This week, we’re heading deep into the Ural Mountains to unpack one of the most baffling mysteries of the 20th century... The Dyatlov Pass incident.

In this episode, we retrace the final days of nine experienced hikers whose winter expedition ended in circumstances so strange they still defy explanation decades later. We’ll walk through the timeline, the eerie discoveries made by search teams, and the details that refuse to sit neatly in any single theory. From inexplicable injuries to a tent abandoned in the dead of night, nothing about this case behaves the way it should.

We’ll talk through the leading explanations; natural, human, and… stranger, and try to separate what we know from what’s been mythologized over time. It’s a story shaped by fear, speculation, and the limits of certainty, and one that raises uncomfortable questions about how we explain the unexplainable.

So grab something warm, settle in, and join two girls who are still winging it and nervously laughing where we can, as we try to make sense of what really happened on that frozen slope, and why the Dyatlov Pass incident still refuses to let anyone fully rest.

Okay. Welcome to you've never done it before. I know.'Cause we're in a new setting. I'm really like thrown off kilter and we've just been yapping for so long. Okay. Welcome to Kill the Mood podcast. We are here to talk to you about everything. Spooky Doy. There will be lots of true crime, but also just general mysteries. Some will be solved. Sorry, I was concerned that was turned down. Was turned down. Yeah. Sorry Karen. Some will leave you hanging. We are just two girls putting the wordss to rights, but not really. We just like yapping. I'd also like to add that we are not professionals, just two ladies who apparently like the sound of their own voices, enough to record them and believe that you are too. We mean no offense in anything we say, we like a huge percentage of the world, find all of this unfathomable and this is just us in our own little way trying to make sense of the senseless. Did you know Tom Skips this bit? My boyfriend? Yeah. Fucking snake. What? I thought he was our number one fan. He said something to me the other day yeah, I just pressed the skip 30 seconds on this bit. And I was like, okay, thanks. Oh, great. I'm gonna make him recite it when I get home. Literally. I was like, because you'll probably know it soon too as well. Yeah. And he was like, no, I skipped that. And I was like, oh, piece of shit. I know. Wow. Okay. Fine. What else? We have to say it every single time. Yeah but when we say something awful that we are not trying to be ticked. Yeah. We just like this, we are just like validating ourselves in case we ever get canceled. So without further ado, this week's subject is the Dilo pass. All the doff pass. I'm not really sure how you say it. And every time I looked it was different. Yeah. Okay. So I feel like I'm more comfortable saying. The Diat Love Pass instant. Which I don't think Amy knows, although as soon as I start talking about it, I feel that you're gonna know what it is. Okay. I just feel like you said it and I was like, that's words. I don't know. No. Yeah. And you might not know it by this name, but as soon as I start to tell you about it, you're gonna, so should we just get stuck in? Yeah, let's do it. Why? Just looking at it like that. I dunno, just reading it like you're getting into your notes. I was getting ready to like, this is how I answer you. I was like, what is happening? I've made notes in correspondence. I've got script even though I don't know what you're gonna say. Yeah. So make sure you say, ooh, ah so in the winter of 19 59, 9 experienced hikers disappeared in the northern. Since you I know you wanted, why did I not even think about what this would've been? Okay, sorry. Yeah. Of the Soviet Union. Yeah. I don't know details about any of it though. Okay. I know exactly what this is. So what was eventually found was an abandoned tent. Whoa. Did that stop it recording? No. Okay. No. No. That wouldn't. I don't why I did that. Would the wifi make it stop recording? The stop. Yeah, it should. It should be the square, shouldn't it? It is moving up. Yeah. Yeah. It's counter weird. Sorry, we just had a, yeah, we had a little power blink. Circular power cut. It was scary. Yeah, that is scary. Winter is upon us. It for anyone who isn't in the uk, we have had so many storms. Yeah. And informal specifically as well. Yeah. It's been, yeah. And the roads are flooded constantly and trees are down and the wind is wild and we're constantly having like little power flashes, which is just like quite intense. Yeah. The storm the other day literally knocked out people's power for five days. Yeah. Which, and to be fair, loads of people were like, if this had happened in London. It would've been sorted immediately. But it's raw corn, so everyone's fuck them, no one cares. Yeah. We've never experienced anything like this before. How do we cope? Yeah. Literally. And it was actually quite scary, like like driving to work a lot was insane because the roads are just like mad hopefully we're fine. Yes. Okay. It seems like it carried on. That doesn't keep fucking happening. Yeah, that's great. We're done for, otherwise there's no episode on Wednesday.'cause we have not recorded one. We just get like I just. You just speak the whole thing into your phone. Just reply. Yeah. I just hand it to you every time I wanna say something. Yeah. What was eventually found an abandoned tent body scattered across a frozen slope and injuries that were crazy and still don't have explanation. Yeah. That's so stressful. On January 23rd, 1959, a group of 10 hikers departed, oh my God. I dunno how to say this. From lost OB blast. Yeah. Okay. Heading deep into the Northern Neural Mountains. So this was a bunch of students and they were actually all some were students, but some were recent graduates from the Euro Polytechnic Institute. Okay. And basically they were all known to have. Certified at the highest level you possibly could in the Soviet Union for their hiking. Okay. So like they, they were really accustomed to like extreme weather temperature, like guides in the uk like guides, like when you learn how to tie your shoes, that's how you do in those brownies in guides. You learn how to make a dam. Oh, do you? I never made it that far. I did rainbows, brownies, and that was it. Rainbows is probably huge, but they're religious, aren't they? Yeah. Is Guides probably. I think so. I think guides is just the one after Brownies, but that's where you actually start going out and doing things. Like you get your like, I don't know, fire Making badge. Yeah, let me do that. Yeah. Yeah, that's fair. Stop setting Fire badge. The, this group's goal was a ski slash hiking expedition that was roughly 300 K. Geez. Yeah, fuck that easy. And they had to cross uninhabited wilderness and like finish in a small sediment called visier. Yeah. Where the party's at. Yeah. They all the good stuff once you get there. And they eventually, like along their route they were supposed to reach mount A to Aton. I'm sorry. There's pronunciation and it's gonna be terrible. I did actually practice pronouncing their names. Yeah. Okay. But there was too much going on in the script. I thought, I can't be asked to look at all. So you're just gonna have to deal with it. That's fair. The place names can probably be less. Yeah. It doesn't matter. There's a mountain they're going to it. Yeah. So basically they were really methodical and disciplined and ready for this. How long did they think it was gonna take them? They left on the 23rd of January. They were not due to be back and report back to their families until the 12th of Feb. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Fair. That is a lot of K. Yeah. And also, like I watched this little documentary and this guy did it and he was like, I'm doing the same route they did, except he was doing it on a fucking snow. Like the ski things. Yeah. Yeah. And it was like. You're not doing the same thing though, because they had to walk. Yeah. And they had to walk in their little skis Yeah. As well. Yeah. So it's not the same thing. Even slightly. Yeah. It's if you see like people that are doing, like practicing running for a marathon. Yeah. And then like their partners just cycling to them and you're like, thanks so much. He took him eight days even on a vehicle. Yeah. Okay. So yeah, the route was crazy. So they're really methodical, they're seasoned, experienced skiers. Yes. Okay. And with like wild camping and stuff as well? Yeah. So this is. They're not unprepared. Yeah. It's not like they're going out into the wilderness, of course with nothing. So the expedition was led by Eagle doff. He's a 23-year-old radio engineering student known for his careful planning and calm leadership. Okay. And basically it was called Doffs Group. Yes. Because he was the leader of it. So people often refer to them as that, which is why it's called the Digital Pass Instant. Okay. It makes sense. The other members included. This is where it's gonna get real rough for a second. Sorry guys. Zenida Colin Mcg 22. A veteran of multiple expeditions, Ludmila Dina 20 known for her resilience after continuing a past expedition