Let's go, baby. I'm so glad to be back with you guys. It feels like old times. You know what I mean? It's it's awesome. Two of my favorite people in the world. Yeah, I mean, I we're back at it again, man. The last time we had you in uh up in New York. Yeah, praise God. That was a fun conversation. Like, truthful with you, that was like one of my favorite conversations I ever had. You know what I mean? It just happened to be rolling, so it kind of like it was good like that. But no, it really was fun. Which it was just like every time we talk, it's like a podcast. It's really funny we just talk for hours. But but you know, uh, it's just God, man. It's like, what else is there to talk about? Like, really and truthfully. Like, it's the greatest thing ever. When you get rolling, you talk about Jesus and all that stuff, it's like it excites me. I'm tired of all the mundane, all the other stuff. It's just yeah, that's the thing that I want to talk about. I love you walk up and somebody says, You've been working? Yeah, that's all that's the only kind of station. Any news, yay, what a heat. Yeah, what a he does. Yeah, caught a show last night. What a dud. Yeah, that really I've used them videos so much this winter in my sermons, it's unbelievable. It's like we can't do this. We need to change, break this vicious cycle that we're in. Any news, all that stuff. Yeah. Well, we do got some good news today. Um man, we're gonna bust down what's been happening in Phoenix. Uh, we're gonna talk about a little bit what's been happening here in Florida. Uh, we're so blessed to have you on here today. But before we get started, please catch us on Instagram, Facebook, Spotify. We're on all the platforms. Um thank you, Jesus. So I want to get into Kingdom Voices, but before we get into Kingdom Voices, um Do you want to trade hats? Can we trade? Let's go. Here we go. Don't give up. And here we go. We got the Kingdom Voices. It's sweat, it's total sweat. No, no, no. I just put the hat on. Colossians 3, 23 and 24. What is it? Uh let's look it up. Yeah, let's look it up. Let's take a look. Colossians 3, 23, 24. Give it to us. And it's got the I'm gonna make it look like Cameron looked it up so quick. Oh, please do. Let's go. He knew it by heart. Uh-huh. It's got let's go on the side here. This is Cam's that's his slogan. That's my battle cry. I said, I so it says, Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. Amen. That's that's a good verse. Amen. Well, Alec made these hats and he surprised me with them. So it's like that's kind of his deal, you know? But Alec's been a blessing. Like, really, if we talk about what's going on in Phoenix, like like Tall George has a part in it, John Al's a big part of it. He's the youth pastor there. You got Alec Simpson, you got Adam Johnston, you got Bob Wilson, uh uh, I'm trying to think, baby Bill. Yeah, they all play a part. Jackie. Jackie. Shout out Bob Wilson. Yeah, Bob Wilson's my boy. Yeah, I love it. John Thomas Day, and uh uh, you know, uh uh even George Michael, like like God has really just raised up a good team there. You know what I mean? Of people who like love the kids, and you have to have that because they're worth fighting for. Absolutely. You know, there's a big move with the kids right now, even here on the East Coast. I've seen that, it's awesome. It's really something to see. Tell us what happened. Well, it started, it started. We were talking about this, so I noticed this Kingdom Voices. This logo here started from a uh revival called New Thing. Yeah, it was awesome. Uh Josh Lovell, shout out, Larry Dale, uh Goggy, Jimmy Townsley, Captain. I was there, everybody, heenan, yeah, Blake, Todd, Blake, and Todd. Yeah, that was a big revival, a mighty move of God. It's just amazing. So, really, it's a miracle. So, so really to see what happened. It's a great awakening, it's amazing. So, so really, you have to go back three years. So, let's rewind three years. So, three years ago, uh John Al was pastoring the youth there, and I come up to him, I was like, You might or do you need any help? I'll give you help. You know what I mean? Because I kind of got a burden for them. He's like, Yeah, absolutely. I'd love to get the help. So, but what the problem was is that culture was so broken, it was like nobody would go to church. Like, like we're talking about the youth here. So, none of the kids would ever go. So, if you know the Phoenix Church, if you've ever been there, it's got maybe the world's largest parking lot. And so, what happens is that towards the back of the parking lot, there's a dark zone, like where the lights don't hit. And I used to call it the bottom of the ocean, because really and truthfully, that's what it reminded me of, because you never knew what you were to get there. You had like angler fish there and like all kinds of things like trying to like attack the children. So, really, it was a place where like bad things would take place, and you'd hear crazy rumors and stories and cracks and all the stuff, and like like and that's where all the kids was at. So, there was more kids in the bottom of the ocean, the darkest part of the parking lot, than there was actually in the youth meeting. And so, like, no one wanted to come to church. So, the culture was don't do anything in church, don't go to church, don't like it. Just was the way that it was. You were weird if you did anything. So, like, we had to fix that because, like, as America is like a Christian uh country, our people are Christian people. I mean, that's just the way that we are in our culture. You know, we all even if you aren't, you still kinda are, you know what I mean? It's just what we were raised up in, you know what I mean? So we have them traditions that was instilled in us, which are Christian traditions. So, and I don't care who you are, that's just the house yours. But our kids was acting in a way that that you know, none of them was wanting to go to church. So first thing we had to do is we had to fix that, we had to fix that culture, you know what I mean? So that so that serving in the church was normal, worshiping was normal, doing