Navigate with Tim Austin
Navigate with Tim Austin is a podcast for anyone navigating a season of change and wondering how to move forward with greater clarity, courage, and hope.
In these short, personal coaching conversations, Tim explores the questions that often surface when life is changing—questions about direction, identity, purpose, relationships, faith, and what comes next. Each episode combines personal stories, practical coaching insights, and thoughtful questions to help you slow down, pay attention to what matters most, and take your next faithful step.
Tim Austin is a professional coach who has spent more than 30 years walking alongside people through seasons of change—as a coach, pastor, missionary, leader, husband, and dad. His own life has included numerous transitions across cultures, careers, roles, and seasons of family life. Those experiences have shaped a simple conviction at the heart of Navigate: transition isn't something to rush through or simply survive. It can become an invitation to deeper clarity, growth, and purpose.
You don't need to have the whole path figured out. Sometimes you just need enough light for the next faithful step.

Transition has a way of placing demands on us to be more open and welcoming to change.
In order to embrace change, letting go must be part of navigating transition seasons. Join Tim Austin and Dr. Ally Butrous as they discuss the struggle which we must enter into in order to create space for new thoughts and approaches to change.
You'll be reminded that relinquishing our plans in exchange for God’s greater plans and purposes can feel risky and uncomfortable, but it truly is the path to our best life, the one He designs for us.
