Welcome back beautiful to she's beyond elevated. This episode today is called the elevation method unpacked. So we're actually going to go behind the scenes. This is where I break down the exact framework that I use to help high achieving women of color. Stop being brilliant and boxed in And start being elevated and unstoppable. Let's get into it. Yeah. Hello beautiful you tuned in to She's Beyond Elevated with Doctor Kimberly Dunlap. The space where purpose meets power and faith meets execution here. Let's get into it. Here's what I know to be true Talent without direction leads to burnout. Degrees without strategy leads to underpayment, and success without fulfillment feels like a beautifully decorated cage trapping you in to what you desire the least. So most women don't lack intelligent, they simply lack framework. And so this episode I decided to take you guys behind the scenes to actually show you the exact framework that I use to get clients from. $80,000 a year to $120,000 a year from distracted and unsure to purpose and driven. So the elevation method exists because far too many women were taught to collect credentials. Instead of currency, they were taught to seek approval instead of authority and to seek out survival instead of strategy. So elevation isn't about doing more. I say that to you guys all the time because Simply put. You in your rarest form right now, is probably more than 20% more qualified than others, so there's no more degrees that you need, OK? It's about finally doing what works for you. No one else, just you. And so the elevation method is built of four intentional pillars. Each one of these I designed to unlock income, impact, inner peace, all of those things. So the first pillar is actually on clarity who you are and what you. Actually what you're actually here to do. OK, so in this pillar we actually strip away external expectations and truly uncover your real gifts, your desires and the non negotiables so that you stop chasing paths that were really never designed for you. The second pillar is confidence, being able to trust your voice and your vision. In this pillar, we dismantle the imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and the internal narratives that really keep. Can have, can't you? Playing small despite all of the credentials, all of the letters, the initials, all of the things?The third pillar, which is actually one of my favorites, is credibility. Positioning yourself as the authority figure because Degrees don't automatically create credibility, positioning does. We refine your brand, your message, and your presence so that you're recognized as a leader, not just. Another worker. And then the 4th pillar, which is usually everyone else's favorite, is currency. We turn your knowledge into actual tangible income. Money's in the bank digits on this check. All of the things, right? This is where brilliance becomes bankable. We map. Aligned income streams. Strengthen negotiable powers and build wealth. In the form of pathways that don't require you working an additional 12 hours a day. So how does this method work? So here's what it looks like in action. A woman comes to me making six figures. But she feels invisible, exhausted, spiritually disconnected, and she knows she's actually called to do more, but really doesn't know how to pivot without blowing up her entire life. Through clarity, we actually identified talents that she's ignored for years because that's usually what happens. We get credentialed and we operate in the credentials and never go back and look at. Our actual talents and the gifts that we have naturally. So we do that through clarity now, through confidence, we actually rewire her internal authority. So instead of her questioning whether or not she's the best person for the new role or the more money or however. We rewire her to actually understand that she is the best person in this time, in this era, to do this thing right. Then, through credibility, she becomes the voice people actually listen to. She's already the voice of that people follow She's. Already the person, the subject matter expert in in in this thing, she's already the person that everyone gives the most important non negotiable items too because they know she's going to get the job done. So we simply package that and then finally through currently. Currency. She negotiates A5 figure raise or builds income outside of her nine to five. And this is how alignments, how alignment becomes abundance and how elevation stops being so. It stops being so, uh, theoretical it more than anything. So who is this method for? This method is for the woman who is the go to for everyone. But neglects herself. This is designed for the woman who has the degrees, the titles, the accolades, all of that. But she still feels capped. Know that she's positioned for more but never goes after it. It's for the woman who is underpaid, underestimated and just exhausted from over proving. Because, of course, most women, especially women of color in a corporate setting in areas that are predominantly. Designed to make her the employee instead of the leader. Have to prove themselves to be twice as powerful to get a fraction of. Traction. So yeah. So we, we we uncover those things. It's for the woman who has been silencing her real vision just to keep the peace, not blow up her life, not rock the boat. She went to school all of these years. She might as well use it, that woman. And also for the woman who knows deep down inside that she's built for more. That she's built to make impact, that she's built to do all of the things that she has neglected to do in this time.
