Good afternoon, everybody. Today is April the seventeenth, two thousand and twenty six quarter to two in the afternoon. I wanted to get earn this afternoon and read Psalms one eighteen. I just cannot get enough of that one. That psalm was all about putting our confidence and trust and pus handing it all over to God. I mean 'cause that's what we have to do. If if you cannot I mean you get that vehicle out there every day and you have the confidence and the trust that it's gonna get you where you're going, but you need to put that same confidence in God and more. Just hand it all over to him and let him guide you in your ways. I'm gonna read one hundred eighteenth, Psalms one eighteen the whole thing of give thanks to the Lord for he is good, for his mercy endures forever. And it does. Let Israel now say his mercy endures forever. Let the house of Aaron now say his mercy endures forever. Let those who feared the Lord now say his mercy endures forever. I called on the Lord in distress, the Lord answered me and set me in a broad place. July twenty fourth, when I had my motorcycle wrecked, I called on the Lord that day also. And I shouldn't be here now, but I am. Died three times in surgery, and the Lord told me while I was in surgery that he was not through with me yet, that I had other things to do, and I truly believe that this is it, getting out here reading scripture to you guys and talking about what the good Lord has done for me in my life, inviting other people on the podcast to give their testimony. And I'm happy now. I weren't happy before I was miserable. I was always wanting earthly things and couldn't be happy with those. But I'm definitely happy now and I'm tickled to death to be here, tickled to death to be able to read this stuff to you guys and explain it from my view and hopefully that I'm not crossing anything up. This is the way I see it. The Lord is on my side. I will not fear. And that's another thing. When you give everything to God, He'll turn that fear into courage. Because I've never been I don't know, I guess I was the class clown, but I didn't want to I was scared to talk to people about Christ. And now in the grocery stores, the cast pumps or wherever I'll give my testimony. I'll tell people about Christ when they ask about my logo on the back of my truck and what that means and all that. I mean, I'm ready. Just turn it over to him. He'll do you the same way. What can man do to me? The man man can't do anything. Anything bad happens you that's the devil. Remember the devil comes to kill, steal, and destroy. And that's what he does if you let him. But you can rebuke that by giving it all over to God. The Lord is for me among those who help me. Therefore I shall see my desire on those who hate me. It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man. And that's true, I mean you can put some confidence in your fellow man. I I probably put more in my wife, but if give it all you got to give it all to God. Trust that God is gonna do what you need to be done when you give it over to him and pray and be thankful for everything he does for you every day. It is better to trust in the Lord than put confidence in man. It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in princes. Hallelujah. And the politics. All nations surrounded me, but in the name of the Lord I would destroy them. They surrounded me, yes, they surrounded me, but in the name of the Lord I would destroy them. They surrounded me like bees, they were quenched like a fire of thorns, for in the name of the Lord I will destroy them. You push me violently that I might fall, but the Lord helped me. The Lord is my strength and song, and he has become my salvation. The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tents of the righteous. The right hand of the Lord does valiantly, the right hand of the Lord is exalted, the right hand of the Lord does violently. I shall not die but live and declare the works of the Lord. The Lord has chastened me severely, but he has not given me ever to death. Amen. That's why I'm still here. Open to me the gates of righteousness, and I will go through them, and I will praise the Lord. This is the gate of the Lord, through which the righteous shall enter, and I will praise you, for you have answered me and have become my salvation. The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone. Now, think about that prophecy right there. Verse twenty two. That's Jesus. Jesus is our chief cornerstone. This was the Lord's doing. It is marvelous in our eyes. See, dear heavily Father, John three sixteen, for God so loved the world that he gave his one and only begotten Son. He went to the cross and died for our sins. All of our sins are forgiven, past, present, and future. But I don't give you the right to just go out there well I'm gonna be seeing, I'm gonna sin anyway, because we have to follow Jesus and follow his ways and be more like Jesus. Get out and reach and touch, and love one another. Love thy neighbor. This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it. Save now, I pray, O Lord, O Lord, I pray. Send now prosperity. Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. We have blessed you from the house of the Lord. God is the Lord, and He has given us light. Bind the sacrifice with cords to the horns of the altar. You are my God, and I will praise you. You are my God, I will exalt you. I will give thanks to the Lord for He is good, for His mercy endures forever. Get your Bibles out and your phone apps and read chapter one hundred eighteen Psalms one hundred eighteen. It's all about confidence in God's eternal love. I mean God's love for us is unchanging. We change every day. We wake up some mornings and think that we've got it and we can do it all. We don't need any help, but that is totally wrong. I don't care if you a billionaire. You've always got this thought in the back of your mind that you need more and need more and what you're seeking is God. And every all of us need to turn to him to make our lives better and get out there and spread the word because we were all called to be disciples. Sunday through Sunday. Y'all remember that. So get out there and give thanks to the Lord, praise him, turn your life over to Jesus and get put it all in his hands, and he will make it a hundred percent better, I promise you. I mean, we're still gonna have our up and downs because we are human. But when that happens, you're losing confidence. Get out there and praise God, tell people about him, and just turn it all over to him. Say, Lord, I give you my finances, my worries, and my troubles. Guide me in the way you want me to go. Show me the way and let me do your will. Things get so much better. Remember, Jesus loves you, and so do I. God bless you, and have a great day.
