I'm the one that managed to find or generate 100,000 euros in one day, 200,000 euros in another day, and I lost 250,000 euros in another day. I realized now that I was chasing success. I wanted success, but I could not hold success. It's one thing to be able to achieve something, and it's another thing to leave at that level.
SPEAKER_00Welcome to the Swedish 12th Institute podcast. I am your host, Daniel Wood. This episode is especially for you who considers yourself a high achiever. You've worked hard, you've created success, but still feel like something is pulling you back. You know, most people don't fail because they lack strategy or intelligence or your ambition. They fail because their identity is not aligned with the life they're trying to create. So what if the real reason you haven't reached the next level, or that you reached it but then lost it, is not because of your tactics or skills, but because the deepest part of yourself does not feel safe holding on to success. Most people try to fix themselves and their lives through the visible things, the business, the job, the relationship, the money, the goals, the habits. But underneath the surface, their beliefs, emotions, nervous system, their old traumas, and their hidden identity patterns are still what's running the show. So today I have the honor of sitting down with Osanna Giuska. She's an entrepreneur, a business mentor, and an identity expert who has worked with tens of thousands of entrepreneurs and helps people uncover the deeper identity structures that shape their success. Relationships, money, leadership, and freedom. So in this episode, we'll break down why identity is not what you do, what you earn, or how the world sees you, but the deeper, invisible structure creating your results. Why some people achieve success but cannot hold it, and how childhood wounds, attachment, fear of rejection, conflict can quietly shape your adulthood. Osanna uses me as her guinea pig, so you will see me going through her process. I will be open, I will be vulnerable, and I do look forward to hearing how this affects you. Let's do it. So, guys, as you're listening, Osanna is gonna walk me through one of her processes. So I am gonna be her guinea pig and your guinea pig as a listener, but I would love it for you to follow along and kind of do this process as well wherever you are. Obviously, if you're driving, you might want to stop the car as we do the exercises, but that will be awesome. So, Osanna, I'm really excited to be in your hands. Before we get into the details, let's explain a little bit about you, about who you are and what you do. So let's um please share a little bit about your background.
SPEAKER_04So my background is business and finance. I used to work in investment banking. I have an MBA from uh Bay's business school. I'm a mentor there now. And my whole life I have been praised by my clients that I'm very good with uh with business strategy and I can always find opportunities to make more money in any business easily. But my path uh took me from uh being good in business to getting even better because I went through kind of bankruptcy.
unknownRight.
SPEAKER_04Funny enough.
SPEAKER_00The wonderful learning lesson of every entrepreneur, right?
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Um well, if it wasn't for that, probably I wouldn't know all I do and all I know and all I can do about business right now. Um, so that was in 2008 when um the crisis uh the bank stopped lending, and uh my business was doing uh big deals at the time and fundraising, and every every single project was uh funded by banks. So back then uh banks stopped funding, therefore, all those the projects uh were put on hold and definitely. Short story, I eventually went through the downs and the ups, and then I created a platform with Business Growth Tools, which didn't work. I launched in Silicon Valley, but didn't give me what I wanted, but it gave me what I needed, which was a lot more understanding about online marketing and and basically using every tool possible to increase visibility and increase sales.
SPEAKER_01Right.
SPEAKER_04And um eventually I um managed to get off the ground. Um I'm the one that raised managed to find or um generate 100,000 euros in one day, 200,000 euros in another day, uh, and I lost 350,000 euros in another day. So I've been like up and down, up and down my whole life. And um I realized now that I was chasing success, I wanted success, but I could not hold success. And uh that is an introduction to what we are going to talk because it's one thing to be able to achieve something, and it's another thing to live at that level. Most people can't and then they go back down. Um, but it doesn't have to be that way. So then um eventually I represented Tony Robbins for a few years. I um uh was the um first, the only woman and the only Romanian sharing the stage with Robert Kyosaki on his uh Wealth Masters tour. So I achieved a lot of the things that were impossible for me back then. But the there was a cost. The cost was the loss of the relationship with my uh partner, uh the father of my child and the love of my life after 12 years together. And when we split up in January 2019, that was the moment when I was like, I can't hold it anymore. The suffering is just too much, and I have to do something. But the brainy things that I knew and I could do didn't work on the suffering in the soul, in the heart, inside me. So that's why I opened up to something completely different to me, something that I was kind of rejecting before. Energy and healing and trans personal inner transformation, frequency, quantum physics, those were I had a lot of people, I worked with 60,000 entrepreneurs, and many of them were in the space spiritual um training, coaching, psychotherapy, whatever spaces, and I thought they were lunatics. I thought they had nothing else better to do with their lives and they had no brain. So then they went into this woo-hoo stuff. But then because I had no choice, I had to go into the woo-hoo stuff.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04And uh then I picked the right people. I picked two out of the 60,000 people I worked with because there was something different about them. They were in the quantum physics space, not in the spiritual meditation and oh, maybe God helped me space. And uh there was logic there as well. So I started to understand, I started to do the processes that they were um guiding me to do. And uh now life is like I've never ever thought I could live the life I can now. So within that year, uh 2019, I was broke again, uh, had no money, the business again collapsed, nobody wanted to work with me, no savings, and and I was obviously not employable. But yet by the end of the year, because I allowed myself to do these things that were not necessarily understandable by the brain at the time for me, I bought a house where I still live now in Chiswick, London. And then the year later I met my partner, and we're still together now, and he fulfilled all the criteria on my list, plus more that I couldn't I couldn't think of. We did two years of digital nomading, so like basically living on holiday and still enjoying life and still doing our work, whatever, mission work, whatever we call it. And uh then I built this office where I am now, and uh life just gets better and better and better because there is something else that I figured out, and I hope that whoever is listening will be open to figuring something else for themselves.
