So let's go ahead and welcome those of you who are new to our podcast. This podcast is really all about the embodiment of your mighty God presence. Those of you who have remembered who you are in the presence of God Almighty, and you have been navigating the realm of actually embodying that truth in you. You have gone through all this spiritual journey and you're looking for true conviction, a place where it's filled with faith and that living trust. And you know you didn't quite fit in the dogma of religion, yet you have a lot of under love and passion and understanding for God Almighty. And so we are the bridge of both of those. And we are living it and we're sharing our walk with you. So thank you so much for being here, and especially those of you who listen to our podcasts from all over the world. And as soon as it comes out, you download it. We're so so deeply grateful to you. So I want to do a little recap about what we're going to talk about today, so you know what you're getting into. We are going to get into this is 4th of July weekend. There's a big celebration in Washington, DC, in the US, and also it just happens to also coincide with the 250 year of the celebration of America. So there's a this celebration energy. We're coming into our celebration energy towards the early August. That is about our 100th podcast episode. So we're going to talk about that. And also the importance of this half of the year. So we're going to really get into this next half of the year because we just left behind the first half of the year. So both Mikon and I are going to speak about what were some of the takeaways for us, what was really important, what we experienced in this first half of the half of the year, and what are we adjusting, what we're going into. So welcome to this time that we'll have together, and we'll just go ahead and get

Declaring A Year Of Celebration

Yeah, it is a very celebratory time, I feel like, for those that are living in the northern hemisphere. Summer brings that really joyous, fun, active celebratory energy. And it coincides with, as Honey said, that it is the halfway point of the year. And as many of you remember, beginning this year, we had just from day one of the new year, Honey and I both realized that it really is a year of celebration. And when we look at a year of celebration, it's not just Well we chose it.

It's not necessarily a year. We declared that, and we chose that this year for us is a celebration, and we invited others to also come into it.

Right. So that day we chose as a celebration, and we really looked at how each and every day can be a celebration, and not just what's celebrating outside of us, but what we're celebrating inside, and how we truly declare that and proclaim that every single day so that we know that the celebration of life is a gift that we get to live. And so so many times we forget that, or so many times we get consumed on the outside. So it's been a journey this year to start with it. And now as we come into the halfway point with more celebratory energy coming in, of just the focus of where we could put more of that joyful, happy, celebrative, celebratory energy that actually allowed us and myself to invite our own Ascension Alpha members to bring forth once a month a celebration night circle. And that celebration circle was really focused on Yeah, that's the one that you started leading. Right. And that circle really was focused on how we can declare our wins, how we can bring the celebratory energy into a momentum of joy and expansion, how it really becomes that action of gratitude and full expression when we celebrate. And it becomes very joyous, it helps lift people. And we notice that the more we declare it, the more it's giving permission for so many around us to celebrate because whatever wins we're sharing and whatever is being expressed, big or small, we also know that God Almighty has aligned that for us. So we know that it's such a huge energy, and a lot of times we can forget about it, or a lot of times, society we can look at the opposite of celebratory. But that was one area that I feel has been such a huge aspect from this beginning of the year and really riding that wave to the midpoint.

Celebration Circles And Prosperity Mentorship

I love that. That was a really conscious decision you and I both made to bring that to our private members. And then also publicly along the same, we decided to mentor this true prosperous living mentorship once a month, which has been amazing. It's both for members as well as public that they could sign up for it. And that within it also has this celebration component that was all about, you know, to live true prosperity. Prosperity is in so many, so many ways of expression in our life, through our connection, through our friendship, through our the way, of course, we choose from that abundant lens to create things and encounter. I mean, there's so many ways, and how how we choose the presence of God Almighty as a living presence that is prosperous in our life that has that celebration already with it. So we also went on a six-month journey on that, along the same, with that, which was amazing, which along the same time, we also had our answered prayer circle, which was helping people, that was something that I led to help individuals understand a very different way of praying, where the prayer has already been realized already by the presence of God Almighty and helping them truly come to this, the mechanics of prayer, which in the next month or two, it's going to be a masterclass. So those who have not been able to explore that can actually come into my master class where I go deep into the mechanics of it and you get to explore it. So this whole six months, we went so deep in these areas. And then we're going even further. It's like it's picked up the memento, so it's only going to grow further and further in the next six months coming

