600,000 Americans will die from cancer this year, and none of that needs to happen. We can avoid the majority of these. The World Health Organization just admitted four out of ten of those deaths didn't have to happen at all. And I'm gonna show you in this episode: 90 plus percent of people don't need to die of cancer if caught early. We're talking about totally preventable. And here's the key it never had to exist in the first place. Many people, well over a quarter of a million people, according to the World Health Organization, wouldn't have had to die of cancer. And with what I'm gonna teach you today, the majority of them could have lived. Truly preventable. And here's the part that makes us all furious. Your doctors aren't talking about this. The healthcare system didn't build a prevention pipeline around our health and living longer, it built it on insurance companies, incentivized big pharma, multi-billion dollar global organizations, and big hospitals. And I'm gonna show you in this episode what this data means and how we can prevent cancer. I'm Dr. Dino Prado, founder of NVITA Medical Centers. For the last 25 years, my team and I have been blessed to help many thousands of patients who failed some of the top hospitals across the country using the latest in precision targeting, the latest technologies from around the world to help people respond when they failed everywhere else or get the right plans and targets so that they can live. And in this episode, I'm gonna go through with you there's so much that we can do to prevent cancers on a really high level. Make sure you talk to a doctor before you change anything. So let's get started. There's a lot of money in cancer treatment, but there isn't any in catching it early and preventing the disease. And that money, in my opinion, is driving the industry. Years of chemotherapy, people repeating treatments, outdated protocols, experimental drugs. I've seen it all in my 25 years. Hospitals just keep cutting things out, treatment over treatment, palliative care. And the World Health Organization published a bombshell study. 185 countries, 36 cancer types, 30 modifiable causes, proving that 40% of the cancers are preventable. Now, I'm gonna show you how to get way higher than those numbers, but that's really powerful. And most people will never hear about this from their doctor at all. But here's what makes me even more frustrated that 40% number is a floor, not a ceiling. Because if you combined aggressive prevention, removing the drivers, signal-based early detection testing, you're gonna find that most of these cancers didn't have to happen at all. And today I'm gonna show you exactly how to do that because that's what we need. We need a system that's working for us, helping us to live longer so that we can be here with our families and enjoy our lives and not have to die young with a lot of these diseases that are unnecessary. Most of those patients never needed to die, and most of them didn't even have to end up in a clinic in the first place if we did prevention correctly. Now, if somebody gets cancer in a later stage, there's even better ways to treat that with precision targeting. I can tell you that more than 90% of the patients we see are on the wrong treatments when they come to us. The World Health Organization and the International Agencies for Research and Cancer just published that massive 185-country study with 36 cancer types that were studied and 30 modifiable risk factors that were identified. And their conclusion was simple but clear. 40% of cancers globally don't even need to happen. There were lifestyle factors, environmental exposures like infection, smoking, and alcohol, tobacco. But I'm going to show you that these three played a huge role. Tobacco was responsible for 15% of all cancers all over the world. And then infections, 10% of cancers all over the world. And that's only for those who get tested, because I'm telling you, many patients never get tested for infections. And then alcohol was responsible for about 3% of cancers throughout the world. And that could have been people that drink more than others. But nonetheless, why isn't your annual physical being done in a way where we can prevent cancers? And I'll tell you why. Doctors do not know how to prevent cancer. They're not trained in nutrition, diet and lifestyle, and they don't run the right tests and they don't know how to use them. And if they did, they could change this for all their patients. It's important. The reason they don't do this in conventional care is because prevention doesn't make money. The US healthcare system is built around treatment codes, not prevention protocols. Insurance company reimbursements for chemo, radiation, smart drugs, surgery. These are how these systems work. Not finding the cancer early, getting rid of it, detoxifying the body, getting rid of root causes, changing diet and lifestyle. That's not what the system is built on. That's why you have to be empowered and do it on your own. It doesn't make money for these large organizations. And I hate to say that. So the system's default to treating cancer is a one size fits all. So if you do get cancer, you run these NCCNN guidelines, you do a biopsy, tumor marker, and imaging. And there basically is going to tell you what treatment to follow. Two people with the same type and stage of cancer are going to get the same treatment. The difference with precision oncology is we we change all that. We find all the markers. We're looking at thousand plus markers and we get to the cause of treating that cancer. The Who says 40% of cancers are preventable. And I'm telling you, it's much higher than that. If we change diet and lifestyle and we do early screening, it's going to be in the high 90 percentile because 40% number only accounts for the obvious alcohol and smoking. But what about infections? Are people really getting tested and cleaned up for infections? The answer is no. I don't know doctors running full viral profiles, fungal profiles, mycotoxin profiles, parasite profiles, tick-borne illness like Lyme disease. They're not running all these things. They're not doing the work in prevention in the way that we can avoid cancers and really other chronic diseases from happening. So imagine this: you catch the cancer early because you've been doing a blood test. So you followed a good lifestyle. You got rid of all the processed foods, refined carbohydrates, your insulin isn't going crazy, you're