Rebuilt Different
Hosted by Epiphany Paige — cancer and stroke survivor turned truth-teller — Rebuilt Different is about boundaries, healing, and outgrowing the version of yourself you built just to survive. It’s raw, a little messy, sometimes funny, and always about spotting your patterns, giving yourself grace, and rebuilding on your own terms.

There was a season where I confused defensiveness with confidence.
I thought reacting fast meant I was powerful.
I thought intensity meant I was in control.
But really? My nervous system was fried. I was living in survival mode and calling it strength.
In this episode of Rebuilt Different, I’m unpacking how the version of you that kept you alive can quietly become the version you think you are. We’re talking escalation, stored tension, fight-or-flight energy, and why dominance isn’t the same thing as regulation.
This isn’t about shaming who you had to be.
It’s about outgrowing the armor — and realizing that calm is actual power.
