High achiever has tools and system to be successful, hyper-achiever is saboteurs with too many tasks and no clarity

You’re driven. Disciplined. Results-oriented.
From the outside, it looks like you have it all together.

So why do you still feel… stuck?

Here’s the truth most people won’t tell you:
Being a hyper-achiever doesn’t mean your mind is working for you.
In fact, it often means your brain is working against you.

Overthinking. Pressure. Control. Constant mental noise.
You’re performing at a high level—but not from a place of clarity or peace.

And that’s the problem.

In this episode, we break down how to access infinite intelligence—the part of your brain that already knows what to do, sees opportunities, and moves with confidence—using Positive Intelligence (PQ) neuroscience.

This isn’t mindset fluff.
This is mental fitness.

You’ll learn:

Why hyper-achievers feel stuck despite doing everything “right”
The hidden mental patterns (Saboteurs) keeping you in stress and survival mode
How to shift into your Sage brain—where clarity, creativity, and decisive action live
Simple, practical tools to quiet the noise and access your next level

Because the goal isn’t to push harder.
The goal is to think, lead, and operate from a higher level of intelligence.

When you access that…
Everything changes.

Less force. More flow.
Less doubt. More certainty.
Less burnout. More aligned action.

You don’t need more effort.
You need a better Brain OS.

Welcome to Saboteurs to Stage Power with Lily Trend Podcast for high performers, CEO, and real estate investors who are ready to break free from self-saboteurs and level up together with Stage Power. Let's dive in. We are here with uh Miriam Rose. I wanna let you introduce yourself and what you do, and where can the listener find you if they want to know more about you?

SPEAKER_00

Okay, thank you for the opportunity once again to be here. I'm Miriam Rose. I am from Nairobi, Kenya. This is where I'm based uh almost full-time, and I'm a mindset and spiritual wellness coach, and I have a spiritual podcast called Beauty Lies Beyond, and I also practice PQ, which is what we are going to speak about as a mindset coach, and I'm also a trained attorney or lawyer. And where people can find me is Amiriam Rose on all social media platforms.

SPEAKER_01

I'm gonna start. What motivates you every day in business or life?

SPEAKER_00

I genuinely love people and I want people to grow and to thrive, and that is what motivates me to do everything that I do, my coaching, my podcasting, even my career, even like the profession I trained in was to just help people to become the best versions of themselves because that's also what I aspire to be, to be the best version of myself. So it's doing it and taking people along with me. So the love for sharing knowledge is is probably my passion and my purpose, just sharing information that can uplift people.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I yeah, I love that sharing your knowledge, your wisdom so people don't make the same mistake.

SPEAKER_00

What is told you're smart if you learn from your own mistakes, and you are wise if you learn from the mistakes of others.

SPEAKER_01

There it is. Yes, yeah, you're smart if you learn mistakes from yourself, and you're wise if you learn it from other people, podcasts, uh, people around you, and a lot of people don't learn from their mistakes, so they just go round and round in that loop, you know, staying the same and stuck. And so we're here to share that knowledge and that wisdom so you can uh be unstuck. What are the top saboteur or the negative pattern you notice in yourself?

SPEAKER_00

The list was or somewhat is still procrastination. So in the PQ language, is the avoida saboteur. The second one for me was hyperachiever, and the third was controller. Still is, it's just in reduced uh the numbers have reduced.

SPEAKER_01

I heard that there's someone said like you avoid because you have fear of something, right? And you procrastinate, um, even though you are planning to do it, but you do it in a later time, later time. That would also be a hyperachiever and avoider and the judge at the same time, where the procrastination is uh very popular right now, that people are not doing what they need to do and going for their goal and going for their dream because they are procrastinating, and there's multiple uh negative patterns and and saboteur attacking them or hijacking them at the same time. That's why they they don't follow through or they procrastinate. How does this pattern affect your career, your relationship, or well-being?

