The Spiritual Practice That Breaks the Cycle of Judgment

In this teaching Saint Germain returns to the foundational practice of gratitude as a tool for mastery. He asks participants to write five gratitudes on a daily basis, and teaches how this practice shifts consciousness out of judgment and into neutrality, allowing external circumstances to lose their power over you. When you stop labeling life as “good” or “bad,” you begin stepping into your I AM Presence and living as the creator of your world, and leaving victim consciousness behind. Gratitude becomes the first step in building spiritual momentum—the same steady momentum by which a child learns to walk.
He shares that Earth is a schoolroom, and that each soul is here to master specific qualities of God. Through tests, especially during the solstice cycles, we are invited to refine ourselves, by watching our reactions, dissolving defensiveness, and swallowing what is often the “bitter pill” of truth without self-condemnation. Saint Germain offers profound reassurance: no Master ever beats you up. Your Holy Christ Self stands beside you in compassion, guiding growth through love, not shame.
The episode expands with some student questions. Saint Germain shares that your beliefs shape your experience; which shapes your perception and determines your world. By closely examining your beliefs, choosing gratitude, speaking truth without violence, and using prayer as an act of God power, you actively participate in bringing forth the Golden Age.