these things was normal, praying, giving a testimony was normal, singing a song is normal, you know. Because I'm blessed because we go back east and we're exposed to seeing the kids doing stuff, it was like totally opposite. It was very strange. So, really, the children was on a very dangerous path. And you know, like the song says, I believe the children are our future. If that's the case, right, then where's our future at? If our children are feeling like that, so we're on a bad run. So, like, so we we had a little revival there, God moved, and then two years ago, we had a the guys come out, them same guys, you know, minus minus you and minus uh Josh, and and God really moved, and like a lot of the kids got saved, and and like you could tell this time they were filled with the Holy Ghost. Well, that's it. I love the unified uh front that was uh created there too, because you had the cornerstone, full gospel, RWC, everybody unified for that one revival, and to see that kind of move. And that's God's behind that too, you know. When you see when you see that it isn't, you know, church politics and all the things that mess all this up. And and it was uh just such a beautiful thing. And then the results was beautiful too. And you and it kept going since then? Oh, well, yeah. So so so last year the kids got saved. This year we we we had and we had ham there, and I want to say, like, the kids would text me because like they seen the videos that you would make and the revival. So like I'm close to all the kids back there, so they would text me like we wish we were at that revival, because like it just looks so cool. So it made like a want, you know what I mean? They're seeing what was going on back east and seeing like all you know these anointed men and women of God doing stuff, but that's something about Phoenix, though, right? It you guys are a hundred percent in everything you guys do. You know, I've been to revivals, I went to a revival um roughly 10 years ago out there, and man, what a move of God. I mean to tell you, I'm not just saying it like I'm not the guy that gets the goosebump on the back of my neck, uh you know, like every service, you know, although I'm there and I'm trying to press in. There, I'm telling you, there was guys out there that was smoking cigarettes that was at the altar, crying their eyes out. I mean, shunding, dancing, you know, glorifying God. And then I come back out years later, and you said something, there was a a part of the parking lot that was dark, and it brought me to 319. Yeah. And it says, This is the condemnation that men love darkness rather than light. Because their deeds were evil. Amen. But those who walked in darkness, right, have seen a great light. Amen. You know what I mean? Praise God. Those and then Jesus said hundreds of years later, those who sat in darkness have seen a great light. You know, yeah. That's when he said, today these scriptures are fulfilled in your ear. Praise God. The new thing that happened, that revival, when when when light is shining to dark places, darkness has to flee. That's right. It has to flee. And everybody, when they see it's like, and it's not just Phoenix, this is anywhere. Yeah. When you get a dry spout. Yeah. Right? Yeah. Because that was also the scripture of the new thing, right? Yeah. A water running through a desert. Yeah, absolutely. And uh, you know, yeah, uh water in the desert. And and that's really what it is. It's like, like, see what you're saying. It's like, you know, Scotch, let's face it, we are like very reserved, and we're very scared of the baptism of the Holy Ghost. Like, really, and so like you can have sermons, you can preach on anything, the altars would be filled. But if you preach on the baptism of the Holy Ghost, you ain't gonna get a big altar call. That's just the way that it is. It's like, I don't know what it is, it's just our people's reserved on that. You know what I mean? But to see that's what happened on this revival is that I've been a Pentecostal my whole life, and I love the speaking in tongues, baptism of the Holy Ghost. I believed in it all, but I have never had a more greater appreciation for that beautiful gift than this year. I seen these kids, Josh Lovell preached Sunday night on the baptism of the Holy Ghost, and all these kids got we had 250 people answer the call that he laid out there, and every other person I prayed for got filled with the Holy Ghost with spirit. They had to fold up six rows back, seven rows back had to fold up. That's how much people was there. I think the altar call would still be going on if we didn't stop. I'm not just saying it, but but you know, that's all fine and dandy, it's all wonderful, praise God for it. The kids got filled and all that. But what happened after that, these kids are radically changed, like radically changed. It didn't stop at the altar. It's unbelievable because you had these these ministries started out with the with the girls. So you have little Taylor Simpson, shout out her, and my girls and their little page, and and Henry Forrest's little girl holiday, and they started their page. Then you got these group of boys that started this thing called the Ambassadors for Christ. I love that. And and like on a Saturday night, they're going down and they're witnessing. Now they are these boys have girlfriends, these boys have life, like you know, on the weekend. It's right here the winter time in our culture. It's like you gotta make them winter hours count. You want to see everyone because you're going back to your home and you might not see kids, you know what I mean? But they're like, no, we're going witnessing. They devoted and carved out one day to that, but then they also go down on Thursday night to the park and preach, which was great too. Like, really, that was Alex Simpson's um, I don't want to jump around, but really that was Alex Simpson's vision because park and preach has always been a very successful ministry in Phoenix, but it kind of after COVID, it kind of took a hit, and then we could never find a spot and all this. I couldn't believe it years ago you guys were feeding