🎙️💗 NEW PODCAST EPISODE: Introducing Algorithms of the Heart 💗🎙️

There comes a moment when you realize that every heartbreak, every disappointment, every unanswered prayer, and every season of waiting has been teaching you something about yourself—and something about God.

Algorithms of the Heart was born from my own journey of healing, surrender, heartbreak, and divine restoration. It is the story of how God met me in my brokenness and began rewriting the patterns, beliefs, and wounds that shaped the way I loved, trusted, and lived.

In this special episode, I share the heart behind the book, my personal journey, and the message I believe God wants every wounded heart to hear:

✨ Your heartbreak is not your identity.
✨ Your pain is not wasted.
✨ God is still writing your story.
✨ Your heart can beat again.

If you’ve ever experienced disappointment, betrayal, loss, deferred hope, or the ache of waiting, this episode is for you.

Take a listen, share with someone who needs encouragement, and join me as we begin this healing journey together.

💗 “Perhaps God isn’t just healing your heart… perhaps He’s rewriting the code.”

What if the heartbreaks, disappointments, delays, and unanswered prayers weren't meant to destroy you, but to transform you? Algorithms of the heart is a deeply personal journey through healing, faith, trauma, love, loss, and the divine process of God rewriting the patterns of our hearts through biblical insights, psychological understanding, personal testimony, prayer, declaration, and reflection, I share how God met me in my brokenness and began reprogramming my heart with his truth. If you've ever loved deeply, waited painfully, trusted the wrong people. Questions, questions, sorry, God's timing, or wondered if your heart could ever heal again. This book is for you. Because every broken heart still has the capacity to beat again when placed in the hands of the master potter. Algorithms of the heart, a journey from heartbreak to wholeness, from trauma to truth, and from survival to surrender. Hello, hello, hello, my beautiful people. Welcome to the Beautiful Me Empowerment Ministry Podcast. I am your host, Monique Anderson, author, counselor, speaker, and most importantly, a daughter of God who has experienced firsthand the healing power of his love. Whether you're listening from your car, your office, your prayer closet, or perhaps from a place of heartbreak, disappointment, or uncertainty, I want you to know that you're not here by accident. I believe God ordained this moment today is deeply personal because I am introducing a book that was born from tears, prayers, heartbreak, healing, and countless conversations between me and God. And the title is Algorithms of the Heart. Tell your heart to beat again. But before we dive into the book, let us pray. Hallelujah, Father. I want to thank you for every person listening today. I want to thank you for life. God, you are just so amazing, and I am so grateful from the bottom of my heart, God. I am so grateful. I'm grateful, oh God, for this journey. I am grateful, oh God, for this privilege, oh God, to be used by you. Thank you. Thank you for the journey. Thank you for healing. Thank you, oh God, for meeting me, for meeting us at our points of needs. Father, you know every story, you know every wound, every unanswered prayer, every disappointment, and every silent tear. And so, Lord, I pray that as we begin this journey together, you would open hearts and minds. Let every listener feel seen, known, loved, and understood. May this conversation bring healing, revelation, and hope. Holy Spirit, speak through me and minister to your people in Jesus' name, amen and amen and amen. All right, so what is an algorithm? So when most people hear the word algorithm, you know, we think about technology because if I'm being totally honest, when God spoke to me earlier this year and said algorithms of the heart, I'm like, huh, algorithm? Uh, that's technology. You know, we start thinking immediately about social media uses algorithms, Google uses algorithms, artificial intelligence uses algorithms, right? An algorithm is simply a pattern, right? It's a sequence, a code, a system that determines outcome. And the more I reflected on my own life, the more I realized that the human heart has algorithms too. Not computer algorithms, but emotional algorithms, relational algorithms, spiritual algorithms, and these are patterns that determine how we respond to love, patterns that determine how we respond to rejection, patterns that determine who we trust, who we pursue, who we allow access to our hearts. And many of us are living from codes that were written long before we ever met the people who hurt us. Codes written by childhood wounds, you know, abandonment, trauma, disappointment, fear, rejection. And I always talk about womb wounds. And these are those experiences that we had while we were in our mother's womb. So I know that my mother, when she was pregnant with me, she was experiencing heartbreak because her son had died. So she was experiencing heartbreak, she was grieving, uh, and there was trauma, there was disappointment, there was even fear, fear that I would have shared the same faith as my brother. And so all of those emotions, they were passed down to me in the womb. So even before I exited my mother's womb, I had already my heart, actually, had already experienced um trauma, disappointment, grief, fear, loss, rejection, abandonment, and different types of abuse. And so I had already experienced all of that, and then when I was born now, mom didn't know better, so I received first hand and secondhand trauma, and so all of those childhood wounds started a code. And if those codes remain unhealed, we often end up repeating the same cycles over and over again, different faces, different names, same pain, and that realization changed my life. Like the Holy Spirit opened up, we would probably say open up a can of worms. The Holy Spirit opened up my understanding and opened up my eyes to all of these things, and so why I wrote this book? I didn't write this book because I had all the answers, I wrote it because I had questions, right? Questions that kept me awake at night. Questions many of you have probably asked yourself, and as I sat there that morning with the Holy Spirit and He was just revealing all of those things to me, I started writing. Many of you may have questions like, Why do I keep ending up here? Why does my heart keep breaking? Why do I keep trusting the wrong people? Why does hope hurt so much? Why does waiting feel so painful? Why do I love so deeply and yet feel so disappointed? And for years I thought my broken heart was evidence that