The Spiritual Practice That Reveals the Gift in Every Experience

In this 3rd dictation on a series of teachings about gratitude, Saint Germain reminds listeners of the profound love the spiritual realms hold for humanity and encourages us all to remember our divine origin. So we are calling to you to come and teach us. Spend some time with us because we are here for you. Amen. Well, I love and adore, as this messenger has said. I love being with you. And I'm so thrilled that you are here. I'm so thrilled. Everyone who's here who's new, I welcome you. I am very, very grateful for your presence. You are very precious to my heart. Even if you are new, you may say, Well, how can that be? I've never heard of you before and I don't know anything about you. I've known you before you ever came into a body. I held each and every one of you in my arms before you came to this planet in this embodiment. That is how precious you are to me. I held you as that little baby that you were, so you would remember me. So when you came in contact with me, your soul would leap for joy for seeing me again. Because I leap for joy every time I am in your presence. So here we are. Now, those of you who are new, you don't know about this, but I had given some homework. And the homework that I had given was I asked every person to every day write down five things that you were grateful for. Five things. Something that you would normally say, that's not so nice. I don't like this. It's one thing to say, I'm so grateful that I have a home and a roof over my head. I'm so grateful for my friends, I'm so grateful for my family. It's another to say, that person was not nice to me. I don't want to be around them. That was not uplifting. But here's why. That situation can become one of your greatest teachers, and you can be grateful for that. You will learn more sometimes from those very difficult situations, and when you overcome it in particular, than you will if life is just an ease and a flow. Now everyone wants life to be an ease and a flow, and I want that for you. This is what it is like to live in a golden age. You're living in your God consciousness, you're living in all the qualities of God that you were created and designed to be, and you get to be that way all the time. And your soul is very, very happy when you're doing that because that's when you're living heaven on earth. So of course you want to be in that. But we have to get there. And I'm hoping that you will work with me and that you'll want to help me to help you bring heaven on earth again. Because the only way that can happen is if people in a physical body actually start to operate like they're living in heaven. One of the things, besides saying, talk about what you're grateful for with that very difficult teacher or difficult situation, is I want you to start to understand the importance of getting your emotions under control and getting your mind under control. The monkey mind, as it's sometimes called, is all over the place. What I'm talking about is the thoughts that run through your mind, the minute you wake up in the morning until the moment you go to bed at night, all the different thoughts that are running through your mind, running, running, running, running, running, running, running, and they may not even have anything of importance to say to you. You can control that. You can get control of that. And the more you get control of your thoughts, and the more you get your emotions under control, when you're in a difficult situation and you don't label it as bad, you'll find that it's not so difficult anymore. It's even putting the label on this is bad that makes it so. Now, I'm not saying there's not situations where you look at and you go, oh god, that was really horrible to see that happen. And yes, there are those situations on this planet. But when you don't go into, oh, this is bad, you will find that you will find solutions. When you keep your energy high, you keep your vibration high, you are keeping yourself connected to your I am presence at all times until you lower it into something that's not as high a vibration. Jealousy, anger, as this messenger has used the that example. Greed. Those are lower vibrations. So what happens is when you lower your vibration, you start to cut yourself off from your God presence until you lift your energies back up again and then you remake that connection. But anytime during the day, you can find yourself connected, disconnected, connected, disconnected, connected, disconnected, and you're on a yo-yo. I'm here to share with you. If you start to take command of that, you will find that instead of this, your life starts to become more like this. Harmonious. Emotions. Emotion is the fuel. You're a co-creator with your I am presence. As this messenger was explaining to you, all those little electrons flowing into you every second of the day. You then take that electron and you tell it what you want it to do. You are the creator. This is the way you create. When that energy is coming into you and those electrons are flowing into you, and you are keeping yourself even, but let's say you get excited, I want to start a new business. I want to get something that's going to leave a wonderful impact on the world, like the beautiful monk that you mentioned. He left his mark on the world. You can too. In fact, you were designed to do that. You are meant to leave footprints in the sand that others then can follow you in. So when you're creating, what makes things come into a physical manifestation is your desire. So if you're putting all your energy into being jealous or greedy, you're what are you going to find manifesting in your world? You'll have more jealousy. You'll draw more people into your world that will activate that jealousy. Or if it's greed, you will find people coming into your world that will activate the greed, and you'll start to go, why is God picking on me? Why do I get all these people that are so nasty? They're jealous of me and they treat me poorly. I don't like this. Harmony. And the people that normally could be agitated, they will find getting in harmony in that person's presence. That's the laws of attraction. You get to create whatever world you want. You are totally in control of whatever you create. It's all up to you. So what do you want to create? Now, what I would love to hear your answer be is Saint Germain, I want to help bring in heaven on earth. Because I will work with you. And if you tell me that, I will work with you every second of the day because I love to work with people that have the same like-minded consciousness as I do to want to turn this planet into heaven again. Did you know this planet was created to be a heaven? You will read that in the book of Genesis. Some other stories about evolution and a creation story talk about the same thing. But this planet was created to be heaven. Even when you came to this planet, you got to make mistakes. And I'm here because if you've made some mistakes, I have a really great way that you can clean it up really, really fast. So let's talk about back to your light body. You were created as a being of light. You are beautiful beyond words. If you could see yourself the way I see you, you would never ever ever question yourself again. You would know who you were, and you know each other by the magnificence of your colors. You have gorgeous colors in your makeup because every quality of God has a color to it. So some of them you're even familiar with. What color goes typically with wisdom or knowledge?

