Welcoming you all to the Ascension Alchemist Podcast. It is your host, Reverend Honey Borden and Michael Abramson. We are so delighted to be with you on this gorgeous sunny day. It is absolutely amazing. Perfect sun, no cloud, cool air coming to you from Washington, DC. And excited to have this combination episode between us for you, beautiful community, after what we've just come through. So before going into it, let me just go ahead and welcome you all wherever you are from all parts of the world. We're so excited that you are actually tuning to us with each episode from all these countries, and you have helped us rank, like I shared last week, you just help us rank top 10% global ranking in our niche, which is the spiritual realm. We're so grateful for each and every one of you taking the time, listening, and just hearing what these valuable divine messages, energy, reflections that come toward us, because I feel there is so much happening, and we're just grateful to be in this new, clean, purified state of being right now. In the month of June. In the month of June. Isn't it amazing? Hallelujah. Considering what we went through, and I feel these last two weeks of May, it was definitely one ride for the journey. Absolutely. So as you come into our community, for those of you who are returning, thank you. For those of you who are new, our community is all about the embodiment of that presence, the mighty God presence within. Michael and I stretch ourselves. We know we gotta align with that presence, and then we gotta bring it into the body. So that way, when we go through life, we meet all kinds of areas in life. The key becomes to bring that heavenly blessing onto earth, especially in areas that are, let's say, more challenging or obstructed or is bottlenecking. So the community is all about this, and it is for those of you who really couldn't quite be satisfied with the way the religion would bring about God's presence and the dogma with it. And for those of you who are in the spiritual community, but there wasn't a very strong conviction and truth and faith and believers. So we are the bridge of that. We are we are the home for that, and that's where we speak from from our authentic direct experience. And we welcome you to our show today. And I appreciate that as we go through this, there are these moments where we get stretched and we really have to step back and really see the blessing of it all. Because right now, I feel like many of us, there are just wonderful opportunities that we get challenged or conflicts come up. And as this God Almighty presence is here for us, it's really a choice of where we move to go through. And I would say these last couple of weeks have been a real interesting journey to meet that, and most important, be purified in these last weeks of spring before summer solstice.

Isn't that great? So let's get into it, my call. We have had a holy, we had a holy, how would we call it a holy purification, right? So let's okay, so I talked about my experience, my solo episode that came out Monday, and you talked about your solo experience more so on Thursday last week. So here's our combination. So let me I asked you a question, you asked question, you asked me question.

Okay. Okay, so I would like to ask from your lens, this holy purification that we went through that was with our apartment, the water leakage that came in and what we just you know went through, and we're back in our apartment, and we have the last part tomorrow that's wrapping up. Who did you become out of it? Where was leakage in you if you if if as a metaphorically that you feel you were able to see within yourself and transform that within yourself coming on the other side? Wow, that is a power-punched question. Yes, I asked deep questions. Who did I become? Well, I I feel I became the greater version of myself in what way? Allowing me to step into greater authority. Okay, so like so. When I say step in authority, it's interesting that the water leakage personally felt like water representing emotions, that there was a leakage of let's say frustration, exhaustion, even survival mode or victim mode that came up out of this leakage within myself, obviously metaphorically reflecting the the water leak. And so for me, the person that I became I feel was my greater God presence, which again was a bumpy ride. I will be authentic and real. And there were some moments that I felt I gave in to certain aspects of those leakages, but as I refined and tightened up. So what do you mean? Like, like just like for example purposes, what do you mean? So our our you know audience can understand what you're saying. So I would say I grew into a man that had a greater amount of emotional stability. Yes. And so Yeah, like for example, managing like the level of communication you had to do between all these different contractors and the owners of the condo. Right. So that level of level of responsibility and communication really and you took charge in that. Right. So what I had to That's why I wanted you to have examples so our audience understand. As an example, thank you for being more clear to help me become more clear. Yep. That's what I do. In the process of all of this happening, I had to become more authoritative in being a communicator from my heart without judgment and not proclaim not projecting any anger, frustration, and really be the middleman at the apartment to communicate each day what was happening. With who with with the condo owners, with the condo owners and the organization, each contractor and each individual, because as we know, there was a gap in the lines of who was going to take the next role and who would be communicating each aspect. So, like between the plumber, the painter, the the people that were coming to like strip walls down, like just several numerous