eight and nine hundred people. It's better now than ever. That's what I see. And you know, everybody gets a chance to a lot of people that don't normally get a chance to speak, they're in the open and they're physically seeing the that's what I love about the the Bible study and teach and preach, because you get people that you don't normally hear a lot of times, and it gives them a chance. And even with the the the the prayer line, that's that's great and dandy. But when you actually physically get to see and work the crowd, you know what I mean, so to speak. It's it I think that you can feed off the crowd and you see lives being changed being changed. Getting them voices is the same way because that's what I noticed doing what we done when we first started. We talked about on your show. Like, I I really did think, oh, we were gonna do such a great favor of us explaining what we've learned and all this here, but it was more giving the microphone to somebody else and the story that they have. Everybody, God has done so much for everybody, and they all want to tell, they just don't know how to tell. Or sometimes they they do get lads to stand up in church and say something, but it's just fun what we do here, and you can sit down, relax, and and tell your story, and that's what Kingdom Voices does, one after another after another. It's over it's okay. I like once they start talking about it too. It always leads back to them just thanking Jesus. They just they're just so thankful for what Jesus has done in their life. You know what I mean? It changes people. That's the part that changes people. That's when they hear that one after another after another. Like you said, it's the same story throughout. You realize how big God is. God isn't just the the the one person or your own. Sometimes we we just have it's me, me, me, me, me. But when you realize it's everybody, you know, that's that shows you how big God is. I see what you're saying. Like, Phoenix has such a large youth group, like, even right now, like everybody's gone through the summer, right? So a lot of people's gone, they're still running like 80 kids. So you have in the wintertime, there are almost 200 kids in that's a youth group that runs around 180, 200 kids. So, how do you use all these children? Like, you know, you have one service dedicated to that, so it was hard to do that. So, uh uh Annie Burns, she took the ladies' meeting, she runs the ladies' meetings, and now she uses it as a as a place for the young ladies to be used because the young ladies need to have an outlet, you know what I mean? Because they need to be used too, so and so she uses them and and all the stuff you lets them pray with people, uses them to sing and all that. But then Parker Preach was kind of an outlet that too. So Parker Preach was such a successful ministry for years, but it was so um preaching-centric. What I mean by that is that we'd hand out a little bit of food, but the the the whole crescendo, like the big thing was the preaching. So, like, like so you had a lot of people coming down there, everybody would kind of stand off in the sideline, the sermon would go on, then we'd have the altar call, then people would run and scatter and they hand out the food. It's totally different now. So you had a lot of people that was just standing around waiting to serve the food. Now you have as soon as their feet hit the ground, you have people running, setting up the chairs, you have people running doing this, that, but most importantly, you have kids witnessing, you have guys with video cameras, videoing it, you have guys doing one-on-one. So it's really everybody's preaching, everybody's getting used. So before, like the sermon was the whole point of it. Now the sermon is just like a little bit of it because people's getting ministered one-on-one. So it's totally different, which is better to do it that way. You know what I mean? And and there's like it's just unbelievable. And these kids now have an outlet to use their gifts. If you want to serve, you could serve because feeding people is as important as as preaching, it's just a different form of 100% ministry. And so Jesus tells you to do that. And then we got the you know, so so that's been successful because these boys now have a place, and now they all come because they got a little job. You know what I mean? It's like I found my calling, I found my niche. You know what I mean? I'm the guy that cleans up. Well, that's an important job. It also makes you feel good, too. I remember Benny Branton and uh I I went out, he shout out Benny Branton, he does a beautiful work on uh Thanksgivings and feeding the homeless. He really does. Um, and one Thanksgiving, he he saved a door for me, and it was a little red door. He says, Ham, you because I've always witnessed, I've always gone out and did stuff like that, you know, whatever. But he says, Ham, I I got one place for you, and he pointed at it, and I went over there, and it was like a family of like eight, and it was just a mom and her kids. They had no food, nothing. Man, I just started, I just busted out crying. You know, I'm a crybaby anyways. And Benny knew that, you know, and he was like, and after that, I was like, my gosh, I I I can't lie. I think that's where the thankful train started coming in, you know. Sure. I'm not just saying it. Um, and but that makes you feel good. It feels good. Even if you were never ministering like behind a pulpit, if you didn't do a podcast, if you didn't witness, if you didn't do anything, if you just went out and fed somebody, yeah, hold a door open for somebody, when you're giving something to somebody that they need, right? Amen, it feels good to do that. Sure. But apart from all that, when you are able to serve, because what is a minister? It's a servant. Amen. When you're able to serve and pour out, especially what you've been putting in to you. Yeah, you're filling up with the word, fill up the word. I see. And that's another thing with Jackie uh and and tall George shout out. They they were talking to me about they wanted to document the uh the the the the parking