Blue. So every time you use a quality of God, you're using that color in you. And because I was talking about, you're expanding every time you use it, you become more of that color, and you become more and more beautiful. And that's hard to even say because you're so gorgeous right now. But as you expand that light more and more, and those colors get bigger and bigger, you are so magnificent. You would never ever question yourself again. This is how you were created to be. This is what you were designed to be. And no one can take that away from you. I'm here to talk about a very specific color. Because when you come to this planet, even though you have all the quality of God's in you, just like when you go to college, you pick a minor and a major, sometimes just a major. But in my world, the heaven world, you pick a major and a minor, which means you're going to take a quality of God and you're going to really work on becoming a master of that quality. And then you choose a minor where you're going to get very good and very skilled at it. So let's say your God quality is wisdom. You're here to be a teacher. You're here to help instruct other people, you're here to help guide them in that yellow ray. But let's say you love music. Well, music is actually on the green ray, which most people think of as healing. But doesn't music heal? Absolutely. You might say, I'm going to use my wisdom and I'm going to do a really good job at it, but I also want to do, I want to really become good at music as well. And we'll tell you, go for it. In this physical dimension, you get to do that. You get to take all this light that's pouring into you, these electrons that are pouring into you, and you get to coat it with wisdom. And then as you get skilled in music, you start to build more and more of that green. So pretty soon, when a child is learning how to play an instrument, they don't sound so good typically unless they're a savant, correct? It takes some practice. You get to practice. You get to practice and practice and practice and practice. And that's what makes it fun. Because as you get better and better at it, you become more and more confident, just like that child who's learning how to walk. Do you ever see a child when they're getting so excited because they took their first step and they fall down, but they're so excited because they took their first step, and then they try again. And then they get two steps in. They're a little wobbly and cheeky, but they are so excited. You started out that way. That's why when you were learning how to walk, you got excited too. This is how you were created to be. You forgot. When things got difficult, you forgot. But that excitement, that joy of learning, and trying and trying and trying and trying and trying until you get better and better and better at it, until you get into school, and even though you're not playing your instrument, let's say it's the violin, you're not playing it so well, by the end of the year you kept practicing and your teacher kept giving you instruction. Pretty soon you didn't sound so bad. Now let's advance it four years later, and you're doing pretty good, and you're in the orchestra at school. And then you decide I love it so much, I want to play in the band on the weekends. I want to be um when the football team comes out, I want to be in the band playing. And you get better and better. That's how it works. That's how you become a master. Well, that's the easy part. What happens though when you screw up? What happens when you go? I did not do a good job at that because I'm paying attention to my thoughts, I'm watching my emotions, and I just unleashed on someone. Wow. I really wish I didn't do that. Okay, I can go and tell them I'm sorry, and hopefully they'll accept my apology. But I want to talk about the secret formula I have. This was my mastery. The violet color. So the violet color is made up of two colors. It's made up of blue, which think of like the blueprint, and it's made up of pink. Or it even gets into darker pink colors like ruby. When you mix those two colors together, they make this really vibrant, I consider the best color, a violet. Now, why that color is so important and why I spent my time gaining mastery over it is because if I did something that I don't feel good about, I don't feel proud of, I can visualize or I can even do use words to bring that violet color into it. Let's go back to the example that Mary was using of anger. And that those electrons, hundreds of thousands of electrons get coated in that anger. Usually have a very strange red color to it. As that's going out and it lands, you can go, wait a minute, I can't believe I just did that. I'm gonna clean this up. So you can see that person that maybe you sent the anger to, and you can see them colored in this beautiful violet color, that pink and blue. Now, if you will use your visualization, you can see it start to bubble on those little electrons that's covered in that anger. And maybe it starts to spin, and maybe it starts to starts to go into a flame. You can visualize it in many different ways, but it might automatically do it if you do use this technique enough. What you will see is that coating on those electrons starts to melt away. Because love, that pink color, melts. When you're in love, doesn't it just melt your heart? Well, it does the same thing when you've screwed up, made a mistake. And you don't call yourself a failure. You're here on this planet to make mistakes. The good news though, you get to clean it up. So if you see that beautiful pink color starting to melt away, that funny color, or it might hatred black. Black. You can see it literally start to melt that away. And you'll see that black or that red or whatever yucky color, pea soupy yucky color, you will see it start to turn into that rosy color, that beautiful red or pink. And then because the blue is there, that a little electron gets set back to the way it was originally created. And then you get to see all that love come back to you now, and then you get to watch that person feel better. That's how you clean up your mistakes in the easiest way possible. I recommend this technique because it's such an easy way to do it. You can see yourself in violet every day before you start your day, visualize yourself in violet because if something's starting to bubble up inside of you, I slept wrong last night and I woke up in a really bad mood, you will find that this will start to lift you. You'll start to feel a little happier. You'll find yourself just in a better space. And this is what I want for you. This is how you clean up your mistakes, but it's also how you bring heaven to earth. Which is my objective with you. The reason Violet is so important right now, besides the way I was just sharing it with you. How many of you have heard of the Age of Aquarius? Most people have. They didn't have a song about it in the 60s. That's how most people got familiar. That song was telling you that we were going into a different age, a different time. Pisces was where we were. It takes about 2100 years to go from one zodiac sign to another. So before Aquarius, it was Pisces. And Pisces was a purple color. It's service. Well, now we're going into my quality, which is freedom. I want you to be free from all your mistakes. So the way you were created and designed to be, to be a god or a goddess, you can actually accomplish it. Because you can. You're the creator of your world. You can do anything with the energy that comes into you. But if you decide to determine I'm going to be every God quality that's within me, and I'm going to really go for mastering my quality, and I'm going to work on really work on that minor. As you put your intention on that more and more, you'll start to be more and more of that. Where attention goes is what you create. When you look at what am I creating, you get to be that God or goddess. But if you make a mistake, use that color of freedom to free you from the heaviness and put you back into being light again. And it gets you back on track. It's the color of forgiveness, also. When you ask somebody for forgiveness, you're actually bringing the violet color into that conversation. And when somebody says, Will you forgive me? I'm sincerely sorry. What usually is the response? Usually. Of course I'll forgive you. Because that lightness is coming in when you're giving a sincere apology, you're bringing the violet color in, and the other person is responding to the violet color that you're bringing in, and not how you treated them that brought on the need for an apology. It's all on you, but that's where the violet will bring you up. And the more you use it, the happier you become. Yes.

I have a question about forgiveness. I've had people apologize to me in their own words, and it's like I can feel their soul leaving their body, and it's hard to believe them. And it makes me not bring up the best emotions in me because it's almost like they're not present when they're saying it, and I don't know if that's a coping mechanism, or they're so ashamed that they've rather not leaving, or they're just saying what they need to say in the moment to survive, or whatever's going on in the morning. And then the other that's a two more question. The other question is I when I was doing my prayers, I got this message that a lot of people don't like freedom because it means responsibility. And so when you forgive someone, it means that you're no longer a victim, and that can be stressful for people. I don't so I was just wondering if you had anything to say about those two things.