people reacting. So it brought greater efficacy of my communication without allowing the emotions of myself in the past that sometimes would get in the way of frustration or exhaustion to help stand in a more of an authoritative position. Excellent, because I was aware of that. You really, you really nailed that one, and that that really came up, like that that within you rose. And I felt like even that responsible version of myself of stepping forward, even knowing that there were certain components at first that we didn't know what was going to happen, where we were gonna go, if we were gonna have to leave the place, to still hold the main responsibility of taking a photo, video recording, speaking to each contractor, and making sure every single person was on page so that it could be brought forth as swift and fast as possible. So would you say like your management skills really rose? I a hundred percent thought that was the case because not only it was management, but it was organization to make sure before and after each person came, I was documenting it and making sure that the owners would have as much information as possible. Yeah, so we were really on top of it. Yeah. And so we also know during this time, this is your how you say, like your challenging area because it was raining for goodness sakes for like eight days. Cats and dogs. So there's one part of leakage in in the hot water, hot water here, and then here we are at the hotel, and it's like never-ending pouring rain, cold. These are the areas that you don't like at all, and we've had to shift beds again. God bless people that live in Seattle, live in London, and live in cloudy. I don't know how you do it. I send all my blessings and love book for those that live in round, rainy, cloudy positions. But yes, it isn't interesting, and this is what I really saw with the city. So that's what came out. Came out was isn't interesting the vulnerabilities of our most sensitive areas come out in surprise when conflict arises. And I felt like there was a management of that, except one slip when I got upset at you for a question that you repeated and great communication, but I was exhausted, tired, and wasn't ready for it. I moved through that 10-day process in a very clear way. And I felt like in that authoritative state, it allowed me to stand up to the emotions that went to leak through me and take control. I allowed my God Almighty presence to say, okay, I have a choice. I can either let the emotions take the driving wheel or I can call into my God Almighty presence and have the faith, have the trust, and know that everything was going to take care of itself in a short amount of time. Yeah. So you had a you had one slip with me because you got frustrated because you were exhausted and tired. So that was that. And then there was another one during this that you felt because all of this was taking place, and you know, there was such a disruption in our schedules and everything like that. So you could experience that like it's almost like a retraction, right? Between our space. So that was another thing that you experience. So those are the things that really surface in you that that it was given the opportunity for you to see what was inside of you that had to transform. Right. And I feel each of those were, you know, opportunities for me to see where I can tighten up in my own leakage of energy. And we've seen this, and maybe I could ask this to those that are listening: isn't it interesting when you have water leakages, pipes break, or let's just say excessive water damage in your home? Immediately we recognize that as much as we may see it's an accident, what happens if it's a purifation uh purification or an opportunity to clear and clean what emotions have not been expressed or what needs to be purified in that? And I thought this was one of the greatest areas because if it wasn't being purified within us, outside from being in weather of just beautiful warm Florida, coming back here and having just the rain of like the showers for 10 consecutive days showed it was happening like cosmic car wash, like we were getting purified inside and out. This is about you, because like I was asking about you, because you can then ask your question about it because I wanted you to speak about your

point. Yeah. So my question for you, honey, is when you look at this experience, you know, many times we see the hidden blessings, or when we look at a conflict, now that we're on the other side of it, when you look at an experience like this, what do you see now that you didn't see coming into it that has not only blessed you but given you greater wisdom when moving through a situation of being displaced, being surprised, and having your whole home more or less being bagged up and taken out of your control. Thank you for that question. And I actually really spoke deep about that on my past podcast. Okay. So I'm gonna share some of the parts of it here. I re I actually went really deep into this. So if you if you notice as it took place, my very, very first response was wow, there's something so much greater. That was my immediate, if you remember. There's something far greater, better it's happening. It's happening for us. Oh my god, I'm actually really excited. This is gonna tighten things up. So I went in in complete faith, trust, belief, and conviction that this was happening for us for far greater and better better because of the last two months experiencing like as we come towards the summer, these amazing blasting doors are opening. So when this took place on my end, I didn't I did not experience any kind of like irritation, frustration out of it. Part of it, I believe, is because I've gone through houses being flooded, I've gone through that and I I know the process. So I actually knew how to start moving