to despite being accidentally shot in the leg. Fuck yeah. And she just fucking carried on a legend, right? Legend. Alexander OV 24. Quiet and reserved. Sorry, I've just thought about this one time when I was in Sri Lanka and I had really bad period pains and we were meant to be walking up this it was not even a hike like we were going up. Like we were literally, we ended up like on this like big mountain and it was like the views were amazing apparently. Yeah. Because we, apparently we left the, like hostel we were staying at and we started walking and I was like, no, I'm getting like that first day cramp that like literally is bad. Yeah. Like I was keeled over for the majority of the walk and we just kept powering through and I just kept feeling more and more sick and we were just like on an incline. And I dunno why I was carrying on, but I think I was just like, I don't think it started getting bad until we were about halfway. Yeah. And I was like, I could turn around and have a shit walk down, or I could just hope that this passes and still make it to the top. Anyway, obvious. Obviously this was really hot. We were in Sri Lanka. But we got to the top and like I remember the like people that we'd done this walk with, like everyone was like looking out and taking all these photos and like the person that I'd gone with was like. Do you not wanna get a photo at the top? And I was just lying on this bench just like absolutely knocked out to shit and I could hear everyone like, God, it's the view is so beautiful up here. And I was just absolutely like I just could not, and I like crawled to the edge and peered over the edge. Like obviously when you feel like that poorly as well, like any kind of like heights or anything made me feel so weird. And it appeared over the edge and was like. That's nice. And then just went back to just like lying on the stage. I can't believe you did it. I know. Until everyone started walking back down and the moment had passed then and I just was completely fine. It was just like three hours of just the worst pain period I've ever had in those three hours because I was climbing a fucking mountain basically. So stupid. And I did get to look over the edge and I did get, I think there's a little photo of me just like thumbs up like gray. Oh. Just yeah, it was so bad. I don't know how to be honest, I don't do shit like that on holiday. Like I can't be asked. I to be fair, I'm not, I won't be hiking. Yeah. It depends. If I was going somewhere for a rest. I still like to do like the local books and stuff, but this was like an actual weird touristing. Like we are doing every single like attraction or whatever, but the fact that someone gets shot and they carry on. Yeah. And she just she just had no problem doing it. And she was shot by like a hunter who like must have mistook her for like deer or something. Yeah. That happened. It's just powered off. People are going like off. The beaten track and then they end up going and I think these guys did someone private a lot. Yeah. Like they, they would, yeah. Yeah. Especially if you're navigating your way appro, like you've got all of the means to do it. You are more brave to go off the beaten path, which means you might end up on private land. Yeah. And apparently it was called tourism like that, what they did was called tourism. But and it just basically means that they love to go out into the wilderness and do like wild shit and go to places that are like really far removed from other people. Because there's enough of them that are that intelligent. Navigationally. Yeah. They weren't gonna get fully lost. Yes. Until now they did. Yeah. And now they're famous. So Rosham, Slobodin 23 was athletic and very physically strong. Yuri Cenko 23, who had previously worked at a nuclear related facility, which is important. Later. Yuri Doko 21, known for exceptional bravery. Nikolai Taboo. Brino. Serious and Mature. It's Nikola. not Ola. Oh, that, what is that from nine, nine? Yeah. Nikola Zola Tar Off. He was a 38-year-old. I dunno if you've been listening to the ages so far. A 38-year-old World War II veteran. Oh, it's happened again. Is the weather really bad?. Yes. He's like at least a decade older than most of them. Yeah. Oh, even more. And like 23. Yeah. The, yeah, the youngest so far is Ludmila and she's 20. Interesting. He was 38 years old. He was a World War II veteran and he joined the group only weeks before departure. Oh gosh. Yeah. And then Yuri Den 22, liked and kind, especially by the girls within the group. Ooh, la. Not fancied. Oh. Just designated. Loved that man. Trust him with my life. Yeah. Okay. Kind of vibe. So I don't think they fancied him. I think it was more like they just really trusted him. Yeah. He was the one that was like, I don't know. Yeah. Tying the shoes. Tying the shoes. I was trying to think of a hike. Getting the tighter shoe badge. Yeah. Yeah. A hike related. Chivalrous Acts. Yeah. Laying down, helping with the tents. So five days into the expedition on January 28th, Yuri Udin began to suffer from Syria of health problems. Okay. And eventually he acknowledged that he could not continue, so he turned back. Yeah, I dunno if but the. Incident is that there was nine people involved and actually Yuri was supposed to be the 10th, but got ill, something to do with the nerves in his leg apparently. So obviously that would be really difficult if you were like hiking, walking. Yeah. And because of how cold it was like minus 26. Yeah. Because of how cold it was, it really started to act up. Yeah. And yeah, so he made it like five days, but then decided to go back. Jesus, thanks. Fuck. He did that. And that is, and he ended up living till he was like 75. Oh my God. And the serendipity all died. When he died, he asked to be buried with his friends. Oh, that's So he's buried where they are. Yeah. How sad. Spoilers, they all die so the remaining nine hikers pressed on and they're not expected to return until the 12th of Feb. Yes. Like I said. Yeah. So at this point, there's no sense of urgency or danger in the journey. And the. It's just begun. So a lot of what they know about their journey and when they went missing in within the journey is because they found their journals. Yeah. And they all kept quite big journals for quite, quite a long time. Yeah, because it's a bit of a while ago. Yeah. You haven't really got like tracking over in what, 1959 did I say? Yeah. There's not as much tracking going on of like obviously they are going off on a hike and probably can't contact people regardless, but also trying to work out there. Whereabouts and what happened to them is even more difficult because there's no tracking of them whatsoever. Yeah. So on February 1st the group attempted to cross the slope of Colac il, which I think is a mountain. But weather conditions started deteriorate really rapidly. So when they tried to cross the slope, they apparently got no further than a mile and then had to stop again. Yeah. Okay. Ha. There was heavy snowfall, reduced visibility and strong winds, thatp swept across the very open terrain. Yeah. And if it's a mountain, yeah. You're on the soap of a fucking mountain. So at some point the group had actually drifted off. Their intended route. And it was the, i in the documentary I was watching, I think they said that they, and they found this in Diat Love's Journal. The group was found that they were following a hunter, the tracks of a hunter. Okay. Who had taken the same route that they'd wanted to take. But obviously with the heavy snowfall and the visibility, they'd and also this hunter would've well known the area, so he would've taken route that they themselves. Without knowing it may not have taken. Yes, exactly. And then it's all the evidence of that. It's just completely gone. Yeah, basically. So instead of descending into the forest below, because there was a tree line, like not too far away from them, they made a controversial decision to camp directly on the slope. Which I don't know anything about mountains, but I think that seems like a very bad idea. Agreed. No cover from the elements, especially if it's snowing. The winds are bad. You're almost one of a fucking mountain stuff like snow slides. Yeah. What are they called? Avalanche. Avalanche. Snow slides. Snow slides. A little snow. Yeah. If there's avalanches and shit and you can't see because of the sleety snow. And there's some trees just down below. Yeah. Maybe they thought it was too dangerous. Go down. I dunno if their visibility was so bad. I think they would've known about the trees below, but I don't know if their visibility was so bad. Yeah, they were like, let's just stop and drop here. But slept with the tempera, like sat propped up? No, I. No, even that is like a fuckery. I don't think I can sleep like that. Like I can't sleep on public transport or anything because I think exactly for that reason. Yeah, it just, I just can't imagine that being a good old night for anyone. No, sounds terrible. It all sounds fucking terrible. Catch me on expedition like that. Not unless I was being taken at gunpoint. I went one time. We were in the, I was in the Lake District and it was really heavy rainfall, and we were at the top of one of the mini little. Climbs that