And I appreciate what you bring to the focus many times is you know, as fast as time is going, as quickly as days are moving, it's so important to look at these junctures of time, especially when we're at the halfway point of the year, because it really stops to see, okay, what has been what what can we reflect on the beginning of the year and how has that brought forth its expression to now? What areas have done very well, what areas haven't? And where can we take the momentum of what we're doing and then ride it to the end of the year? Because it's so important to see, okay, these are the six months. Now the next six months, maybe even when I ask viewers that are listening, have you ever just stopped and said, okay, January 1st, where was I? July 1st, where am I? December 31st, where do I want to be? And it it's a great way just to start looking at certain areas so that as that time and energy builds the momentum, then it really captures what we are here to do and what we're here to express. Because even with Honey and I, at the beginning of the year, we were really deep into our relationship videos. And these were areas that we want to bring forth what we found as great levels of learning and what we experienced in what will be 10 years coming up in November. And just as many, when we're in a divine union, when we're in a couple in a relationship with a mission, there's going to be things that show up and what we can learn and grow from. So it's amazing of where those videos have taken us and where we want to now move forward into the next six months.

Yes, exactly. And you know, for some of you, I'm sure when beginning of this year came, you made some, you made set up some goals for yourself, and maybe even declared certain things over yourself. And also you wrote certain things, certain visions that you have. It's very important to revisit that to see where are you in this halfway point and where where is it where is it going? There's certain things that I wrote for myself that like I've been very focused on it, and and it's still going in that direction. So between Michael and I, so I want to know, Michael, for you, where, and just quickly, as we cover this first half of the year before going to the half of the year, where do you find yourself?

Michael’s Wins With Men’s Work

You totally succeeded, you like so succeeded, and it's such a celebration and amazing.

Well, I would say one of the greatest areas is in launching the beautiful conscious of all of men's gathering online. That has moved to the next elevation, and I feel that success has built, especially coming into the 10th year, where not just working with people in person, but having that ability to meet online to gravitate of allowing people to come all throughout the country and world. So I feel like I succeeded because as we're meeting this halfway point, as many know, I just launched the greater version of how we can bring guest speakers, individuals, masters of their trades, that they can now share with the brothers and really bring forth a higher level of wisdom that was already there, but now can be in the fields that they master. So I'm excited because that really brings forth what I did a year ago of reflecting these 12 universal keys that I feel are God's keys that now can be expressed through one's own language. So I feel like I really succeeded in that area as well. I feel like with the mentorships, it's been amazing to work with men one-on-one and really see the shifts and changes, especially when those that are open and aware to say what areas within myself do I want to release, what areas do I want to grow, and what kind of man do I want to be? And I feel that has been elevating into the summertime. So those are like two pieces right off it.

That's awesome. Because you have in regard to what you just said, because you've been doing less, less hands-on body work and more towards online mentorship. Right. So that's the I just wanted to make sure our audience um are is clear in what you were saying because you really in the six months you took on more clients from that place and working specifically with more men.

And feeling that one of the greatest successes is when we work, and many viewers may realize this, when we get to certain ages of our life, certain pinnacle points, then there's a greater level of wisdom that is here to be shared. And I feel by turning 50 in February, it gave me the opportunity to really bring forth to say, what has God Almighty given me and what have I practiced, evolved, been stretched into so that I can share with other men and women and clients that I've worked with. So I feel like that's been a huge success as I've now moved into my fifth decade of life of allowing that to come forward and not so much on a hands-on, but more of an expression from my voice to help them grow to the greatest version of themselves.

Yeah, and you also have increased your gym. That's a big success. I mean, that's a major success.