preach. And they've been doing a great job. A fabulous job. They can tell a story through absolutely. I'm not just saying, I never expected it to be that good. And when I seen, I was like, man, these guys are these guys got it. You know what I mean? And I think the Lord, he guides you. You know, if you got the right heart and mind and you got a vision, you want to go and you you see record something or whatever you're doing for the Lord, you know, I I even down to putting up the chairs, you're gonna be the best at that. You know what I mean? Absolutely. And that's what that verse is. You know what I mean? We're supposed to do everything like that. And like, like, we all right, so we were made for God and by God. We are what what is the meaning of life? You ever hear this thing? So, what's the meaning of life? Philosophers and people's been great minds have been chewing on this forever, right? I tell you what the meaning of life is. Why do we exist to bring God glory? Right? That's what we're that's why we're here. So, so that's what you're created to do. So that's like you're saying, like, it makes you feel so good to do it because that's really what you were made to do. So, like, like these kids was created for a purpose, you know. It's like Moses, like, like nobody would have you know, I think if Moses would have stayed in Pharaoh's house, nobody would have ever talked about him. Because here he is, he's just the adoptive sum and a pharaoh, and picked from the water just submitted. Exactly. You know what I mean? So it's like, and he wasn't even like because Ramses was the one, he was just the other guy, you know what I mean? But but God led him to the wilderness, right? And and had him live that nomadic lifestyle and and go through everything that he went through and all that stuff to realize his calling and his purpose. And I think a lot of these kids, I feel the Holy Spirit, have found their calling and their purpose. People searched their entire lifetime for that. See, I'm big on that. You know, we were made for a reason, and there's young, these young people are finding their calling, and everybody's so much more happier for it. Now, I'm gonna not gonna lie to you, uh, you know, I'm a Scotch, I'm a Scotch boy, and uh, you know, I was very concerned about uh, you know, I didn't see any Scotch ministers coming up. I mean, think about it. Like there's a few, but I know what you mean. It wasn't like where are they at? Where's the numbers? Right. You know what I mean? Because the 30-something should be coming up preaching and teaching, but there is none amongst them. Are very very few of there are, and so I'm looking and I'm looking at this beautiful church that I love with all my heart. I love New Life. Like it's my second. Shout out New Life Church, Arizona, and Pastor Charlie and all them guys, right? But who's gonna take over that mantle? I told this to Charlie and the guys there. It's like like he's getting older, no, no disrespect or nothing, but it's just part of life. And you know, who's gonna take up that mantle when he's done? So I would grieve over it, like lost sleep over it. And that Sunday night, as them kids are dancing and jumping up and down and got their altar, God show me something. Now, now I'm gonna When I was I wanted to see the generation below me get a touch and get saved. And I don't I pray to God that they did, but I didn't see any evidence of that. You know, I didn't see them down at the altar, I didn't see them do anything. So I'm a little discouraged, I ain't gonna lie. I'm sitting by the baptismal tank and I'm like, my God, I wish these people who I love, my family, my cousins, all this stuff, could get touched. And God spoke to me. He said, Look what I've raised up. I've raised up an army, I've raised up people. The next pastor of the church is at that altar, the next prayer warriors is at That altar. The next ushers are down at that altar. The next people who's going to carry the mantle and take, you know, take the gospel for the Scotch people. They're all down there at that altar dancing and praising the Lord. I think of Elijah. Remember, he said me and me only has left. And he said, No, he said, I've got how many was 7,000. 7,000. Yeah. And you get me going on that story. That's one of my favorite stories is that Elijah was upset because it never happened the way that he wanted it to happen. Because he wanted Ahab and Jezebel to have this come in the Christ moment and change and all this other stuff. But it never happened like that. But God had to tell him, He said, No, look, I've saved a revenue and and I'm going to take them out of and a ruler is going to come up. I've been preparing. So it maybe not be the way that you thought it was going to be. It never is sometimes. But it doesn't mean that the work isn't going to be. Because like I thought that like God was going to move, all these guys are going to, but no, but God raised up this younger generation to do it. And that's the thing that's so important to me, is because like I want to see the work go on. I'm getting older, man. I'm 44. You know what I mean? It's like I want to see that. We read those stories, though, and people, you know, they want to be a servant of God and a good servant and all this here. And we read all that. But God has turned us in the new covenant as children. Amen. You know, and we are adopted as children uh and raised up with Christ. We're we were, you know, made to uh sit with him in heavenly places, you know, in Christ Jesus. So you are in the same position as Christ as a child, but like I was saying earlier, we're servants to men. And sometimes people, you know, would rather uh you know be equal with men and a servant to God. Ain't that crazy? Yep. And the church world does that sometimes, and it's actually the other way around. We are not equal is a dangerous word, excuse me, but we're children of God. We're not small G's. Yeah, yeah, excuse me. You know, I want to be clear on that. But you know, but you're you're you're you are a child of God and but a servant to man. And I think that's an important attitude to take with this thing when