Yes, that's an excellent question. Two excellent questions. They're joined, though. So let's talk about what feels like an insincere apology surfacing, not really coming from their heart. I'm sure everyone has experienced that. That may be true, but can't you bring in the violet flame? Can't you do the work that they for whatever reason don't want to do the work, don't care to do the work, embarrassed, whatever. It doesn't matter the reason why, but what you can do is you can bring in the violet, you can bring in the forgiveness, you can forgive them. The Lord's Prayer is very powerful. There's very powerful statements in it. I forgive them as they are forgiving me. And what that's saying is, I will forgive whatever mistake someone has done to me because I get free. When you free yourself to be the God being that you were created to be, it doesn't matter what the other person has doing or done, you're free. So you're not doing it for them, you're doing it for yourself. But when you're doing it for yourself, you also free them. Also, people do not like freedom, just like they don't like truth. Did you ever notice if you tell someone the truth, and no matter how nice you've said it, sometimes they don't want to hear it. They get defensive, they get upset. The same thing with freedom. There is a responsibility that comes with it. But what I want you to remember is there's a lightness because you are free to be the way you were created and designed to be. That's true freedom. But it does make you accountable and responsible for every word that's come out of your mouth, every action that you've done, you are responsible for it. So that is the part that Alex is saying. Some people don't want to do that. I'd rather be a victim of my circumstances. Now I think of a victim as someone who believes there are circumstances bigger than them and pushing them around over which they have no control. Your reality is you always have control. You are always in the driver's seat. You may not choose to operate from that place, but you are always the one for your world, and this is why you become a co-creator with your mighty I am presence, because you get to create whatever you wish. That is true freedom. The way you were created and designed to be is to expand those God qualities, become a god or a goddess. Because you don't have to. You can stay in a consciousness that says, I have no control over this. Why? Because you have free will also. You can choose however you use the energies that those electrons that come into you every second of the day, you get to choose how you use it. You get to choose. Isn't that the most exciting thing you can think of? You get to choose. You get to choose how you respond, you get to choose how you behave, and if you're really focused on becoming the God or goddess, you will want to do everything you can to expand those God qualities. Why? Because it feels good. When you're around someone who's loving, doesn't it just make you feel lovable also? Don't you feel their love? And it lifts you. That's what your God qualities would do. Your God qualities vibrate at such a high vibration. You may or not believe my next statement, but you can raise your vibration to such a high place, you can do like the ascended master Enoch. Now, some people have heard of him, some people have not. In the Bible, he was the seventh from Adam, which meant he was the great, great, great, great, great grandson of Adam. I didn't put enough grates in, sorry. He loved God so much, he poured his love into every person that he met with all the love he had for God. He saw the God or goddess in them, and he poured all the love he had to his mighty eye and presence, he poured it into everyone he met. And everyone who came into his presence felt the upliftment. Now, unfortunately, at that time on the planet, this was right before the flood of Noah. Noah was his great-great-grandson. So even though he had this amazing God quality to lift people up into feeling their God presence and connecting with their God presence through being around him, not everyone was choosing to do that. He loved so much, and he did this day after day after day, and the devotion he had to seeing the God or Goddess in everyone and to connect with his I am presence and commune and pour all this love he had for his God, he actually dematerialized. The way they say it in the Bible is God took him. Now, what does that mean? That means he raised his vibration so high even the physical body, the cells in his physical body responded to that and raised so high to these eyes, these physical eyes, he disappeared. But he was actually just in a higher vibration of heaven, which is why it's said that God took him. So you can go into your God qualities so much that you can do this too. If one person can do it, every single person can. Now, this is why I'm bringing this message and saying it the way I am, because when you think that Jesus is the only one, you'll say, Oh, well, I can't do that. I'm not a God. He was a God. I can't do that. But if you've changed the perspective just a little bit to go, if he did it and he was like me, or I was like him, and he did it, that means I can do it too. Doesn't it not say you shall do as I have done and greater? That's how. If he was the only God, how could you do greater than the God unless you're a God also? So you get to play with all those God qualities and raise your vibration more and more and more until you find yourself almost floating. And then something can come along and you feel heavier again. You'll use my violet flame and lift yourself back up again. And you'll feel like floating because even your physical body starts to get lighter as you stay in constant contact with your I am presence and stay in contact with your God qualities, and you start to live life from that, you can live in joy all the time. Now, doesn't that sound great? Anyone think that's not a good idea? I don't think so. I want to see heaven come to this earth again. Earth was created to be a paradise, like it talks about in these creation stories. Many things, and some of you have heard me talk about when things went wrong. But that does not mean the way it is today is the way it was created and designed to be, just like you. This earth is a living being. This earth was created to be a paradise, also, and to hold inhabitants that want to live in the vibration of heaven, of paradise. That's you. That's why you came here. Some of you came here with a being when things got really, really difficult on this planet, and you're watching from the other side, and you're seeing the consciousness of the people go less and less in who they really were, and more and more into who they really weren't, until they actually lost contact with their I Am presence. Their I Am presence got so far away from them, they couldn't even feel their God qualities anymore. And that is when you, every single one of you here with me this night, you looked at the people on this planet. You could see how much light they were created to be. And your love and your compassion for these people that forgot was so strong. You said, I want to go. I want to go and help them remember. Because if they only remembered, they'd go back to being the way they were created and designed to be. And I know I can make that difference because I love them so much. I know that through me being in contact with them, they'll remember. That's how much you love. That's how much love and compassion and mercy was in your heart before you came here. This is who you really are. And I see it. You can't take that away. And that's why you came to this planet. Because you knew if I came here and I had contact with these people who forgot, they'll remember. And that will feel so wonderful to know that I could help someone that way. When someone comforts you when you're having a difficult time, doesn't that feel wonderful? Don't you appreciate how they've helped you through a difficult time? That's how much you loved. That's how much love you have in you. You chose to come here to do that. And I came with you. And we all came with this being who's on the wall, whose name is Sanat Kumara. His twin flame, Lady Master Venus, is on his right. Look how beautiful he is. His eyes are universes. This planet was going to be destroyed. There was no light on this planet. When I was saying you were looking at the people on this planet and saying, Oh my gosh, they forgot who they were. They forgot who they are. It's because there was no light any longer on this planet. And very high level cosmic council said this planet has to be destroyed because if there's no light, there's no growth. Nothing can grow without light. And that's when Sonic Kamara, who's a called a solar logo eye, it's a very high level. You think of solar, you think of the sun. That's Sonic Kamara. He loved so much, he said, I have enough light, we call it attainment. I have so much light and love in my heart for these people. I'm going to go. Send me. And there was much discussion because how does a planet with billions of inhabitants on it that are all dark, how do you help raise them up? It takes that level. And it was agreed. His home is Venus. In the heaven world, there are very high-level beings of which he is one, and all the people on his planet are very highly evolved, and their aspect is love. Some of you are from Venus. When he came home from that meeting, and he came back, you loved him so much, and you had so much compassion for the people on this planet. You said, My beloved son at Kamara, I will not let you go alone. I cannot let you go alone. I will come with you. I will stand by your side and we will do this together. And there were 144,000 of you that said this. You are part of that group. That is why at this moment in cosmic history, when we're looking at the darkness of this planet, you looked at that darkness and you said, I am bringing my light. Every one of you. When you turn on a switch in the darkness, what happens? The room is filled with light. That is what you believed you could do for this planet. You could return on that light within them with Sonic Kamara. That's how much faith they had in you. Because no one would come to this planet if you didn't have such a high level of attainment that you could, no matter what people did to you, it didn't touch you. So you came here as a master. You are a master already. You forgot. Because when people started to be mean to you, and you watched people getting murdered, you got upset. And you started to create karma with these people. And the more mean they were, the more you reacted, and the more you reacted, the more exchange of heavy energy, until pretty soon you got stuck.