things, putting them into motion very quickly. So I believe I went into it with that amazing positive attitude and navigated very maturely, very prepared, and actually very easy in my body. And and I remained in joy. And satisfaction, even despite the hotel, despite having to go to Nevada, despite the displacement, all of those were there. Somehow, this gave me the ability to go through it, stay above it up, remain in joy, remain in that faith-filled state, remain that it's only better. This is even greater will come. I'm so grateful that my gratitude with God Almighty was far beyond anything. And and I was still super responsible for with all the different responsibilities. And on top of it, what was amazing was when my sons called me because they're moving, and we were supposed to have one month with our bins in their place, and they asked to reduce it in two weeks. So in a second, it seemed like it would be a stress or bottlenecking, yet I found myself say, okay, no problem. I can also see this is the this is the making of God Almighty behind the scene, like bottlenecking. Why? Because we gotta be squeezed out of all of this in realization. Again, what is an energy being leaked? So we have these bins, we had them in Florida, we had some in your mom's, we had my mom's, like different places. Our energy has to come back into one place, so and we have to prepare ourselves for what's coming. And the realization of this process was am I able to move through it with grace, with praise and thanksgiving, with great attitude, remain enjoyed, remain on being on the other side of it, how much greater will be. And and I discovered within it that I was able to pass that as a test, so it can be a living testimony, so then I've demonstrated to God Almighty that I'm ready for next. I'm gonna be champion through this, like no problem. I'm I'm very mature and ready to whatever you have planned that we're about to go into. That's beautiful, honey. I'm glad I'm grateful that you shared that because it really brings the awareness. I mean, like very grounded. I you saw like I was very grounded, very clear. I did not get distracted, although my physical body was very tired from lifting all of these. And I thought that's remarkable how you so specifically nailed it in the details of what it gave you the opportunity to, because you know, as the viewers that are listening, I'm sure you can think of sometimes where you know that something big is coming along, or you sense something enormous is getting ready to happen, or there's a big goal, or there's a great level that you're looking forward to, and then all of a sudden, out of surprise, the least expected opportunity or situation unravels before you, and before you know it, everything has to be placed on pause to really show are you ready to move through something and really become aware of how you're choosing to react or respond. And what's your capacity? I feel the capacity is important, right? Because we we do we did get stretched coming from Florida and this, and it is the capacity, and that ties into the nervous system. So is my nervous system calm still through this? Right, you know, I felt mine was yours, was pretty calm. I thought I thought through the whole time I was not only extremely calm, but coming off a very, let's just say, emotional, fast, transformational five days in Florida, that we picked up exactly where we left off, and we met the individuals, our owners, and each person in grace and thankfulness and the ability to see, okay, what is next? It was just some of the personal, you know, intruders that sometimes comes in, especially myself. Well, isn't it funny the intruders do do they're it's like they're waiting, right? They're like waiting to come in. Because they're like, wait a minute, this can happen. What are the chances? And the funny thing is when it's out of your hands, I feel this is a big one. What happens when it's out of your control? And then all of a sudden you're relying on complete strangers that are coming into your home with dirty shoes, and you know, they're coming in like construction people, and all of a sudden, like your precious home that has been kept in such a holy, graceful place is being dismantled, and all you can do is trust, have faith, and know there is a greater level. And I thought the funniest thing, which I don't know if you told the viewers this, but I do want to say this so that all the viewers do know, audience, friends, family, dear brothers and sisters, do you know what Honey actually asked me when we were driving home? So when we're driving back. You know, Honey loves to do this to me. And if you're ever, you know, I guess just prepare for this because this is something that she catches me off guard all the time. But she but she loves it. Very deep. But sometimes like you ask me these questions at the moments where like I wake up out of a nap or you know, I'm I'm I'm hungry and I'm just not that presence. But she goes, you know what, Michael? What is it that you really have to refine when coming back? What leakages are in you that you know as soon as you gotta as soon as you get back, you gotta tighten up? She couldn't have nailed, foreshadowed, or predicted the trailer that we were coming into because literally I was preparing you. I mean you're about to have a water leak with me. So I want to ask the viewers what areas within yourself do you know that you have to turn the leakage off? And I spoke in my podcast, you know, about the areas within people pleasing, putting other people first, giving your power away, overextending yourself, doing the things that we were taught, but really stepping back and saying, Can I refine these areas? Because I feel in God's embodiment we're constantly developing and becoming more mature each day. And I just thought it was so funny that