you're going out to to teach and preach or preach uh, you know, the uh or witnessing or things of that. I think a big thing is you have a burden in your heart, burning in your heart for lost souls, for your people. And what I see with Davy Wood's shout-out, um uh everybody, right, at Park and Preach. I don't want to leave anybody out, but a burden. They got a burden for lost souls. They see people hungry. If you see somebody hungry, you know, uh I was I was thirsty, you didn't give me a drink. Yeah, I was hungry and you never give me food. I was naked, you never clothed me, I was sick, you never visited me. Right. You know what I mean? All this and that. When, Lord? When? When you did it to the least of these. When it's the least, the way up in the kingdom is down, on your knees. You know, so it's you get a burden for somebody, right? Your heart hurts for somebody. And I'm telling you, if if anybody out there, if you have a burden for somebody to add a gas pump to witness to them or to your your cousin, guess what? God is already working on them. Yeah, God has already been working on their heart. So maybe you should go out to them. Maybe you should, you know, and uh get a burden for somebody. You know what I mean? And that's what a lot of people are missing. They're like you said, uh with Elijah, me, me, me. And it, you know, you might be doing good. Yeah. And then you might start believing your own publicity, you know. No, don't lose that burden. It started from you had a burden, you know, that, hey, I need to get right with my creator. Okay, that burden there, let's fill that up. Okay, now you get a burden for lost souls. I love them because Christ first loved me. You know what I mean? And I believe that's how the Holy Spirit can work through somebody because though the Lord is exalted, yeah, he regards the lowly, he invites them into his fellowship, but the proud and the haughty, he can see from a distance. Amen. Though I be in the midst of trouble, you revive my soul. Hallelujah. Tell them, amen. You know what I'm saying? I'm glad you said that because I'd like to switch gears and talk about something that seems to be uh, you know, breaking through, mind you, but a problem nonetheless, and it's the hesitation of being filled with the Holy Ghost. Yeah. What is, do in your view, you know, the the hesitation there with the Scotch people uh in general? You know, we we all have Scotch though. You don't think so? No. Okay, well, it in Phoenix at all, you know, the the holdback or or even here, whatever. And and you know, there is there's there's some groups that are like, I don't know. And I feel like it's a misunderstanding, is why I bring it up. And I'd like to clear the air on that. Well, I I think it's the fear of the unknown, first of all. But then I think the most the thing that scares people the most is that I think Venus, like I said, Venus, our culture has been raised in church and all this stuff. So we've heard about the baptism of the Holy Ghost, and we've heard about the dunamis power and all this other stuff. Well, people scared of that because people don't want to change. The number one thing, I think was number one fear is uh public speaking, right? That's what people's most scared of. But I think like number two has to be change, like drastic. I know I hate change change. Yeah, so people don't mind incremental change and little changes. We were talking about this earlier, but I think that drastic change, you're like, I will never be able to see a movie again, and I'll never be able to do this again, and I'm not gonna be the same me again, and I'm not because people are scared of that. You know what I mean? I said, I'm not gonna be me no more. Well, I mean, thank God, good. But yes, you are gonna be you because you're fearfully and wonderfully made. Yeah, God made you uniquely, you ain't gonna just be some like new person and all this. Yes, you are gonna be in an estate, but you're still gonna be you. But he just changes you with the fact that he gives you this power, right? And so it really is something that's amazing and great. And like I said, I've never really had a greater appreciation of it than I do right now. Here we have these kids that was they are night and day different, and and the and and kingdom voices, we give it the children an opportunity to give their testimony. That's what it's all about. It's more of them and less of us. Just an outlet for them to get up and speak, right? We'll ask them a few questions, have a conversation with them, but really it's about them, you know what I mean, and everything that God's doing in their life. And I'm not giving you nine out of ten of them. I say, Well, what was the thing that changed you? What was the thing that got you to this point? And they all say the same thing. It was the baptism of the Holy Ghost. Then I went to church and Josh Lovell preached and I got baptized in the Holy Ghost, and I've never been the same since then. And you hear the joy and the excitement that's on these children's voices, and like they're still them. Yeah, they're still them, but they're just a better version of them. See, it isn't that you're a different version, so that's what people want, is you're changed or you're not the same or any of the other stuff. No, you're a better version of yourself then. 100%. I love that because yes, that's you know, when God wrote the Ten Commandments, He wrote it on stone on purpose. Yeah, it was a sign of showing you're never gonna do this because of your hardness of your hearts. It's like stone. That's good. But then in the new covenant, what does he say, I'll write my laws upon their heart and on their flesh hard? Because you will do them under this new covenant. But that's the missing element, is in excuse me for calling the Holy Spirit an element. By I don't mean no disrespect, but there, you know it's a person, the Holy Spirit. But that in the indwelling of the Holy Spirit is the missing part of that, absolutely, because that's the part that makes you want to do these things instead of trying to be religious and and follow a set of rules. Like, okay, um before