The Wayfinder and the Warflower by Anna Chantal. Have you ever yearned for someone to turn up on your doorstep with flowers, take you in their arms, hear I love you from them as they kiss you so passionately, so lovingly that you can lose yourself in the moment and forget about the stress of every day? Have you ever yearned for that solid, secure and safe bow to rest your weary wings just until you have recalibrated a little to do it all over again and soar once more? I wanted to be able to take my children on adventures with this incredible person because I could trust them with mine in their hearts implicitly. I wanted to feel secure, stable, and loved by someone who deserved me. I imagined so intensely somebody to share the mundane, everyday things that come with parenthood and work as an unstoppable team. From the foundations of love side by side united. I imagined so intensely the aura of this person, to the extent that I could close my eyes and the hairs on the back of my neck stood on end as I imagined he was there, just behind me, ready to catch me if I faltered. But actually, what I found out that I really needed, putting yearnings aside, was to learn to love myself first. I remembered I could buy myself flowers and that I am the most worthy, important woman in the world to myself and my three beautiful children. You may have always known you are a good person with a huge heart. You know you give and give and give, rarely getting the same respect, love and sacrifice back in return, but that doesn't make you unworthy of it. It simply shows that your love is too great for some to handle. Everything we do and have ever done is from a place of the purest love, and it is love that empowers us at the highest vibration. Sometimes, however, unconditional giving and loving becomes relentless if you don't keep enough back for yourself. Ladies, I stand for all women lost in their identities of mum, sister, wife, daughter, friend. Giving their all with little reward, but acknowledge that they are doing their best with what they have to offer, and it is truly enough. I stand for those who have suffered and given themselves up for a cause. I stand for those who have been strong for too long and cracks are beginning to appear as they crumble under the pressure, suffering mental illness. I stand for those who lost the fight, who could stand strong no longer and fell. I am here by your side, holding you up, and I see you. Truly I do, because I was you not too long ago. Be yourselves, beautiful souls. The impact you make is like a butterfly effect, spreading love around the world, standing together stronger.
