We sit at your feet to hear whatever it is that you wish to say to us. It is so delightful to be back with you again. I invite anyone else who wishes to come beside Saint Germain. We would love to hear from you, whoever it is that wishes to show up. Because we are grateful, so very grateful that you choose to speak to us. Amen. Time is it? One minute. I'm watching the time because I was just told at 7.03, it is the peak of the equinox. We have like one minute. So perfect timing then. Yes. So let me just see what Saint Germain wants to do. He wants us to pause, go deep into your heart, and feel the energy if you can. It's just an allowing. Because right now it is hitting us at the peak. I wanted you to feel the energy for a very specific reason. This is one of two power days, not as powerful as the solstice is, but the equinoxes are also a power day. So I came right at the moment of the peak because I wanted you to experience in a very conscious way the shifting of energy from one cycle to another. We have now entered officially the cycle of autumn or fall where the harvest is happening. The cycle of summer has come to a conclusion. You may say, Well, I live in a place where it felt like that happened a while ago, or you may live in a place where you say, still feels like summer to me. It's not about the temperature what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the change of energy and the cycles of energy. When you start to become attuned to how the cycles are flowing, you will find your life go into a much greater flow. And it will make your life a much greater ease than you could ever imagine because you will be attuned to the cycles. It's not about temperature or even the changing of leaves, it's a change of energy in cycles. This is a power day. It's no coincidence that I come back on a power day. So as you become attuned to when the cycles are changing, you will find your life shifting along with it. And you will find a greater synchronicity happening in your life because you are now attuned to when energy shifts and you're adjusting yourself to that shift in energy. What just so happened tonight's coincided with my coming. And I'm very grateful to come on that wave of power to see you all again. I'm very, very happy to be in your presence. I am going to have this messenger read something to you from a movement that was called The Bridge to Freedom. They were from the 1950s. The messenger for this organization, she was our beloved El Moria's twin flame. And she did a magnificent job of taking dictations from us. I want her to read something and then I want to comment on it. Because this is what I want you to understand is how we feel when we connect with you. And this passage that she took from the Mahatchau Han very beautifully describes how we feel. This is from the book Electrons and the Elemental Kingdom. This is from the very first chapter of the book. It's called A New Dispensation by the Beloved Mahat Chohan. I come to you this morning, very informally, to bring the love and radiation of my friendship, my association, and my presence. Do you know that when the masters choose to speak to you through the energy of your own electronic stream of light, there flows a permanent substance which is part of our own life and which actually qualifies the electronic flow from your own presence with our consciousness, our feeling, and the qualities which we are privileged to express in this great universe. For the period of time that your attention is upon us, you feel the comfort of that qualification by the master, and you experience that time, something of your own natural feeling when you become master of energy. The upliftment, the peace, the radiation, which earnest and sincere men and women and children have felt through all the ages when they touch the hem of the spiritual garment of some master, presence of life, was just a foretaste of the natural activity which the godparents of the race desire for every soul evolving on the planet. Sometimes people become despondent because after such an exhilaration of consciousness, they revert again into their own mental and emotional turmoil. But each time we come, each time you partake of that holy communion, it will become a little easier for you to recreate consciously and at will. That same happy, comfortable feeling that you experience in our presence. Perhaps I should qualify that by saying, and which any lifestyle receives when he accepts our presence. I have witnessed great congregations gather together to worship and find God through many ages. I have witnessed the diversified consciousnesses that make up such a worshiping body, seeing clearly the motive that has drawn the individual to that place, and I have seen the outpouring of the spiritual force from which whatever master presence has been invoked by the patron. I have also noticed that the benefit that each individual member of the congregation received depended upon the acceptance within the feelings and intellect of that master presence. Some have gone away from such a place renewed and re-vivified. Others have gone away empty. That is one of the questionable gifts, let us say, endowed upon the individual in the use of free will. For neither the gifts of God nor his messengers, nor the peace nor the healing, nor the comfort of the worded expression can intrude unless the consciousness of the individual opens the door and will accept it. That is why we are doing everything possible to make you feel that we are actual living, breathing beings who have been the guardians and protectors of this earth for such a long period of time. That is why we are so filled with gratitude for every opportunity that will bring into the attention of mankind something of the service which the celestial hierarchy renders, those great personages who have chosen to embody the virtues of God, from whose life streams emanate those exquisite feelings which mankind seek within themselves and which they think should represent happiness, security, or heaven. The other evening I was sitting with my beloved in our home in Ceylon, and I had just received from those messengers who had been entrusted with that particular facet of service the letters written in sincerity and kindness by hundreds of people here in your Western Hemisphere. Students of the Bridge to Freedom. I do not believe I could describe to you the happiness within my heart at this phenomenal acceptance of myself as a tangible, conscious and intellectual being who is as easy to access as a father or a brother or a friend. You see, up until the last few years, my service has been very remote from the consciousness of the average man. I relied almost entirely upon my Chohans and their accepted Chilas to draw the consciousness and the