you said that. And for viewers that may not be aware, we literally had one day of beautiful 95 degree weather, went to you know our gym, sat in the pool, and was like, okay, let's recalibrate because tomorrow it all starts. And then when we woke up and we saw what was happening, we were like, wow. And it was exactly and and it was just like one of those moments where you had to step back and say, okay, here we go. And so I share this because I find it's so important to recognize these types of opportunities are not just challenges. I feel they are they are blessings and gifts that when we can step far enough back from them and see that, wow, how can we celebrate ourselves, give ourselves the credit of the great things that we did, let alone what we refine, what we learn, but like patting yourself on the back and saying, wow, because I feel like those wins, that awareness only gives greater grace to God Almighty Presence that was literally working through us, allowing us to move through some challenging situations. And what I always say is keep having faith, areas that we didn't know was gonna happen. We just trust that there's a great. Plan. We trust that God almighty is behind us. So, my question

Protecting Love While Still Triggered

for you. My question for you. So, as us as a union in a couple, as a couple, our relationship went also through this, right? What would you say really benefited our relationship? I knew that exactly. Okay. Because I got triggered in a state of exhaustion and I overreacted. That means towards me, by the way. So when he got hangry, tired, exhausted, like he overreacted. He just got like a little, you know, like yonky, cranky speaking to me. She asked me. And I always, and I always and I and I always tell him when we're in the presence of God Almighty, do we speak to each other that way? Right. Right. And it was the trigger that allowed me to allow myself not to control those emotions which were leaking out. I felt what was so amazing, because that was only the second day, was in our relationship for our ability to communicate to each other through that conflict that in the past, when something like that's happened, we've kind of created some space, we've closed our hearts, we've focused more than a lot of people. And upset at each other. But I felt like in the crucial role of having to communicate so directly and firmly through each day, each moment of what step was going to go well. I felt we did an excellent job of moving through conflict without it fully being resolved. And that's a big step for the maturity and many individuals, if they can feel this themselves, whether couples or when you're in a conflict, how you can still move through that without maybe the resolution or the apology or forgiveness not being fully stated, and still work as a team to fully babble. We nailed it to the point. I learned this from you. Yeah. Can you put everything to the side to focus on what needs to get done? Done, right? Because how many times have we Because that's maturity, right? Like maturity focus attention, the goal, this has to be done. We can't have our personal things in the middle, like affecting it. Because we've definitely done that many times, but all of a sudden we're so upset that we're not hurting, judging, and not allowing it. So I felt we did an amazing job of going through that. And not only going through it, but I feel like our relationship went through that. Right. And it became stronger. Exactly. Right. So my question is about the relationship. About the relationship. Is there something that you saw in yourself that you've never seen in you that happened through this experience? Like was there anything that you didn't speak on your podcast previously? Or there's something that was like, hmm, what did I see differently in going through, you know, this water heater leak? Actually, I I I know exactly. So what was amazing uh in terms of the relationship, like we we touched briefly on it, like before when if let's say you were frustrated and whatever, hungry or tired, and you would snap at me, you know, I would get so hurt and personalized and upset. What was amazing because I could see very clearly and I was very aligned with the presence of God Almighty and I mean true praise and thanksgiving on the inside and still joy despite all of this, I was able to remain so much in so much in there, and to be totally okay with not having to have the let's say whether it's apology or resolution right away, it didn't throw my nervous system out, it didn't bother me, I was so clear. I remain in my joy with God Almighty, and even it was I was actually even very grateful because the couple of nights that I stayed at the hotel, you stayed here, uh staying at the hotel, even at the place that I was, it was a place where I used to bring the kids, right? So I was able to to walk around the lake. I just kept saying, God Almighty, thank you so much. You've done you're doing all of this, it's amazing. And I could I could still walk through as our relationship with its love without it being hurt or damaged, as our love was protected as it continue, and that was actually also a a winner for me. I I I was aware that as I am aligned with the presence of God on me inside of me, all these other things don't have to be affected, and I don't have to get pulled into it, I don't have to be bothered by it, none of it, and it will resolve. You know what I love what you said about that, honey? And I really want to speak this toward all the men, all the women, all those that are in a relationship, all those that are going to be in a relationship. There's one thing honey constantly reminds me in her greatest God essence that should be literally painted on our walls is the love between us, the love that God gave us to share should never be affected. That is a