Can I just relate to that for a moment? Yes, please. I just had an experience of that. For a year I had another coworker that was very cynical and very negative. And as much as I tried to bring up their light, it did not work. And I have a new person there, and within that first day of that other person being out of the office, I was happy. I was bouncing off the walls. I was just like, oh my god, I'm joyful at work. I love my job again. I love this. I am so happy. And I have continued to be happy for the past like month. And it's amazing because I did not realize how much that that really did weigh down upon me, even though I'm a very happy person most of the time, and very loving and very generous, and I just cannot work that energy into this person, and that energy clung to me.

Isn't that a fabulous story? Because that actually explains to you in a very real example of today what happened when you started to feel the people on this planet. When their heaviness started to affect you. Days where you thought that I was looking for a new job.

But one of the things that I used for the higher vibration that keep me there was music and playing higher angel music, and so I was continuously playing that in the office and to help balance it.

You're laughing. Listen to use the tool. I cannot stress enough. Find your tool that keeps your vibration high. Even when you're around something that's not so high. If you will find your tool, music is great. Violet flame, I highly recommend it. Waltzes are actually a violet flame. So if you play waltzes, that will help. If you go for walks, if you dance, if you paint, any of the creative arts are typically what will happens is you are connecting with your I am presence. It's almost like hooking an anchor into it to keep you tethered. When you find what works for you, you will find that when you reach for that tool, when things are not going so well around you, it will literally lift you up above that energy. And when you stay consistent, as difficult as it was, look what happened. That lower energy eventually fell away. And that's how it works. Like attracts like. So find what works for you. I hope you will use my violet flame. The violet color. I am a being of violet fire. I am the purity God desires. It is easy and you can remember it.

Find something that's easy for you to remember. If any of you have ever done chants, my beloved sister of the light, Quan Yin, is violet also. So if you do any of her mantras, they're violet. The easiest one is the short one. She's got some longer ones, she's got some shorter ones. But that one is Omani Padmi Hum. Now let me share with you a secret of that one. That has been said for thousands of years on this planet. As you're using a prayer or a mantra or Bijan syllable, which are what comes out of the Hindu tradition, what is happening is every time it's said, the force field around it or the energy around the person giving it gets bigger and bigger and bigger, and it creates its own force field. So when this has been said for hundreds of thousands of years, you're tapping into what every single person who's ever said that mantra on this planet, it's like having a lake of violet fire waiting for you to tap into just by saying that mantra. The advantage when you're using a prayer or a mantra that's been said for so long, your energy is adding into it while you're also pulling into that lake that's available to you. The Hail Mary from the Catholic tradition. This blessed being is actually green. Her twin flame is Archangel Raphael, the one we think of for healing, but they also stand for truth. Truth is green. You would think when you give the Hail Mary, it would be a green color, and that is correct. But she got a special dispensation, which means she got special permission. For anyone who says the Hail Mary, it's actually violet. So if you are familiar with that prayer, you can say the Hail Mary, and that prayer is also violet. And there's 2,000 years, give or take, of that prayer being said. It's not as big a pool as Kwan Yin's, but it's still 2,000 years is a lengthy period of time that builds up a nice force field. Yes.

And I know that you were talking the other day about force fields that are created around languages. And Latin is considered a sacred language in the Catholic tradition, and Sanskrit is another example of sacred language. So does it help to claim a different language or to learn about that language?