understanding of the people up to a point of adepship, where they became master of all, but the most subtle vibrations. And then I would only have a passing acquaintance with the individual life stream. Suddenly, in an almost unbelievable manner, considering the many thousands of years such an event was hoped for, the Western mind has accepted the possibility of reaching the hearts of those of us who live beyond the veil. Every word and every line and every letter written through the physical substance and energy of some sweet, earnest, trusting, and sincere heart, impressed on each emotional body, on the substance of the mental world, and written into the etheric consciousness of the life stream, I read myself. And back on the flow of that energy, once each month, I direct the substance and flame of my own presence, and it follows the same course, pressing through the etheric body, the mental, the emotional, and the physical garments of the writer. Now when a man pens his word in mine alone, the return current from my world, returning to its causative center, blesses the mental vehicle. When the gratitude or blessing flows from the emotional body in an upflow of praise, the return current blesses the emotional body. But when all the bodies are incorporated in the physical act of joining the energies of the electronic light of the life stream, the return current of my heart flows through them all. Order and system comprise the first law of heaven, and the exact mathematical precision, one might say, is essential for those of us who govern energies by which planets and evolutions are sustained. My beloved and I sat for a long time that evening just talking informally and thanking God that man has now so consciously interested in truth. It is lovely, you know, to address great numbers of people and exhort them to greater endeavors to serve God, to assume their natural God nature, and to externalize the qualities of the Holy Spirit. But do, you know, I enjoy most drawing closely into the feelings of the few who are my heart friends, and picturizing for you the activities which prove that we too are individuals who share companionship and friendship, and who have to evolve out of unexpected circumstances like the present one, new methods to bless and help the race. May the comfort of the Holy Spirit enfold you and all mankind in its embrace of love and light. You delight our hearts. And that gives me such great delight. It gives every master such delight to have connection with you. So what I'm hoping you'll take away with this understanding is we are real beings. We're not some far-off God. We are here. We love to hear from you. I love when you talk with me or write me letters or say, Saint Germain, I don't know about this. And even if you don't hear me directly, you can feel my presence. I delight in that. I have missed coming to this group. When this messenger went on vacation, it's harder for me to connect with you. I always spend time with you. Each one of you who comes, because you touch my heart so deeply, I choose to spend time with you. I'm extremely busy, as you can imagine, right now, because my role and my job is to help the Aquarian age anchor into this physical body. But it's really to say it simply is to bring heaven to earth again. But how can I do that without you? I can't do it without you. So I delight to spend time with you. And I hope you have the same delight as I have when you're with me. And I believe this is why you keep coming back to spend time with me because you enjoy this. But I also want to talk about a little bit what the Maha Chou Han. Now, who is he? He is a very great master. He is the teacher of all the teachers who represent the different rays of God, the different colors. And his office or his title, you could say, is the representative of the Holy Spirit. But he's truly the teacher of all the masters. Al Moria on the blue ray, me even. He's my teacher on the violet ray. He's Lanto's teacher on the yellow ray. So he is our teacher. So when we hear his words that are so beautifully said, he captured what we all feel. We feel one with you when we can speak with you and share with you, and you share with us. Every master feels that. When a master gets a letter from someone on this side, or you spend time in conversation with us, and you open your heart and you pour out, whether you're saying I'm having a very bad day, I just need to hold your hand right now, or let me share with you some wonderful delight that I think you had a hand in. We truly, truly enjoy that. As you heard, the Mahathohan shared that with his twin flame. They were delighting in what they were receiving from Chilas. So I hope this gives you a greater understanding of how close we want to feel to you. We want you to feel like we're your best friend. We want you to feel like this is the master I can count on, who's always there for me, who will always have my back, who will hold my hand through good times and bad. This is what I want you to gain when you come here. I want you to leave feeling like I intimately know Saint Germain. I know who this master is, and I really like him. That's what I want. Because when you love to be with someone, you want to spend time with them. So for me, this is a labor of love. When I get to spend time with you, and I get to share with you, and you with me, we become closer and closer and closer. Because do you not gain that with friendships? The more time you spend with them, the closer you feel, the more you feel like you know them, like you know their heart, you know what their thoughts are. That is what I want you to gain from coming to here. Because my goal, in addition, for you to feel me and want to be with me, is that we can work hand in hand to bring heaven to earth again. Now that would be my greatest delight. Because, as you know, I cannot do this without you. I cannot bring heaven to earth if I don't have people in embodiment that I can work hand in hand with. You could say I work through you, but I like to think of it more like a co-creative effort. We're doing this together. If I can help your world to feel more like heaven on earth, what you do then is everyone you come in contact with then feels the heaven within you. And when you spread that light to others and they walk away from your presence with a smile because you've said or given them a hug or just shared something small with them that uplifted their spirits, then what happens is that person shares it with another person who then, in their presence, because they've had your presence shared with them, you've shared our presence together, they carry now a piece of you and me to that next person that they come. In contact with. For we truly are one. We're not separate from each other. We have our individual