That's been one of the greatest ones of going to the gym and using that as my connection with God in my physical alignment. And obviously, as you've noticed, in that physical alignment, it's allowed my emotional and mental body to be more regulated in my central nervous system. And I feel since January to now, probably the greatest success is just the discipline and commitment to my relationship with God Almighty, the ability to really allow God to come into my day, come into my life, and come into areas of density that I know are here to be grounded. And so that's I would find the greatest success above anything because when I brought God into each and everything I've done, I've realized the elevation and the acceleration of where I was and where I am now.

And what about you, honey? When you look at January 1st, and now we're at July 1st, what would you say have been your greatest successes?

Podcast Growth And The AI Shift

Well, my number one success, I have to say, because behind this podcast, the growth of this podcast and the marketing of this podcast and everything, all the details that goes into this podcast. Because you show up for like literally this one and you're solo. Yeah. And I do everything else behind the scenes.

Because you're the mastermind of the digital worlds.

Okay, well, it's all the labor of love. I actually don't know it, but I take it.

Your mastery of it is quite remarkable.

SPEAKER_03 14:40

Thank you. But I actually don't have the mastery, I'm just putting all the time and energy in learning. It's studying learning, exactly. Learning, learning, learning what to do. And I do have a passion for it. So to have like this amazing feeling of success, I have that we reached. I mean, I would have never even imagined that when I saw that we reached the top 10%, top, 10% global global reach in our market about a month and a half ago. Wow, that that was such an incredible, satisfying, successful on the inside pleasure, I have to say, because to be able to know that the podcast, what we're sharing, is reaching other audience, big one, because I really wanted this to be international, to reach all these countries. So we have from Nigeria to Singapore to some other countries, like even we have Turkey and South America, all these countries. It's such a wonderful blessing because it's not about us, it's what we're sharing, is reaching to others. So I'm very grateful. And to know in about a month and a week from now, we are going to reach the hundredth episode, which right now we're planning the party for. I'm so grateful. Like the other day I told Jamaica I love podcasting. I want to look for, I want us to have a podcast studio. I actually have that. So that's a big success behind this.

Absolutely. It's such an amazing thing. And I have to give my deepest gratitude to you, honey, because you're right. It's been an opportunity where I show up and you've laid down the groundwork and you've really put a labor of love into each new thing. And what I, you know, for viewers that are watching, and I haven't finished yet.

For viewers that are watching and what they don't know about honey is when she does something and she's successful at it, she goes above and beyond and allow that to move to its fullest level. So I just want to thank you for your diving into not only your training into the podcast, but you're also, before the training was even over, you were already jumping into areas that you didn't know because you just kept showing up and allowed yourself to completely evolve through it.

And and Michael and I have this dynamic. A lot of it, he's like, Well, I don't know what I'm doing. I'm like, don't worry, me neither. We're just gonna do it anyway. So it's it's this part is that the other part of the success I knew coming in 2026, I knew we have entered the age of AI, like at a whole different level, and I knew, I knew we Michael and I have to incorporate AI not as artificial intelligence, I look at it as awareness intelligence, because through even this platform right now, as Michael and I speaking, our consciousness is influencing that level of intelligence. So we are all about the embodiment of the mighty God presence. So we're gonna bring it to this AI and we're gonna have it help us to have the workflow set up. So I knew we needed to hire, set up AI assistants, AI agency to help us. And of course, this was another one. Michael's like, uh, he was very resistant at first. I said, Michael, this is gonna buy a lot of time. It's not gonna replace us, but it's gonna take care of all this time and energy that we put, like it takes me hours behind the scene. It's gonna be able to help to do that, so we'll have more time. And so big, big success, big success has been how the last four months, five months, I um signed up for additional mentorship. First was with the podcast growth with my mentor Kylie, and then within that, also went deep into AI setting up, AI assistance skills workflow. And what has been amazing as I went two full months into it, and then I set up, help Michael set up on his, and how much it's helped him is been incredible with both of us. So it actually gave us a lot more time back with being able to go to the pool, being able to go to the gym, being able to actually take walks and enjoy, which we do, but like just a lot more space. We said we've been laughing a lot this month, this la this whole month. We just laughed so much because there was just space and less stress between the amount of hours we would spend on the computers trying to just finish one task. So huge success. I am beyond grateful, beyond, beyond, beyond grateful for the AI.