SPEAKER_00Awesome. Well, thank you so much for sharing. And let's talk about what it is you do now. It's it's very centered around identity. So talk about that. What is identity?
SPEAKER_04Well, let me ask you a question. You are in this field of education and you've been for many years. You've seen loads of courses and loads of people paying loads of money money to learn different things, but how many of them achieve the outcomes that they wanted when they paid?
SPEAKER_00That is a good question. And I think the common denominator for those who don't achieve what they're trying to achieve is generally that they self-sabotage. So the tools are there, the tools work for for everyone, but you actually gotta put them into play to get the results you're after.
SPEAKER_04Well, as I said, I work with 60,000 entrepreneurs, and we agreed with, well, many of them were in my workshops where we're doing business strategy, and we agreed with the business strategy which made sense for me and for them. And some implemented but didn't get the results, so there was no putting back, there was no stopping. They just did everything that we agreed, and they didn't get the results that they they anticipated or were there for them. Some of them stopped on the way, and some of them never started, even though they were very happy with the strategies. So there is something else, you call it self-sabotage, I call it identity. Inner identity. So people understand identity as what's on the business card, or yeah, I'm an investor or an entrepreneur, or I'm a father, or I'm a man, or I'm white man or black man, whatever. But that's just like the little piece, like if you see a triangle, it's the top of the iceberg, it's above the water. It's what everybody sees and perceives. But what's underneath the water, it's exactly where the magic comes from. That these is this these are the keys to achieving everything you want and make sense for you. So, what is identity? It's the inner structure that uh determines everything. And we are going to unpack it. It has different layers. So the layer um around perception is the one that people can still understand and are aware of. Like, what is my perception of myself, of others, of the world, what do I think? Right, what are my badges of honor? Well, the next one is the mind. So this is just perception. Like, okay, what are my badges of honor? For example, is the perception. What are your badges of honor? Mine were like work hard to achieve, fight to achieve. So I'm a fighter. That's my badge. Used to be my badge of honor.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_04But then I realized I can achieve without fighting. Other people, badge of honor the other day at the workshop, uh, the lady said, I didn't realize compromise was my badge of honor because she constantly compromised and she thought, Oh, I'm good to compromise. Somebody else says, Oh, sacrifice, I'm good. I'm sacrificing for my children. That's my badge of honor. But it doesn't have to be that way. It's like the society believes those things, and then we believe them too. And we live by those rules. So that's what I mean by the second layer, the perception architecture. And then the next one is the internal identity architecture, and that's where the mind comes and the emotions, and a lot of people are aware or studying emotions. Uh, but then there is the another layer, which is the capacity of the inner uh of the uh nervous system or the identity of the inner system, and then is the capacity of the body of the whole to uh to hold, to achieve and to hold. So, for example, explain that a little more.
SPEAKER_00What it what does the the capacity of the nervous system mean?
SPEAKER_04What what does what is So the identity of the nervous system is how is your body responding to threats?
SPEAKER_00Right. So meaning your natural reaction to outward stimuli. Yes.
SPEAKER_04The bear comes in front of you, what do you do?
SPEAKER_00Right.
SPEAKER_04Some people will run away.
SPEAKER_00Punch it in the nose, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Some people will punch in the nose, some people will freeze and not be able to do anything. And we do.
SPEAKER_00Which is probably the best one to be fair.
SPEAKER_04Sorry?
SPEAKER_00That's probably the best thing to do with a bear though, to be fair.
SPEAKER_04That is the best thing, but not everyone does it. And most people that do that is not because they know at that time, oh, this is the best thing to do, is because they can't do anything, because they can't think, because they just freeze.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04And if you think about it, and I've I've lived this. Like I I remember back then there was an event, I was in a park in a studentship, and um something happened, and I wanted to scream, and there was nothing came getting out of my mouth.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_04So that was my nervous system's identity at the time to protect me. And um, because we've all lived certain dangerous situations and we've learned certain lessons from those dangerous situations, the nervous system decided that this is the level where you're safe. And it doesn't allow you to go to the next level because it wants to keep you safe at that level. Or even if you go a little bit, it pulls you back into the safety. Problem now with the society is that most people are in the aroused state. So there is constant threat, constant fear, constant something happening.
SPEAKER_00And by aroused, you obviously mean uh kind of hyperactive, not necessarily. Not the fun type of aroused, the the bad type of aroused, yes. Okay. And so what does it mean when you said the the identity of the body? So that was the nervous system. What does it mean?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, so the capacity, the capacity of the of the person, right, that is the ability to achieve, reach something and hold it there. So the easy one to understand is money. Everybody has a ceiling with money. Everybody, unless you do something about it, you don't go above certain a certain number.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_04Or a lot of people get a certain number, for example, me.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04100,000 euros in a day.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04And then within a month, it disappeared. Because my capacity to hold money was zero.
SPEAKER_00Right.
SPEAKER_04So I had to let it go. I had to invest in opportunities, whatever, good, bad. It had to go because I could not hold it. And that is about intimacy, that is about success, that is about really everything you want. You and especially whatever it is that you purchase and you haven't achieved, there is a piece in the capacity of your whole being that is saying, no, you can't hold that. It's like a you know, in your car, you have a reservoir and you can only put whatever number of liters of petrol or diesel. Yeah, you can't put more. But so if you want to to go further, uh long journey, you have to stop and put more as you go as you go. Even though you knew that you needed three times more to go to your destination. But you can't.
