Destined For Greatness Ministries

Redemption, Healing, And A New Beginning In Faith

Destined For Greatness Ministries

God uses imperfect stories to heal others. What if the part of your story you’re most afraid to share is the very thing God wants to use? Marie opens up about walking through public humiliation, slander, and deep trauma—then shows how prayer became a lifeline and how Scripture steadied every step toward healing. We talk about the difference between waiting for perfection and choosing obedience, and why the call of God often returns a second time, like it did for Jonah, persistent and patient until we answer.

We name the hidden season—a cocoon where God heals, delivers, and reshapes identity—before the quiet command to emerge. From Jeremiah 29:11 to Psalm 34:18 and Philippians 1:6, the throughline is redemption and a future anchored in Christ’s faithfulness, not our flawless performance. That’s the heartbeat of Destined for Greatness Ministries: a place to learn, grow, and heal together, to practice confession and prayer, to speak truth in love, and to grow into maturity without pretending. We honor those who feel called but unqualified, those silenced or spiritually wounded, and those tired of polished personas who crave presence and integrity.

If you’ve wrestled with the tension between justice and mercy, if you’ve been targeted, misunderstood, or sidelined, this conversation offers language and a path. We believe God still speaks and can use any willing heart, even one still healing. You’ll leave with a vision for obedient steps, a renewed respect for testimony, and a sense that your story may be the tool God uses to lift someone else. Subscribe to stay with us as we build this honest, hopeful community—and if this spoke to you, share it with someone who needs a second chance, then leave a review to help others find their way here.

Marie Destinee a La Grandeur:

Hi, welcome to Destined for Greatness Ministries. I'm Marie and I'm Destined for Greatness. But don't take my word for it. Jeremiah 29, 11 says, For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future. Look, I'm not here to present a polished image or a perfect past. I come as someone who's walked through the fire, public humiliation, slander, trauma, and relentless attacks on my character and privacy. I've been labeled, misunderstood, and targeted in ways that could break most people. But I'm still standing, not by my own strength, but because God has held me through it all. Through every battle and circumstance, prayer has been my lifeline, my refuge, and my defense. I now stand before you as living proof that God is a redeemer. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm 34, 18. And so as a daughter of Jehovah, I've struggled with sin and backslid on numerous occasions, but I've repented, taken accountability, and turned away from those sins. I recognize Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, and believe in the power of his redeemer. And although I'm still healing and being delivered, I walk daily in grace, knowing that he who began a good work in me will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1, 6. Now, I don't fit neatly into any one Christian mold, but I am led by the Holy Spirit. I believe in redemption, restoration, and the power of second chances. I believe God has forgiven me and I believe He's called me to serve. And so I choose obedience over perfection. The fact that I've started this ministry doesn't mean that I've arrived or that I'm perfect in any way, shape, or form. All it means is that I believe that God has entrusted me with something that can help others on their journey to healing. If I had waited until I felt flawless, I would have never begun. Like Jonah, I've delayed this launch despite repeated nudges from the Holy Spirit. But just as the word of the Lord came to Jonah a second time in Jonah 3:1, I believe God's call is persistent, and today I'm choosing to respond. I step forward not because I have it all together, but because I trust the one who does. You may not agree with everything I say or believe, but I do believe that God can work through my obedience even in my imperfection. And so I look towards transformation through renewal, not by my own might, but by the Spirit of the Lord. And so I believe that God is doing a new thing in me, as it says in Isaiah 43, 18 through 19. And I see that he's doing a new thing in me, and I know that it will spring up, and that I do perceive it. And so I've spent the past few years in a cocoon, hidden for purpose, healing for breakthrough, and transforming for greatness. I believe that now it's time to emerge and flourish like the butterfly I was always meant to be. Not just for my sake, but to help others walk through their own season of change and restoration. And so some of you may wonder, some of you may be wondering, what is Destined for Greatness Ministries about? This ministry is a space for learning, growing, and healing together. It's also a space for encouraging and exhorting one another through scripture, through shared experience, and through testimony. James 5, 16 says, confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. Ephesians 4, 15 through 16 says, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head that is Christ. We're not here to perform. We're not here to perform in any way. We're here to be real, to walk together, to wrestle with truth, to release what we've been given. And so this ministry is for those who feel called but unqualified, those who've been silenced, sidelined, or spiritually wounded, those navigating the tension between justice and mercy, those healing from targeting trauma or spiritual abuse, those longing to integrate faith, truth, and testimony with integrity, and those tired of performance and hungry for presence. It's also for those who want to grow in grace, truth, and spiritual authority. It's for those who believe God still speaks and that He can use anyone. So if you've ever felt like your story disqualifies you, I'm here to tell you. It might just be the very thing that God wants to use. Welcome to Destined for Greatness Ministries. I'm Marie and I'm Destined for Greatness. And I believe that you're also destined for greatness. Thank you for joining.
