Hello, I'm Sunel Geera here. Back on the channel Better Than Yesterday. Today's topic is why so many professionals find themselves stuck in their job. This is the story of millions of people all over the world. I would like to give you some examples. There are professionals who join organizations like TCS, Microsoft, and a few years they think that company takes care of them, but companies are not interested in them. In their area, companies are interested in the results. After seven, eight years of working, professionals have got used to the comforts, a reasonably good salary, a state research got the EIs which they have to pay, so they are afraid to take risks, and then they continue there. Sometimes they are sacked also and endured professional who has a proper vision. He already plans for the future. He not only full squares immediate responsibilities, but he takes up more responsibilities beyond his scope of work and aligns himself with the company's goals. He understands from where the profits come. He understands what leads the company. It could be for increasing the downwork of the company, for helping and increasing, helping other departments such as service department and branches to function more smoothly. He adapts to new skills, he becomes digitally knowledgeable, he improves in his communication, he motivates juniors to take up moduses, work hard. In other words, he's useful to the organization, and he is soon picked up for bigger responsibilities. So his status, his salary, he works also rise. So he's very satisfied. Those do not change time, do not add new skills, who do not upgrade themselves. I'll give an example. This is my subject today. Why so many professionals get stuck in their roles?