SPEAKER_00Right.
SPEAKER_04Because there is your body, with your whole being, that capacity dictates your life until you start to increase it, and you can quickly, easily, with the right tools. But then there is a lot of things.
SPEAKER_00I think a lot of high achievers would when you say that, you know, if you haven't achieved where you're going yet, there's because of a lit limit of your capacity. I think a lot of high achievers instantly go, yet, I haven't achieved it yet. And because there is a time delay. So how do you look at that? Because you don't fully agree with that. You're talking about that, you know, your capacity. So so tell the tell the high achievers why yet is great to have, but maybe not the answer.
SPEAKER_04Well, I am a high achiever and I I chase loads of money, power, success, everything that high achievers want. Um we have an idea, we we make an idea of the world, and we make our own stories in our head. When I have X, when I achieve a million dollars or whatever number, or when I buy that that house by the beach, or when I buy that car, when I have that car, something will happen in my life. And those are only ideas in our minds, they are only stories that we can cre we create in our minds based on our internal structure. But they are not truth. And uh, very simple example. I rented my house to someone on Airbnb, a family with two kids, because they were refurbishing their house. So they moved into their house after almost when the house is was done. And then within a week, the woman contacted me and said, Osanna, I need your help because we are divorcing. Like they have not even lived in the house together and they were divorcing. Because their story was once the relationship wasn't working before, and I could sense that, but obviously there was not my business to tell them anything. So the relationship wasn't working, and their story was, okay, let's buy our own house, let's make it a little bit more.
SPEAKER_00As soon as we have the perfect home, everything will fix itself.
SPEAKER_04Exactly. And that's not the case. The problem was a structural mismatch in in between them, right? The woman and the and the man had different issues that they didn't want to resolve within themselves. Another one is I buy the Porsche to get the woman or the relationship.
SPEAKER_00Right.
SPEAKER_04So, but they all come from I am not enough, which is a consciousness level. Every single one of us has this consciousness structure of I am not enough, which is the next next layer in the into the identity, which is the the soul level identity. And let me ask you, why would the billionaire that has 10 billion want another one?
SPEAKER_00Well, the only true reason, well, the only I guess positive reason would be if money has become a game and it's basically a way to measure the impact they have in the world.
SPEAKER_04If they use that money for impact, not necessarily all of them that make that kind of money make a good impact.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely not.
SPEAKER_04So it is a game, and the source of the game is because I am not enough. I have to prove to my friends.
SPEAKER_00I don't have to beat X, I have to surpass what I am.
SPEAKER_04Exactly.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_04So it's because of this not enough, which is the structure, but the structure, so the consciousness uh structure is also about drama, about sacrifice, about compromise. It's a lot of the things that we take as normal, but they are just structures. So with high achievers, we all have them, but the high achievers, once they realize that these are just structures, programs that are put into our bodies or beings, and you can remove them, then you can naturally enjoy life and achieve what you want with grace, joy, and ease rather than with effort and drama and uh another fight, another, another struggle.
SPEAKER_00And it's yeah, I mean, this has come up many times on the podcast. I mean, just Arthur Joseph spoke about it here recently, Marcy Shimoff, who wrote happy for no reason, that's what that is about. So, what if if if I have that, if I if I feel like I'm not enough or I don't deserve, or you know, people perceive me differently than I perceive myself, how do I change that? How do we get into improving my self-image?
SPEAKER_04So that's what we are going to do. And there are tools, but you have to be open with the tools that you might not necessarily understand. Because the the main thing of understanding this structure and the identity with all these layers is for you to accept the idea that mind is just one piece of one layer. Yeah, but the the bottom layer is the consciousness structure, and and just above that so the consciousness structure is like the soil, the environment inside you, where there are seeds, what I call origin seeds. If you believe in soul, they are at the level of the soul. If you don't believe in soul, they are in the level of DNA. But they are inside you. And these seeds are like, for example, fight, conflict, attack, or danger, or loss, or uh rejection or abandonment. So every single one of us has these seeds inside us, and they produce events constantly in our lives that we don't like. And the reason why they produce events we don't like is because they need to be seen and changed. So now we understand this. It's in this structure. We can work at mind level with mind level tools, like for example, NLP, to reframe a shitty belief.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and put myself into a peak state and get all excited. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04That has a little bit of emotional tool in in it as well. But that cannot stay, cannot last, cannot sustain because the seeds are still there. The the consciousness structure. Of not enough and compromise and all of that is still there.
SPEAKER_00Right. The reason why we say motivation fades.
SPEAKER_04Exactly. So until you remove you can't remove, but you imagine like they are they are frequencies, or imagine they they are energies that you can switch on and off. Literally, like with your uh switch.
SPEAKER_00Well, I see it like you're talking about like a garden, right? I choose which seeds do I water and which do I let wilt.
SPEAKER_04Exactly. Yeah, and and um with the garden, it's a beautiful analogy because within these seeds there are gifts and there are virtues. But we can only get to those virtues and gifts once we remove or disactivate the seeds. So, for example, everybody wants love and connection. Only a few can literally experience it or live it. Because love and connection is hidden in um rejection, in betrayal, in uh abandonment, in the seeds around inner child. And unless you clear those, like switch them off, you cannot fully and continuously experience love and connection. It's impossible. But once you switch them off, then that is your natural way of being. And that's the beauty of looking at the this identity structure and understanding and obviously accepting whoever wants to work on it to remove the roots, the seeds, rather than to work on the on their effects, the problems.
