Navigate with Tim Austin
Navigate with Tim Austin is a podcast for anyone navigating a season of change and wondering how to move forward with greater clarity, courage, and hope.
In these short, personal coaching conversations, Tim explores the questions that often surface when life is changing—questions about direction, identity, purpose, relationships, faith, and what comes next. Each episode combines personal stories, practical coaching insights, and thoughtful questions to help you slow down, pay attention to what matters most, and take your next faithful step.
Tim Austin is a professional coach who has spent more than 30 years walking alongside people through seasons of change—as a coach, pastor, missionary, leader, husband, and dad. His own life has included numerous transitions across cultures, careers, roles, and seasons of family life. Those experiences have shaped a simple conviction at the heart of Navigate: transition isn't something to rush through or simply survive. It can become an invitation to deeper clarity, growth, and purpose.
You don't need to have the whole path figured out. Sometimes you just need enough light for the next faithful step.

Tim returns to the topic of Third Culture Kids with friend and TCK educationial specialist Bethany. Due to the sensitive nature of the region of the world where Bethany serves, we will be using her first name only.

She’s served as a teacher, principal, and an educational consultant for cross cultural workers serving throughout that part of the world. This includes countries such as Tajikistan and Turkey. She combines her passion of reaching the lost with the message of hope while supporting Third Culture Kids and seeing them thrive on the field.
