able to talk to so many angels, especially at that time when clients would come see me for being able to interact with their loved one who had crossed over, what message they had, or you know, who was part of their team, to be able to let them know who their joy guides were or who was their ascendant master that was working with them, what messages they had. All of those were beautiful, and I was in constant communication with all these different sacred beings of light in all these different dimensions. Yet again, that direct relationship with me, with God, at that level, was still not fully embraced. And it wasn't until COVID hit that everything shut down. And it was January 25th of 2020 that this door opened up, that I had to meet me. I really had to meet me. I had to have done journaling all these years, but a different kind of journaling. I had to have a relationship with, it was like the first time having really relationship with these emotions. What are these? What really are them? What are these thoughts that are producing these emotions? What are these beliefs? So there was a steep journey that began. And it wasn't until last year that Michael and I taught a whole one year belief, thought, emotion, self-mastery teachings. One whole year we have 14 modules on it. We went so deep with those that signed up for it to learn about this interaction and be able to be with ourselves and to truly self-master and heal ourselves in this space because that's when this space truly opens up in that level of communication with God Almighty. And it is something that I've had to do myself and lead others from it. And by the way, that self-mastery course is also available on our website. You can, if you truly want transformation, again, I'm speaking from someone who is a master, transformational healer, multidimensional, languages of light, so many different ones. It wasn't until this that created a permanent change. I'm letting you know the key of it was this. It took years to discover this. Even coming from my clinical background as a clinical therapist and working with thousands of people, it wasn't until this I made such a true Transformation and that's on our website. For any of you that want, give yourself three months, three and a half months. Go through one of the courses each week. Dedicate yourself, like let's say every Friday, you're gonna watch one of the videos and you're gonna give yourself a week to really dive in and go to another one same time. Give yourself in three months, three and a half months, you will be, you can definitely finish it in three and a half months because it's 14 modules. You will be a transformed person because the relationship that you discover with you is extraordinary, and those who have experienced it, it's like, wow, this is what did it, and it was because this is what I did, this is what Michael did himself. I went through it myself, and then I was like, Michael, you gotta come along, you gotta like create this change. So it came to this relationship. So relationship with oneself is the most exquisite, beautiful, remarkable one because we are in this form, and this form is multidimensional, and if we don't connect with different parts of ourselves, and these different parts of ourselves that are lingering, you know, in different dimensions as well, in parallel lives, in past and future. But if you come in this present moment, what is here is God Almighty. This God Almighty then is able to literally take dominion over all parts of you and bring it back to the wholeness and land it in your body. So you begin experiencing yourself as the true sovereign self in the body and having your body be healed from all these parts of you in the past that you were not in true sacred relationship with. Greater people come into your life, things open up, more opportunities show up, your bank account changes, it starts becoming prosperous, your health starts getting better and better, you physically begin reversing age. Like, for example, I'm I'm in the best shape in my body now, and especially I'm back in the gym, and it's like, wow, I started having private Pilates instructor, it's amazing what's happened in my body as well. And while I'm doing that physically, I'm also visualizing each day how my body truly is in its perfect form. So the relationship changes, and when the relationship changes from this disconnection, disharmony, not loving, not kind, and maybe even condescending to truly revered, loved, honored, respected, so gracious, your life changes. Your life truly changes because you're not looking for it on the outside. That nectar of God Almighty is pouring through you on the inside, and then the doors of possibilities are just open to you because you're sitting under the windows of heaven. There's nothing you're missing because you have everything, it's a very different way. So I invite you, I invite you, and I thank you for being on this card to listening, to listen to my heart. What is your relationship with you? Where are you? Are you in a great standing relationship with you? Do you treat yourself well? So when we say self-care, that means giving care to self. It's so easy to give in care to everything, everybody else, our pets, our family, our love on, and completely self-deny. So when that happens, the body is going to respond to you that it has