One of the things, if you're going to do a violet flame prayer, like I was, I am a being a violet fire, I am the purity God desire, it's best to be said in the English language. The reason being is because English is very close to the angelic tongue. When you're saying it in English, it's vibrating at a higher vibration. Sanskrit is also a very high vibration. Latin is a very high vibration. Latin is becoming one of those languages that not very many people know any longer. It does not mean I'm telling you not to do it in your native tongue. If that is the easiest way for you to get violet going, say it in Chinese, say it in Spanish, say it in whatever your native tongue is. But we recommend the English because it's the closest language on this planet to the angelic tongue. Mantras are ancient tongues. When you're doing any of the Buddhist mantras or you're doing any of the mantras from other traditions, those are actually from Lemuria. You can actually tap into a very ancient language with a very high vibration that will assist you. Does everyone know what Lemuria is? Lemuria was a huge landmass. That's where the Pacific Ocean is today. Lemuria was called the land of the mother, the land of Mu. The vibration was so high on Lemuria that you could manifest food on the table out of thin air. You could walk through walls. You could bi-locate. You'd think of somebody in a location and you'd be instantly there. You had all these abilities. Now, some of you may look at me and go, that is absolutely impossible, Saint Germain. I'm sharing with you, it is not impossible. These are your soul abilities that you used to do when you were here long, long ago. And it's still available with within your reach if you want it badly enough. Enoch, let's go back to that master. He poured so much love into what he was doing, and he loved the people so much that he raised his vibration until he was no longer in this physical dimension. It is possible. You just have to want it. Most people don't want to work that hard because you'd have to work at raising your vibration to that level. But it is not impossible, my friends. It is very possible and within your reach if this is something you choose to do. Now, something else that's coming to my mind is if you look at the time of Enoch or Methuselah or Adam, if you look in the Bible, they talk about living 600, 700, 800, almost a thousand years. The reason that they could, and I'm sharing with you before I go further, you could do this today also if you wished. If you decided I want to live on this planet 400 years and you worked at it, you would do it. Because it is not impossible. But it was easier then. But let me share with you why. I talked about that crystals of cord being this tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny. All that energy from that ball of light at the top of your energy field, pouring all those electrons into you, and it's coming down this tiny little tube. Tiny. When you look at that size, that's not a lot that's being let in. But if you look at a child, that size can pull in a lot. At the time of these, let's say called them the patriarchs, this little silver tube was as big as your energy field. In other words, it really wasn't one because all the energy of your ball of light was pouring directly into you with no tube to go down. How much energy can come through here compared to how much energy can come through here? This is going to let in a whole lot more energy. More is available to you because this is bigger. More can come through this size versus this size. So if you have this much energy flowing through you all the time, it's easy to walk through walls or manifest food or bi-locate or have longevity of life because you have so much more energy flowing into you. So the secret to making this happen is to widen your little crystal cord bigger. And it will widen the more devotion you have, the more you put into things that raise your vibration, the more you connect to your I am presence, you will start to widen your crystal cord, and you can keep widening it until it's non-existent, and you are just one big flowing stream of energy from your I Am Presence. And then you can do anything. You can go on the internet and you can find Buddhists that will be chanting and making statements and tumors disappear. That's easy when you have a large tube of light. Because you've done it before, you can do it again. Every single one of you is capable of that. If you wanted it. Some might say, I don't want to work that hard, Saint Germain. But if you said, Wow, I want to be able to do that again, you could do it, my friends. Nothing stops you. Nothing.

Well, that's where you want to slay your dweller. So what is a dweller? Natalie just talked about this dweller. Well, in your world, you call it the ego. So there is a divine ego, which is the connection to your God presence, and then there is the human ego, which is selfish and jealous and filled with hate and anger and greed. So you get to choose at any moment which you feed. The one that's going to stop you is the human dweller. Now the human dweller, long, long time ago, let's go back to when I said you first came here and you knew you could help this planet, and suddenly these people are not being so nice to you. They were not happy that you were here. They liked being in fighting mode. What are you doing changing my planet? And you started to engage with them. And then pretty soon you're exchanging negative energies. You started to build what's called that ego or the dweller. So every lifetime where you have not used your energy for the purposes of God to make you a god or goddess that you are with all the God qualities, you are building this ego or dweller. It got bigger and bigger and bigger. It is very sly and cunning. It knows you better than you know yourself. And it can take over sometimes so fast you wonder what in the world happened. I was fine one moment, and the next moment, I don't know what I'm doing. And you realize it after you snap out of it, so to speak. Now we call it you have to slay it, you have to get rid of it. In order to go into a golden age and always live in that consciousness, that means you have to get rid of the one that would keep you from doing that. And that's the ego. The importance of watching your thoughts and watching your emotions is you'll probably catch it if you're watching it. But if you're blindly walking around life, it will slip in and slip out. And slip in and take over and slip out. And you are the one that has to look at it and say, What are you doing? I am not going to let you take over again. I'm going to watch for you and I know what your your plan is, and no, not on my watch. And it goes, hmm, okay, we'll see.

That's a really excellent way. But eventually you have to slay it, which means you have to totally get rid of it. And you are more than capable of doing that. Now, the minute you say to it, I'm putting you in the back seat, that's when it knows its days are numbered. And it will fight you like you would not believe. Because it knows if you take over, it's dead. And if it's dead, its survival instinct says, Absolutely, you will not kill me. And you'll go, watch me. And then it will silently go, watch me. It knows you better than you know yourself because you have been building this for so many lifetimes. It gets very, very clever. But you are much smarter if you will watch for it. And the more you say, No, you're in the backseat, no, you're in the back seat, no, I'm watching for you. My rear rear mirror is right on you. Pretty soon it will have less and less power, especially the more you connect with your God qualities, the more you operate from who you really are, that God or goddess, your ego gets smaller and smaller and smaller, and it becomes harder and harder and harder to take over. And the more you stay in who you really are, the faster you'll see it, the faster you'll catch it, the faster you'll shut it down. Until suddenly you're not giving it any energy at all anymore, and you've won. It's gonna be a little bit of work.

And there was a change that took place. It used to be, and fairly recently, until the 1950s, it used to be that in order to get off this planet, there were a couple of criteria. One, you have to fulfill your mission. Because if you don't do it, nobody else will. That's one, you have to fulfill your mission. Two, it used to be you had to balance 100% of your karma. That's why I was talking about the importance of using my violet light. Because it's not easy always cleaning it up. The problem that this planet has faced is sometimes when you face the things that triggered you, you didn't go forward. You kept going backwards. You make a little progress going forward and you'd go backwards, and you weren't getting to the 100%. In order to help this planet, a dispensation came from the karmic board. Now, who's the karmic board? The karmic board is this group of the most loving light beings you will ever meet. And you do meet them, by the way, because you meet with them before you come into a physical body. You go over with With them, what are you going to work on in this lifetime? How are you going to advance in doing your mission? Who are you going to meet up with? Who are your parents? Where are you going to be born? And it's all based on what you want to work on. So you meet with them, and they are so loving. They have more compassion for you than you have for yourself. They're called the karmic board because they're helping you to clear up your karma. When you meet with them before you come into embodiment, this is a true story. There is a goddess. You can see her in the New York Harbor. She carries the lamp.

There was a man who was about to come into embodiment as a man, and his karma was such that he should have been born with no arms. And the goddess of liberty looked at him and said, We do not need to do that. And he's insisting, no, no, no, I want to I can do this with no arms. And she looked at him and she said, It does not have to be this way. Eventually he believed her and he came in. He had no hands, but he had arms. He had stubs, so he had some mobility. But she had so much compassion for him. She knew he wanted to overcome his karma. She knew that he had everything that it would take, and she wanted to be the one to say to him, We're going to give you less because you've gotten the lesson. You need to balance the karma, but we're going to make it as less severe for you so it becomes an easier task. You forget when you're standing before the karmic board how difficult it is to operate in this world without arms. Which seems like no big deal. Well, when you have a spirit body, which is what you're dealing with when you're in the heaven world and you're dealing with the karmic board, of course you think you can do fine with no arms. But these beings are so loving. They know what it would be like for you. And they knew it was not necessary for this man, using my example, to come into embodiment with no arms. This is how much they love you. Yes. Can I ask?