you can do. And it was, you had to get from, you had to basically step from one big rock across another rock and there was like a little waterfall in between, but it was absolutely fucking hammering it down. And I was literally like, what am I doing? There was water like running down the. Inside of my coat, down my back and we were like passing my friend's dog like over a waterfall. And this rain was just like slamming down and like we got to the top and I was just like, girls, was that worth it? Was it even worth it? Is that a good idea? Doesn't sound like it. We were just like, well done. And then we went back down and went to the pub and I was just like, like it was a lovely day, but that rain pour, I was just like. We were risking our lives then. Yeah. Was that really worth it? That was like a very dumb decision for not a lot of pale. Yeah. I've seen a nice view nicer than this before in my life when we were a lot lower down on the ground. So the decision to like camp on the slope is not like unheard of. It may have actually been. Because they didn't want to lose altitude. Oh, okay. Or they possibly were using it as a training exercise. So Yeah, I know. Which is fucking wild torture. They might have been doing it, being like, okay, if we were ever stuck in this position and we had to camp here, maybe we should like practice while we can, not feeling too anxious.'cause we think we're okay'cause the tree line's down there, I don't know. So they basically had to cut like a platform in the snow. Okay. That, that cut a ledge for them to put their tent on. Whatever the reason was no one really knows why. Okay. They did this. Yeah. And after they'd decided to do this, there were no further journal entries because this is the last night that anyone knew them to be alive. What a shit. Last night. Yeah. Fucking awful. Mine's 26. Fuck me. Yeah. In a tent. In a tent. Also, it sounds like it was one 10 for nine people. I don't know what this tent looked like. I do also trigger warning, by the way, if you wanna Google this, you can, but you will see pictures of their dead bodies because it was so long ago that there is literally no desensitization. So I have seen what every single one of them look like, and some of the pictures are horrific. Yeah, because the documentary I was watching was just like, bang, here's one, here's another one. Oh my God. Yeah. Yeah, it is wild what things people like in documentaries will just show you. Yeah. So if you are looking at it, just be warned that you will see pictures of their dead bodies. Geez. Obviously by the 12th of Feb, the group has still not returned and although delays, what journal entry night was that? Sorry. That was, we know what that was. 12th of Feb. No, sorry. That was the first of Feb. Okay, cool. Yeah, so it's basically been like. No one was expecting contact anyway, at least until the 12th week that they actually have not been. No. At all's, no one's, obviously no one would've known because they wouldn't see the journals. But was there was, but they hadn moved anywhere. So there's still all at that time in thought through as well. They were expecting, there were like another expedition party who was expecting to cross over with them. And they didn't show up like checkpoints. Yeah. But that didn't really cause much luck. And people were like, why the fuck aren't they here? But no one was like, oh, they're dead. Yeah. You are. Or they're missing me. You'd just be like, maybe they just, because also they, they were so experienced and I think so well known in amongst the community that actually no one thought that anything would happen to them.'cause they had so much Dia love was so experienced, even though he was only 23. And the Army vet I forget his name, Y. No, there were two. Yuri. Yeah, Ian said it. Simeon, he was like a very experienced skier too. Yeah. So like they just thought that there was so much cover in that group. Yeah. That it was no big deal. That's, and even though Simeon had actually only joined their exhibition a week before, he had become really fast friends with the group because obviously they had the same interests and stuff and they loved him. So they'd like very much taken him in. Yeah, on the 12th of Feb, the group has still not returned. And even though delays were common, people began to go to grow concerned.'cause they were supposed to get to a local sports club, I think it was, and then send a message to their families just to let them know that they were fine. So on the 20th of Feb, oh Jesus. Yeah. Families and officials push for a formal search. Yeah. Yeah. It is complicated though, isn't it? Because if you know that people are going off grid for two, three weeks. Yeah. And like then when they show up, they're not even showing up at the doorstep of their own homes. It's like you just don't know how soon they went missing. They could have gone missing on the first day. They could have gone missing on the last day. Yeah. And obviously. They, the only reason they know what happened and when it happened is because of Journal Ries is because of journal entries. And also when they went to search for them, it's not like they knew where they were in their journey Exactly. They were going exactly 300 kilometers. Like you. They had to search from beginning to end, and obviously they did. There were some bits where they had gone into villages, so they'd met. People. So there were people who saw them along the way to be like, yeah, they were fine. They carried on. It's been fine. But they had to find those people. First. They sent searches also. It's like you, it's like. Where do you assume you start from? Do you start from the start and work your way in or do you start from the end and work your way back? Like Yeah, if it sounds like they just went in the middle. Yeah. I think what they did is they sent people to every portion. Yeah. So because they were student and because so many people knew them, so many people who were very experienced in this volunteered to help. Yes. Yeah. And so their friends were the ones who were searching for them Oh. So horrible. As well as officials only including their friend that had fucked off home, including their friend that had fucked off and gone home early. And, it's so sad because he was literally like, I, he died not knowing what happened to his friends and oh, I can't think of anything. Wow. Still to this day, we don't know what happened to them. Yeah. There are fucking tons of theories which we'll touch on, but it is fucking wild because I actually do not have any idea what this could be so on the 20th of Feb, they start a search on the 26th of Feb, so even six days later than that. So they've now been missing for 25 days. Yeah. Okay. But nobody nobody's found them. Nobody's found their belongings, their tent or anything. Yeah. And as far as they're aware, they've been missing for over a month. Yeah. Because of the first date they've gone. So searchers locate the group's tent on the slope of the mountain. Okay. The mountain's name actually translated, so there's a local tribe called the manzi. Yeah. Who are indigenous people who live in that part of Russia. And obviously fucking colonized destroyed by fucking white men coming in, taking their land of course. And killing their tribes and making their beliefs illegal. Okay. By the way. Yeah. So the manzi in very small numbers still exist in parts of, but very well hidden in parts of this region. Very. Discreet. Yeah. And then technically it's illegal for them to practice, but whatever they still do. Yeah. And basically these people in their native language, they call this mountain, the mountain of the dead. Oh dear. Where they're found, and this is not where the group intended to end. Yeah. This was just supposed to be a stop gap. Yeah. If you were like, let's go on a hike that's, already 300 k, I'd be like, no. No, but if you were like three K and I'd be like, God, you're asking a lot of me there. Yeah. But like I just don't, I can't fathom us being like, and then halfway through, we'll just head on through the mountain of the dead. If you said to me, Hey babe. You wanna go on a nice little trip that's basically a month long. There's gonna be nine of us in the tent. There's nine of us. We're gonna be sleeping in one fucking tent. It's gonna be freezing. And we, all we have is our journals. Yeah. And each other. And we obviously are gonna have to like ration food and stuff because we're going far away from any real civilization. How about that? Yeah. Also, halfway through, let's just stop on this hill. I say hill. That's so patronizing. Mountain. It's mountain, it's literal mountain. It's literal, it's obviously the mountain. What do you mean you don't wanna lose altitude? Yeah, we might lose altitude, but let's stop and camp on the mountain of the dead. Yeah. No. I'm not sure, but I actually think that this wasn't even a part of their plan to be on this mountain. So they find the tent. I'm not gonna remember the names. Basically what I read is the tent is actually found on, so the attempt is officially found on the 26th of Feb. However, yes, on the 23rd of Feb. So the tent is found by two students and a man who lives. And has relationships with the Manzi tribe, not part of it, but lives and