SPEAKER_00Amazing. So, guys, this is what we're gonna work on. Osanna is gonna walk me through a process to deal with one of some of my negative seeds. So I'm gonna be very open and um vulnerable with you guys. So I expect nice comments to this now. So, Osanna, I am in your hands.
SPEAKER_04So, you said that you wanted to work on the imposter syndrome.
SPEAKER_00Yes, so I'll give everyone a little bit of background, and and of course, you yourself. So I am obviously very blessed to be surrounded by absolutely amazing people like yourself and like the other guests we've had on the podcast, you know, Nick Wjacich and Les Brown and Robert Kiyosaki and Jack Canfield and Marcy Shimoff and so on and so forth, all these absolutely incredible people. And I'm also in a couple very cool masterminds where I further get to connect with people. And it was at the end of one of these masterminds that I'm with was recently on Chris Cooper's show, his podcast. So he runs this amazing mastermind that has incredible people and it's very value-based. So he he truly makes sure it's like truly good people with good values who are trying to change the world to make the world into a better place. And this must have been a month or two ago. We're sitting on our call, and at the end of the call, as everyone is starting to log off, he asked, Daniel, can you stay on just a little bit? I want to talk to you about something. And obviously it was nothing. We just had a little conversation because I was gonna come on his show and and everything. But my brain instantly went to, no, I've been found out. I'm not good enough for this community. And he has seen through my facade. He's gonna ask me to leave the mastermind because I am not good enough for these absolutely amazing people that I'm a part of. And again, obviously it turned out to be nothing, but I started me on a bit of a thought process of where did that come from? Why is that going on? And I do realize that that is popping up because I am surrounded by such amazing people who who treat me as a friend and who are friends, where I can often feel like, wow, I'm, you know, I'm a guest at a party where maybe I don't belong.
SPEAKER_04So it's amazing that you figure this out. So you were aware of it and you could spot it exactly. So you you put words to what you were feeling. Most people are not able to do that. So congratulations.
SPEAKER_00It was such an obvious moment, right? Because I haven't known obviously I've had this in me for years, and it was only a couple months ago when I was confronted with it, and it was like, whoa, where did that come from?
SPEAKER_04So this thing, you had it, you said you had it for a couple of years.
SPEAKER_00Oh, probably more than that. I probably had it most of my life. I think this is, as you said, it's one of these seeds that's that's been in me the whole time.
SPEAKER_04It's been in you, but it activated at some point. It's it's been dormant until it activated. But with my method, we don't care when it activated, we don't care how long it's been there, and we also don't care of the structure of it. Although for the purpose of this podcast, it's good to uh to look a little bit to to unpack it a little bit more. That's just for everyone listening to understand a little bit more on how it shows up or or the exactly.
SPEAKER_00And for you guys listening, you use if you walk through this process with me and Osanna now, you take whatever is going on in your life or whatever you would like to change. And and as you said, Osanna, it doesn't really matter that background that I gave. You don't have to go that deep, but I wanted you to have that framework for for where we're coming from.
SPEAKER_04Well, it does matter because we are going to work exactly with you on exactly this piece.
SPEAKER_02Yes.
SPEAKER_04But because it's it's not just a private session and and we are public here, I want to give a little bit more of a um broader view so that people obviously that is only your making, but for others, they they feel differently when they have this imposter syndrome and they have other problems right now. Uh so I want to, for this particular one, I want to ask you what do you believe must be true about yourself in order to deserve to be where you are?
SPEAKER_00That is a brilliant question. So I'll give some context here again because that is a really, really good question. So I am generally, by most of these absolutely amazing people, we we have lifetime partnerships with them because they believe in me, they believe in what we're doing, they believe in the vision, and uh, they believe in my skill as an entrepreneur. And on one level, I totally believe in that as well. I see what we're doing, and we're absolutely amazing at what we do. On another level, there are other companies that are bigger than we are in this space, that have done more in this space, that have gotten further in this space, and I feel like I don't always deserve the recognition that I often get. So to simply answer your question, I need to have more outward proofs of success. We have to have a bigger revenue, we have to have bigger events, we got to have bigger membership in our community for me to feel that I am living up to the expectation and appreciation I'm getting from other people.
SPEAKER_04Now, connect this, your answer, to my question and your answer earlier. Why does a billionaire who has 10 billions want the extra one?
SPEAKER_00Well, it's as you said, it's the exact same thing you said, right? It's that comparison to other people.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. You compare yourself to other people and you will never feel good enough. You now say, I don't know your revenues, but let's say you have a million and you say, Oh, I have to have 10 million in order to be there amongst them. You reach 10 million and you go, like, no, I have to have 20 million to be around them. Because look at this one, they have more, they have more.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04And it's a constant chasing of the next level up.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Because, as you said, you don't believe you deserve and you don't believe there is enough. Yeah. You don't feel there is enough. So I don't believe I deserve, it's a mental construct.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I don't feel I have enough or I achieved enough is an emotional construct.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_04But all of these are in the core, in the consciousness of not enough. Now, let me ask you, how do others currently see your competence and role? And how do you see yourself?
