Now she helps others achieve their physical, mental, and emotional health goals through her energy healing practice. Kate’s unique approach finds and permanently releases suppressed negative energy, releasing your emotional baggage that you often don’t know is trapped in your body. When this is released, your body can do what it is designed to do, rebalance and repair itself.
Kate is also a Certified Master Practitioner for the Global Energy Method, a Certified Emotion Code and Body Code Practitioner.