has relationships with them and they're all searching and the three of them find the tent. However, that's on the 26th. On the 23rd, this man that lived and worked with the Manzi tribe and his friend actually find the tent right. And don't tell anyone why. They just keep helping people search. And then no one knows why. They didn't tell anyone, but they did admit to it afterwards that they had actually found it on the 23rd. Still admits that. Then you're gonna keep it secret. Just keep it secret. They, the friends, the students come in, the friends of these guys and find the tent and they're like, and that, and it's on the slope. But before they get to the slope, this man is basically refusing to go on the slope. And it's because he knows the tents there. What the fuck? Strange. And there's a theory that the Manzi had told him that something happened on the slope and he knew and he was trying to keep people away. And it was scaring him, but, and he didn't wanna be any part of it. Yeah. Ooh. Strange. Anyway. Got no answer for that. Just anecdotal. That's something that happened. Yeah. The tempt was partially collapsed and covered in snow, but it was still anchored to the ground, right? Yeah. Most disturbing of all. There were several long cuts in the fabric Yes. Made from the inside. Yes. So that's what they determined. The long cuts and obviously they didn't determine that straight away. So at first they were like, oh, maybe someone's tried to get in or something has tried to get in. But it's actually, but what they determined was that it was coming from the inside of the tent. So they cut themselves out and they think that's because there was pa, it was partially covered by snow and it was the door that was covered by snow. Yes. Okay. But not, it wasn't fully, engulfing the tent, they just snow on it. They just assumed that they probably couldn't get out the front way. Yeah. So they were just trying to get out the sides. And it was only partially collapsed. Where, what way did they put the door facing? Right up the mountain. I'm so confused because again, don't know anything about being outside and camping. That seems fucking dumb. But like if there's nine people in this tent row, I don't, the, I, you know how you get those campers that have like different rooms? I doubt it'cause it's 1959, like early versions of that. Yeah. Like huge tent, I'm assuming like maybe circus size? No, I don't think it's that big, but but you think like the door you should probably put on the, you shouldn't put it facing down. Should you? But you a hundred percent not facing up. I not facing up, up feels like the worst option then not facing down. So I guess on its why not facing down though? Yeah, maybe because that might, assuming that you would, because you're less likely for anything to it. Open the door, just fall mounted. But you be like, you would be like that anyway. But but I guess then, yeah, if all the snow's gonna go around it, it feels fucking carre to try and walk up a mountain when you're getting out of a town. Do you know what I mean? Yeah. But I would've just thought sideways. But actually even that can get covered in snow, so maybe it's, yeah, like just in case there was like also in my head, I'm pitching picturing a really fucking steep mountain that they're just like, yeah, I think it is. I dunno. Especially if they've had to cut out a leveling pla do you know what, let's have a look at the tent. Okay. It's a little off, but yeah. I guess facing up is the worst one. Facing down probably. Here you go for, oh wait, no. Oh, there we go. This is what it looks like. Yeah. So it's on, its it's not like completely Yeah. And that's the opening to the 10 and it looks like it's on side, face side. Yeah. Yeah. Which to be fair, if you are worried about an Avalara yeah. I dunno. Anyway. Oh, can't even, can't I can't even Do you know like when you're at a festival and there's some dodgy lad pissing on your tent. Yeah. Pissing near your tent and you can't tell how close they are to you. Yeah. And you can't tell what people are, how close people are and you can hear everything out loud. Oh no. If I thought that was snow engulfing me, no. Yeah, so the most disturbing of all was that there was several long cuts in the fabric made from what they determined to be inside. So inside the tent were boots. Heavy outer clothing, food maps, journals, cameras, and personal documents. God, so literally everything. They're like the top things that you would take with you if you had to grab and run, but no people. Yeah. So everything you would need to survive. Yeah. In the wilderness, but none of the nine people that should have been in there. And you'd expect at least one of them to be close by. Because it like all of them to be able to get away with no fucking shoes on and no like protective gear in a fucking snowstorm. And that makes you, then your imagination goes wild because Cuts from inside the tent. Yeah. And then, no, they didn't even have time to take their shoes. Yeah. Oh my God. Not even fucking grab shoes, peg it. Yeah I'd be taking my shoes like, or honestly I like, but maybe you are. So whatever's happening, you're so scared that you don't even think about taking your fucking shoes. You just get up and you run and you forget that you're in minus 26 degrees. Yeah. Yeah. Basically investigators are looking around the site and they're like, what the fuck has happened here? Why is there nobody here? What's going on? Yeah. And they find some footprint. Okay. And it's really clear that the footprints, some have one shoe on. Oh, okay. Some have socks on and some are barefoot. Oh, that's so hard. But like barely any of them have shoes on. So they have legged it. They broken leg their way out and legged it all in different directions. So at first the footprints are all together. Yeah. And then they start to veer off. Oh. I'd be like. You're sticking with me mate. At least one person. The little squish that everyone loved, but oh no, he hurt his leg. This is where it gets even weirder. Uhhuh. Despite the snow tracks that are visible, they show, these people walking, not running. No. They went out to meet the aliens that invaded. So you panicked enough to cut out of a tent and not take your shoes. But then you get out of the tent and you don't run. It's like they're possessed. No, it's weird. It's so weird. How do you know? Because they're like not far apart, I think. Yeah. I think you would expect a bigger stride for a run. Yes. You're just running like, unless you're running. Yeah. And everyone's doing it together. Do quiet runs, do my little runs. Yeah. Yeah. Preserve your energy, guys. Do your little runs. Yeah. So like they're far, they're finding very clear walking strides rather than running. And none of them are running, none of them are running. All of them are walking and then at first together, and then they split off and go in separate directions. So could that be the people that live in the mountains that have fucked with the ceiling? I think there's enough that feels like it's nine. Yeah. And they're barefoot. Yeah. Some barefoot, some have socks and one person has one shoe on. Yeah. And it's not like there's loads or there's way less than nine. It's like it looks pretty good. Socks. And they find these like about one. To one and a half kilometers away from where the tent is found. So I guess maybe they could have done a quick run. Yeah. And then been like, I'm walking, but Yeah. Weird that you'd be that panic that you'd leave and ditch all of your stuff and leave. Yeah. And scratch your way out of your only, yeah. Leave your shoes behind and then not be fucking legging it as far away from school. Also, it said that there was a light unless they were getting out of it. Really quickly because they thought they were gonna be covered. Covered. And then when they realized that the tent's been covered, they're like, oh, I guess we go. So that is, we'll talk about the theories afterwards, but that is. That is what has basically been decided but if there was like, if they thought there was like a fucking snow leopard or something Yeah. That was like on top of the tent or whatever, and they cut their way out, they would run. So another thing that supports that is that a flashlight was actually found on top of the tent on, okay. Which means it could have been something they did to find their way back to the tent. Yes. However, why would you leave there if you got out of the tent and realized that you weren't fully submerged and you maybe had time to get some stuff? Why wouldn't you have grabbed your outer layers in your shoes? Yeah. And those tent, but you had enough time to put a light, switch a light on and put it on top of the tent to find your way back to the tent. Yeah. These guys don't sound as smart as I'm joking, but like it also depends, like the footprints going towards where they originally thought they should probably have camped in the trees. So the different places, I'm so invested in this story, bro. So different places. Now, but we've just looked at a photo of the snow and it just did look that bad. I know that it's been 20 days, so the wind could have, and like it could have melted and obviously it could have been like, it could have been snowing