SPEAKER_00See, this is where it gets interesting. Um, so I just had we had a call with uh with Janet Atwood because she's doing a live event with us in Stockholm the 8th and 9th of July. And, you know, I she she gave us the information. I delegated everything to the team, and the team, you know, everyone took their part and started putting it into action. And uh after the call, Janet just told me individually, she's like, wow, I can see why you guys are success so successful. Like the way you manage your team, the way everyone jumps on it, you are one of the best, if not the best, in the industry at what you do. And I think that is kind of a good perception that a lot of the people in the industry have of us is we do things at an incredibly professional level and with a high degree of skill. Now, what I feel about myself is one side of me totally sees that and sees that we are we do things at the absolute highest level and we're improving every single day. The other side of me looks at it and says, Well, yeah, but why aren't our results better in, you know, on paper? Like we're doing the processes right. Why aren't the results at the level I would expect?
SPEAKER_04So thank you so much for playing with me, if I can call it that way. You see that there are discrepancies between how how you actually perform, how others see and and value your performance, and how you put more pressure on yourself to perform even better.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04You have high standards, and and that's amazing. And obviously, most of the high achievers have high standards because otherwise we wouldn't want more and more and more. We'll just settle there. Uh, but with the high standards comes the pressure on meeting them, and once we meet them, we go automatically to the next level, and we constantly raise the bar because we have to prove to the father, to the mother, to ourselves, to whoever that we can achieve more. And that's an identity of high achiever. I can achieve more, and I'm going to prove it to you.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Therefore, it will never be enough. I will never be able to be completely happy and satisfied with the level I achieved because I will always chase the next level up.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_04So are you ready to do some a process?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, let's do it. Let's get into it.
SPEAKER_04And and I I admire you for accepting to do this in public because you know it's okay to talk about it. And most coaches, leadership coaches, are doing a wonderful job to talk about these things and to get them to people to understand. But if you don't work on this the soul level, the the origin seeds and the consciousness structures, you cannot get out of them and you constantly carry them with them, even though you are aware of them, and you maybe diminish their impact in how you feel, but you still can't get rid of them.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04So we we want now to dissolve the entire structure of the imposter syndrome. So you will never ever feel that way again, and you will feel that you belong every time at every level in every room, in every conversation. Would that be?
SPEAKER_00I'm in for that one.
SPEAKER_04Okay, so just a very brief explanation. Some people might not need to hear this. So we as a human being see ourselves just as a body. But we know we have a mind, but basically we have a body. We have a mind, we have emotions, we have soul, and we have spirit. And that's that's the whole that we are. You want to take this or not, anyway. This is just the foundation of the exercise we're going to do, or the tool that we're going to use. You don't have to accept any of this. Just do what I do. But I'm explaining it anyway. So, what we are going to do, I will ask you, I'll explain and then I'll guide you to it. I invite you to connect to your higher self. There is a higher self that's, I don't want to explain. Uh I don't want to go there. And you can either some people connect with their higher self, like someone in the sky, the father from the sky, the creator from the sky, or the divine, or whatever they want to call it, the universe creator, God. Other people connect with the higher self inside them, here in their core. Whichever you want to do, there is never the wrong way. It's always your way. So then once you connect, you are going to, but as I say, I will guide you, you're going to send love and and like liquid love and warmth and compassion to your heart chakra and to your solar plexus, which is just above the belly button. You can imagine, you can only do it at intention level, um, or you can visualize that it's pouring there from your core here to the heart chakra and the solar plexus. And then you're going to be repeating some sentences after me, exactly as I say. The sentences are going to start with I am so sorry that you. Now, this is not pitiful, this is not regrets. The sentences, I am so sorry that you are the way that we tap into the compassion frequencies which dissolve at soul level whatever we work on. So we are going to disactivate some seeds at the soul, at one aspect of the soul in this process right now. It cannot harm you in any way, cannot harm anyone in any way. It can only do good. Some people, if they follow, might feel different sensations in their body. Some people might even have some tears in their eyes, or feel some emotions. Know that whatever it is that you experience, it's okay for you. And there is no harm whatsoever, and it will go very quickly after we complete the process. So the process obviously is for you, Daniel. Um, and whoever is listening, and and if they are following through, for some it may be 100% relevant, for some it might be 50% relevant, or for some might might not be relevant because they are not, they don't have this structure, the internal structure that we're going to work on that we want to dissolve now. Make sense?
SPEAKER_00Perfect sense. I'm all in.
SPEAKER_04Okay, so let's close our eyes. Obviously, if you're listening uh while you drive, don't do that.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, please park your car before you shut your eyes. Yes.
SPEAKER_04And um connect to to your higher self, please. Take a deep breath in. Exhale. Connect to your heart chakra and solar plexus. And please repeat out loud after me. I'm so sorry you don't belong there.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry you don't belong there.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you don't see yourself there.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry you don't see yourself there.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you believe you're so small in comparison to them.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you see yourself as so small compared to them.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you will never make it at their level.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry you will never make it at their level.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you're sad for being there and not up.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you are sad for being there and not up.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you must be perfect to be accepted.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry you must be perfect to be accepted.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you are not perfect and you will never be.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry you are not perfect and never will be.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you can't accept yourself.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry you cannot accept yourself.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry they can't accept you either.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that they cannot accept you either.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry the only way for you to be accepted is by constantly increasing your targets and achieving them.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that the only way that you feel accepted is by constantly raising your targets and achieving them.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry it has to be that way.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry it has to be that way.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you have to prove it to them.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that you have to prove it to them.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you have to prove it to yourself.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that you have to prove it to yourself.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you are never going to be enough.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you are never going to be enough.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you are never going to be at their level.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you are never going to be at their level.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry. As soon as you raise up, something has to happen.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that as soon as you rise up, something has to happen.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you are not allowed to go beyond that level.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you are not allowed to go beyond that level.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you don't deserve to go beyond that level.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you are not safe to go beyond that level.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry, once you break through, danger kicks in.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that once you break through, that danger kicks in.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry, once you break through, they kill you.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that as soon as you break through, they kill you.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry, that's the reason why you always have to keep below.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that that is the reason why you always have to keep below.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you're safe only as long as you're small.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that you're safe only as long as you're small.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry, keeping small is comfortable is safe.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that keeping small is comfortable that it is safe.