Yes. Let me expand on that. Thank you. Because this is a really great gift. So the karmic board, not only do you meet up with them when you are about to come into embodiment, but they actually meet. There is what we call a retreat or a spiritual city, might be another way you could think of it. That's over the Grand Teton. The color of that retreat or that city of light is yellow. It's the largest yellow city or retreat as we call it on the planet. That location is where the Karmic Board will meet twice a year. And why do they meet? They meet because all the ascended masters from around the planet who are here helping, whether they be Africa or the Middle East or China or Russia, Americas, all the different masters from the different locations around the planet will come and meet at the conclave there. It's a gathering. And what we discuss with the Karmic Board is the state of condition of planet Earth. When we're discussing what is happening on this planet, the reason we're doing that is because we are trying to figure out what we can do to help? What can we do to help this condition? And all these masters from around the world will put their input. Well, over here in Africa, it would really help if we did this. Or over here in Asia, it would really help if we did this. And they all put their input in. Everyone gives their input to the karmic board. And then they plug into the mind of God, the computer mind of God, all the different possibilities of solutions, and it spits out the best answers. They're meeting because they're trying to help. What can we do to help you? What can we do to help the people of light? What would help them to make it easier for them to get through these trying times?

So back to the hundred. Because nobody was so many were not getting off the planet, they kept backsliding. The karmic board in the 1950s brought forth a dispensation, which means a grant, that said, we're going to allow you to make your ascension off of this planet so you don't have to come back if you balance 51% of your karma. That's a huge dispensation. It does not mean you do not balance the rest of it. You just won't have to do it on planet Earth. You get to do it from the heaven world. But here is the problem. It's better for you to do it in this dimension because it's much more difficult to balance it from the other side. Because everything is light and love and kindness and wonderful. So how do you balance out something that you've done that's not so good? You have to do it through service. So you then you have to find someone on this planet that you can help, that you'll be able to serve them so that you can balance more of the karma you've created. So back to they meet. During this time, they meet twice a year. They meet at summer solstice and they meet at winter solstice. The summer solstice is weeks away. When they come and they meet like I was describing to you, you get to sit down and write them a letter and you get to say, beloved great karmic board, I need help with this. If you help me with this, this is what I'm going to do with it. And because I believe if I am able to do this, it will really help the planet and it'll help me to help the planet. Or you can just pour your heart out and say, I'm really stuck. I'm really, really stuck, and I really could use some help right now. Please, whatever you can do to help me, I just am needing help. That's how much they love you. Pour your heart to them. They will do everything in their power to help you because they love you. They want to see you succeed. They want to see you make it, they want to see you be able to rise above whatever could be holding you back. They can make the difference. When they meet on the solstice, that's always their first day. In the summer, it ends on July 4th, and in the winter, it ends on January 1st. Anytime during that time frame, you can write a letter to them, pour your heart out. They want to help you. They will look for a way that they can fulfill your request as long as it's to help you and/or help the planet. If you're saying I want to live in a mansion, they may look at that and go, I don't know how this is going to help the growth of their soul. Look at what your needs are, and they will help you. I'm going to have this messenger share a story also. Gail and I are part of a group that we do work on the weekend to remove evil from the planet. And Gail and I were the only ones doing it. And this was around the 4th of July. It was close to the end of the summer solstice. And I was just watching everything that was going on in the world, and I felt such a heaviness. Like this is going to be impossible. Now, listen to me. I was not a very high consciousness, but I could just feel what the people were going through. And this was two years ago? Three years ago. Oh, time. And I started to pour my heart out. We were doing our prayers in the park at a place called the Chapel of Transfiguration, which is the parking lot is directly in front of the ground. And I knew that they were meeting there. And I'm a seer, so I can also see. So I poured my heart out. I said, I live here. I'm experiencing what's going on. Many people are. This is taking down our planet. How in the world can we get through this? Please hear me, hear me, hear me. I live here, so I'm telling you what it's like to live here in this. So I'm pouring my heart out out loud with Gail Dare. And I stopped, and we did we do a ritual that's called an Enoch Rosary. And all of a sudden, as I'm watching the Enoch Rose, we're doing the Enoch Rosary, I'm looking up and I see this rainbow, flat rainbow, going straight across the mountain, straight to the ground in front of us. And I keep going and I look up and it's getting darker. Like, okay, I'm watching it get darker. It stayed there for an hour until finally I said, Sonic Amara, do you want to tell me something? Sonic, the man in the picture. And he said, Yes. I hear your prayer. I hear you. And the rainbow is the same sign that I gave to Noah that I will fulfill my promise with you. And I'm like poor crying because I made him wait an hour before I acknowledged him. I'd look up and the rainbow would get darker, lighter. It didn't move, and it was flat. And the reason they did it flat with me is a couple summers ago, before this incident, I was at a conference and I was describing what I was seeing. And the conference was taking place at Spring Creek. We were in one of the beautiful homes, it was facing the ground, and I saw the karmic board, they were coming over, and they had put out a flat bridge rainbow. And they walked across, they walked into the room, and when they were done, they walked past it, and then the bridge rolled up. And I realized that they were letting me Sonic Amara himself, because he comes to the conclave with the karmic board as well. He was letting me know by bringing back the memory of when I saw the flat rainbow. So it wasn't just a rainbow, it was the flat bridged one going all the way from the edge to the grand and stopped at the grand. And I knew it was him letting me know, besides the words he gave me the sign he gave to Noah that I hear you. And I just it changed everything for me. My consciousness shifted. I apologize for making him wait an hour before I opened up my ears. But they do hear us and they do answer. And you can pour your heart out to them and they want to hear from you. That's the part people think that they're bothering them or they're so busy that you know what I have to say is unimportant. That's not how they view it at all. You are very important and precious to them. Thank you for bringing it up because it's an amazing way. What it's asked, what you're asking for is for the next six months. For summer, it would be between now and the rest of the year. What do you need? What would really help you with your soul's growth? And then when the winter solstice comes, then you can do the same thing, and it will be for the next six months for from January through June. They do listen. The other thing I can share, and then I'll have Saint Germain come back. I was shown several years ago. I wrote my letter to the karmic board, like I always do, and I was in a 10-day meditation. So of course you're very deep after all day long, 4:30 in the morning until 9 30 at night. You go very, very deep so I could really see. July the 5th is when the karmic board meets and goes over everyone's letter, and they'll figure out a way of can they grant it? Do they have to make some adjustments? And they actually showed me they I was standing before the karmic board, and they were telling me what they were going to do for my request. That happens the day after. So it's pretty cool.