sacred space that is to be protected, to be held in the safest place, and to really understand that whatever happens on the outside, it's important to hold that in our highest honor. And I appreciate that because I will be completely authentic of many, many times in our relationships, especially in the early years, of how I disrupted that and allowing the emotions, allowing the triggers, allowing my inner wounds and just inner immaturity to disrupt that. And what you said, I feel is something that's not spoken about deeply within relationships, and especially in divine unions, which were tested even to a greater degree, of the mastery of no matter what is happening on the outside. When I say no matter what, family, conflict, some of the greatest things, how we can preserve and safeguard that sacred love. Because that is the one area, it's the glue, it's the mold, it's the holding us together to be the stronghold so that there's nothing separating that. And I appreciate you saying that because it's just another reminder. I'm glad I feel like it's taken a decade for you to really grasp it because I I had brought this was something I've said the last 10 years because it was shown to me. It was always shown to me, and that's what I saw in afterlife. The partner that I'm gonna come with, we're gonna we're gonna serve together. But the way we serve, the fuel comes from this. This is our fuel, it's not ours. What God Almighty, God Almighty is love, it's God Almighty's love that's been lent to us, so we have each a responsibility to show up in our best to protect this love, to honor it, so that it is preserved. It is very much like our baby, you know, it's the it's the the it's it is this it is this love on the inside of me with God Almighty, your love on the inside with God Almighty, as it's come together, it is this, it is this third like flame that is with the combination that has been created, given, and this is where all of our visions come through, all the service that we do to others, all the strength, everything comes from here, and when it's not protected, it cracks, it diminishes, it damages everything. So I saw this from day one, and it's been to to bring it to awareness. So it's like you know, you you can bring something to someone's awareness, but until it becomes a truth and a reality on the inside as a direct experience, they won't own it. So it's been a it's been 10 years attempting to get through to you what this is, and again, that has been my living truth. So finally, through all the different experiences, and you know how it circles around, something circles around, circles around to give you the opportunity. Okay, did you get it? And if you don't get it, it's gonna circle around. Did you get it? If you don't get it, it's gonna circle around. So it's circle around, and this time you finally like, okay, I get this. I am responsible, not because of her, which is me, I'm responsible because of me, because I'm in the presence of God Almighty with this gift that has been treasured, given to me. So I am gonna be much more mature about it. I'm going to stand up in on my own inner demands, my own inner limitations, my own mishaps. I'm gonna stand up to those so their daggers do not touch this. And you know what? I really find it so important, what you said? It really took me many years until we came together and started to bring forth the self-mastery of our emotions, of our thoughts and our feelings series that each and every one of you can find in our courses at EssentialAchemist.com. The belief, thought, emotion, self-mastery course that we took, because we had to go through it ourselves. I feel like it was one thing for you to share it, but when we both went through that and really drawing the experience of all those years, and I cannot high recommend this highly for those that are listening to really take the time to look at these courses because well, this particular is for Timodul, because the emphasis was really about how your beliefs dictate your thoughts, how your the thoughts dictate your emotions, and how those emotions affect your body and the stories. So we had to really, really work through this, and I feel that's when you had a wake-up call on the inside, like your work, and um also for me, because I saw my own survival brain, and that's that's why this this came about, that's why we created it, because from the lens that you and I are speaking about right now, as a as a divine divine marriage, our marriage is in the presence of God Almighty, so we desire to be our greatest expression, and in order to bring that, these things have to be addressed. And and in that year, we we taught it over a year, but if people want to go through it, they can do it in three months and two weeks on a weekly basis. And and this is something over what 20 years of experience, we're condensing it into this time. Didn't you feel that course in the change? Was like the life-changing transformational moment because I feel like that that's where it had this strong hold over you, right? And I feel like part of it is and over me, some areas. I feel in both of us because we were never shown that from our family, we were never shown that from our education. All of the inner work we have done in our spiritual expansion and our evolutionary ascension evolvement, these practical principles weren't given in a way that were brought to the accountability and the responsibility that we have to do for ourselves first, and then in a relationship. And you know what it was? We you and I, I remember that day when we sat down. We're like, okay, good Lord, this was never taught to our parents. They freaking acted from there. We we were a witness to it, we were on the impact of it, we learned, and we're like, no freaking way, we're choosing not to, because there's a there's a deep truth inside of us, like, no, the love has to be different, like, and we're gonna honor, so we have we have to change ourselves individually, and we can't change each other. We must take so we both agreed to take that step, and that was a courageous step because it could have gone another way, you know, but we both decided to commit to it, and that's the difference. And it's so amazing because when I look at this opportunity, what we went through. You mean this, this, just this experience we just had, right? This experience that we just had, and all of our training, let's say, physical, spiritual, and hierarchy, that once again, when there is a leak in the pipes, there's, I feel this natural test to say, how can you move through this in your God state, your balanced, centralized nervous system, not dysregulated, so that you can move