something was wrong with me. And I kept asking myself and beating upon myself like what is wrong with you, Mo? But God showed me something different. He showed me that He wasn't trying to destroy me, He was trying to heal me, He wasn't punishing me, He was rewriting me, reprogramming me, He was teaching my heart a new rhythm, a rhythm rooted in truth instead of trauma, faith instead of fear, discernment instead of desperation, wholeness instead of wounds. Many people know me as a counselor, some know me as a speaker, others know me as the founder of Beautiful Me. But honestly, before any of that, I was simply a little girl trying to understand pain. So I spoke about the fact that my mother was experiencing so much trauma when I was conceived, but there's more because I was also born with heart complications. So before I understood emotional heartbreak, my physical heart had already experienced struggle, and so throughout my life, there were losses, lots and lots of losses, there were disappointments, I've had long seasons of waiting, and I keep saying that. From I was born, you have been trying to teach me a lesson, patience, because I've been in so many waiting seasons, and even as I'm sharing this moment, I am also in a waiting season. Relationships that taught painful lessons, moments where I questioned God, moments where I questioned myself, moments where I wondered if my heart could take one more hit, and that was the moment I sat with God that morning, and I was like, God, my heart can't take anymore. And that's when the Holy Spirit started to talk to me. Somehow, every time I thought I was finished, God whispered, Daughter, live. And every time my heart broke, He taught it how to beat again, and that is the story behind this book. And the message of algorithms of the heart, it is not just about heartbreak, it's about healing because I've experienced firsthand the healing power of God, it's about understanding why we do what we do, it's about recognizing unhealthy patterns, it's about discovering the wounds beneath our choices, and it's about surrender, it's about God meeting us in our broken places throughout these chapters. I will talk about the anatomy of heartbreak. We're gonna talk about hope deferred, misplaced trust, waiting seasons, childhood wounds, trauma bonds, the refinement process, breaking cycles, learning discernment, and ultimately becoming whole because wholeness is possible, and that's where God wants us. And it is not because life suddenly becomes perfect either, but it is because we learn how to let God heal what hurt us. And I just want to leave a little word for the woman or the man listening. Perhaps today you're listening and your heart feels shattered. Maybe someone betrayed you, maybe you're waiting on a promise, maybe you're grieving a relationship, maybe you're disappointment, disappointed with yourself, maybe you've lost hope. But I want you to hear me clearly this morning. Your heartbreak is not your identity, your disappointment is not your destiny, and as we talk about identity, I love to refer to the woman with the issue of blood in the story in the book of Mark. In the book of Mark, she was only identified by her issue. The Bible calls her the woman with the issue of blood, and so so very often I've been there where we tie our identity to our trauma, to our wounds, but that is not your identity, and that's where God steps in because we see in the story God renamed her when she when she touched the hem of Jesus' garment, and virtue flowed from him, and she was immediately healed. He felt that and he called her for the first time. She had a new identity, she was called daughter, and I just love that story, and I just want you to know this morning that you are a daughter of the king. You are the daughter of the king, your wounds are not your final chapter, your heartbreak is not your identity because God is still writing your story. You are not too broken, you are not too damaged, you are not too far gone. The same God who created your heart knows how to heal it, and sometimes the breaking is simply preparation for becoming, and it is my hope that as you read this book when it is released, I will let you know. My prayer is that this book, when you read it, you will feel less alone. Because you know, I always say to God that I wish I could meet somebody who would sit with me and share with me what they're going through. And when I say I wish I could meet somebody to sit with me and talk to me, I mean I wish I could meet somebody who is going through the same chapter that I am going through, right? The the heartbreak, the questioning, because sometimes you feel so alone and you feel like, oh my god, I'm the only one who is experiencing this, and that's when you start questioning, am I like what is wrong with me? Am I foolish? Am I stupid? You know, we use those words, but I want you to change the language, change how you speak to yourself. And as I went through this book, you know, God met me in that place, and it is my hope that this book, when you read the book or when you're feeling when you're reading the book, sorry, you will feel less alone. I hope that you will find language for your pain. I hope that you will find the courage to heal. I hope that you will discover patterns that you've never noticed before. I hope that you will stop blaming yourself for every wound, and most importantly, I hope that you encounter Jesus. I hope that you recognize God's hand even in seasons that you don't understand, because healing isn't found in information alone, healing is found in transformation, healing is found in his presence. So, today, if your heart is tired, keep keep pressing. If your heart feels weak, keep believing. If your heart or if you are waiting, keep trusting. If you're healing, keep going brick by brick. If you're rebuilding, keep building, and if you're wondering whether God can restore what has been broken, the answer is yes, a thousand times yes, because he specializes in resurrection and your Sunday is coming. If he can rewrite my heart, he can rewrite yours too. And so, Father, I thank you for every listener, thank you for every heart represented here today, for the broken hearts, the weary hearts, the hopeful hearts, the healing hearts. Lord, rewrite every unhealthy algorithm, heal every wound, restore every broken place, teach us to trust you again, teach us to love from a healed place, teach us to walk in discernment, wisdom, and peace, and remind us that our story is not over. May our hearts beat in rhythm with yours in Jesus' name. Amen and amen and amen. I want to thank you for joining me for this special episode of the Beautiful Me Empowerment Ministry Podcast.