eating whole foods, farm to table, the way God created. You're helping your gut microbiome, fermented foods, building a strong immune system, beta glucans, you're healthy. Already you've decreased your risk of cancer. You're not smoking, you're not drinking a lot of alcohol, and you've tested for infections and cleaned them out of your body. You've boosted your immune system so you're staying healthy. That is already huge. But now that you've done all that, when you do your annual tests or every two years, you do a screening, you're running basic blood work, which is kind of useless. You want to run these multi-cancer early detection tests. If you found a signal, then you run to an image. If the image is there, then a biopsy. And if it's small, the same time you do the biopsy, you ablate it, freeze it, get rid of the tumor, it's gone. It's totally gone. And that would have been for the people doing all those great things in their diet and lifestyle, maybe even have some higher genomic risks or detoxification risk in which they developed that cancer. It's still gone. Now we're at the 90 plus percentile of people living with cancer. Now, what about the people who get cancer, that it's metastatic and spreading? What should they do? In my clinical opinion, the one size fits all model does not solve the problem. Most people don't do well in late-stage cancer because they don't have the right targets, they don't have the right immunotherapy. We showed in 2024 in our paper 35 times better outcomes and 43 times better quality of life when you use precision oncology. That means you're doing the real framework. You're looking at the real pillars DNA, RNA, immune profiling, immune spatial biology. Now they can get this on label, off-label, repurpose drugs, integrative agents all combined. Now their success rates in quality of life significantly improve in my clinical experience. Now let's move to these pillars. Pillar one, tobacco. If somebody has been using tobacco and they want to clean their lungs, we usually like to use nebulizing things like glutathione, which is a great antioxidant for the lungs, and also breathing exercises. And that helps a lot because it increases the antioxidants, brings down the oxidative stress that you may have developed from exposure to tobacco smoke and helps the lungs. Very simple. Increase your antioxidants. Glutathione is one of the master antioxidants for the body. Liver, you can detox the liver. The liver is an organ that regenerates itself. There's so many wonderful herbs. Milkseed thisle, which is silomarin. You have all your great Nacetylcysteine for the liver. You have so many tools for the liver, dandelion and many others that help cleanse the liver, and they will help detoxify. Cleaning the food is the number one thing. Getting rid of all those refined processed foods, infections, work with an integrative doctor and get tested for all the viral, bacterial, fungal, parasitic. Do a bowel stool analysis for parasites. Look at take blood tests for viral panels because no one's testing these. And if they're up, then you can incorporate something to help clean those out, boost your immune system, get rid of the Epstein Bar, the H. pylori. See, all these different types of cancers that are linked to infections are removed when the infections are gone and then build a strong immune system. See, it's really that simple, but we have to teach our doctors to think this way. Your doctor's simply checking cholesterol, blood sugar, thyroid. Okay, that's fine, but they're not checking for all these infections. They're not really trained to do nutrition and lifestyle changes to build your immune system. They'll just say, go to the gym and eat healthy. But you need detailed planning that helps you build your gut microbiome, detoxify your body, and get your immune system strong so it's not suppressed. And those that that's what those infections are doing is suppressing. Even alcohol can be cleaned up. We can change that with diet and particularly taking herbs and detoxify the body. We can remove the harms of those pathways. We can help the cytochrome pathways of the liver and detoxification and help people heal. And now we're right at the core of cancer. So let me leave you with these important pillars. These published results from the WHO, the World Health Organization. They're exciting because they're getting people to think about prevention again. You want to do the metabolic disease, number one pillar. Remove any refined carbohydrates and sugars and processed foods. Just eat healthy, organic, farm-to-table food. Help your mitochondria be healthy with nutrients and exercise. And there's a lot of tools on the mitochondrial health. Mitochondrial helps, oxygen to the tissue, insulin sensitivity, inflammation. These are all the things that we want to fix with our diet. Number two, the gut microbiome, diversified foods that are fermented, yogurts, things you can digest, get the gut moving. 70% of your immune system is in your gut. It's gonna help you so much. Improve gut microbiome, build immunity. These things are gonna be great. Get rid of the ultra-processed foods that hurt your gut. Protect it. Remove the toxic loads. No more smoking, no more drinking lots of alcohol, no none of these toxins. Get them out of the diet so that your body can be healthy and heal. Even secondhand smoke can be an issue. Remove all the endocrine disruptors, the BPAs, the phylates, all these plastics and products and heavy metals that harm our body. Get rid of them. They're not gonna help you. This will eliminate the majority of cancers we see in the world very easily and quickly. Train our doctors to think correctly, help patients work on prevention. And that's gonna go really a long way to a better life and quality of life. I hope you found this helpful. Now I know about 90% of you watching have not subscribed. So please subscribe and get the word out on prevention and precision oncology, where we can avoid this disease from happening in the first place. There's a better way to do prevention and early detection, just like I showed you. And if people are aware of that, they can take that 40% number that the World Health Organization said and we can move it to the 90 plus percent, because that's the framework we want to prevent cancer. And the framework we want to treat cancer is detailed testing and targets that patients deserve. I hope you found this episode helpful and may the Lord bless you on your journey to healing.