as easily through flow and grace? And then the areas that we don't are the signposts to say, oh, here are little holes, here are little areas to say, hmm, how can you now raise that vibration or frequency? How can you learn from that action? How can each part of the way that wasn't done in maybe the highest level of alignment, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, then opens up another opportunity to revisit and reflect upon it. I love that. And I would reward it in a slightly different way. Okay. So I would reward it in this way. It is not us raising our vibration, it is the situation. Right, right, right. So whatever is happening, whatever's we are in a human suit, right? So we are in this garment. Our human is designed to go through many different experiences to remember that whatever experience that your human encounters, that you can ask God Almighty, the creator of all, to come into that experience so that it holds and beholds your human self, your emotional body, mental body, spiritual body, so that way they don't spiral, so that way your best self comes forward. So I want to speak of this from this lens. So, for example, before one of the biggest challenges was when a life situation would happen, I would take it on on from my human self. And from my human self, it was the energy of the human self that would be exhausted, it would it would let it hit a limit or capacity, nervous system not regulated enough, you know, and the frustration or the exhaustion and all of that and the stress of it. So, and I would do it, and then from there try to convince, try to push. So, with all of that, whenever we're coming from that lens, which both Michael and I have, and then that from that lens, then it would impact each other so much. So the change is when you don't do any of that, so you invite God Almighty into you to take over you, so God Almighty does the work through you while your human self takes the steps, yet it relaxes back, so that way God Almighty's amazing ways with joy, with ease, with peace, with your nervous system not throwing wrong, and even more bliss blessing and praise and thanksgiving can meet the situation. Because you in your human form, you're gonna experience a much greater, beautiful experience. Those who are interacting with it, they're gonna be touched because they're gonna experience the blessing, things are gonna be much more smooth, it's gonna flow better, less interruption. And here's another way. This is why we're sharing this with you. So I'm expressing it because I allowed it in me and I saw that it works. So here's an opportunity. You all have the possibility to do that, and I and I can also tell you from the lens of someone who didn't operate that way, because God Almighty, this is what I have come to fully grasp. The reason all those times I would get ill, my body, panic attack, anxiety, stress, all of this would happen to my body, the amount of neck ache, pain ache, all these aches I would have is because I try to answer and respond through my human self. And it was always limited. Yet when I began to change myself by allowing God Almighty into me, I am myself noticing a very different reality. I love who I am in David. I'm not stressed, I'm not worried. My God, when was the last time you saw me worried? It's been a long time. When was the last time you saw me anxious, anxiety or panic attack? It's been a while. It's been a while. Because, and are you noticing like how much more joyful I am, how much more happy, how much more my outlook is just very different because I've included God Almighty in the situation. And I've seen what's been so amazing. And for those that are listening, the discipline is sleeping is much better. The discipline, the commitment, and the responsibility to put God first. And I feel, honey, you've been a great, great reflection of that because all of this sounds so super simple of like, we'll just put God mighty first, but that also requires your discipline and commitment to not let the human version or the limited side or the dysregulate central nervous system take over. And so No, let's let's talk about that's actually really big because it's one thing for me to say this to you. There's one thing, but there's another thing to actually live it. Embodiment. So as essential alchemists, our whole focus is to embody the mighty God presence within, to bring it into the body. So I cannot share anything to you if I'm not living it from that place, and I have moved through it or I've gone through it and I've allowed it so that it is a living language that it is possible. There's nothing special about me. I'm just simply allowing it. So if I'm allowing it, that means you can allow it. You also allow it to see what happens as I've been allowing it, reminding my core, as my core has been allowing it, he's seeing differences in himself as well. So this works. So you all as a community also have that option, but it requires a true discipline, and that's where like there