loads and to, and the visibility wasn't very good. Wind could have been quite bad. It looks like they could still get a pair of shoes out of that, right? That you'd think. Yeah, I wasn't there, so were you not? I'm acting like that whatever drove the group out of the tent. They didn't scatter immediately. They left together and they moved quite deliberately, but then they eventually split off. Why? Why? Why? Maybe they were just like, I fucking told you not to cancel the mountain. You prick. Yeah. Maybe I'm going this way. So eventually they are following the tracks and near the edge of the forest, beneath a large cedar tree. Searchers found, find the first two bodies. Okay. So this is Yuri Chenko. And Yuri do Chenko. Okay. The only two I remember the names of Yeah, the Yuri. So both were really poorly clothed. Yeah. One of them, one of them had they both had checkered shirts on. One of them had only boxes on, and the boxes were ripped. The other one had boxes and shorts on. But no, no other clothing. So no socks, no shoes, no coat, no nothing. Oh my God. Yeah. So I assume they froze to death, obviously. Yeah. Yeah. That was the cause of death. They died of hypothermia. Yeah. Nearby them were small, remain remains of a small campfire, so it feels like they tried to warm themselves up. Their hands were badly burned and damaged and suggested prolonged exposure. Possibly they thought that the damage might have been from them trying to climb a tree for warmth to get away from the snow. Oh God. Yeah. So they've really pulled out all of the tricks that they know from being experienced and they had they had cuts and bruises right on them. After that. So that would support climbing a tree, the attempting to climb tree or breaking branches off to try and make shelter? Yeah. Or some of their injuries did. Okay. Okay. Remember that? So then between the cedar tree and the tent? So somewhere in between those two things, three more bodies are discovered. Igor Dilo, Zenida comma Colema, go, and roam, slobodin. They were better dressed than the first two. Okay. So the more clothing on but still were in adequate to protect themselves from this sort of, yeah. Yeah. So I think they were pretty much fully dressed, but still noer layers and no shoes Just seems so crazy that they've ditched like. That they're not all together, that they split up. If you saw one of them in just a pair of shorts, right? And you were like, fucking bye. Like what? A split them up because if we were all out and I was like, you are wem not wearing enough clothes, but you are wearing less clothes than me. Yeah. The best thing you could do is all just cuddle together, but also on weird, massive spoon. But I'm not certain, but I don't think these three were found together either. They were found in between the tent and the cedar tree? No, but they were all separately found. I am slowly dying alone. And Diat Love was found in a position that suggested that he was trying to return to the tent. And so was Rumson. Slobodin, like both of them separately were positioned as if they were trying to get back to the tent. Okay. So they'd gone off to look for something maybe like firewood? Yeah. And things like that. And then they'd been like, and then I think Z was just found somewhere in there. Yeah. Oh my God. So they were all sent off. So all, so this is all these five bodies are found and then they're all sent off for autopsy and when they're sent off, they're, all of these cuts and bruises are found, but like the cuts and bruises that are found are things like injuries to their face. Yeah. To, so like to their nose, to their face, to the backs of their knuckles. Yeah. And if they'd fallen down the mountain while they were running or something. Yeah. You'd see number one princes, they were running. And number two princes in the snow that they'd fallen. So they, the autopsy said they died of hypothermia. And these injuries were all listed due to a fall. Yeah. But people were like, fall these, they were like these. If you if you saw someone with bruises on their knuckles and. Injuries to their nose and their lips and their cheeks, immediately you'd think fight. They were fighting. You'd think there'd been a fight. I'd be pretty pissed if someone had convinced me to camp on a mountain and then we almost died. But all of them have it. Every single one of the nine have it. This is so what are they all fighting each other? And it's so interesting because this could might not necessarily have even been. Because of the night they died. No. That something weird could have been going on before they even decided to camp on the mountain. Yeah. So this is now it gets even fucking weirder. Which is crazy because it's already weird as shit. Yeah. I'm so here for this story. It's not until months later in May, 1959 and basically during this time so they've only found five of them at this point. They've only found five of them. Okay. They dunno where the other four are. They, the government has got very involved and people are like, why the fuck are they so involved? Yeah. To the point where they've made their funerals happen far away from their hometowns because they don't like the media coverage because there's loads of conspiracies that are happening about what's happening. Yeah. And people are like, why the fuck are the government involved? That is insane. Yeah. These people just died on a hike, yeah. And. There is rumors that the government has worried that the other four have defected to America spies because this is when they fucking, I was about to say space race, but it's not, it's the nuclear arms race is happening. Yeah. So they're concerned because they haven't found the other four. Four bodies and obviously they don't really know what's happened to the other guys, but they're putting it down to hypothermia. So everyone's okay. Yeah, but'cause there's a lot you can't explain. Yeah. If the other four are knocking about somewhere, they're worried that, yeah. So what the fuck went on and where are they and how come they haven't found them? Even though they found the others? Yeah. So months later in May, 1959, after the snow begins to melt a trail of disturbed snow. Is seen by a Manzi tribe member. Okay. And he's that looks like trail. Yeah. And obviously knows that these people have been missing around this area. Yeah. It's I'm gonna follow a trail. Yeah. And finds pieces of discarded clothing. Oh my God. That have been cut with a knife. What? Why would you like I guess don't people say that if you are freezing today, it's called, I take your clothes off. Paradoxical. Undressing, that's what it's called. Yes. Paradoxical. Undressing. Yeah. And it's when you think that you are. You are on fire. Your brain think tells you. But again, seasoned, seasoned wilderness like campers and stuff and skiers this, I guess something that they know about. I guess they know that when you are freezing, that you can feel like you are burning up, but then also if it is a fucking head fuck and you are literally on the brink of death, like when people can see Yeah. A mirage in the distance. It's even if you know for a fact that a lot of the time you still gonna buy, can see a mirage, you have lost your mind due to Yeah. Something happening to you beyond your control. So that could potentially be a thing of people like, oh yeah, but. That kind of, but why cut it? The clothing, stick it off doesn't really make sense based on what they find next. Okay. And also cutting pieces of your clothing off with a knife is very different to being like, I'm burning, I'm going to take my trousers off. Yeah. So basically they they search that. The Manzi tribe member finds the clothes and is calls the searches back in and says I found clothes, which means we gotta look around here somewhere because what's going on? And obviously loads of the snow's mounted the clothing leads them to a ravine. Yeah. Like a natural ravine that was covered in snow by the time they got there.'cause obviously it was like however many days later. And buried several meters under the snow. Were the final four hikers. Jesus. Nikolai tab boot BRINO Alexander ov semi and Zola and Lu Doina. They were all dressed better than the others. And were wearing clothing taken from the fellow hikers. Fuck me. Yes. So they could have literally been like, gimme your clothes and had a fight. Potentially. It not proven and not disproven. Hysteria is terrifying, isn't it? What it would make you do. And they were all found really close together and as if they were trying to preserve you. Yeah. Yeah. Because that's what I would've thought. I would've thought, you should all stick together and stay as close together as possible. Yeah. So I think that Ludmila was found in the most clothing. And she was like, and. I think I read something that said that she had also had a jumper wrapped around her feet to try and stop.'cause again, still not, they're not wearing shoes. Yeah. She had it wrapped around her feet trying to keep herself warm and she was wearing one of the other boys. So none of them were naked. No. What the fuck? Yeah. So who's cutting the clothes off? And this is what I'm saying, the para paradoxical undressing makes no sense because they'd actively been putting more clothes on