been denied. And of course, sometimes we might be giving it self-you know care, however, we're doing more damage to it because we're not truly giving it the love that it deserves. For example, in in our community, in our private community, we have the most exquisite Monday night I am presence meditation. That is all, which is the signature part of our association, which I leaded. And it was given to me. This was actually given to me on that January 25th, 2020, where God Almighty, that mighty I Am Presence, show me how to how to allow this frequency to truly be in such exquisite love with the body. So the body experiences on the inside and it is held in this place of love. So it relaxes at night and you go to sleep with that. If you're not part of our community, come, come be part of our community. Choose one of the member option levels we have and let yourself receive, let yourself be supported in a really heartful, faith-filled place where it is multi-faith and the focus is on God Almighty. As long as you have faith in God Almighty, that's what's important. So you allow that in. I'm not talking about universe. If you've if you're set on universe, ah it's good, but we are our focus is the one who created universes, multiverses, the universe. Um we're we're we're speaking from that place, so you get to experience that on the inside. And so we have celebration circle, we have prayer circle, we have this Monday night meditation, we have daily content for you to be so nurtured in from this place. So that is also on our website. You just gotta go there, fill out the form, and choose the options and come join us. It's a beautiful walk, it's such a beautiful walk, and I couldn't be more grateful. And I'm grateful that I'm in this relationship with you. This relationship with you in podcasts is amazing. Can I just tell you how much I love podcasting? So I started this conversation earlier with the identity. My identity is shifting because I'm now an officially full. Now I'm going into full-time podcasting. I'm so excited. So this month kickstarts that we do leave for our trip, and I'm going to be pouring so much of my love. I'm being literally pulled forward to be a full-time podcaster. And I might even start my own Reverend Honey Borden on Honey Borden Podcast, that one on its own, because there's so much pouring into me that has to come out as a broadcasting station through podcasts to go out. And it's exciting, it's so joyous. So the relationship that I've discovered with this is so wonderful in my heart, and I absolutely love it. And I'm curious, you being on the receiving end, what are you experiencing? What is it when you hear from me or from Michael or from both of us? How is it nurturing you? Are you watching him? Are you interested in like a playlist? So you can, for example, go on a playlist journey. One of the things that I want to do coming up is to go through certain topics so that way it will be more like a share teaching. That way you can get so much out of that. That uh so there's going to be some restructuring coming up through this podcast, which I'm so excited, and I'm so thankful because my beautiful sister mentor Kylie Chandler is going to be helping me with some of these changes, and it's very excited, exciting to be part of her mastermind around this. So you will be seeing an even shift in identity around this that's already taken place in me that's going to be contributing in this area. So, again, my relationship with me is changing. My relationship as a podcaster, my relationship with me as a keynote speaker, my relationship within my own self is changed again. And I'm welcoming that change that that also takes place, pours over into the emails, into the newsletter, into the social media, into the interaction with others, into the collaborations, into the connections, into greater impact on a different level. So it's exciting. So what will you choose your relationship to be? And how would you go about it? Mine is so dedicated in the morning to me, to my human self, the emotions, the thoughts, the beliefs, then with God Almighty, journeying, stretching, meditating, praying, and from there going to the gym, self-care, so much more self-care. And I've been on Zumba, let's say, four times a week now. I'm doing the Pilates, working out, so it's like seven days a week at the gym. The relationship has really changed as well. And then the relationship with Michael, the relationship with my children, there's all kinds of relations with this. So, what would you do differently? If you're starting this, you're listening to this, and you're like, you know what, honey, this is really resonating. I want to create a different relationship with me. And as you do that, but what do you want that relationship to be? If you want it to be loving, what will be your loving actions towards you? I have really increased the love for me more because God Almighty loves us all. But if you're not allowing ourselves to be loved, we can't experience that love and we can't give from the plentifulness of that love to others, and that's the truth as well. So as you go about your week, have a beautiful start of your week. And we are going to go on our trip for Michael's 50th birthday. You'll hear from us when we are from the location, and he has some amazing, amazing gifts that he's giving away.
