John Meador
Brother John Meador was born in 1952 into a Spirit-filled family, raised in the presence of God’s power and healing. By age seven, he felt the call to preach and minister deliverance. His early years were shaped by tent revivals, cottage prayer meetings, and personal encounters with the Holy Ghost. At 19, he fully surrendered to Christ, igniting a life of prayer, fasting, and study. From street ministry to global crusades, Brother Meador has spent decades preaching the gospel, witnessing miracles, and helping souls find freedom in Jesus. In 1977, God led him to establish World Revivals, a ministry birthed from vision and faith. His journey—from sleeping under tents to leading international missions—is a testimony of obedience, hunger, and the power of God to transform lives. Through Today’s First Steps, he shares daily wisdom to help others begin each day with purpose and deepen their relationship with God.