personal qualities, but we truly are one. So when you share yourself with someone, and you've spent time with me or any master, and you've shared that presence you've had with being in the master's presence, that gets spread like dropping a stone in a pond and those ripples go out and it doesn't stop. It may feel like it gets weaker and weaker, but beloved, it truly doesn't. For when if you're feeling down and someone comes along and gives you a hug and said, Tell me how you're doing, and they really mean it, and you share with them, you carry that away. They've just lifted your spirits. So, beloved, this is what you do. This is what you effect you have on this planet, and it doesn't stop. That ripple keeps going out and out and out. With everyone you meet, it keeps rippling out. Is that not delightful? This is influence I want you to understand. You have on this planet. You might say, Well, I'm only in Jackson. Well, I'm telling you, my friends, that retreat that's at the Grand Teton and over the entire Tetons, it draws how many millions of people year after year after year to want to spend time there. Because on an unconscious level, these visitors are coming because they want to bathe in the light of the masters, which is why you come, because you want to bathe in our light. Now, if this is somebody who's not even acquainted with us and they want to come and just feel what it's like to be at the Grand Tetons or Yellowstone, and they walk away saying, That was a magnificent vacation. I feel so relaxed, I feel so happy, or someone like Barbara will greet them. You did a magnificent job, my friend. What Barbara did is she shared a piece of us, a piece of me, with everyone she came in contact with. So she became part of their experience of coming to the Tetons. She came to our headquarters because that is where she was stationed. That opened the doors for her. And she did it beautifully. She showed up and she shared her love and our presence with everyone she met. So she was part of the vacation. She was part of that grand experience. And even if they didn't remember her name, they would say, that lady who was at headquarters. She was so nice. Wasn't she magnificent? She helped us that day. This is what Barbara did with thousands and thousands of people. And as I just said, she did it magnificently. This is being our representative. This is what I want all of you to understand. You do the exact same thing. She just happened to be stationed at a place where our presence is so strong, she could just naturally gift it to everyone. But my friends, you do that everywhere you go. You carry our light in your heart everywhere you go, and you make that difference. This is how we will bring heaven to earth. It's not this grand moment where suddenly everyone goes, Oh, we're living in heaven again. Nay. It is every person that carries it in their heart and then shares it. Hannah does it with all the students that come to her. Every student that comes to her classes feels her joy. And when she comes and spends time with me or whatever masters here, now she's sharing a piece of the two of us with everyone in the class. Now imagine how those students then they feel so good that they then have a better day. It's like she sets the pace for their day. She carries the violet light so strongly in her spa, everyone who walks through the door feels the upliftment. The second, the split second they cross the threshold. These are how you make your contributions. I've said this to you before: your artwork. When people see it, they feel the upliftment, they feel how attuned he is with the heaven world. And when he spends time with me, that gets infused in his sculptures. And don't think people don't feel it. You can pick up two objects that look totally alike. And one is has been in the presence of someone who's very light and happy and joyful and connected to the heaven world, and someone who's down in the dumps and miserable. And they spread their misery with everyone they meet. They may look like an identical object, but you can feel when you pick up one and the other, if you hold them both in your hands, you will energetically feel the difference, even though they may look identical. The energy that was infused from the person who owned it or held it, you can feel it through that object. And one can either pull you up and the other one can pull you down. When you shake the hands of someone or give them a hug, you're literally extending even more of your energy to that person. You make the difference. Every time you come in contact with someone or leave your imprint somewhere, you have a rippling effect, even if you aren't physically there. Your light, your energy infuses this physical world. And the stronger your energy, the more of an influence you leave. So, my beloved friends, this is how hand in hand we will bring in the golden age. Or as I like to call it, heaven on earth, because people are craving heaven. How many people are saying, I don't like this world, I don't like what's going on, I don't know what's happening, I wish I could make a difference, and they don't understand how much of a difference they can make when she spends time with the children. Don't they feel uplifted? Don't they tell you how much they love you? Because Alex is giving her light and my light to the children, and children are sensitive. They are still very connected to the heaven world, and they oftentimes will see us or angels, and they'll say something to their parents, and the parents will dismiss it like, oh, it's just their invisible friend. No, no, no, no, no, they are seeing that angel, they are seeing me, they are seeing that master, and they're excited, just like you're excited to be here in my presence, and I'm excited to be here with you. They're excited when they see because they don't understand they're seeing beyond the veil. So this is very natural to them. They just feel like, oh, look at that beautiful lady that showed up, or that handsome man. He's my friend, and they love that, and we love that. And it usually happens before that soft spot starts to get hardened over, which is around the age of seven. So children younger than that are still very in touch with the heaven world, and that's when they oftentimes will see things from the other side. Encourage them. Tell me, what did she look like? What did she say to you? Oh, isn't that wonderful? Instead of getting from their parents, oh, that's nice, honey. So, you, if you ever come in contact with a child that shares this with you, encourage them, have them share it with you. How did you feel when they said that? And they're so happy. Like you used to be happy. They know what it feels like to have heaven on earth because they're still connected to the heaven world. But I