Join me, Katey Hauser, as I sit down with inspiring guests to uncover the stories, choices, and wisdom behind vibrant, meaningful lives. Inspired by my friend and mentor, Dr. Gladys McGarey, this podcast continues the conversation we began together four years ago on Instagram Live. Through heartfelt interviews and practical insights, we’ll explore how to cultivate health, purpose, vitality, and joy in every season of life.
Because the art of a well-lived life isn’t just about longevity—it’s about living fully, with intention and heart.
The Art of A Well Lived Life
Episode 5 Such an inspiring conversation with Chandika, the lead collaborator of Dr. Gladys's book The Well Lived Life
Chandika, was the lead collaborative writer on Dr. Gladys McGarey's book, which was published two years before Gladys's passing. They worked together for almost 2 years, during which Chandika conducted interviews with Gladys and helped structure the book's content into the six secrets. Chandika and Katey discussed the impact of a book project with Dr. Gladys, a 101-year-old author who had a significant presence and message. They reflected on how Chandika helped Dr. Gladys articulate her life story and legacy, which resonated with many people despite being ahead of its time. They also shared personal anecdotes about Dr. Gladys's charisma and the spiritual experiences they had while working on the project.