themselves. Yeah. So they knew. They knew. And obviously you would know. Yeah. But sometimes if it's, if you're too far gone and your brain is playing tricks on you. But if none of them are naked, Nope. Yeah. Oh, this is so buffy. You want it? Do you want it to get even weirder? Let lay it on me because. Now they find the four INE victims. And they say, okay, let's do autopsies then. What the fuck has happened to these guys? I wonder how much longer they. Survived. And then the others. This is it. Like how long? Were Can't find an exact time. Yeah. You can probably say they've been dead for X amount of time, but also doesn't, you can't say they died the day after their friends. I swear. Freezing conditions slows down decomposition, so you wouldn't know. It would really hard to find a time death regardless. Perhaps this with something else. Did we? Yeah, we've had this. It was Johnny Ys. It was Johnny Ys because Christmas Day. Yeah.'cause of the guy. Anyway. Yeah. But that same thing is you can't tell. Exact timeframes. Yeah. Because, especially because especially if the body's been there for months and months as well.'cause also use things like insect activity. Yeah. And there's not a lot of that when some I don't think there's any of it if it's freezing conditions. Taboo? Brino had actually suffered a massive skull fracture. Fuck yeah. Zoff and Dubin, Nina both had massive crushing chest injuries so severe that Dubin, Nina's chest injury pierced to heart. Her ribs pierced to heart. What the fuck and can that happen from snow? So they said they, with the patterns of the injuries, they could not have been from the same in incident. Oh, so it couldn't have been that they were in the ravine tooth thick or something, and they said that the injuries, the only time injuries like that and the skull fracture are something like somebody being hit by a fucking car. Fucking hell. And or falling from a height of more than 50 feet. Jesus Christ. Yeah. More tree climbing action. A 50 foot tree both climbed a 50 foot tree and both fell on their chests and then they said zov. It was strange because that people, basically, what happens again is they put that down to a fall, they fell over and it's no, those injuries couldn't be caused by them falling from their height. Yeah, they would've had to fallen off something but his were even stranger. Because this sounds like an animal though. They were here. They were here. Yeah. In his chest. But no, no tears, no, no claw marks, no bite marks, no nothing. Yeah. And I guess if you're gonna run at someone, so unless you got slammed in the chest by a polar bear and then it left you alone. Yeah. I'm so confused. And then I believe that all, what did they even have on their persons to even hit each other that hard if it was them hitting each other as well? And that's what they saying got closed. They were like, could a person do that? Like maybe, but it would take a lot of he hammer. So ov as well, he showed neck damage, so he had damage behind his ear, uhhuh, almost like the skull fracture, but not so severe. And he also had he also had a long. Thin neck that felt like it was damaged. Like it was irregular. Oh. Almost like he'd been fucking rung out. Oh my gosh. Yeah. It's a fucking ghost mate. Yeah, oh, it's creeping me out and I don't like it. I was even like it because it's claustrophobia. It's a claustrophobic nightmare. But the fact that there's also, because there's snow on top of everyone. Yeah. And things are falling on top of them and they're like, that makes me anxious. It's even worse. But like the fact that there's so much unexplained shit as well. If the snow falling on top of them can't of broken their ribs and saying that hasn't, then what the fuck is f filling them about their neck and what the happened to these four compared to, because like the other ones, okay, that's all signs of. Running out into the wilderness and dying a pipe. But what they've done it, they've been like, oh guys, like why are they further away from the tent instead of going back to the tent and like even if they'd come and found their friends dead. Yeah. And been like, look, they've not made it. Take off their clothes. Yeah. And protect yourself. You'd expect them to be closer to the tent because, yeah.'cause they run their way to the 10th also, when you guys all split off. And then what, you came back and you found their bodies were you guys alive that whole time? And it felt, it seemed like they tried to make a den. Where the ravine was. So it does appear that they had been alive longer, but what happened? How did you get their clothes? And like how long? Because if you're gonna freeze to death, like if snow has fallen on top of you because of how frozen to death you are, this isn't even like they've been living it out in the woods for weeks and they've all lost the plot and. Smashing each other in the rib cage. It's like all of this happened in one night, basically. Yeah. And to have, and to the two of them, and two had skull fractures in the four in the ravine. Two had skull fractures. One looked like his neck had been rung out. Oh my. And then two had massive issues to the chest. And then Dubin, Nina. Yeah. The one with the foot. So there was like a little ravine of water where they were found. And that had caused massive. Facial decay to Zov and Doina. She had no eyes. Oh my God. She had no eyes. And they said that was because of the water, which people were like weird. But what she also didn't have was a tongue, oh my fucking audio. You could say tongue. Yeah. So she was missing her eyes and she was missing her tongue. And I think Zorio might have been missing his eyes. But she was missing her tongue, and no one else was missing their tongue. Oh, I'm not. Okay. Yeah. What is this? What is this? Someone tell me like, that is so fucking annoying that we're just never gonna know that. Yeah, every single noise that's happening is creeping me out. So despite the one last very fucking strange thing is. Despite catastrophic internal injuries, there was little external damage. So to have your chest crushed, yeah, but you haven't got a scratch on you, but no scratches on your chest outside. And then the other ones, all their rib cages are fine, but they've got scratches everywhere. AED in the face, but nothing around the skull. It is fucking, this is paranormal. Is it? It's fucking wild, isn't it? This is fucking paranormal. Yeah. This is someone ringing out someone's neck with their mind, right? Isn't it the fucking wild thing? No, I'm scared. You scared me on this evil winter. This evil day night, windy evening. I'm scared. Yeah. I need my mom. So good thing she's next door. Yeah. So the, yeah, so obviously a lot of rumors begin to spread. Yeah. Oh my god, I fucking bet. And because the government's involvement, people started to be like, oh my God, the government were testing like weird nuclear weapons. And they got caught up in it and Right. They killed them because like people said, obviously there was like, I dunno why the caskets were open, gross. But when people went to the funeral, they saw that they had an orange tan to their skin. But that is apparently that can happen to people who die of exposure. Yeah. Because they're probably like, so but people were like radiation. Test them for radiation, test them for radiation. Test them for radiation. So they test the closer radiation and some items show elevated. Wow. Radiation levels, but not lethal. Bigger than background, but not lethal amounts of radiation. But what did I tell you earlier? I can't remember. I'm so scared. One of the, one of the people Oh, yeah. Who worked a nuclear house station. Of course. Yes, you did tell me that. And there had actually been in Russia. The third biggest nuclear Yes. Event that happened after Hiroshima and Chernobyl. Yeah. The third biggest thing that ever happened in nuclear, like incidents happened in Russia. In Russia. But the Soviets covered it up. Yeah. So people didn't really know about it, so you won't have ever really heard about it. Yes. And one of the ki one of the boys that was on the. Dilo past instant, he was part of the cleanup crew, of that nuclear event. Okay. So that's why the radiation is showing up. So they think that the radiation can be explained on his clothing. That was what they explain it for. Ladina. That's it was only on him and one other man. Yeah, no, it was on her and one other man. But she was wearing I think it was color. To have, could have been name wearing clothes from someone else. I think she was wearing his jumper. Yeah. So she's probably taken as much clothing as she can. Yeah. Which, like fair. Also very important to note, the massive crushing injuries that happened to her and Zorio happened when they were alive. That was not after death. So it can't be the fucking snow. No I dunno why I'm so set on it being the snow, but it's like that's the easily explained thing for no outward injuries, but something crushing you is snow layers and layers of snow falling on top of you after you've died, but you still think you'd have, it's an impact, isn't it? You'd still think you'd have some outer injuries from it, more than just few cuts and bruises. If it's enough to crush your chest, you think there'd be bruising? Oh