It's been an area of stretching for me for sure. I know that it's been in a place that was very cautionary because of just some of the limiting beliefs I had, but it's peeling me into what I'm seeing of that time of getting things efficiently done in what can be done in a matter of seconds versus many hours. So thank you for bringing that forward, honey.

Yes, of course. So that's that's been amazing. The other part of success here, I have to say, it's been another part I'll say, and then we go to the half of the year.

Family Milestones And Making Space

The the vision this year was really to uh support both of my sons even greater, as I knew as this time would come, they would both move uh into their next homes. So to watch that, put the time and energy, being able to spend the time with them, being able to just make sure they know how they're both supported and and to have all the celebrations with cousins and family. Yeah, I wanted to be able to spend a lot more family. And again, that space has been given back because we now we have five, I have hired five assistants AI to help me with the workload, and Michael has so I'm so grateful for that success as well. Beyond brand grateful. So my sons, both of them did move out this past weekend, and it's so beautiful to witness. And one of my youngest sons celebrated his birthday, he turned 23, and the oldest one is coming up to turn turning 26. So I I feel so so grateful for that.

It is beautiful. And I and I feel as we share all of these, one of the reasons why it's so important to express it out because in our celebration circles, when we give words to our Success, when we give momentum and energy, it keeps building and it keeps acknowledging it. And one thing Honey reminded me the other day is even when we can find ourselves in times of like where we may lose our focus and get caught in some of the lower density of stress, worry, anxiety, it's always important to remember what are and what were the successes that not only just were of the past six months, but what happened today that you really felt that was a win for you? What happened this past week? And to keep acknowledging that because the greater we acknowledge that, we're really acknowledging that true God mighty, God Almighty presence within ourselves. And the more we can acknowledge that, the more we're bringing up greater abundance through our success and our celebration.

Sharing The NDE Story To Serve

And the final part that I want to also address to this this beginning of this year, I really put it in my thought and my vision. I want to be on a lot more podcast interviews, and I want to come use this story of my NDE for um helping people have a deeper and greater connection to God Almighty. And wow, that that really exploded with the amount of podcasts.

You've had quite a few this past two weeks.

I've been just so many podcasts, and there are more coming. I mean, it's just it's just been amazing. And out of and out of that, I also want to say, out of that, like I made a huge post today regarding one of these podcasts, the the interview, but the way it came about was I ended up being returned three different times with this is with Angela Goodman through Evolve with God podcast. I was invited for the first time ever, I was on a podcast that it was so amazing. The first one, she asked me the following week to come back, and that was so amazing. She invited me a week and a half later to come back. But out of that came a friendship because her partner, Matt, is does coaching and with the voices. And as soon as I learned about it, I I just knew Michael and him have to connect. So Michael and him connected, we all met, and then that took this other journey where Michael had Matt be his first speaker on his conscious evolvement, which he just launched last week. And and then on top of that, I was invited to be one of the speakers for their event in Tennessee, which is all about my testimony, those who've had an experience with God Almighty as a living testimony. So you never really got an invitation to speak in Dubai, like it's as a female conference for inspiration. And it's just amazing. You never know how and what will unfold when you push, when you declare certain things in your vision for the year, and then you just take the steps towards it, and and then you'll see the unfoldment. It is really, really incredible.

And what's so amazing, honey, is it's been a journey to witness you in how each podcast and each opportunity you're able to express a greater, deeper energy version God Almighty experienced through you in what happened in what I call, you know, your life-changing I don't even call it miraculous, I would just say the extraordinary life event that I believe is going to be the greatest story ever to be told of your experience. And when that's being shared over through time and time, you're noticing it evolving and expanding.