am so excited, as I've shared with you many times before, I love coming here because the people that come to this group, you are connected to the heaven world. Some days you may feel like you forgot. Or some days you might feel, I don't know what happened, but I lost that thread of connection. Go deep in your heart in that moment. If you feel like I've lost touch, take the time to go deep in your heart and reconnect. Because it will set the pace. If you keep that thread feeling like it's lost, and by the way, it's bigger than a thread, but if you lose it, take some time to reconnect. Go deep into your heart. Maybe play some beautiful music, or music that makes you feel uplifted and happy, or pull out some beautiful artwork, or go do some sculptures and ask me to join you. When you're with your clients, your students, just say, let's pause and I'll go into our heart so that you can make that connection and you're helping them to connect. You have that kind of an influence. You are the ones that are bringing heaven into the physical octave. Because unfortunately, unless I get a dispensation to get a physical body again, I can't do it. But I can do it with you, and we can do it together. And I love it, it brings me great joy, just like you heard the Maha Chouhan share with his twin flame how much they enjoyed getting the letters because they didn't get letters. The Maha Chohan was not getting letters. People weren't in touch with who he was, and he had to count on feeling that love through his students, the Chohans. And then when it started to happen, it's like the sun came out for him. And he said it so beautiful. So, my friends, let's work together, let's go forward together. Call on me, call on my beloved Portia. If you need anything, particularly Portia, she's the goddess of opportunity. If you need opportunity, you call to her and get to know her. Because she has a momentum on it, and she will share her momentum with you and open up doors like you would never believe could be opened. My friends, if you can trust me just a little bit, you could hear stories of people that have had opportunity suddenly switch because they appealed to my beloved Portia. She is the goddess of justice and the goddess of opportunity, and she loves to help you as much as I do. And here's the reason why. She and I together are helping you to bring the golden age, heaven to earth, to this planet. She loves to help people by providing them opportunity. If you feel like doors have been shutting, I can't get something to change or shift, and I don't know what to do. I've tried everything in my power. Well, maybe step outside of your power and call to Portia. Because she loves to help you. She loves to help you. We have a lovely statue of her here in this room. This carries her essence so strongly. It is what many people see in law offices. It's the scales, the blind woman holding the scales in one hand and the sword in the other. And the artist who captured this actually saw her. And that is why he did such a magnificent job with this particular aspect of her. If you want to feel close to her and you want to work with her, and you want her to assist you, get a picture of her, get a statue of her. Say to her, I am calling to you because Saint Germain said that you would help me. And I need your help. Here's my dilemma. This is what I need some help in. Now I'm going to surrender it to you, and I'm asking that you help me. And every day you just say, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I want to work with you. And you will suddenly see that opportunity that you thought may never arrive shows up on your doorstep. So I highly encourage you to work with my beloved. She loves you as much as I do. She promised, she was well known in the Greek culture as Themis. She was the goddess of justice, and she was renowned for pleading to the gods for justice for people. People would go to her temple and they would pour out their heart to her. And she would then go to the gods and plead with them. Please give them another chance. Please let them see something different. Please, let's give them a break. And they loved her for it. And you may or may not know this, but that the ancient Greek culture, many people saw the gods and goddesses through the veil. The veil was very thin in those days. Because the consciousness was very high. Greece had a golden age. So you literally could see these two beautiful goddesses that are on this altar: Pallas Athena, who was the core for their culture. Athens was named after her, and my beloved, who was known as Themis at that time, the goddess of justice. They were the two pillars of the Greek culture. And people were connecting with their I Am Presence, and that's why they came out with such beautiful artwork and beautiful pictures and the Greek dramas. They were all inspiration, the architecture. Every bit of it was from inspiration of people being connected to their I Am presence, which, when you do that, you are living in heaven. And they were doing it all the time. The Greek culture for a time was literally heaven on earth. And that's why it's still remembered to this day. But you see, as the consciousness of mankind started to drop, the gods and goddesses started to say, I can't be here any longer. Their vibration is too low. They don't care about the principles of valor and honor and justice and truth. They don't care about that any longer. And one by one they started to leave to the other side of the veil. So mankind were not walking and talking with them, so to speak, any longer. And she was very brokenhearted because the consciousness had dropped so much that people couldn't, her vibration was too high to stay connected. So she gave a prophecy. She said, I will not leave you. I am going to go to the constellation Virgo. So every time you look into the night sky, you will remember my promise to you that I will be back. I will be back. And she's back now with me. So she is more than thrilled to give you opportunity. She loves to help you as much as I do. It is a great honor for me to have her as my twin flame, someone who's so beloved as her. So use her. Use her. Do not forget about her. That's why I'm encouraging you to get a picture of her or her statue. So you have that constant reminder: opportunity is this close. It is not far, far away. It is this close. So close I can touch her. For her presence does get anchored in that statue. I'm going to open it up to questions and comments. I want to hear from you. I haven't heard from you in a while.

I have just a off-the-cut kind of comment when you talk about the statue of Porsche, the one that I that comes up in my mind is the one with the long flowing hair. I think she might be new in it. And it's represented more as Venus, is that?