SPEAKER_04So like let's take a deep deep breath in. You can open your eyes and tell me how was it that how are you feeling?
SPEAKER_00So I had three emotions go through me at the same time. A part of me felt a great sense of of peace. Another part felt anger, frustration, and one felt a lot of sorrow in saying these things.
SPEAKER_04Okay. Thank you so much for sharing and for being here. We haven't completed the process, and I'm happy that you felt something. So that shows, hopefully, to you and and by you sharing this to everyone that something is happening when you say these sentences. Maybe you don't understand why, maybe it doesn't really matter why, what, but there is an effect, there is a consequence of you saying those sentences.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely. I feel it in my whole body.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. And some people might feel the energy moving, some people might yawn. Yawning is is the sign that the energy is shifting. Some people might feel like falling asleep, some people might feel physical vomit or physical sensations. Yeah, or a headache or pain in in certain areas of the body. That's all normal. Because as I said, we are whole and and we're working at the root and we are transforming the energy everywhere where it could be. Right. So it could be in your emotions, it could be in your body, it could be in your mind. And it doesn't matter where it is when we work at the root, we collapse the entire structure. Makes sense?
SPEAKER_00Makes perfect sense. Like I said, I'm I'm definitely feeling the energy moving right now.
SPEAKER_04Good. So what we've done so far is we we started to dissolve the negatives, if we can call it that way. The negative structures. We we don't want to stop at dissolving the negative structures. The process will be complete when we integrate the opposites. But we're not there yet.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_04So people might might ask questions.
SPEAKER_00We need to create the frame. Yeah. No, I'm excited to keep going, so keep laying it on me.
SPEAKER_04Okay. So we we we continue once more the same process but with different sentences now. Okay. Okay. So again, we close our eyes, we connect to the higher self. Take a deep breath in. Exhale. Connect to the heart chakra and the solar plexus and repeat after me. I'm so sorry that this makes you so angry.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that this makes you so angry.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you had to struggle for so long.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you had to struggle for so long.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry they lied to you and you accepted their lies.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that they lied to you and that you accepted their lies.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry it had to be so hard when it can be so easy.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that it had to be so hard when it can be so easy.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you want revenge.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you want revenge.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you want to punch them straight in their eye.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry you want to punch them straight in their eye.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you want to revenge them for what they've done to you.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that you wanna have revenge for what they've done to you.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you want to revenge them for having kept you small for so long.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that you want to revenge them because they've kept you small for so long.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you are confused.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that you are confused.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you don't know who you are and you don't know who they are.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that you do not know who you are and who they are.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you believed in their bullshit.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that you believed in their bullshit.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry they made you want to be perfect.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that they made you want to be perfect.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry they implied you were not perfect and you believe that.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that they implied that you are not perfect and that you believed that.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry. You struggle so much chasing perfection for so long.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you have struggled to chase to uh chase chasing perfection for so long. For so long.
unknownThank you.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry they made you believe they accept you in their group only once you are perfect.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that they made you believe that they would only accept you in their group once you are perfect.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you didn't realize you were perfect anyway.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that you didn't realize that you were perfect anyway.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you didn't realize you are there already.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that you didn't realize that you are there already.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you didn't realize you are safe to be there.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you didn't realize that you are safe to be there.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you forgot you are safe anywhere anytime anyhow.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you forgot that you are safe anywhere any time.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you forgot you are enough.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry you forgot that you are enough.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you forgot you have enough.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you forgot that you have enough.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you forgot you have achieved enough.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you forgot that you have achieved enough.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you forgot enough is enough.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you forgot that enough is enough.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you forgot they love you.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you forgot that they love you.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you forgot to love yourself.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you forgot to love yourself.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you forgot that you belong there and you have always belonged there.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you forgot that you belong there and have always belonged there.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you didn't realize they were always welcome you there.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you didn't realize that they will always welcome you there.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry didn't realize that you and them were always safe there.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you didn't realize that you and them are always safe there.
SPEAKER_04Take a deep breath in. So how are you feeling now? How was it?
SPEAKER_00I'm feeling peaceful. At the same time, I feel a sadness. Okay, the sadness is for the fact that a lot of those things you said were true. So it's kind of uh Yeah, it's kind of like a higher self is kind of yeah, just looking at looking at my I don't know what we call that, a lower self, my child self and um human self. Self, yeah, that's a good one. My myself. Really just going like you need a hug. So yeah. That that is kind of the sadness.
