Blessed day to you, and thank you so much for joining in on this amazing community that we have built together, coming together and being very present to the mighty God presence and embodying that truth in our everyday life. And the walk of this, this walk is a very sacred walk, is a beautiful walk. Our human is amazing to allow this. And it sure ain't easy. So this week, today, as you listen to my solo podcast, I want to be raw with you. I want to be raw with you what I experienced this week. And a couple of interesting uh close calls and the glory of God Almighty. I want to really speak faith in this place. Riding High After Travel And Renewal

you. You might be in a difficult place, you may be going through something, and I really would like my my words, my raw words to reach your heart. So this week, this week has been an extraordinary world week for me. And I'm going to start with uh last week when you heard my last episode, feeling so amazing, so good, so thriving in that incredible blessedness. Coming back from Kauai and California and getting ready to start the week on Monday last week. Whenever you listen to my episode, I was so high as a kite. And I had the best day Monday. I actually took off Monday. I said, This is my new my new space. So I am taking off and I'm going to celebrate. I'm going to enjoy the full day. I went to this beautiful new uh coffee shop and cafe, and I just sat there, something I hadn't done, just to just to be with myself with my ideas and have a beautiful tea and just enjoy it so much. Then after that, I knew I wanted to pick up a couple of new gym clothes because I was feeling so good. I've been in the gym for almost eight weeks, and my body is just coming alive, and it feels so good, especially with the Pilates training. My personal trainer Oliver has been amazing, and I just felt amazing. So I went to the beautiful Tyson's Galleria and I walked and I was listening to something so inspiring. Picked up two amazing, wonderful outfits. So just to honor this new new space I'm in. So whenever I go through these transformations, I also change my attire. I start getting rid of things and restructuring, moving things around, and I knew wow, I'm coming into this newness, and I'm starting also the next level of more, even more advanced podcast training. So it was so great. I went got that and I felt so good. And I called one of my dear friends on my way back home. I wanted to stop by and see her because she was down. So I've been spending a little time with some of our friends that have been feeling down, they're going through life changes, they're going through health, their parents are, and my heart goes out because I understand that. And after that, I had even more energy. I went to the gym. I was feeling so good at the gym, and I got on the stairmaster walking, and I was like, oh, I can like even squeeze my glutes a little bit more. It's so good. Wow, everything is amazing. So that was that Monday night. And then I woke up Tuesday morning.

Gym Wins And A Monday Of Joy

I woke up Tuesday morning with this sort of like a bit of a surprise. Why am I having this lower back experience that feels very funny? What is this? And I had my training with my podcast, with my mentor Kylie, with her mastermind. So I sit on the chair. I was like, wow, this is all off. I it's really hard to sit on the chair. So as the day went on, it started cramping up even more and like locking up. And I said to Michael, I said, Michael, you need to help me out. I don't know what's going on. It's like my entire lower back, right above my glutes. Something's going on. He's like, What did you do? I said, Well, I was feeling so good. I went to the gym and I was doing the stairmasters, and he's like, Honey, how much of it did you do? I said, Well, 10 minutes, but it was pretty intense. He said, Honey, you don't do that. I said, Why? I don't know why. He said, Well, you have been on long flights and you haven't been in the gym for a week and a half, although you've been hiking, but you haven't been in the gym the way you do this, so you have to go slow into it. I said, Okay. So he started working on me putting acupuncture needles in, and then putting, you know, trying to start releasing it, and it started getting worse on Tuesday. Now, Tuesday, my son called, he had an emergency with his car. He came and asked if he can borrow my car. I said, of course. He took my car and we were going to pick it up next day. So when I woke up Wednesday morning, my lower back was so locked up, like a pain that I've never experienced to this degree. I had experienced something like this when I was in Indonesia and I fell off the motorcycle. It seems to be that same area where all I knew is I could tell my hips had shifted and there was I was in the middle of rice fields. I couldn't get anywhere. And all I know, I said, God, come into me now. You gotta help me now. I need help now.