That's actually Venus. Yes, that's a different goddess. That one, if you look at the wall, is the twin flame of Sonic Amara. And she too is very, very precious. She and the Sonic Amara are the rulers of Venus. They hold all the energy of when we think of beauty and love and grace. She embodies all of that. Yes, she is another fantastic goddess to connect with. She is very important, by the way, for bringing in the Aquarian age from heaven to earth. Because that is what we call the culture of the mother. The one who exudes that grace and beauty and kindness and joy. And that is what this planet is so starvy for. So she plays a very great role in bringing back the culture of the mother to Earth. To bring back the goddesses. To bring back that connection to the mother who loves you deeply. So I'm glad you brought her up also, because she is another goddess that you can connect. With different than my beloved. She holds a different quality, but both are important qualities to bring heaven to earth. When you understand who the mother is, and you can study any of the mothers, the ascended lady masters, Venus, Pallas Athena, my beloved, Guan Yin. There's many from the Hindu tradition, there's many goddesses. They all hold a different quality of God, a different quality of the mother. Some are the fierce mother, like Kali, very fierce. Demons fear her. And then there's the gentleness of a quanin. So all of these qualities are needed in a golden age. It's not just one, it's all the different god qualities or goddess qualities that is so necessary to bring back to this planet. Because when you start to choose a quality and say, I want to be just like Venus, now this would be easy because she came from Venus. And she carries so many of the qualities. But when she starts to get to know Venus and connect with her to such an extent that she literally becomes Venus in the physical, imagine the influence that she has on this planet. And you can choose any master. You can choose Quan Yin, who's gentle and merciful. Or you can choose someone who's very strong and has a very strong sense of self, Pallas Athena. She needs to be strong because she represents the truth. And she has said, people don't like truth on this planet. Although more and more people are demanding, I want to know the truth. I don't want lies, I don't want illusion. She can come closer to this planet, Pallas Athena, once again, because people are calling for truth. And she responds. If you say, I want to stand for truth, I want to embody truth so much that you start working with Pallas Athena. People will know when you speak, you speak truth. And they may not like it, but they will know truth when they feel it and hear it. And it's like a sword. She carries a spear to break open illusion, the energy veil of illusion. And she holds Nike. In this particular statue, she's holding Nike, who represents victory. She believes the truth will set you free and you shall have your victory. That is how if you choose, so good to see you. That is how you can become a goddamn goddess. Choose a quality that you want to master. And then find a master because I can guarantee you every single God quality has a master that has mastered that, that that is their quality. So you can then turn around and call to that master and say, okay, I want your help. I want you to overshadow me, and I really want to embody what you know. You can read their words. As I mentioned, you can get their statues, you can get their artwork. All of these things will help you to cultivate that quality. Call to me if you want freedom. If you really want freedom, call to me. Because I am the God of freedom. I know how to set you free. I know how to help you to bring freedom back to this planet. This is my task. This is why I'm here for the Aquarian Age. Because the Aquarian Age is all about freedom. Not fake freedom, but to set your soul free so that you become the God or goddess that you were always designed to be. And you came to this planet knowing I know how to do this. I got training long before I got here. I know how to do this. And then you get here and you go, I forgot. What happened? I don't. This is why we're here to help you. Because we are here to help you remember. You know on a soul level what you came here to do. Your soul knows it. There is nothing that you don't know from there. But if you forgot who you are, if you forgot that I came here to master a quality, and this is how I was going to do it, and these were the people I was going to do it with, and we were going to all do it together because each of us together had this really great plan that we could all put together and work on it together, and then we'd help it to manifest. And throughout the millennium, you forgot about that. And you got caught up in things of this world that were never supposed to be here. And then you started to feel sad, you started to feel mad, you started to feel lost. And whenever you're in those lower vibrations, you know the hardest part for you? You're not connecting to your higher self, you're not connecting to your I am presence. And pretty soon you're caught up in the drama of this insanity that's going on around you, and you think, oh my god, I'm going crazy. That is when you need me most of all. How do you help heaven come back to earth? You start. Remember when I had you do the gratitude journal? That is one of the most powerful ways for you to get back into heaven on earth. Now I'm giving you another key. Delight in the simple things like a child. These two sound very, very simple. Oh, yeah, I've got this. But it's embodying it again. That's what's important. It's not an intellectual exercise. This is from your soul. This is how you get your soul to come back to life again and get back into that feeling that you had when you were in the heaven world before you came here. When you thought, I've got this. This is a piece of cake. And then you go, whoops. I'm going to leave this as your second one. Do not forget about gratitude. And now the delight in the simpli simple things like a child. Look for the little things because those are the things that will make the difference. And you may think they're little. I'm sharing with you, they are not little. These are major big things. Because the more you do those things, the more childlike you will become. Not childish, not a spoiled brat. Childlike, who delights in singing and dancing, and skiing and jumping rope. Get back to all of that. Find something that gets you back to that. Watch kid cartoons. Although cartoons today are pretty dark. But if you can find some older ones that hold those magical stories in them, or read a book like they they do. Or play their you might think this is silly, but play the songs that they sing. Go back to the songs you sang when you were a child. If you look hard enough, you might find them. You might remember the words. It's the little things. If you start to delight in those little things again, you will find you're just. Just getting a little happier until you get a momentum on it, and then pretty soon you're like that the whole day. With maybe an exception here or there. You will be living heaven and earth, and then people will say, What happened to you? You look really happy. Or there's something different. Did you cut your hair? Because of course they can't explain it when the light is so strong. The only thing they can say is you've lost weight or you've cut your hair. But the reality is they're in touch with something different in your light. What you're radiating out is different than it was before or the last time they saw you. And it's all from little simplistic things. Who else has a question or a comment?

