8.4.2019 Sermon, Rev. Bonnie WIlkins, Peace Presbyterian Church, Elkhorn, Ne., USA
When we tune our heart to Jesus, we become a part of the unfolding will and work of the Father. Every day we pray alone or together “Thy will be done.” Truthfully, we ought to be shaking in our boots to pray such a thing to God! Do you realize just what you’re saying to God? “Thy will, not my will be done, Lord” is a prayer of faithful stewardship. God’s promise is that when we pray with faith and trust like this, we will always have everything we truly need to live within God’s will and work for the whole of your life.