the Pentecost, the day of Pentecost, Peter, uh uh all the disciples, even Judas, right, was going out, casting out demons, yeah, was doing loads of marvelous, wonderful works, but on the day of Pentecost, he's filled with the Holy Spirit, amen. Three thousand souls come to the Lord. Yeah, it turns a man into a lion. Uh, I've been reading a lot in in uh Acts right now. I'm kind of going through that. And and when when Paul gets to Ephesus, first thing he asks them, and like there's a little bit of work going on there, and people's getting saved, and the gospel's been preached there, but he lands there and he's like, What's been going on? And he said, Well, have you been baptized in the Holy Ghost? And they're like, We didn't even know there was such a thing as baptizing. This is like his second sentence that he asks them. Boom, hits them with it, right? Yeah, it's so important to be empowered as a believer. And like, I want to let you know, anybody that's out there, if you're scared of it, don't be scared of it. It's something the Bible says if we were to covet that, yeah, you know what I mean? That's something that you should desire, you know what I mean? That you should want because it really is a game changer, it's a life-changing power that God gives you. And I don't think you're gonna take one by one equals two, you know, because I don't think you could actually fully until you get to heaven, understand the Holy Spirit. I don't think you could fully understand God. His ways are not your ways, you know. So I'm saying all that to say I have a point. It's the unseen thing. Oh, I mean, it's it's a spiritual realm. And control freaks that don't want to control everything. That's the way I wait for you to go. I gotta, I gotta, as he was saying it hit me. We like things the way that we like them, and we like to pick and choose. Man, I've never ordered a sandwich the way it came ever. I've got no tomato, no lettuce, hold this, well done. Give me extra sauce. If you ever come to order with us, you can't believe it. It's like people need a notepad to get all of our food down. I want no onions, I want this, I want that. And like that's the way we are with everything in life, right? So it's the same thing with God. We're trying to pick and choose what we want. And oh no, I can leave that off there. I don't really think I need that package. But no, you need it. You know what I mean? You need to have the gospel is perfect the way that it comes. You don't need to pick and choose and take off the tomato and all that. You want to just take it as how it comes. Because it's the greatest thing ever. Jimmy, you uh do something, uh you you you say something about the the tapestry. Yeah, well, it comes from the show Daredevil. You see you see the clips on Instagram all the time, and he he was saying, talking about God's plan. And he says, you know, God's plan is is like a beautiful tapestry, but the tragedy of being human is that you only get to see it from the other side, where the colors are all murky and you know what I mean. And that, you know, I I I thought that was amazing because that is what it's like. It's you know, uh Paul said, When I was a child, I thought like a child. Now that I'm an adult, I think like an adult. And it's the same way when you get to heaven, you know what I mean? You you you you're gonna see you you now we see in part, but then you'll see in full. You know what I mean? So it's getting all philosophical of anything. We look we look through a glass darkly, you know what I mean? You don't have the full picture yet until you die and you're joined with Christ, so then you'll have the full picture. Amen, Jim. But we're such a people that's like that. I mean, really and truthfully, we are. We like to know everything, you know what I mean? So it's like it's just the way that we are. I think a lot of people don't realize, too, that you know it says the spirit is subject to the prophet, so it's not something that's gonna take over you. You want it to take over. Like we invited the Holy Spirit into this room before we start this. We always do that sort of thing, and and we want him to take control, but we have the ability to do that or not do that. And the Bible says not to quench the Holy Spirit, absolutely, but we are in control of that, and what God's waiting for is you to let him and give him control. And and once you realize God is a good God, trustworthy God, once you have a relationship with God, you realize, yes, please take control. And the more you can give him, I say this all the time is I know a lot of the ministers we look up to personally, and what they all have in common is they they didn't just get their life together and get better at living life, they gave up more of it, yeah, you know, to God. And and they started trusting God more, and they was like, you know what? I'll I give up my finance, I give up my business, I give up my life eventually, you know, my kids, and and you give up all these parts and you give them over to God because you trust God. You know God has your best intentions in mind, He's a loving father, He's not some, you know, evil person with a clipboard ready to destroy you and you know, keeping all these bad marks on you. And that's the part that the people I think it's a trust issue and a control freak issue that keeps people from surrendering to the Holy Spirit. Well, and I'll even say it as a minister perspective. It's like, like, yes, I like I said, I'm Pentecostal, come from a long line of Pentecostals, all that stuff, and love the baptism of the Holy Ghost, all that stuff. But in my preaching, and when I go to a revival, I'm trying to think of and and pray that God would give me the best sermon I could possibly get. Something beautiful or something clever or something that's gonna bless someone. And after seeing what happened this year, I've learned that like, no, my prayer is that God would move, the Holy Spirit would move. These kids would get our or these people who have a preacher would get a move of the Holy Spirit to get baptized in the Holy Ghost. It's like that's the thing that that's the change