Aleichia Celestina Williams
Aleichia Celestina Williams is the Senior Digital Producer at Panoptica. Before joining Panoptica, Williams had been contracted to Google and served as Residential Director for a summer academic program at Yale University. She spent years working at the leading global law firm, Fragomen. Although grateful, she ultimately decided not to pursue a J.D. (yet) and followed her passion for storytelling.
She received a Bachelor's in History from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, where her studies focused on media, culture, and gender. She later received a Master's in History at the University of Edinburgh, where she researched the themes that connect humanity across cultures. Williams’s published work can be found in The New York Times, The New Yorker, Oxford University Press, and The Huffington Post, among other publications. She is the film director of Uncut: Not So Black and White and Marcellina.