SPEAKER_04Okay, so let's do a completion on this. So we do the same, connect to the higher self, take a deep breath in. Exhale. Connect to the heart chakra, the solar plexus, and imagine that part of you that is said, that is you take it out of you, and in front of you there is um figure eight. So you are in one part of the figure eight, and the the other side of the figure eight, the other circle of the f figure eight is empty. So you take that sad piece and you put it into the empty circle. Yeah? Yeah. And uh we are going to send compassion to that part of you. So you send love and liquid love to the heart, chakra, the solar plexus, and to that little piece that is there in front of you. And please repeat after me. I'm so sorry you're sad.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry you are sad.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry they did that to you.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry they did that to you.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry they did that to so many others.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry they did that to so many others.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry they did that to everyone.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry they did that to everyone.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry that's how it had to be.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that that is how it had to be.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you feel for you and for the others.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that you feel for you and for the others.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry love was such a big word that nobody really understood.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that love was that big a word that no one really understood.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you were not safe to have love to be love to receive love.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that you weren't safe to have love to be love to receive love.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you've been craving for so for love for so long.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that you've been craving for love for so long.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you didn't realize it's been there all along.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that you didn't realize that it's been there all along.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you don't realize you are love.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry you don't realize that you are love.
SPEAKER_04So sorry you don't realize you can send this love to everybody else.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry you don't realize that you can send this love to everybody else.
SPEAKER_04So sorry you don't realize that everybody can live be love and live in love.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you don't realize that everyone can be and live in love.
SPEAKER_04So how is that part of you now feeling?
SPEAKER_00Much better. Much calmer.
SPEAKER_02Out loud?
SPEAKER_04You can ask in your head, but tell me out loud the answer.
SPEAKER_00It comes back more as an emotion than than words, um, but it definitely has a fire in my chest to go out and help people find this.
SPEAKER_04Okay. What I am getting is that it, she, them uh want more joy. How do you feel about having more joy?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, absolutely.
SPEAKER_04So let's do a few more phrases. I'm so sorry you couldn't help more people.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry you couldn't help more people.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry it was hard to reach more people.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry it was hard to reach more people.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry it was hard for them to receive your message.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry it was hard for them to receive your message.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry it was hard for them to take steps towards you.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry it was hard for them to take steps toward you.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you were not safe and ready for more of them.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that you were not safe and ready for more of them.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry they were not safe and ready for you.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that they were not ready for more of you.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry they were not safe for more of you.
SPEAKER_00I am so sorry that they weren't safe for more of you.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you didn't know how to do it with joy.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that you didn't know how to do it with joy.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry only knew how to do it with struggle and effort.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry you only knew how to do it with struggle and with effort.
SPEAKER_04So sorry you didn't realize you deserve more joy.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that you didn't realize that you deserve more joy.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you didn't realize they deserve more joy.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that you didn't realize that they deserve more joy.
SPEAKER_04So sorry you didn't realize you and them can all be happy all the time.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that you didn't realize that you and them can be feel joy all the time.
SPEAKER_04And be happy all the time.
SPEAKER_00And be happy all the time.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry they tricked you to believe that happiness comes from outside of you.
SPEAKER_00I'm sorry that they tricked you to feel that happiness comes from outside of you.
SPEAKER_04I'm so sorry you didn't realize that happiness is already inside you and everybody else.
SPEAKER_00I'm so sorry that you didn't realize that happiness is inside you and every now.
SPEAKER_04Let's check in. How is the little piece of you feeling?
SPEAKER_00Happy. Good. Peaceful.
SPEAKER_04Good. Is there any thing that is missing or not happy with?
SPEAKER_00No.
SPEAKER_04So take that piece, bring it to your close to you, close to your chest, and when you feel like it, allow it to come back in you. And when you're ready, take a deep breath in and open your eyes. How is it?
SPEAKER_00Feel very, very peaceful.
SPEAKER_04That's how you can be all the time. And from that piece, imagine what you can create.
SPEAKER_00Great. Thank you.
SPEAKER_04That is available for everybody all the time. That is a way of living for me.
SPEAKER_00Brilliant.
SPEAKER_04And everyone can achieve this.
SPEAKER_00Well, I really, really appreciate it. And guys, you listening, I would love to hear your comments on what you felt from this experience, either just watching or listening to me do it, or if you actually joined in and did it yourself. I'd love to hear if it affected you as much as it affected me. And Osanna, I am. I really appreciate you. And I appreciate us going through this process. And I definitely feel very peaceful and ready to kind of sit with this emotion. But we do have one thing we have to do before we wrap up this episode, or actually two things we have to do before we wrap up this episode. But do you want to say any final things about the process before we move into them?
SPEAKER_04Well, I am honored that you accepted and allowed me to do this with you. And I would be very happy if people listening would come back, if they couldn't do it during this period, would save this episode and come back and do the process as and when it's appropriate for them. Because I I never plan these things. I I don't know where we go. I'm just guided with this. And um, what I am getting, and the reason why I am emotional is that you, Daniel, were not a guinea pig, we're a catalyst for changing, transforming everybody that is interacting with this piece. This piece wasn't for you. It was for you and for everybody else that has been listening and has been participating. So, you know, I thought we were going to work on the syndrome uh impostor syndrome, but we we were sent different places because this is what everybody or as a collective people being here with us needed.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04So I appreciate you and I honor you for being the spark for this transformation in humanity.
SPEAKER_00Thank you. And I appreciate you us allowing to do this. So the two things we still need to do, it's our rapid fire round of questions, and then you have a gift. Normally we do this in the opposite order, but I think you and me both need to collect ourselves a little bit. So, how about you start by sharing how everyone can connect with you and uh what a next step for everyone would be if they wanna if they want to do this and want to work with you?