agent. That's the thing because I'm gonna not gonna lie, our culture was broken and it was headed to a dark place. It was getting dry. It just was scary. It was, and now you know, everything was up, was down, left is right, like it, like it's was bad, and it was really heading bad. But God corrected us through it through the baptism of the Holy Ghost, what he did in our children is changed things, and and I believe that God's gonna use it, but you know, it's funny, uh, and I don't want to ramble on, but I think right now, and I want to talk to people out there, is that right now is the greatest time ever to talk about things like we're talking about right now. You want to know why? Everyone's curious. Yeah, when I first got to Phoenix this year, we went to the Bible study. We had people from all different walks of life, all different things, tick tock crazy doctrines, and is Israel evil and and the rapture doesn't happen, and all this crazy stuff, right? And so I'm sitting there on my head spin, I'm like, what are these people talking about? Like, these are not things that and like, but through talking it out, they're just curious. It wasn't fact in their brain, it was just that they were throwing things out there, and you have such an opportunity to tell them the truth. I got goosebumps again, yeah, because you have this opportunity to tell them the right way, the apostles' doctrine. I love what it's called that, which is being Pentecost or assemblies of God, which is just being a Christian, really. It's being the faith. So so like so you have such an opportunity to talk to them about these things because people are so open and receptive right now to that. It's Mars Hill right now, yeah. It's the unknown God. Well, God said, Terry, and do not go out and witness to nobody until you are until you're filled with the Holy Ghost, the upper room. Amen. Then they went out. But now you have people that refuse to do that but want to tell you all about it and minister to you. We got so you can't do it that way when if you're you're not following the word of God's fill, and then go tell everybody about it, and that's uh we're doing everything backwards and our on our own strength, you know. Not everything you see on TikTok or an Instagram reel is true, right? I want to let anybody out here is listening to that. In fact, the internet is almost 99% false. Fact checked us. Don't take our word for any of this. Go to the Bible. That is true. Right to the Bible. Amen. That's exactly awesome. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's like Jimmy's hat take a big bite of the Bible, the word of God. I was hoping. I was hoping this whole episode was gonna be about Jaws. We can do that. We can go there. I feel really embarrassed. I do want to go there. I do want to go there. But honestly, wake up early, pray, read your word, worship, repeat, yes. Get fellowship, get good godly Christian fellowship and talk about the word of God. And where two or three are gathered in his name, he's also in the midst. Two or three are gathered in his name and agree on everything. Amen. It shall be done, it shall be given unto you. Amen. You know, I'm telling you, if you get that word, I'm gonna say it, Bob. I'm gonna say it, man. Do it, man. We need it. It's sharper than any two-edged sword, divide and even asunder from flesh and spirit. Amen. You know what I'm saying? It's the what? The whooshing of the water of the word. That's for my Philly boys out there. Whooshing of the waters. But like, I know that voice, I know that voice on Instagram or TikTok is sounds good. You got that spooky music in the background, you know that music goes like any and like all that. But no, man, you need to get with men and women of God. Yeah, we ain't gotta reinvent the wheel. That's right. Oh, yeah. Don't AI. I mean, they're just you ain't outsmarting everything. Like, oh, you just got this thing for TikTok. A men that's been sitting studying their Bible for 40 years and have sacrificed and did all these things, and women of God. Oh, well, you're gonna know more because you learned something off of TikTok. Please, you need to get around men and women of God. Iron sharpens iron is a true thing. The Bible says it. And you need to get that so they can get rid of all that garbage in your life. Amen. You know what I mean? Be discipled. Those algorithms are designed to feed you exactly what they want to feed you. It's curated to you. They create a digital version of you through AI, and they try to guess what you're gonna want to hear. And they'll indoctrinate that they call that the echo chamber. You're by yourself, and just this thing indoctrinating you at nighttime right before bed. It is very unhealthy. It's fate, Jim. It's not, it's all fate. No, it is. You're being played. But I'll be playing. But like I said, that's the thing is like if you're a youth pastor, if you're anybody, now is the time. Like these kids, and like I never really even preached that much this year. So, like, normally I'll preach a lot. And I maybe preached three times in the big church. Yeah, but I was just discipling. That's where the power's at. It's in that, man. Just that's what Mike Lindell told us. He uh I was asking him because you know he knows the president. I was like, you know, behind the scenes, was because I was trying to dig in, and that's what he said. What you guys are doing, if you can't do it now, you'll never be able to do it. Amen. He said it is it is wide open for preaching the gospel, full blown revival. The country is is from one side, and you can see it even in our own, but yeah, across the board, and and the enemy's scared, and I'm sure there'll be a pushback, but it's so fun right now. It is, and our kids are so beautiful, man. They're just different, and like they have gifts and talents and personalities and all these things, and when you actually get to know them and speak to them, what a gift! We are so blessed with our children, yeah. Like, really and truthfully, especially right now, man. These kids are just different, man. They're special, and like you get to speak to them, and like I said, they're