Sudden Back Pain And Hard Lessons

So it's that level of intensity. And here it was again, but even more intense. I said, God Almighty, you gotta help me. I do, I don't know what this is. This is so intense, it doesn't add up how how intense it is. So what's interesting, I don't know if you've ever experienced something like this where you have, you're like, okay, I'm in this in-between state. I'm aware something greater is calling me. And it's like I want to take a sabbatical, and boom, something happens where it's almost like you can't do anything, can't really walk, can't really sit, can't really lay down. And it's like, what do you do? Yet you can't really respond on the email. You can't, you there's so much, it's it's like impossible because it's so painful, and you got to meet the pain. So I had no choice but to meet pain, pain in my hips, pain in my lower back, pain in this side that was so excruciating. And I'm not one that takes pills or anything like that. So, again, back on the I'm at this cursive biomat, the vibroacoustic mat, using my oxygen, molecular hydrogen, purifier, the light technology, pulsing light, of course, and Michael. God bless Michael's hands, and just sitting in it said, God, what do you want me, what do you want me to see in this space? What is going on? And so this was Wednesday morning, and we had to go pick up my car. So that was that was something just to get in the car with Michael to go pick up my car. And when I got to my car, I noticed my son had left my car on. It was just about running out of gas, the the heat was full blast, and he'd forgot to turn it off because he has a Tesla. So I saw that, and there was this tightening that took place in my body, and again, like a little bit more locked up. Fortunately, the gas station was only like a couple blocks up. I was able to get there and put gas in it, and I said, What's going on? I called my son. I said, Do you remember you didn't turn it off? He's like, No. And I said, Wow. And it was so interesting because I was very gentle with him. And I know he has a Tesla, so they just go and they don't realize you actually have to press the on and off button to turn the car off. And as a society, we're becoming so much like that that we've forgotten, we're forgetting certain things because we're so used to AI and technology. So Wednesday continue. I'm going step by step because I want to tell you what else happened. So Wednesday night going to sleep was beyond, beyond difficult. We had to go get my mom from the airport, bring her back, and she'd come back from California. So Thursday again, I got some help, and I'm sitting in prayers, strong prayers. And Tuesday night we let the group prayers. I went into strong prayers for ministering, answered prayer for others, and I tend to pray for everybody else. And I forgot to pray for myself. So Friday comes. There's this beautiful space between Michael and I, as um, he's been helping me a lot and just

Meeting Pain With Prayer And Tools

really, really taking care. While it's like, wow, like my mobility has been, had been limited. I'm watching my language here too. And on Friday, it was a beautiful sunny day. So Michael and I said, let's just take the car, get by the park, just sit and be in the glory of God with what's taking place. There's something happening in the bodies. He started having that same area of my lower back hurting. I said, No, no, you can't you can't quite do that. No sympathy pain. Stay in your own lane. Let me totally recover. And we we were both feeling the space like we just need space, we need space because we're aware as we're coming into the spin equinox, there is a new part of us that's coming out, and what else can we get rid of? So I've been in this space of let me get rid of, let me get rid of more things, let me get rid of. I've not been on social media, I've made you know just a couple of posts, I've been I haven't even recorded video, and even with the podcast coming up, I'm like, I like I want to change the podcast art, there's a new direction in this, but it seems like there's this so much is brewing on the inside, and there's this rising, rising deeper inside of me. There's this rise of this this deep truth of God rising in me. And having said this, I had asked Michael for us to go to the movies Friday night to watch this beautiful faith-based movie. So we just had the most marvelous day, such a beautiful day, and meanwhile, my body is experiencing this, and I'm gonna go back to two days earlier on Wednesday morning. I woke up from a dream, and this dream was very bothersome. As I woke up from it, I was sharing with Michael, and I started tearing up, and it brought me to this space when I was in a in my in the car accident when I was seven. Some of you know the story where I wrote the book called The Day I Became a Superhero. And I was sharing with Michael how that experience somehow is circling around my life. Somehow something is catching my attention deeper while my body is experiencing this much intensity of

Car Mishap And Tech Dependence

pain in the hips, yet I'm aware, enough aware it's happening for my highest good. So I'm not judging myself from the way I walked on the stairmaster, but somehow it it's it's bringing me to attention to pay attention to something. So I started talking through the experience of the accident. I said it was amazing when when I was inside the car accident, when within that, when I was trapped and the smoke was coming out, and my parents were so hurt, and all of that, and the way and the inside there was such a desire to live. Where I when I came out of my little seven-year-old body, and I became so ginormous, and I was able to experience a total reality of a God reality, why my little body was there? I first got the glimpse that within this same moment we also have our God mighty presence, that the truth of that reality, that Christ reality within us simultaneously. What if we just shift? What if we shift into that while the human body is experiencing the pain? So Michael and I got so deep in this conversation, and I realized that that experience of a seven-year-old gave me the first experience of what this truth is, the truth of us being these beautiful beings of light that have been created by the light of awareness from that Christ light. We've just forgotten how to utilize it, and here we are, our human bodies going through the experience, and we can shift, alter our consciousness to that, and then that presence overrides what the human is. So I got to actually experience that, and I've experienced that a few times through my incarnation. So here was again, I said, All right, let me see, can I sit in meditation while it's it's so difficult