is no separation. That discipline inside of me is so strong, and it is a true conviction because it is the walk of faith. Faith without, like I did my video today, faith without spoken, without action, without praise and thanksgiving will not become. So you it doesn't become a living testimony. So for me, I'm striving for that living testimony to be witness of the ways God Almighty works through me because forever I I am the one who had been driving this wheel, and now I've given that wheel to God Almighty, I've leaned back. That's the difference. And it's so important to add to that embodiment is the alignment of our physical bodies from our nutrition, from our sleep to our exercise, the alignment of our emotional body through regulating and keeping a mastery of all of those energies in motion and how they move through our body. But what's with emotional, what it is, you may be feeling you may feel emotion, that's okay, but that doesn't mean that's your truth. Right. Emotional regulation, it means that choosing what God Almighty said about you. Exactly. Even with your thoughts, knowing that your thoughts and emotion are not you, but having that alignment between the physical body, the emotional body, the mental body, and the spiritual body. And I find that's one of the areas that we really see as the foundational elements of Ascension Alchemy because if it is of God's align embodiment and alignment that together create what I see is our greatest version of ourself, our greatest expression. Exactly. So, like, for example, for you for you listeners to know, Michael and I have a private association with members on there. In those weekly, we have different activities, and it's so dedicated in the refinement and the allowing of this level of embodiment that we're speaking to. So we are actually really stretching our human so that the mighty God presence within it comes online. And Michael and I, as we're going through it, we we we share it, we get to experience it, and that is the teacher that brings the teaching forward through our direct experience. And that that association is available for those of you, it really is for those of you who are committed and have a desire to be your absolute greatest version that God Almighty created you to be for the destination of your purpose. It is not for those who want to, for example, let's just sit opposite than this. That's not gonna work. But if that's what you desire is, we have a small community that is this level of dedication, and to be in that level of support is life-changing, it's incredible. And it brings what I found is living a life in greater joy, greater peace, greater flow. Right now, it's so

abundance of life, which is our natural innate abilities within. And I find what's so amazing about this human body with God Almighty right here is there's so much for us that's right here available. And when we just start to open ourselves up for God Almighty's presence, when we start to align with the divine and allow ourselves to see our truest potential, then life starts to open up in the most incredible ways. Even when life looks at its most challenging and darkest elements, that's when we're still bright. It's still bright. And I feel even in these days where without giving focus and giving attention, but just the noise, the chaos, and everything in the external world, to me, it seems how greater of importance it is to go within and connect to our God Almighty presence, to align and to really take the inner focus of how I can make my life, our life, your life, as smooth and graceful as possible because it is your choice. You get to live this life, and all of these are available to us. And to me, it's like, why would you not want to connect to the greatest, most powerful father, the greatest, most powerful axis in the whole world that you're born from, and apply that towards your life to open up the best life you could automatically live. I mean, it's right there, it's it's right. I love you brought that up. It's right there, and as we've spoken about, as a son of God, as a daughter, as an heir of God, we have all these abilities right here within us. And again, it's our choice to each to their own, and no one's doing it right or wrong. It just seems like when you have all of this blessings on the table, all these gems and treasures that are right here before you, why not dive in? As challenging and difficult that some of these scenarios may be, but to feel the fruits of what has been seed within us so that we can share and really live a life that we know is meant for our highest joy of happiness and peace. Doesn't it seem like you and I have finally moved to the life that we always knew was true, that we were meant to live, and we're finally living it. Yes, I believe that when we as souls came in, it said we're gonna give you a 10-year initiative. No, no, that's not no, no, no, there isn't no, there isn't my because it's still like I know there are so many times you're like, honey, do you know this is happening? This is happening, and you've seen me. I'm like, it it ain't happening here because the more I've put God Almighty first, the less those have become reality for me. The reality that I'm seeing life through is gorgeous, is amazing. I'm not denying what's happening on the outside. Yes, it's happening. However, this is far bigger, greater, more amazing that is here that I have chosen to put this first instead of that and influence the world, the physical world, through this, this awareness, this presence, this consciousness, which is my greater part of me that God Almighty is flowing and fueling and filling. Because you've given greater focus and attention within yourself and that inner reality, so as within, so without then your true reality, which many of us really know is our ultimate creation, is what