sincere, they are, and it's just like they're good, and like like they're it's just a blessing, they're a blessing to me. I'm not just saying it, like talking to them and getting to know them, and I love them. Yeah, like they've energized me. They need disciple too. There's so many things going on right now. There's um the the the the the prayer line, shout out Carl Smith prayer line. Get on that prayer line, 6 a.m. Monday through Friday, and uh it's a great way to start the day. But then you got podcasts from everywhere Kingdom Voices, which I have to say about the race, yeah. The race, yeah. The Rev show, you got uh Devoted Cast, Align Podcast, all of them. They're amazing. Make heaven crowded watching podcasts. Don't give up watching podcasts, but Kingdom Voices. You and Alex Voices. My voice is horrible. He's no, it's great, unbelievable. It's great. It's sound, it sounds like I'm watching like it's like something on serious radio. It's yeah, it really is. It's great. Uh I I I well, it's funny. Al that's Alex had the vision to do that, and it was great. Alec God really used this winter. Shout out Alec Simpson. I love you, man. But God really used him a lot because he that was his idea to use the kids at the Parker Bridge. Like, I was very apprehensive. I was like, I don't know how this thing's gonna work. First couple times it was wild down there, but it hit, man. He was right on with that. And he seems kind of quiet sometimes, right? But he's a real encourager. Yeah, he's deep and he encourages, he's a real upbeat guy. Like, I'm not just saying it. And so, like, like getting these kids on and all that, so we have totally different personalities, me and him. So, like, you know me, I'm just a raver, and like I just like to rave and talk to the kids about fluff, and you know what I mean? And then he'll hit them with like a hard-hitting question, and it's like so it's a good dynamic, but but the kids love it. Like, we right now have a list of I think like 20 names of people that's waiting to get on it. We've did like over 30 episodes, it's great. So, and these kids keep wanting to come on because they want to tell their story. It's amazing, it's awesome. Here it is, who knew? Who knew? And it all stemmed from shout out uh anime. Yeah, she was the first podcast, right? Yeah, crosstalk. I know of crosstalk, shout out anime and Charlie. You got great content on there, uh, hard-hitting stuff, talk about different topics and the story of us of how you know the gospel got started. It's so interesting. Conversations, just like you're flying a wall and just listening to people talk, and like that's what I love. I mean, who doesn't love listening to that? That's the great thing about our podcast. It's like you'd be driving in the car and listening to people talk about the Lord, it's awesome. Yeah, you know, um, I I I can't lie. I think this year is gonna be a great year for podcasts, and I think it's gonna be a great year for witnessing. Amen. So if you're feeling uh a burden or a tug on your heart to to to get out, do it. Amen. Like Bob said, I would highly recommend doing it with uh with the Holy Spirit. Yeah. Um that's that's good advice. But when they were filled with the Holy Spirit, it was to it's to empower your witness, it's to empower the believer, it's it's to benefit you. Yeah, you know, I don't expect you to understand everything, you know. Like I I'll give a quick testimony uh about my cousin Ham Grant. He was uh out uh uh uh knocking on doors one day, and right before he goes and knocks on the door, I think he actually rung the doorbell and knocked. And then the Holy Spirit told him clear as day, he said, get on your knees and pray. And he, like for a second, was like uh You know, he what what do you mean? You know, and then it said it again, get on your knees and pray. He got on his knees and and started, he got on his knees and started praying. Well, the man and woman came out crying their eyes out. Right before that, they were inside arguing because he's a missionary. And the wife says, Oh, yeah, the Lord told you to go on that trip. If the Lord told you to go on that trip, let that guy at the door uh uh get on his knees and pray. Unbelievable. And second, he got on his knees and prayed. That's unbelievable. So I'm just saying I'm not saying that thing's gonna happen to you every time. Because guess what? It is a faith walk as well. You know, you gotta walk by faith and not by sight. Yeah. I don't know if I'm always walking in the spirit. I'm trying to, you know what I mean? But uh if that's what we were talking about. If you dissect the word and you get into the word of God and you get that into your heart, it will, it'll, it'll make it easier for you to walk in the spirit, not to win an argument. Right. That's important. To to to get a closer relationship with Christ. And guess what? You'll have that stored up inside of you when it comes time. The Holy Spirit will speak through you to say, hey, what did the what did it say? Uh, don't think of what you're gonna say. You're gonna be in front of magistrates and kings, yeah. The spirit will give. So, you know, don't be a reddit chud, the Bible study, bro, reddit chud that's just gonna go to the Bible study to argue. There'll be a voice behind you saying this is the word. I love that word, Jud. Don't be a chud. But see what you guys are saying? Okay, so we don't really have a set, we just like to have a conversation with the kids on Kingdom Voices, but I always ask them it's like, what would you tell some kids that's maybe scared or don't want to do it, or or maybe that you're on the fence about it? Every single one of the kids says this most simple thing ever. They say, I would tell them to just do it, and that's it. Just do it, just go. Like you're saying, like get on your knees and whatever it is. If the Lord's leading you somewhere, just do it. Go. There's still people in the what did you call it, Tommy? The bottom of the ocean. Oh, yeah, the the bottom of the ocean. There's still people in the ocean. Oh, yeah, they are. Absolutely. They need pulled out of it. Amen. Amen. That's awesome.