SPEAKER_04So on the BUB free.club website, if they search Osan Osana Jusca and or BUBfree.club, there are different uh free resources where I explain more. And they can book a session with me. It's called Rapid Transformation. And uh, what I want to bring to everybody is that this transformation, it is rapid, it is instant. Every time we say a sentence, it's an instant transformation, and it is forever. So everything we achieved in this session, that little piece of the soul that we worked on, it's transformed forever. That's the beauty of my work. So please do have your go every time there is something else. If the if you have a problem or that you it's coming with it's been with you for so long, we can probably resolve the structure of that problem in within one session. Um, I can't promise anything because it might be an elephant problem, so it might be a bit more. And uh also if there is something that you Want and you haven't been able to achieve that can also be resolved because we remove the energies of the blockages and we replace them, we activate the energies that create the structure of whatever it is that you want to achieve. So if you want to unlock your next level, basically just uh have a session, see how it feels, and then if you want to work more with me or come in my programs, you're very welcome to awesome.
SPEAKER_00And we'll link to all that in the show notes. Alright, I think we've collected ourselves, so let's uh do the rapid fire round and then we'll wrap up. You ready? I'm gonna ask you five questions, and you just answer the first thing that that you that you receive. Alright, so the first question What is one sign that someone has outgrown their identity?
SPEAKER_04What is one habit that people in one sentence as a constant in your life together with achieving whatever you want and make sense for you.
SPEAKER_00Hosanna, thank you so much for this. I really appreciate you letting us get a glimpse into your work and and for me to get to to experience it, and for everyone listening to getting to experience it. So thank you so much for joining us today.
SPEAKER_04Thank you as well.
SPEAKER_00Thank you for joining us for this episode with Osanna. This episode was very emotional for me, and uh I really appreciate you taking the time to join us, and uh, I hope it was valuable for you as well to kind of follow along and go through this process. Now it's time for my favorite part of the show where me and the Swedish Wealth Institute team have broken it down into clear, actionable insights that you can implement directly. Is at the Swedish Wealth Institute, we're always searching for the answer to one question, and that is what is the difference that makes the difference? We've identified five key takeaways from this episode that we want to share with you for you to be able to make sure that your life just gets a little bit better as a result. So the first insight is identity is not who you think you are, it is what life keeps proving to you that you are. Osanna made a powerful distinction between the visible and invisible parts of identity. The visible part is what people see, you know, your title, your skills, your money, your status, your business card. But the deeper invisible identity, your beliefs, emotions, nervous system, capacity, and inner patterns is what actually drives the results you are creating. Number two, success requires capacity, not just your ambition. One of the biggest insights for me from this episode is that a lot of high achievers have the capacity to create success, but then not the ability to hold on to it. So if your nervous system connects success with danger, pressure, rejection, or loss, you might unconsciously create collapse after a breakthrough. So the work is not just to reach the next level, it's to become the kind of person who feels safe when you have. Number three, your mind can distort reality while your body often reveals the truth. So what Osanna explained to us is that many of our limitations are not just logical thought, they are emotional, energetic, biological patterns stored deep in the system. That is why, you know, thinking alone is not enough. Real transformation happens when you work with the mind, the body, the nervous system, and the deeper identity structure together. Number four, power is not outside of you. So power does not come from money, doesn't come from audience or relationships or the business or your achievement. Your power is internal. So when you give away your power to these external forces, you become trapped. When you bring the power back inside, that is when you become free. Five, alignment creates lightness, clarity, and freedom. Osanna described what happens when people start clearing their identity patterns, the ones that are no longer aligned with who they want to become. You will feel lighter, you'll see more clearly, feel more confident, more certain, and more comfortable in your own skin. So that is the shift from survival to aligned success. I hope you can use some of these things in your life. Now, before you go, we've prepared something really special for you. We have an event coming up here the 9th and 10th of May with uh Nick Vuyacich, Les Brown, Jack Hamfield, Marcy Shimoff, Janet Atwood, and another 10 speakers. They're all speaking at the Business Wealth Forum. It is a two-day event, the 9th and 10th of May, and I'd love for you to show up and learn from these amazing people. We want to give you a ticket for free. You'll see the link in the show notes so you can go and claim your free ticket. And of course, if you enjoyed this episode, please feel free to share it with a friend. Please make sure you follow and subscribe, just like thousands of people have done all over the world, so you don't miss what's coming next, because next week's episode is going to be really cool. And of course, if you want to, we'd love it if you left us a five-star review on whatever platform you're listening to. Next week, I had so much fun interviewing Valeria Yetnes. We explored neurodiversity, leadership, resilience, and what it means to turn your mental uniqueness into a strength. She's say, you know, been seeking help in mental health institutions, and then she became Miss World Norway. She built a global platform, speaks about neurodiversity, and shows how what many people see as a weakness can actually be your greatest strength. This episode is so powerful, and I really hope you join us next week. I am Daniel Wood. This is the Swedish Wealth Institute Podcast, and thank you so much for joining us.
SPEAKER_03As leaders first of all, we cut this judgmental approach. Leadership is not control, it's not ownership, it's stewardship, it's your responsibility. How you can really engage these people with unique traits. Because neurodivergent people they are overperforming, over-masking, over pleasing people, they are so afraid. But if they know that their leaders actually manage to establish psychological safety and working environments, they can actually be themselves, they can be seen, respected, and actually coming with all these let's let's say crazy ideas, and they're not afraid that they should again overperform, overcompensate. Because this is