Yeah, it's certainly evolving because again, it's not about me and we're talking about the celebration. It isn't about that. It's about, I'm very clear as these things happen, it is about the presence of God Almighty that's showing out. It is the way God Almighty has had designed it towards the destiny of the fulfillment of what God Almighty wanted. So all of these are unfolding because because of that alignment, because of that discipline, because of that commitment and devotion. And now things are unfolding so that, for example, you all on this podcast, as you're listening to this or watching it, you're able to be the receiving of it. And for example, the podcast that I recorded now last week, the week before about my son. It was the first time I cried so much. I was so raw and open. Everything I shared. It is amazing the amount of you that reached that, how much that episode touched you. With those of you who have these special gifted children, and and the journey behind the scene and the calls that Michael and I getting, asking if my son would want to talk to their, you know, young preteen or teen son. Like it's it's just amazing. And I feel when the focus is to serve God Almighty, then we just do, we just take the steps and we take the pressure off of ourselves and we we just keep going. And and I'm in I'm in love with the podcasting world, I'm in love with the AI world, I'm in love with as a vehicle where the presence of God Almighty can be expressed even greater. So I couldn't be more grateful.

Yeah, it's it's an amazing opportunity, and for all of you that you that we see right now is the generation of our expression is going at a credible velocity. And when there's outlets as podcasts, outlets as in speaking, outlets as in opportunities for our for us to voice our message, I feel it's no better of a time, most important time for us to express what our truth is and what we can share to society. And obviously, this channel of podcasting, our videoing, our ability to touch each of you in your own homes, in your own cars, and an ability that we can share our story and ultimately bring forth what we see is these gifts of life that everyone has access to.

Relationship Success Through Conflict Repair

a question. One more thing. Between you and I, this six months, what in your opinion, we do it short in a short version, in your opinion, what do you believe really succeeded in our relationship? Same name, name one thing, and I'll name one.

In these six months, what is the most important thing?

Not not what's the important most important thing. What in our relationship do you believe really succeeded in the six months?

SPEAKER_00 28:56

I would say what succeeded, and I also declare it as the most important.

So that's why I said the most important. Okay.

SPEAKER_02 29:03

But it is the greatest success, is our ability to move through conflict. I feel that has been a shift in our own individual work as well as our own communication skills and our ability to resolve conflict at a faster, more eminent way than we've done in the past. And I feel that's been very successful because you've seen what happens when we don't clear it, how it can linger, and how it can go on for days, and all of a sudden it shifts. So I feel like that has been the number one success that I see when we've gone through, as all couples do, as all relationships do, as all things in life do, they're gonna hit their bumps. They're gonna hit certain things that are what we really see as mere reflections of what's within us, and that's gonna come up. How we choose to deal with it is a whole other area. And I feel also that success is really shown through the mastery of what we've taught the year before in emotional mastery.

It was the belief, thought, emotion, self-mastery course that belief, thought, emotion, self-mastery, because I feel right now that is coming on mainstream more than ever.

Like when we start talking about regulation, even today, there was like a podcast that flew by, and they were talking about oh, trauma is not such a psychological issue anymore, it's a biological issue. So it's like the mainstream is starting to pick it up as not something that's wrong with you, but just more of what is happening. So I feel like we've navigated through some of these areas of teaching, then actually going through them and the up and the opportunity to then live through them and live it in action of daily God Almighty, which has helped us tremendously move through what I would say some of our tremendous areas. When we're met with difficulty and challenge, we've navigated much more smoothly and gracefully.

Now, when I ask you what do you think are one of our greatest successes in these past six months, what would you say?

SPEAKER_03 31:15

I would say that we each have certain things that we are working through within ourselves, and sometimes we come across, we hit these pockets that show up in our lives that on an individual level. What I found very successful is um that we really success succeeded in this in our relationship was giving each other the true uh the true uh space to go through it without having to rescue each other, without having to fix each other, without having to identify anything, label it anything, but be really supportive of each other while we're going through some pocket of density that has surfaced in our life. So that's the part that I really love. We really succeeded in that the six months, and it's just it feels amazing. And this is why we bring it up to you because the you know, as as we go through this, when we're in this kind of relationship that is God-led, that is a partnership, that is devotion, that is mission, individually we go through things and the relationship goes through things. So it's important to acknowledge the the success of the relationship as well. Because it's because God Almighty can't give us more if our relationship isn't capable of handling more.