my God, I'm just so baffled. Yeah. Yeah. Basically the official end of the investigation is, it's concluded in May, 1959 with a vague statement that says The hiker died As a result of a compelling natural force, which there were unable to overcome. And then a natural force. Yeah, that's it. They. Yeah. That was all they ever said. That's what they decided. Then basically, obviously over the decades, there's been many theories and explanations, but I'm just gonna talk about a few avalanche theory. Yeah. So this suggests that a, maybe it wasn't a full avalanche, but a sudden, like snow slab forced the group to flee the tent. And that left them causing injury. And some ran to the ravine and to hide theirs, take shelter because it would've been a natural clip. Yeah. Like edge. That would've helped keep them Yeah. Protected. And some ran to the tree line. However, yeah, there is no evidence of an avalanche. No, there's no debris, there's no anything that would make you think an avalanche happened. So it couldn't have been a full force one. Yeah. It might have been a slight slide. Yeah. But that probably wouldn't have meant that they needed to react the way they did. However, the fact, because that tent was still pegged in means that, like if you were expecting an avalanche, you'd expect that tent to be at the fucking bottom of the mountain. Yeah. With shit everywhere. Not their boots still sat by the door with a bit of snow on top of it. Yeah. So another theory proposes that there's a violent CBA wind, which is basically an intense downhill gust capable of making the tent uninhabitable, right? And forcing the group out into the forest. So it would've just been like a, an event. It's like the perfect storm of like hot, cold and hot air, a bit like a tornado that like creates a completely unstable environment and they need to go. It wouldn't have lasted long and they could have returned to the tent. And that might have been why, like being in a riptide, yeah. But so it might have been why they put the flashlight on the tent to try and find their way back. Yeah. Afterwards also. Same with an avalanche. Yeah. But then why would you do that before it was a fall avalanche?'cause that fucking torch ain't gonna do shit, is it? Yeah. I just think if there's an avalanche and you're like, that's an avalanche. That tent's gone mate. Although then again, I don't know because the only avalanche I can ever think of is like the one A fucking Mario car. Like I've never been anywhere near an avalanche. I don't know. But basically there's other theories like attacked by the local tribes, which is one that I, the documentary I was looking at. Someone in those tribes must have some idea. So basically when the documenter I was watching today, he. So obviously quite a big part of the theory was that the tent was cut from the inside. Yeah. However, there is a criminal neurologist or a criminalist, I think she kept calling herself who is has been really looking into it. And she did a test on the same fabric and when you cut from the outside it like, does this? Yeah. And looks like it could have been inside like dumping. So that kind of. Fabric does that, and she did do it, and it did look a lot like the photo. So there is a chance that they surmised that it was cut from the inside too quickly. Yes. And never looked at what the fret from the outside was gonna be, but for one person to overcome nine people. Yeah. Yeah. And that would be huge. So it would have to have been a few. And then obviously immediately they go to the Mancy tribe because of the conflict between the Soviets and the tribe. Saying that they were angry that these people were on their land and it was a spiritual mountain and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Yeah. But there's just no evidence of any of that. No. I don't necessarily think that someone, a person did it. Yeah. I just feel like there has to be someone that lived near there that has some knowledge of something. That was just like, wow. They were hundreds of miles I think it was. I could be wrong about that, but they were very far away from any town. And like you ain't going out that only people that were close were the man Sea tribe. Exactly. And even they weren't very close. But like how does this much stuff happen to a group of people and not a single other person is involved? Yeah, no idea. But that's it. There is no, also they didn't answer, they. They dunno what happened to them. There is no solid theory. There is, the avalanche theory I think is widely accepted. Yeah. That is probably what happened. But that does not, I can understand them thinking, oh my God, the snow's about to land on this tent. We need to get out, cutting themselves out. Running slash walking while walking. I don't know off. Especially if you think it's gonna be an avalanche. Unless you mean you are walking away unless hear me out. Yeah. They think there's gonna be an avalanche. So they'll get out tent and then there is an avalanche, but it knocks them all down to the bottom of the hill. That's why there's footprints at the start and then they all just have loads of bad injuries because it's avalanche. And they, some of them make it far away. No, because great theory, but there's no, no evidence of an avalanche. They just look at the URIs and think you're the weak ones who give us the clue. And everyone said because they were such experience, especially the Diat love and Zola Ter. Because they were, yeah. They such experienced skiers. They, if there was any chance of an avalanche hill, not, they would not have told them to no. To pitch up on Yeah. The side of a mountain. And also it doesn't necessarily, unless there were factors before that, like maybe they were fucking losing their mind. Yeah. Yeah. This is what we play that had played into it. And that's what people think. There's obviously theories about like infighting and stuff as well, and something that's happened or somebody's gone out of the tent, ran out of the tent maybe, and everybody's gone out looking for them. But again, that seems like a really stupid thing to do for such experienced Yeah, people. Like maybe one or two people might have done that. The fact all nine of them lost the plot at exactly the same time. Yeah, like it's very unlikely. And then there's, like flares of things in the sky and theories about rockets and yeah, radiation from government experiments, but literally no idea and no theory that pulls together why they have those injuries and what happened to their tent and why they only walked away from it. Yeah. And why are they separated? Why do that? Why all of them separated. Why would you do that? Yeah. Why would you do that? Also, it's interesting that the ones that have more. Injuries were further away. Yeah. And found with the most clothes on. Yeah. You maybe expect that if both the URIs had really bad injuries, that the rest of the group said, look, mate, you're fucked. We're taking your clothes, we're taking your staff, and we are gonna try and survive. But again, but they only had scratches and they would, and. There's no evidence to suggest that they were with them at any point. It looks like they were all together and then they split off and there's no evidence to suggest that they crossed paths again after that first splitting off. So they, at that point you would've just run out of a 10. They wouldn't have been fucked. So they would've made the decision to steal their clothes. Yeah. So actually not all nine of them didn't have to walk off at the same time. No. And maybe if someone cut the tent and ran out and someone else followed them. Yeah. To be like, what the fuck are you doing? And that they found, but the rest of them then were like, we can't stay in this tent overnight now because they've cut it. They've cut it over. But then why? Yeah. I guess maybe that's why they took more clothes with them, but then you didn't take shoes, but then you still didn't take shoes. What the fuck is going on? Yeah. It's so strange, isn't it? I, it's a fucking ghost mate. Yeah, it's a little mountain ghost. No good reason. I know that is not technically a true crime case, but like it could be. Yeah, it could be. It could be murder. It's a general mystery. It's super mis mysterious. And I was just like, my mom actually suggested this. Yes. She texted me saying, have you ever thought about it? And then I was like, actually, that's such a good little yeah. Good little choice. So thank you, Allison. Thanks Allison. But now that's just in my mind for the rest of my life. Yeah. But it will, how am I ever gonna know what, just what? Yeah, if you could do anything. I always think that there's so many mysteries that I'd be like, if I could go back and figure out what happened to somebody. Obviously I know it's basic and I'm real sorry, but I want to know what happened to JonBenet Ramsey? Have you seen the things about her and Epstein files? Oh my God, yeah. Such a fucking. Yeah, fuckery that fuck what a terrible fucking week it's been like. Yeah, what an absolute shit. And to know what's terrifying is obviously I'm telling you now, if you told if there was evidence that came through and said that this was a mountain ghost, I, it wouldn't surprise me anymore. Yeah. Nothing