Sleepless Night And Deep Prayer

to actually sit? And can I shift my consciousness into that and allow that to come into my human so my human remembers its truth because in the mind and heart of God Almighty, there's just perfect health. Just because the human body is going through something does not mean that that is its final destination. The human body is having a human experience, and then there's our God-present self that can come in and override it and rewrite it and tell it in remembrance that yo, you are perfect health. So I've been giving myself permission in that, and then something dawned on me that in this space that I'm waiting. Sometimes have you noticed where it seems like nothing is happening, you're waiting, but there is something happening, and I noticed wow, my hips, and then it's like my legs, so it's it is I've been feeling this. I'm getting ready to take a different walk. And I knew coming to 2026, it's all of that. I started the celebration series. There's there's all of this thing happening, yet I knew my walk has to be different. And what if what took place as I was on those stairmasters? I don't have to walk so hard, it's gotta be easy. What if I'm rerooting? What if I'm being rooted in God Almighty so great that it's a different walk? What if it is from my hips down, I'm being asked to walk differently? So that means stand differently. What if I'm being rooted so strongly like that? And that was like a conviction of a truth. What if my walk is now after this experience I had since I was a seven,

Equinox Energy And Releasing Old Ways

and then I experienced in 2012 when I had my ANDE and experienced afterlife, and I experienced Christ. For those of you who are new to our Essential Alchemist podcast, you may have not seen my story, but you can totally look it up under YouTube. You'll see me everywhere. I'm on so many different podcasts, and especially a next level soul with Alex Ferrari on my ND experience and afterlife, and I experienced meeting beloved Yeshua, the Christ, the living Christ, and what he shared with me. So it's been this walk of embodying that truth, embodying that presence. And and since COVID, I've been going through several changes and more and more and ministering that from the way I have received it, to stand in it, to walk in it. And it's been just the walk of embodiment. So you know, Essential Alchemist is all about that mighty God presence and the walk of it, embodying it, being in the body. So when we come in the body, we're meeting all these areas that is of the past. So here's this renewal, here's this new reset, here's this what's coming in, and it's coming in, but it's meeting these other ways that we used to walk, and it's requiring us to make changes. So by Monday, me taking a day off, doing something completely different, that was a change. And there are all these changes, and then there's this in my hips, so my hips want to be more fluid in this the feminine, opening it up, receiving more, allowing more, and it's amazing. So, having said all of this this week, I want to share with you then what happened. So, Michael and I went to see this. Uh we made beautiful dinner and we went to see this gorgeous movie. We sat in the movie theater, and Michael that morning had gone to pick up Judy Berry and Pineapple from my son's house. So we sat there. It was 7.05. We're like, yes, so good. The commercials are coming. So the movie just started at 7:30. And about 7:40, Michael gets a text and a call, keep calls coming in. And then Michael sees a text from one of our neighbors. What's all that smoke? Are you guys okay? Michael's like, what? And he looked at me. He's like, Oh my god, honey, we

Childhood Accident And God Reality

didn't turn off the stove. I didn't turn it off. He had he had put um a faro to be cooked on the stove and he forgot it. Oh my heavens, he got up and he ran. Meanwhile, I was sitting there, I was like, oh my god, just trying to get up from the seat, and I looked at my phone. There was like hardly any battery on my phone. Michael took off just to get there because all we thought about was like our life flash before our eyes, jujuberry and pineapple. And oh my gosh. So we I called my neighbor downstairs and I said, Oh my god, please, please, can you get the birds? So she said, Yes. So she came out, she's like, firefighters are here. Our door was fortunately open, and they went in, and miraculously, it was just smoke everywhere. It didn't go next space. And I remember Friday was the start of the fire hearse. How interesting is it? Actually, Friday wasn't, it was a Tuesday. So, how interesting is that? Our our life just like flashed before us, and all I knew when I was in the theater, when I came out, I just stood. Guess what I did again? I said, God Almighty, come into this situation now, take over. You are in charge, you are the God of mercy, you protect us, and I said that with such a conviction, and I've done that many times in my life, and it was answered. It was answered. We are. Beyond grateful, we came in. Of course, there's smoke everywhere. Fortunately, not black smoke everywhere in the house, just the smell of smoke. We opened all the windows, we took our bird to our neighbor downstairs, just started being able to, you know, getting the fans out, and and I Michael and I just held each other and cried, and we said, Wow, again, here we go. Transformation. Look at this, and look at this. We can give it so many meanings, but we chose to embrace the meaning that we are so protected, we are so loved, even in the craziest situation. Here is God Almighty. And the the painting right behind our kitchen wall is a Jesus painting. Interestingly enough, in during Christmas, I bought three beautiful paintings of Jesus. I said, Michael, we we want I want to have I want to have the paintings of Jesus in the house. And and here it was. Here it was. Here it was again and again. We went to bed on Friday night with the windows open, covered ourselves in blanket. I can't even express to you the level of gratitude, the level of their mercy, their generosity, the incredible love, the protection, the provision of God Almighty that is over us. And when we, I said, Michael, all these prayers every morning we do, all these prayers we do, they're not going answered. We pray over so many people, we pray over people, members of our association,