And as many of you know, and we hit this one area of awareness just speaking about relationship. I feel at one point during these past six months we had this laughter of saying, Wow, when we were younger, we used to think once we're married or once we're in a relationship, everything's gonna be better. It's gonna be complete, things are gonna be so easy because now I have my wish come true. And that couldn't be anything further from the truth in the sense that yes, a relationship does provide the greatest amount of opportunities to love, to build the greatest evolution of who you are and what you are, but it also demands the greatest inner work and the ability to have the patience, the capacity to be to move through resiliency and to persevere through what I would say life's greatest conflicts that come up and really show you how to move through. And if any of you are not only in a relationship, but you're in a relationship that has a mission, then these tests and these opportunities come even at greater levels so that not only do we go through them, but they become what I find gifts that when we're on the other side, we can see how we can learn, teach, and show that these are pieces that are meant for us to evolve even faster.

I learned something that really hit me, like really hit me this this year, Michael, on this topic. I really learned, for example, God loved you so much that he gave me to you. And God loved me so much that he gave you to me. I like that.

I'm marinating in that right now. Okay, because so for example, God loved you so much that he gave me to you so that you can fulfill God's promise. So that I can fulfill God's promise. So that's that level of deep, like, you know, these middle of the night, I wake up, I'm sitting there and I'm talking to God every single night like this going on. These are the conversations I'm having, like I'm deep understanding what is this? Like, okay, why is there gotta be you know this level of, for example, sometimes not understanding each other, sometimes doing differentness. What is all of this? So that deep, deep understanding that we're we are together, but we are on we are on our own individual soul's journey of fulfillment. And so what is being stretched is to have the lens of compassion, the lens of understanding, the lens of grace, mercy, all of that, which is the heavenly well, the heavenly quality is then able to be brought to this this plane of density in in form. So that's that's the purpose of it behind it. So I I I really sit deep into try to grasp the depth of what is happening, so then I can stretch myself, let my human self be stretched a little bit more, and and then be replaced with God Almighty's inner standing inside of me deeper.

That card would just be so beautiful to put above our bed or put above our mirror, so that like, you know, it can just be a reminder. I'm I'm speaking sarcastic because it's just beautiful to hear that. Thank you, love. I appreciate that because it's very this is for the audience.

If they're in these dynamics or anybody else, that's it's really at the end of the day, it isn't about you, it isn't about me, it is truly about the fulfillment of God Almighty's, you know, God Almighty seated us, God Almighty has a purpose for us, so God Almighty wants to have God Almighty's purpose fulfilled, so therefore, you know, there are all these things along the way.

And I appreciate what you said about that because it really does show that when we are stretched, when we meet certain areas that find difficulty or discomfort in that becomes the greatest growth period. And I feel not just in our relationship, but all relationships that each of us go through, there becomes those moments that pop up, and personally, the mental mind may not understand it at that moment, but God placed that for a reason so that there's an ultimate, as you said, bringing that God's grace, God's compassion, God's love into that, because ultimately we're anchoring that love into this here and now. And I just appreciate you sharing that because it just brings higher levels of awareness to those moments that can sometimes feel you know a little sticky or a little uncomfortable.

Goals For The Next Six Months

So now, halfway point. We're just about to go to 4th of July weekend. We're in Washington, D.C. We're very, very excited about that. We have 104, 105, 103-degree weather coming up between the next few days, and yet totally embracing that. And I've for me, this this the celebration of America is a big deal this summer. So I'm really, really looking forward to it. Looking forward to all the activities that's that is around this whole Washington, DC area that is about the celebration of the 250th year. So I'm looking forward to all the ones that we're going to explore. And this next six months coming up, the couple of things. I am I'm working on a book that uh a couple of books. There's been a lot of work behind the scene of that. So my my human goal is for this goal to be this book to be published by the end of the year. So I following God Almighty's call in that fulfillment and trusting it will fulfill. So let's see, but you all will get to hear that. That's a that's a personal one. And the other one is because we're we're coming into something big, is our 10-year anniversary that's coming up in November. So we are going to do something very special about that, and we'll probably make that announcement coming up as we are taking the steps in that direction.

