He works in criminal justice policy through his firm Catalyst Collaborative, and serves as the Director of Legal and Government Affairs for LifeSkills, Inc., in Kentucky. When he’s not working, Whitney and his wife, Amanda, have their hands full with five children, including one-year-old triplets!