Shifting Consciousness To Perfect Health

we pray over the people we're interacting with, our family, you know, the ones that we help, we help, we give generously, and here it is. All of these don't go on notice. When it is time when we need help, there is God Almighty, and when we call that presence in, it shows up so profoundly. It is just incredible. My human self was shaken up. I will definitely tell you that. Yet I said, My God, you are so glorious, God Almighty, you are so glorious. Thank you so much. Thank you for catapulting us both forth. And you know what? Today is today is our four-year anniversary. We had our sacred marriage on 22, 2022. And today we were supposed to do our our living from higher love master class, yet we canceled it because of my back, because it's hard to sit. So we rescheduled it in two weeks, which is on Saturday, March 7th at 12 p.m. And isn't it interesting? I looked at Michael, I said, My God, Michael, this week again, we had more evidence what it's like to live from higher love, to to allow God Almighty into our life and to trust it so much, to walk with it and to see its evidence and to have our love from this place, not a human love, a greater, greater love inviting that into our life. And our first topic, it is all about God Almighty. You can't do it without inviting God into your life. How perfect is that? So, of course, you know, Michael went through like feeling just so sad. And we when we have when we're gonna record our podcast this week that comes out on Thursday, it's gonna be both of our episodes. We're gonna talk about this space quite a bit. So you get to a chance from here from him. But for me, what I want to share it with you is there is there is this presence that created you, that loves you so much, that is watching over you, that has the answers, that has the solution, that has that provision, that is the protector. And you can call that in to watch over you, to truly watch over your loved ones. And so you don't ever have to feel you're alone. You never have to feel you don't have to ask this. Even you're going through a health challenge. Look, right now, there's there's a physical challenge that my human is going through. I have no doubt, without a shadow of doubt, this is gonna pass because God Almighty's greatness and perfect health is in my body. This just gonna pass. And I'm I'm I picked up the lesson. I'm being rooted deeper in God, rooted in God, walking even taller

Rerooting And A New Way To Walk

and showing up even greater. So I received it. I am I'm good, I received it, and I'm going to even allow these little doubts that show up. Probably you go through it, little fears that are little doubts that show up. I'm gonna give them to God Almighty, even greater, even greater. For those of you who are part of our association, you know, tomorrow night, Monday night, we have our celebration circle every month, every night, every month on the Monday of last month. We have a celebration circle to celebrate the little wins, the big wins, the medium wins, all everything we can we can celebrate on. We go nuts about it. And this is going to be in a glorious, glorious celebration because it is glory. God Almighty is so glorious and celebrating it that in that grandness. And for those of you, I really welcome you to come join the association. We have an amazing community, it's heartfelt. If you want to be in a community and to walk with people who are faithful, you can be from any faith, every faith is welcome. You can be Hindu, you can be Jain, you can be Buddhist, you can be Catholic, you can be Muslim. It doesn't matter. As long as you believe in a higher power, you will receive because we're coming from that higher power that created you. And in our in ours, it is about that that eternal light. I call it the Christ. From my experience, it's from my direct experience in afterlife when I experience that I am presence, that light when Yeshua Jesus showed me that light, and that's the language that I speak from, because it's my direct experience. So it's faith-filled. How can we stand in this greater together? We're stronger. When we come to agree, we say amen, we stand in agreement, and we rise up together in a community that is faith-filled, filled, where you release your faith, when you can stop feeling lonely, stop feeling you're disempowered, stop feeling you're not enough, and start feeling you're more than enough. Start feeling you are the child of the Most High God. Start feeling you are going to be everything that God made you to be. Start feeling that everything is possible with God Almighty by your side. That's the community that we have created. It's precious, it's filled with love, and you're welcome to join.

God Almighty has a great plan and wants to make sure you deliver it. So we gotta show up and deliver it. So I'm gonna show up even bigger, even greater, and even more, even more committed. And I'm so honored that I'm here in this space with you, sharing what happened. Personal celebration of today, celebration of all of you, and for you to remember, for you to remember, if you're going through a hard time this moment, just know you are not alone. If I were to say one thing to you, it comes from the depth of my heart because I did suffer when I was thinking from my human lens that I was alone. And we're not alone. We only feel alone when we feel down. Those emotions have a hold over us. And for those of you, if you continuously have depression or negative thoughts and lower emotions, it's okay. I came from that and I had to totally change my life around. I had to shift myself. And it was struggle, but I did it.
