In September 1961, a married couple driving home through the White Mountains of New Hampshire reported something that would change UFO history forever.

Betty Hill and Barney Hill claimed they encountered a mysterious craft hovering above U.S. Route 3. What followed was two hours of missing time, vivid dreams, hypnosis sessions, and one of the most debated alien abduction accounts in American history.

Were the Hills victims of stress and suggestion?
 Did hypnosis shape false memories?
Or did something truly unexplainable happen that night in 1961?

In Episode 45, we break down:

  • The night of the sighting
  • The missing time
  • The hypnosis sessions with Dr. Benjamin Simon
  • The star map Betty later drew
  • The theories that still divide researchers today

This case became the blueprint for modern alien abduction lore.

But the question remains…

If their minds filled in the missing time —
why did the details align so closely?

And if they didn’t…

what does that suggest?