That's two different things. Let's start with the calming your nerves. First, the very first thing, you have to notice that your nerves are not calm. If you're agitated and you're not even aware of it, it's very difficult to stop it because you're just not aware of it. That's the very first thing. Watch when you're agitated. Catch when you're agitated. So that you don't just let your whole week go into an agitated state. When if you would have, wait a minute, I'm feeling agitated. You could have stopped it within an hour. That's the first thing. You have to catch it first.

Then start singing and dancing. Doing something that changes the energy of it. Anything that brings you delight or joy or enthusiasm, that's where you want to direct your attention. Put it into something that will shift that energy instantly. You can use a method, this messenger has learned heart math, where you're feeling off. You can put your hand on your heart and you can think of a wonderful memory, something that really made you happy and joyful or peaceful. And as soon as you capture that memory, then you start to breathe into your heart. Like breathing into your hand. What you're doing is you're going back into your center. So having your hand on your heart is reminding you to go back into your heart. Go back into your center. Singing and dancing is wonderful. It's a wonderful way to do it. But you might not be able to sing and dance if you're at the grocery store, and all of a sudden you realize, wow, I'm really agitated. But you can start breathing and going into a happy or peaceful memory, and you'll find yourself, because you're breathing, that you'll start to get out of that agitated state and get back into your center, back into your heart. What's really going on when you're agitated is you're not in your heart anymore. You're not in the center, you've gone out. And you want to bring yourself back into you. And in your heart is where you are most you. That is what you can do. When you start to make a habit, when you start to catch it, it won't take you over. Because that's the other thing. If you're not paying attention, and all of a sudden, a week later, you go, Oh my god, I've been really agitated. Now it's a lot harder to get your nervous system to come back down into that beautiful sine wave if you've just left a whole week where it's gone flatlined. It's really important that you start to watch yourself. This is being an awareness at all times. You're aware of what's going on inside of you, your thoughts, your feelings, along with being aware of what's outside of you. You might find yourself in a situation where suddenly everyone around you is agitated, and suddenly now you're finding yourself agitated because you're picking up on what people are experiencing outside of you. What you want to do then is disengage from what's going on outside of you, and that's when you can do the singing and dancing if you're in private or if you're in public, put your hand on your heart and start to breathe into a wonderful memory that gets you back into your heart. The agitation can come from either external or internal. If you're really nervous about something, if Natalie was here, she could tell you how nervous she was to take her test to be a dietitian. And she even talked about it when she would come on Thursday, and her family was getting her agitated. She will tell you this story if you ask her, because she said it in public in the group. And what I advised her to do is cut off all contact with her family, and she said, But I'm Italian! But she did it and it worked, and she passed her test because she cut off the external influence that could say, What are you doing? Oh, you can't do that. Why do you do that? And everyone's gonna have their own opinion, and they're agitated and they're excited, and you want to cut that off. If you're around someone who's agitated, you may say, you know what? I forgot I have to do something. Give me 10 minutes and let me call you back. Get yourself back into your center again, so that if they're really upset about something, my favorite dog is dying right now. You don't get caught up in the death, you're there as that comforting friend. The one who can say, Oh, I'm so sorry. But you're in your heart and they feel it, they feel you more than the words that you speak when you're centered. It's another way to get yourself back into center when you're agitated. Now, how do you build a habit? A habit is doing something so frequently that it becomes second nature. First, you have to want to establish the habit because it's gonna take a little bit of work, perhaps, to get a new habit going. What's sometimes harder is to stop the old habit if you're replacing it with a new habit. It can go either way. You might say, I just want to get up earlier because I think it's gonna be really important for me to see the sunrise. Now it doesn't mean sleeping in is a bad habit. So you're just wanting to establish a new one. But if you go, I want to change my eating habits, I want to eat more organic food, I want to eat more fresh food. But I'm really used to running over to fast food. That's breaking a habit in order to establish a new habit. So you're doing it simultaneously. What you can do, there's several different things you can do. If you're just saying I want to get up to watch the sunset or sunrise, you set your alarm, and when the alarm goes off, you go, Okay, time to get up. And if you know what time the sun gets up, you can then say, Well, I'm gonna set my alarm 15 minutes earlier so that I can kind of hit the snooze button. Because I don't know if I'm gonna get up right away, I'm not used to it. But you make an agreement with yourself, you contract with yourself, you could say, I'm going to get up to watch the sunrise because I feel so invigorated when I watch the sun rising. I am making this a high enough priority so that I will set my alarm and I will get up, and I'm going to do this every single day until I don't even need the alarm. Then it's just establishing a new habit. You have to want it enough, you contract it to yourself, I'm going to do it, here's how I'm going to do it, and then you stick with it. It's very easy when you don't have a habit established yet to say, you know, I'm really tired, I'm going to sleep in today. Tomorrow I'll start that. Super easy to do that because you've got a momentum of sleeping in later. So you have to want it enough. You have to want the results enough that you put in the time and the energy and the effort to make it happen. That's just establishing a new habit. If you're breaking an old one to get into a new one, you have to have a strategy because it's not going to happen without it. Let's go back to my example because it's a simple example. I want to eat healthier food. You might do