And then one of the biggest areas that many of you know is in August we are celebrating our 100th episode in this wonderful Ascension Alchemy podcast, Ascension Alchemist Podcast. And so that's going to be a great celebration that we're very much looking forward to having right here in the DC metropolitan area.

I know, honey, you have some events coming up where becoming yourself vocal on stage, and I feel opportunities of just speaking in greater fashions, whether it's live on stage, whether it's behind podcasts, whether it's behind different areas. I do see that growing and expanding in these six months, and also just the growth of what we're doing with our mentorships. I feel that's also elevating in these next six months because we both see the power of when we're helping individuals online anywhere throughout the world, and they're having challenges and difficulties that we specifically have gone through. That it doesn't matter where you are in the comfort of your own home, you can open this beautiful computer and you can allow the opportunity for my wife that does phenomenal mentoring programs, as well as myself, to really help what we see move into your greatest embodiment and alignment of God Almighty. So I see that also expanding and growing in these next six months and just the ability of what we know of greater abundance and prosperity that is moving through all of our lives.

Absolutely, absolutely. I probably would be doing less as a private, I'm stepping away more and more in private mentorship individually and going much more into a group so that I can women, particularly women who are of that same woman who have a true desire. They are leaders, they have such a desire to live through the presence of God Almighty, and they want to make these larger decisions, but they want to be held in a group dynamic with other women who are in that same understanding and want to be strong in their conviction and their faith and their belief and their truth. That's what really calls my soul. So I'm looking forward to that as well. I'm looking forward to celebrating the next, you know, the next several months.

months on a personal goal I on a personal goal for me Michael is by the end of this year I'm even more toned my body has taken such shape in being so toned and that was that was such that was one of the goals I had put in to be my top top physical body shape and halfway point I'm doing really good thanks to bar class right like I I'm loving lift bar class it's amazing so that's not a personal goal it's great to see you back in the gym as myself too it's been a great personal goal to really prioritize health in ways that I've not prioritized it not only in physical but in the nutritional mental emotional and really what one of my greatest goals for these next six months is taking greater control of mental emotional well-being allowing my heart to express deeper and my mind to listen more to what is being spoken so that the response is greater than the reaction and understanding how every moment is a moment to really pause and just witness what is happening versus what is reacting

So we would be curious to know what is your personal goals and in terms of goals is like what is I would say more personal calls within because that those are the ones that God Almighty has placed in you so wants you to take the steps towards it and perhaps you can take those steps towards it and and to know that from this point forward to the end of the year everything expedites there's a compounding impact so anything healthy vibrant amazing celebration that you have picked up and you've been doing stick with it and keep going even more anything that is actually not important is occupying your time and stay it's not really a value drop it so you can put your energy towards the things that have more meaningful because your energy is your true currency and it is important where you're placing that attention and for those of you who are on here the first priority above everything has to be God Almighty attention on God Almighty first and not just beginning of the day throughout the day so this is something that is going to be even more prioritized for me on a personal level and and I know Michael also feels that our relationship and compounds even greater with the presence of God Almighty and we invite you to walk with us and let us all harvest the fruit of that incredible gift when we lean on God Almighty and what happens in our lives.

And if there's any greater inspiration for that to happen right now it is the season of summer for those in the northern northern hemisphere listening that season I feel has a very fast accelerating moment. We know with summer there is this fire energy there is this action energy and there's this movement that just once you take action in what you're planting that seed it is really growing. And I feel in this time period things are moving so fast the momentum's building and when we're in that momentum monumental field it starts to shift even faster. So whatever you choose and whatever you're seeding this is the time to put it into action and this is the time that I feel as you said only compounds because look where we are right now July 1st and with six months to go there's so much energy that's moving through right now that allows us to really be the greatest version of our God Almighty expression.