SPEAKER_00

Oh my god, it the everything you say, the procrastinator coupled with the hyperachiever makes me do nothing in the end, and that makes me just not again become the best, highest version of myself because I know I can do it. But I end up not so let me give a scenario. So I have, I mean, I do so many things other than PQ and the things I introduce myself as. I mean, in some boards, I'm in an organization where I'm a trainer, I'm a I'm a spiritual teacher as well. And all those things for me register as too many, and my judge says you're overwhelmed. So I'm like, I have to do all these things, I can't do them, so I don't do them. And then some of those things are um unpleasant. For me, my trigger for procrastination is avoiding unpleasant tasks. So if something is not giving me joy, I just put it off and put it off. But then the judge kicks in and makes me feel bad about it, and it affects because I end up not um achieving what I knew I would achieve. So it affects my hyperachiever or just my achievement, because I don't achieve my highest potential. Then relationships obviously are affected because the people I am accountable to, because uh I am accountable to some people, they end up feeling disappointed because I maybe don't also volunteer for things that I know I should volunteer for, I just put them off. Health is when I just feel uneasy and restless and overwhelmed, and I just do nothing and the cycle just keeps continuing. But like I said, it's it's better now than it was before I started doing PQ. If I didn't have PQ, if I hadn't practiced that muscle, now I would completely I don't even think I'd be talking to you because I would be so so overwhelmed. But now I have better management, yeah, since I started doing PQ.

SPEAKER_01

What I'm hearing is that the procrastinating is making you feel anxiety, overwhelmed, and is just and it paralyzes you and not doing the stuff that you need to do. And was the time that you're like, I need to change. And what is so hard to confirm those negative patterns?

SPEAKER_00

I didn't know that I needed to change, you know. When before I chanced on PQ, I thought that was just how I was. I thought that's just me until I did the PQ program. And then I realized, and when I started reading the saboteur, the patterns, I realized it's a pattern, it's not who I am, it's just a pattern and it can be overwritten. And once I got that realization, is when it hit me that I didn't have to stay in that pattern. So that's when I knew if it's a pattern, then I can change it. Because those those days I would get very anxious. Like now, that's why I'm saying right now it's better because I get overwhelmed, but I don't get anxious. Before I would I would be paralyzed by anxiety. So when I realized that it's just a pattern that can be changed, was the day I knew for sure I'm not going back. There's no going back after PQ. I have to use this tool because I need to become a better person.

SPEAKER_01

I really like how you said that, oh, I didn't know it was a pattern before. I I just like say that that's who I am. I thought that's I can't change, you know. But now you realize that, oh, it's a program, it's it's a subconsciously some someone program it into my subconsciousness, thinking that you don't deserve achievement or you fail, causing you fearful for the future, you feel that anxiety and that procrastination now that you recognize oh, it's a pattern, and I can rewire that pattern for success. What are some of the uh sage power or some of the tools that you use to rewire that pattern?

SPEAKER_00

Empathy, or sure. I needed to be less to be more compassionate with myself. It's still work in progress. What I love is that it gets easier with time, so it's harder in the beginning, easier with time. So empathy was key. I loved uh navigate because the one about looking forward in time and checking the kind of person I'd love to be. The advice I give myself now helps me see the bigger picture. Having multiple options with compassion, I'm able to also use Xflow, like have different ways to look at the same scenario, different perspectives. That also uh helps me the overwhelm. So I'm able to think up other, be creative. Also, I'm very creative, like I have a podcast and everything. So I have creative solutions to so many things or different perspectives. So I'm able to ease up on the overwhelm when I use the explorer. So those ones are the ones that I really used, explore, empathize, navigate, and also now activate. So I'm now able to push through if I have if I if I reduce the burden. That's a simpler way. I'm trying to use very simple terms.

SPEAKER_01

Definitely. Empathy is really a big thing. Like love yourself, um, love the process. The hyperachiever does is just want to see the result right away and not loving the process or or be kind to yourself, doing the thing that you love to do or doing the hard thing, right? I really like the empathy power and the navigation at the end of the day, what is important, right? Uh, your health, um, and you do your best as long as you feel like you're doing your best and the universe is with you, and and that spiritual aspect that you bring in. And you're a spiritual teacher and PQ or science. Um, what what do you see there? Is there any similarity?