surprises you anymore. No fucking president of the US as a pedophile. Not that we didn't already know that, but allegedly. But what, allegedly. But you still get people be like, love you. Also the reality is like. This is it. So this is what I was gonna say. In I've been try, I try and stay away from it as much as I can because like I consume too much of it sometimes and it takes over for me. And like obviously it's really hard to stay away at the moment with the fucking, all this shit coming out constantly. Yeah. And the thing is you want to be educated enough to understand what's going on. Yeah. Because this will affect our future. Yeah. Every day is affecting our future. However, I can't watch it too much because it actually just makes me sick. Yeah. Like it makes me but terrified. But there are still like, people are still arguing and fighting and Do you know what the biggest thing is? Is like people are saying, yeah, obviously these are just accusations. So what they've compiled as accusations, they're like. Obviously because Epstein was a high end and it's not citizen, he obviously would've been hanging out with Donald Trump at some point. He was a millionaire, and it's not proven. None of the business is proven. He was a million man. And they were like, it's proven. And then they think that it's proven false because in the side column it's basically said they, never made contact with the victim. Or it says victim is deceased, couldn't verify couldn't verify what they've said, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And people are saying, obvi, that means that it's false. And it's no. Also, if any. Democrat. Any Democrat in the US had this many allegations against them. You would literally be like, oh my God. How disgusting. Like he is known to, to associate with Jeffrey Epstein, which is already bad enough. Yeah. 15 years of him, them being best friends, literally. And a verified email that said that Jeffrey Ene literally says Donald Trump is the dog that didn't bark. Yeah. Yeah. Also, Jeffrey Epstein was not being discreet about what he was doing. Yeah. He was very openly Yeah. Proud could be the fact that he was a piece of shit and Donald Trump still would hang out with him. But there could be literal DNA evidence. Yeah. Which is literal DNA evidence. Evidence. And MAGA would still say. No. No, not enough. You have to prove it to me. It has to be proved to me. How about you just genuinely believe that someone that has thousands of allegations against them is a pedophile? Let's ask the question that if Barack Obama had this much allegations against that's what people kept saying. They were like, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are gonna be in the Epstein V. And yes, bill Clinton is in those Epstein V and yes. Fuck him too. Yeah. Yeah. Fuck him too. But it's just interesting how this fucking little orange man is still somehow getting away. Like he is the wildest piece of shit I've ever known and he's, and there's so many allegations and there's proof everywhere about, and it's terrifying. And the Department of Justice being like, oh, we will release the files, but we'll release. A third of them what we like when we like, we'll censor so much of it, except for the victim's private, personal information. Literally, I just can't be fucking ass. Which is why I was like, I don't want to dig too much into it because all it's doing is just outing people's trauma. But it doesn't, as opposed to outing anyone that should be out there. It doesn't do anything like that. Doesn't, they're still protecting him. They're still gonna protect him. Yeah. There's no, they'll cover up what they need to cover up without there being too much of a scandal. Because this is, it's too far gone for them to not get away with releasing anything. So they've, the Department of Justice has been like, here you go. Yeah. But it's still not enough how bad it is, need to it's the fact that it's like there's propaganda that is reaching people that I just don't, I can't even fathom an understanding of it. My mom would fucking hang me up to drive. I even dared to say anything. Of voting reform. Yeah. And I've educated myself because I've grown up like that. But those kind of videos are important because there's some things that people won't even think of. And they'll just vote reform because of some weird promised because it's all about, it's all about immigration, but it's so important to okay, if immigration is such a hot point view. Fine, whatever. But like you need to pay attention to the other things that they will be doing because Nigel Farage will privatize the NHS if he gets in. Yeah. Like it's, the, and obviously he's planning to make his own ice, but there is already an ice developing under labor as well. Like it terrifying what they want to do. And they. In their sort of manifestos and what they'll do and blah, blah, blah, blah. The lack of any support or care for women. Yeah. The actual, the only time they talk about trans people is talking about getting rid of the trans agenda. Yeah. Like it the things that we are willing to vote in because we think that immigration is a massive issue. Yeah. That it just. It can't be illegal on stolen land. It can't be illegal on stolen land. To quote the Queen her fucking self, Billy Eilish. Iconic. Iconic, and I, that is why I will love her forever ever. And she will be my most streamed artist the rest of my life. Because if you are a person in power Yeah. And you have a platform and you aren't speaking out, you are a piece of shit. Yeah. And that's the end of our, yeah, a hundred percent. It actually just makes me like. I've, I read things about it. I educate myself, but I always have, always will. Yeah. But at the minute I have had to be like, I can't, you step away. Sometimes it's terrifying'cause I actually just don't know how we carry. And for the people that say aren't political fucking shut up. Don't say I know. What will it take for you to realize that this affects everybody? Yeah. It just makes me so stressed and like the more I look into it, the more it makes me like lie awake at night thinking what is the next Yeah, year, the next five, the next 10 years. Bringing this world is absolutely, and ruins and I just don't, I'm not, yeah. And I'd love to say, I'd love to be hopeful and I think that's why people like Zach Polanski are really important because he is running off hope. So it's really good to when you want a reprieve. To go to him. To look at what he's trying to do. But Jesus fucking Christ, it's bad out there at the minute. Yeah. And every single time I think that there's a chance of something that I believe in getting power or getting in. Yeah. Or getting support. It's because the people that I associate myself with think like that. It's the secret voters that don't voice their opinion because they know deep down that it's fucked. Yeah. That I don't hear about. Yeah. That time and time again, get in and blow my mind. Yeah. Like it just, yeah. I can't talk about it anymore because I'm like it just terrifies me. Yeah. I just it's all very scary and very bleak and it is something that actually physically makes me feel sick and keeps me up at night because it's just not the kind of world that I want to live in. But, you can't dictate that and. I guess my hope is that, I have seen people who are like big Trump fans and have been big Trump supporters beginning to renounce based off what they're seeing. Yeah. I just, I hope if anything, I just don't, I hope anything, it just starts changing people's minds. But I dunno, if you watch the, there's that podcast that's two kids and their parents and the two kids that are liberals and their parents. Trump supporters. Yeah. So that, and like I watched one of the clips today and it was just like, I don't believe it. You need to prove to me. And it's fuck it. It's just what more do you want? If someone down your road had that many accusations against them, you'd be pretty much, you'd be first one on the fucking WhatsApp group Check shunning them out. Yeah. But when letting a person that should be held to a higher regard because he's running a very powerful country. You think there needs to be. Full fucking evidence. Yeah. Rather than actually the fact that thousands of people are willing to say that he was part of that, we've got a fucking world landslide coming our way. Yeah. With no explanation. That's what I'm saying. Anyway, that delved straight into quite a bleak place, but I'm not even sure how we got there from what we were talking about. I don't know. I just feel like we literally got there from JonBenet Ramsey, but maybe we have never said it because. We've never had a moment to say it, but just to be clear, we are fucking, we're lefties. Yeah. Fuck ice. Fuck Don. Fuck ice. Fuck Donald Trump. Fuck. Fuck Johnson. Fuck Nigel Farage. Fuck the Tories. Yeah. Vote green. Fuck reform. Fuck reform. Vote green and only green. Yeah. Dumb with it all. Yeah. Absolute fucking crazy world. You can't be illegal on stolen land. Yeah. Fucking yeah. Yes. Yes, mama. Anyway. Love you all vote for drag queens only. Yes. Be nicer. Yeah. Stop fucking hating people. Yeah. And actually eat the fucking rich. Eat the fucking rich. Yeah. Sit down. See you next week.
