Alana René is a trauma-informed money coach, Sacred Money Archetypes® practitioner, and certified narcissistic abuse recovery coach who helps high-capacity women break free from feast-or-famine cycles and build wealth that feels safe to receive, hold, and grow. After surviving decades of narcissistic abuse—personally, relationally, and financially—Alana realized that money patterns aren’t just strategic. They’re somatic. They’re ancestral. And they require more than mindset work to heal.
Her work blends nervous system regulation, subconscious reprogramming, and archetype-based transformation to recalibrate a woman’s relationship with money from the inside out. Through private coaching, digital products, and thought leadership, she supports women in making radical self-trust the foundation of their wealth.
Alana’s signature approach has been described as deep, disarming, and refreshingly non-performative. She doesn’t believe in forcing success. She believes in healing what’s in the way of receiving it.