something like, okay, I need to buy fresh fruit and vegetables. So once a week I'm going to go to wherever they have organic fruits and vegetables. Maybe I'll go to the farmer's market because it's easy there. And then I'm helping local people who I know a face with the love they put into their product, and that's what helped it grow. I want to support somebody at the farmer's market. But you make a plan, you write out your plan. Why is it important to write it out? Because you're putting it into the physical, and that becomes your contract. After you've write out your plan, I'm going to go to the farmer's market once a week. I'm going to go get fresh fish. So I'm going to go to this store once a week. You have you write it out because that's how you bring it into the physical. If you leave it in the mental body, it's a lot harder to bring it into the physical. It has to come through an emotional body and then hit the physical. So if you're writing it out and you're excited because this is my new way of being, it makes it much, much more physical for you. Because now you have something you can physically look at that will say, okay, I committed to this. Sign your name to it afterwards. Because that becomes your contract. Date it and sign it. Because you are contracting with yourself. I care and love about myself enough that I am going to do this. Here's my plan. I'm going to cook for three times a week, and I'll cook for enough food for enough in between. So that I don't go running to the store or running to the fast food because it's so much easier. So you're laying out your plan by writing it in the physicals because then you're holding yourself accountable when you see it. What's the easiest thing to do with it once you have it? Put it in a place where you'll see it. Like a refrigerator, because you usually go to the kitchen or the bathroom, because sometime during the day you're going to end up in the bathroom. But put it where you'll see it. So every time your eye sees it, it'll go, okay, I'm doing this. And it will reinforce your desire to do it. The other thing you must do is be really excited about your plan. Because if you go, all right, I'm gonna do this, you probably won't do it, even if it's written out. Because your excitement now has to carry you through when you're not feeling like following the new plan. Because it's so much easier to do the habit. Then you're holding yourself accountable, but you're doing it with excitement. I just feel so much better when I'm eating fresh fruits and vegetables. I love buying from people from the farmers market. I know that lady, I know the people that sell the meat, they are so nice, they bake their own bread, it's so great. They make their own cheese, and you can go to all these different wonderful people have made these great products. And remember when earlier I was talking about you infuse your energy into whatever you're doing, these people have infused their love and their excitement of being in something that they love. So you're going to consume their love while you're paying them with your energy with money. Because that's all money is, it's your energy. You must have the enthusiasm. Because if you go about this with really, you'll never develop a habit because you're not excited about it. If you want to build a new habit, you you must be excited about it. Let's say somebody wants to lose weight and they come up with this plan. I'm gonna eat better, I'm going to go for walks, I'm gonna go for a bike ride, I'm gonna you know, do do it this way. And then they look at the list and they were never excited about it in the first place, and they go, now I've got to cook. Great. But they won't do it. They'll find some excuse and some reason to not do the plan, and then pretty soon the plan is set aside. Want to know why most people who make New Year's resolutions never do it? For the very thing I'm saying, no, they're not doing it because they're excited about it, they're doing it because, well, it's a new year and it's a new plage, and I'm gonna do this. And it never really hit their heart. It was all a mental activity. And then a month and a half later, they've forgotten what they'd even said they were going to be doing for the new year. So find a way to get excited. Now, if let's go to losing weight. The doctor says to you, you're 20 pounds overweight, and it's putting a lot of strain on your heart, and your diabetes is on the edge, so you really have to eat better. And then you're thinking, but I don't really want to. Okay, how do I overcome this? You have to think of what the benefits are. Okay, do I really want to start dealing with diabetes when it's avoidable right now? Well, that might be a good idea. Or, whoa, my heart. He's saying that things are not looking good in my heart. Wow, I don't want, I'm not ready to leave yet. It's not my time. I know that. I can feel my my time is not done on this planet, so but I could cut it short. Do I really want to do that? So you have to have that talk with yourself and talk about what's important, what's the priority? Cutting your life short and doing continue doing what you're doing. Or, you know what? I'm gonna get this diabetes under control and I'm gonna lose some weight, so my heart gets better. I'm gonna exercise and I'm going to do things that are more healthy for me. Why? Because I really love myself and I love my family and I love my friends and I love my grandchildren, and I love being in the Tetons or wherever you are. That has to be a strong enough desire to override. Well, I've done this this way for decades. When you go, I forgot how tough this would be. No, what's gonna get you to keep going? If you go, okay, it's just soreness, I'll get over this, and then when this stops, I'll forget that it was this ever this sore. Because you know you can keep pushing your way through it, but your desire is I want to look good, I want to feel good, I want to be able to carry groceries with ease, I want to be able to ski down that mountain without my legs going into noodles. What's the enthusiasm that must get you through a new habit? It takes three weeks to establish a new habit. If you wonder, well, how long do I have to keep doing this before it gets second nature? Several months. But if you do it for three weeks, you'll find okay, it's starting to become routine, and that's what you want to establish, the routine part of it. So that pretty soon you're just doing it without even thinking. I get up at five o'clock because I get up at five o'clock and look, my internal clock got me up in time. Because you've been doing it long enough that the body goes, Okay, we're joining in and we're helping you. You get to decide is it important enough to you to want to do a new habit? Because if it's not, you'll never do it. Does that make sense?