SPEAKER_00

A hundred percent. In fact, that was the reason why I really loved PQ, because everything that I was studying and I was teaching in my spiritual circles was what PQ was teaching, just in a very professionally packaged. So they were saying the same thing. It's about, and yeah, it's about being in the present moment. And and when you're in the present moment, you open up your literally your brain to access infinite intelligence, like the help, the universe's help. You can only do that if you're using a specific part of your brain. So I love PQ because it gave me the science, the neuroscience of it. But now in the spiritual circles, you just don't stay in the present moment and breathe and use the same techniques we use in PQ. But ultimately, you get the same result. Either in the present, you can only be in the present anyway. So practice being in the present. So that's something that my guru Paramaham Savishonanda teaches us. Also, the scriptures teach us. So for for me, it was the same, the same coin, two sides of the same coin. I think for me, what has worked is understanding, because actually, I forgot to mention that hyper rational is also very high on my sambatua list because I love I love all things rational. It's just yes, when I take it to find thumbs piper, but that's really opposite of spiritual. I know rational. But you know what's funny? It's actually it's it's actually work, it's actually worked in my favor because I once I understand things, I I don't do the faith thing, like just have faith. I don't, it doesn't work, it it will never work. So the good thing about PQ, it helps me understand why the spiritual is telling me to zen. So once my hyper rational, my rational understood, I was fully able to embrace both the spiritual and also PQ.

SPEAKER_01

Do you want to know what tip would you like this listener?

SPEAKER_00

If you have any advice or tip for them when I understood the the reason behind my procrastination, that it was a pattern, it was because I avoided pleasant tasks. So the underlying the root cause for me helped me appreciate the program more, the system more. So that is what I think I'd urge people to do is to learn uh the patterns, because if only if you know the patterns will you be able to unlike remove them or unroot them, if that's a word. So that's the tip I would give because it gives you an that appreciation is what gives you the will to go. Because remember, we were taught free will, I mean, the willpower is exhaustible. So if I can I can't just rely on my willpower, I can rely on my knowledge of the patterns, and then when I see the pattern, I know what to do. That's that's the tip I would give, and it helps you um go back, like even if you're not able to go to the app all the time, but you practice these things, try to do them as often as possible. Use sound, use breath. Just try, even if it's not in the app, just try because the muscle, the muscle works for you eventually. That's something I've seen after doing Piki for like two years. The muscle still remained active. That's what they teach in age. So it's easier for me to get in the zone now that I've practiced so much than not.

SPEAKER_01

I I love that tip. Know your your negative pattern. A lot of people they don't know their negative pattern because they never uh nobody teaches them, or they don't have the tool or the program to understand their pattern and recognize them and more self-aware because it's in the subconsciousness. Once it's in the subconscious, it's kind of like a blind spot. Only people around you, or or even a coach, or people who want you to grow will recognize that for you and say, Hey, this is your pattern, and here's a tool, and this is a strategy that you can move out from that pattern into Sage Power. I love that tip. Finish this line for me, okay? I am unstoppable when I am in the zone. Yeah, you are in the zone.

SPEAKER_00

When I'm in the zone, I'm unstoppable for sure.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I like that.

SPEAKER_00

What's your answer for that? What is your response to that? You are unstoppable.

SPEAKER_01

I am unstoppable when I'm in sage power. Yeah, I can use multiple sage power, and I just keep chugging and doing the thing that I love to do, and just moving each step, small step, small needle, it doesn't matter. I still love myself and I just keep moving and moving and just always be in that sage power. You can't always be in sage power. The saboteur just attack you and hijack you, right? But then there is a tool in the process that we learn to move into the sage power. So that's mine. I feel unstoppable. I am unstoppable when I'm in sage power. That's a wrap. And thank you, Miriam.