we have access to do at every moment, at any time, by connecting into our God essence within, so that it can be brought outside of us and ultimately shared and created with so much joy, so much happiness, and the ability that we get to share with all of you wonderful viewers, all the wonderful people that we get to have these conversations with, because I feel well, we are. I mean, literally, Michael, look, I've experienced afterlife, right, in the heavenly realms, experience these different heavens. So, you know, being sent back, it's not by accident to fulfill this this walk, this promise. So, how am I gonna be fulfilling the promise if I am if I am co-interacting of the problems of the world and getting stuck in it? Isn't it, isn't it that I was sent back so that I can I can lean on this truth essence and from that from the heavenly realm, bring those qualities into this world to interact with this world of physicality through that and pour it into here and pour it to all those other ones that know they are part of the change, but in order to bring the change, you can't bring the change. Dark doesn't bring dark change, doesn't transform it. You're gonna have to bring that light, that love, and when we speak of that light, we're speaking about the power of its love. Love is the ultimate transformer. So when we bring it here, and that's why there's so many, you know, those on you, those on this card, you know, you're being stretched to love greater beyond your human capacity, so you can bring the love into you and bring it to your neighbors, to bring it to your siblings, to bring it to your family members, especially bring it to the ones that don't deserve it. That's what mercy is to bring it to the ones that have done you wrong. So that's where grace is. So you are bringing your greater part of you into this narrow, limited, human, five-sense way of living, and that's that's where that gorgeous, glorious essence of God Almighty is that wants to move through you and bring it into this world. So we we know we are the bridge between heaven and earth, and we all have said, okay, we gotta bring heaven on earth, but you can't bring heaven on earth when you are being tucked away, you're being triggered left and right, and you know, you're bad-mouthing others, and you are hiding yourself in places, and you don't want to talk to people in 3D, you ain't gonna participate in bringing heaven on earth this way. You will bring heaven on earth when you're allowing it in you and you're not closing yourself, you open and you allow your vessel, your human vessel, your human suit be the instrument to bring it to this reality. And that's what we're talking about. Michael and I being very real and artists, and sometimes it is just not fun what our human self goes through. But when we stretch ourselves, allow that presence, that it's a different experience. We will go through it while some simultaneously also experience the blessing and joy and the beauty in the same exact moment. So we got to bring all that heavenly love through. It's an invitation. We got to bring in the heavenly love into the heavenly. As they're gonna clean the carpet, we get to bring our heavenly love through the new paint, we got to bring our heavenly love through the new pipes, that's right, and really what this was a pure demonstration is we got to bring the heavenly divine love into every contracted, constricted, dense area that may have to open ourselves up or open greater levels to be stretched to know that too is here to be loved. Exactly. And look, look at the blessings that will come out of it. Like you just had your podcast, and there's been this overflowing, like you've never had this many downloads. Yeah, look at that, right? And like so, something else is now pouring out of it because you allowed your own pipes to be cleared with God's love. You got purified, you didn't have to smoke it. Holy cleansing, baptized in a water went through you. Isn't that amazing? Hallelujah, hallelujah. God is great, thank you, thank you. God is great. Well, thank you all. So this month is a good month. What I get so happy about is what is now arising for us. And I know within three weeks I'm so blessed and I'm so excited to take the next phase of the conscious of all men online monthly circle. Well, for me, you know, the the the thing that I've been working behind a scene is this the due to so many requests, and especially the praise report we've had in prayer, you know, my prayers are are very powerful, powerful from a place that it is a very different method that I was blessed to experience from from a personal place 26 years ago with the birth of my child and how I turned to prayer when he was sick and how God Almighty answered, and also through Brazil, the way the in the angels showed me how how actually pray the science and pray, how it works. So I am having a masterclass coming up end of June with really teaching people the science of answered prayer, how it actually works. There is there is a pity of the learn, and then I'll take it to those who want to go deep to 30-day application of the way that I'm teaching my own method. It's called the realized prayer. Real that means real, R-E-A-L, I z E D. Realized. That means you awaken on the inside. And I explain what that is. You see it. And and it's a very effective way of prayer because we've been we've been seeing the praise report of the way we do it inside our our private community, and it's magnificent. So I I I mean, I've been getting the nudge to bring it out to public, so that's coming out. I'm very excited for those of you, especially due to requests that are going to finally experience this. It's it is a it is a gift to this society, to this world, that the way God Almighty wants us to pray will be finally taught to people. I absolutely love that.