The karmic board, as this messenger says, wants to help you. They are waiting for you to reach out to them. They love you so much. They will do anything they can to help you. Because, like I started today, they see the real you. They see your light, they see your love, they see your heart, they see your attainment, and they would love to help you. So do not think that you are unworthy or they're too busy. No, write to them. Write to them. Karmic board. Dear karmic board. Sign your name when you're done. It is worth it. You will see changes happen in your life if you will just use this tool. And I want to give you as many tools in my toolbox as I have. But this one is a very special one, and it is one that is granted twice a year. So use it, beloved. It's coming up somewhere between the 21st, and you can write it before. You could start working on it now if you wished. But before the 4th of July, have your letter written. Some people will burn it. What the understanding is, and what we believe in the heaven world, is when you burn it, you're actually having the angels take it directly up to the karmic board so they get it instantly. But even if you don't burn it, write it because they will get it. Oh, I'm going to go back to who did the homework. How did it feel? What did you experience?

Because I've been doing a gratitude practice for quite a while now. What I found was the hardest is to find something to be grateful over negative of a negative experience. That was, and it was hard for me to think of a negative experience that I wanted to be grateful for. I'm sure we all experience negativity all throughout the day. So it was interesting for me to try and find that negative one to put in there.

Here's the key. As Ascended Masters, we don't see anything as negative. And the reason I wanted you to do that exercise with adding it, and it's even better if you couldn't find anything, believe it or not. Because what I want you to start to train your consciousness on is that it just is. Remember when I talked about the roller coaster ride that people do all day long, up and down, up and down. If you stop labeling it as negative or bad, or I wish it would go away, or I don't want this, if you stop doing that and you find a way to make it a lesson, you'll immediately start to find you don't go down. And as Clay was pointing out, and Gail actually did this the last time as well, your consciousness will start to change. So if you can't find anything negative, it doesn't mean that, oh, I'm not doing what St. Germain wanted me to do. If you just don't find anything negative, that's quite alright. The most important thing is that you have the gratitude. And she's done a gratitude journal for a long time. But I want you to start to look at the things that are happening in your world and either find a lesson in it so it doesn't pull you down into, oh, this is bad. And then you have to find a way to pull yourself back up again, it will help keep you much more harmonious and peaceful. So, believe it or not, I'm not going to let you off the hook yet. I want you to do this exercise between now and summer solstice. Because what you're doing, even if you don't do it consistently, like Alex said, well, I did it some. Do it as much as you can. My preference is every day. But you're going to set a new pace for going into the second half of the year. You will find yourself as your consciousness starts to change, that the thrust for the second half of the year is going to keep you much more up in your God consciousness than if you don't do it. Because, as I was just explaining, I want you to have gratitude either way. The world has gotten away from prayer. Prayer is the power ray. It is your ability to talk to your I am presence and become a co-creator with your I am presence that will say, This is what I need. You can pour your heart out to your I Am Presence. You can say anything to your I Am Presence because your I am presence knows what you need even more than you do. But your I am presence is still waiting for you to communicate. How many people communicate only when something is going wrong? Pray in gratitude when things are going right. Talk to your I Am Presence as your best friend because trust me, your I am presence is your best friend. Your I am presence is you. It is the God part of you that's waiting for you. It's right here with everyone in this group. It's from here to here, sitting literally on top of your head, which means your God presence is close to you. God isn't out there, God is right here for you. When you start to communicate with your I am presence and you start to, it's called prayer, but it's the power ray. It's using the power of your ability to connect to your God presence and be the creator of your world. The co-creator with your I Am Presence. If you never talk to your I Am Presence, how are you going to become a co-creator? What was that, Lori?

If you don't know that they've made it to the heaven world, you might want to say a prayer to Archangel Gabriel and say, Could you please go find this person? They just left their physical body. I don't know where they are, but if they're not in a good place, can you please go get them? That would be a prayer on the white ray. But prayer falls under the umbrella of the blue ray, the power ray. Commune, talk with your I am presence, yes.

On prayer. So during my progress of spiritual practice, I've been taught certain ways to pray powerfully. Which takes you from the victim mode into an I am commanding mode, more of in not asking in a way of authority because you are a God person. But I have a hard time trying to follow in certain patterns where they're like, no, this is what you want, this is what you need to do, this is how it looks. I find that I'm grateful for learning tools to bring into my prayer, but to have to follow a formula that does not fit for me.

You're not alone. You're not alone. This is why I'm encouraging you to really just open up your heart and talk to your I am presence. Make that a practice as well. Here's another tool that I've just given you: talking to your I Am Presence. When you start to use the quality of God's and live from that place, what are you really doing is you're starting, when I talked about inking yourself to your I Am Presence, you start to become more and more of your I Am Presence. More and more and more until you are that. That's that ascension coil that's spinning up. Ritualistic prayer is fantastic as well. Like when I was talking about Kwan Yin's mantra, Omani Padmi Hum. Very simple. But it's tapping into the force field of all those who have done that prayer before you, as you're now pouring your energy into that force field to make it stronger on the planet. There's both ways of doing it. There are times when it's very appropriate to just open up your heart and speak to your I Am Presence. Speak to it as you would your best friend. Cry, joy, worry. Bring it all to your I Am Presence. You will find so many things start to shift away when you give it to your I Am Presence. Your I am presence is waiting for you to join with him. It's actually a him, her, remember, but it's the masculine in the spirit world. So I'm using him. But it's a father, mother, God, your I am presence. When you're pouring out your heart, this is what children do. They pour their hearts into their prayer. This is why children's prayers are so answered. Because they so are believing that they're connecting with God and that their prayer will be heard, and there's absolutely zero doubt in their mind. That is so powerful. Go back to when you were in that childlike state. But I also encourage you to do simple prayers. So it doesn't have to be a lengthy ritual prayer. Very simple, very easy to remember, very powerful. I recommend that you use prayers that are easy to remember. Another way, if it's possible, there are many YouTube prayers. You may go on to YouTube and find a prayer. I know Alex has been calling a prayer line. And someone is praying with her. She's tapping into the power of when two are gathered in my name, there I am in the midst of them. Because there is exponentially more power when people are praying together. Use what works, but the most important thing is that you are making that connection with your I am presence. Because when you're not, your I am presence is just waiting for you.

