And Sunil Hira here, back on my channel, Better Then Yes. Today's subject is why some people become rich with nothing, stay stuck. It's not a question of opportunities. Carol Beck, as psychologists had put it, people with growth mindset, they don't aim for perfection. They do things, make mistakes, and learn the feedback which they have received. There is nothing like a failure. Failure is an opportunity for learning other methods which becomes successful. Those who have got fixed mindset, they presume that only people with talent become rich. Those who are greedy, who are corrupt, who are they only become rich. But that's not so. Today's subject is very useful for those who want to really do well in their lives. This we can apply in India as well as globally. I will give an example of two women billion dollars businesses by their sheer effort. The first person I would like to name isoho. She is the co-founder. She, along with her brother Sridhar, set up Zoho, and Zoho was started mainly by bootstrapping without taking help from the investors. Surprisingly, for setup in villages near Chennai, they have been doing extremely well. For the information sake, Zoho is in CRM books in field of finance and accounts. It is respected globally. There are people using Joho Zoho in making their life enriching, maybe making the website, books. The second example I would like to give is about she at the age of 50 founded a company which is for retail stores for study products and village best for feminine. It is also a unicorn and it has 40% of the retail market in India. It's basically the grid, the ability to accept challenges and growth mindset. Growth mindset and the fixed mindset is defined by the psychologist in a book. The name of the book is Mindset, more than million copies that is sold, and basically it's about how a person putting in effort day in and day out, rethinking by getting over one's setbacks in his own life, in life of everybody around him. I'll give you a few global examples and make my point more clear. Let's take an example of Jeff Beam and so on. He worked for years together, all kind of odds when people laughed, they discouraged him, and he set up the number one e-commerce company in the world. He's one of the richest persons in the world. There were 27 people who applied. Accepting him, everybody got selected. He faced innumerable failures, but in spite of that, he improved himself on the company. There are many more examples. He was close to bankrupt, but he persisted, he didn't accept defeat. He is the richest person in the world today. Now, let me speak about what happens to most of the people. A person is doing a job, he's earning a good salary, doesn't want to take risk to leave his good job and he continues working and he remains stuck. Somebody else in this position, even at the peak of his career, quits the job and sets up something which he has learned or dealing. He invests his money, his ideas, his management skills, and finally the venture becomes very beneficial. What I'm talking about today is about entrepreneurship. I'm talking about people who are not deterred by the challenges and who create something worthwhile, big, with putting in efforts and get successful. They are those who keep spending all the money which they are remaining stuck. They are overburdened by the rising inflation, the right cost of their life. So I hope that you have liked. Please recommend it to your friends so that they also get the benefit.