It's not as bright in the pink side. But use this visualization with a color like that. And I want us to just fill the room with this. Let yourself feel the vibration of the chant. Mantras, as I mentioned, are extremely powerful because it's hundreds of thousands of years of this prayer being said over and over and over by devotees. Now you're tapping into that pool while you're adding your own energy into it to make it bigger. So the chant is omani podmi. Omani pod me. So we're going to do it in a rhythmic way because it gets the energy of the violet flame in motion. So you can close your eyes or you can have them open. I recommend you have your hands up in your lap. You can think of it like cups that you're gathering that energy into your force field. Center yourself in your heart. The reason I'm selecting something from a couple years ago is because that energy is still there. You can transmute energy because there is no time and space. So let's find a city, find one that you just, or if you don't even know the name of a city, just see a city on fire. See Kwanyin standing over the fire and start to pour in her mercy. She's pouring her violet light until that fire becomes the violet fire and transmutes all of that agony together.

So you can use this mantra to help the world. You can use the violet light to help the world. There's been so much pain on this planet and so much evil has been done. You can take any situation and use the violet light. Use this mantra, it makes it more powerful. But if you're watching something on whether it's on social media or if you watch the news or you're talking to someone and you're hearing of a very difficult situation, you can use this power because you are uh the creator, remember. The co-creator with your I am presence, and you can literally see this light go around that situation and start to transmute it. And what I would really encourage you to do is to watch the news for several days, watching for that particular incident, and see how it's changing just from you using your power of the light and your connection to your I am presence to change that situation for the better. I've given you many tools tonight and I encourage you to play with them. The one I want you to continue to use is the gratitude. Still look for a situation, and if you don't find one, that's fine. But I want you to look for a situation. If you don't find it, it's fine, like I said, but I want you to look for one where you go, wow, I would have normally called that not so pleasant or yucky or bad before. And I'm going to find the lesson in it so you take the energy, the emotion out of it, and that's when you can change your life. I just have one question about something you hit on the last session, which was the this phase of time we're in until the summer solstice is like this testing phase for us. Yes. I've been thinking a lot about that, and I feel like I individually know what I'm being tested on, but would you just speak about that? What is the test phase? And is our Ion would be asking our I am presence about this, these testing lessons, maybe, or you or listen to our intuition about it? Because I feel like that's naturally happening.

All of the above. You can ask B, you can ask your I am presence, you can tune into your intuition. Sometimes you'll know. Sometimes you'll go, oh, I've been working on this, and boy, it keeps coming up in my face. I keep getting shown this. Sometimes you don't know what you're getting tested on. And that's quite okay too, because whatever you're getting tested on, if you don't know what it is and you're passing it, you get credit because you're just staying in your God presence. If you know what it is, it's helpful because it makes it easier to watch for that. If it's something that you're working on and you go, oh, okay, this is what I'm getting tested on, this is where you can use your IM presence. I want you to really tap on my shoulder if I'm about to enter into something that's related to this and I might screw up. Tap on my shoulder. Give me a sign. Give me something to alert me. Work with me with this. You absolutely can do that. The easiest way, if you go, well, I have no idea, is there a way I can find out? One of the things is to look at what has been going on in your life since the beginning of the year. Is there anything that you had challenges with someone? Is there things that have deteriorated? If there are there things that have gone stagnant, those are the things you can look at and pretty much know that that's going to be part of the testing. But oftentimes you will go, I just have no idea. I'm just going to be the best person that I can be, and I'm going to just watch my emotions, and I'm going to watch my thoughts, and I'm just going to make sure that I stay connected to my God presence. And you then you don't fail. Does that answer your question? It's an excellent question because for those of you that are new, there are testing periods. As I mentioned, summer solstice and winter solstice is when the karmic board comes. Six weeks before that is when you enter into a testing period. Remember, this is a school room. Just like in school, you get tested, you get tested here too, but you get tested on how well do I stay in touch with my God presence? How well do I work through an unpleasant situation, or what I would have called unpleasant before. Like when she was like, uh, this person I'm working with. You can look at what's been going on in your life since the beginning of the year, and you can pretty much figure out that that's probably included in what's going to be the testing. There's a high probability. Now, another way you can look at it is everything on this planet goes in 12 year cycles, like on a clock. And every line of the clock has a God quality. To it. You can look at 12 years ago and you can say, well, what was I working on then? What was going on in my life 12 years ago? And was there something that I didn't do so well? Because there is a good chance, because things go in 12-year cycles, you're getting tested on it again. It will always come back around until you get this mastered. Look at what was going on in my life 12 years ago and say, okay, did I do a really good job with that or did I do a so-so job? And then if you go, if you're honest with yourself and you can say, I did a good job, I feel really good about that. Congratulations. But if you do say, Well, I could have done better, you can pretty much guess that's coming around again. Now here's another thing to know. Remember, I said that the solstice through the 4th in summer and the solstice through January 1st in the winter. If you know you failed a test, if you just lost it with somebody, it just whooshed over you and suddenly it came out of your mouth before you even was aware of it coming through your brain, and you go, oh, I screwed up. Ask for the test again. Just say, okay, I screwed up, but I wanted to bring it back to me. Bring it back to me. It will be brought back to you. And it gives you another opportunity. Remember, in the heaven world, we never view anything so much as good or bad as opportunity. But when an opportunity comes to see how masterful you are, you get to be honest with yourself and see how well you did or didn't do. And if you didn't do well, it's just like that child learning how to walk. If they stumble the first time, do you think they're going to cry and say, I'm never going to walk again? No, they get up and they try again. And that's what we want from you. But by you specifically asking for the test again, by saying, I really screwed this up. Please bring me this test again. And you pass it, you will gain a huge momentum then. So take advantage of it. Don't, oh, I'm a failure. Instead, go, okay, bring me the opportunity again, because I'm going to do it this time.