Totally. Well, let me give you the bad news first. Yes, it's not gonna change until your vibration hits high enough that it doesn't affect you anymore. So do be aware. Okay, I'm just gonna be okay with this because it's here's the enthusiasm: it's showing me that my vibrations are raising and I'm not gonna stop. Okay, the higher your vibration, the more sensitive you're going to be to things of a lower vibration. Plastic has a lower vibration than glass or even metal. So when you're drinking water out of a plastic container and you're not sensitive to it, it's just how the water tastes. But as your vibrations start to raise, as you start to become more childlike and you become happier and you're shedding the old things that used to pull you down, you will find that things that you used to like you don't even like anymore. It's a process. If you can just be okay with it, you will shift out of it. But just know that's why I want you to look at it very excitedly. Like, oh, my vibration's raising again. This is great. Because it will continue to do that. That's how you'll also shed things when you're tasting plastic and you go, wait a minute, I never tasted this before. But oh right, I'm in a drinking from a plastic container. You'll probably go, I'm not gonna have my water in plastic anymore because this tastes really terrible. And just two days ago it didn't even taste terrible. Or food you used to like, you may find that as your vibrations raise, food that you used to go, oh yeah, I could do that. In fact, they used to really love it. And then suddenly you go, that doesn't taste so good anymore. Ooh, that tastes really salty, or it tastes really metal y or it's got a really strange taste. I can't even put my finger on it. Well, that's a good thing because your vibration is raising enough that you can you're sensitive to the change in the vibration. That lower vibration doesn't match where your higher vibration is now. It's not a bad thing, even though it doesn't feel very pleasant.

What may even happen, the reason in the Eastern cultures that the highest adepts cook the food is because once again that got imprinted into the food. So if you find someone who's a cook who makes delicious food, you may even start to see the glow of the light around the food that they've cooked. Because it's not just their light, it's their drawing out the light in the food so that even the food suddenly looks much more appealing than you've ever seen before. Your senses get fine-tuned to the higher vibration.

Yes, there is. And I do speak in English and French. I speak in many languages. I will speak to you in whatever language you're speaking to me in. It starts by getting centered. Get centered in your heart. Also are really, really important pieces if you want to start to hear me. Because you're attuning yourself to a higher vibration. When you go into gratitude, gratitude is one of the highest vibrations on this planet. So when you're consciously going into gratitude, oh, what a beautiful day. I'm so grateful I get to see this. I'm so grateful I get to have my studio where I can do my work. Consciously make an effort of cultivating gratitude because it will automatically raise your vibrations when you're doing that. Automatically. Childlike. That one too will pull your vibrations up so high you would be shocked if you could see the difference. Another thing you can do though, do you meditate? When you're in deep meditation, that's a great time to start to connect with me. Because what you're doing, you're going so deep into this secret chamber of your heart, it allows you to be connecting to your I Am Presence. And when you're connected to your I Am Presence, that is the place where I can connect with you. Deep stillness is one of the easiest ways to allow me to come through. Be patient with yourself. It's very easy to say after five tries, well, that didn't work. What I want people to do is attune yourself to all your senses. You might smell a flower smell. You might go, wow, I smell roses. Who's here? Or violet. You might go, wow, Saint Germain might be here. There's violet. I smell the violets. Or you start to feel something is just vibrating. Your fingers are just tingling. You might go, okay, something's different. What's different? So you might find some of your other senses will get attuned before the hearing does. Same with sight. People think, why can't I see the masters? Well, you gotta attune your vibration. You have to attune your vibration to where I am. I lower myself as much as I can, but that also means you have to raise your vibration to where I can lower myself so we can meet there. It's cultivating the attuning of your senses. This messenger went into vipassana meditation. Now the reason this one worked for her is because all day long for 10 days you're going into deep meditation deeper and deeper and deeper every day. And what happened with this messenger is she actually left this dimension and she was in another dimension where she got a hug by the ascended master Lanello. And then when the bell called her back into this dimension to go to the first sitting, he had hugged her so tight it thumped on her sternum. And when she opened her eyes, she could still feel the thump on her sternum. So it allows you for 10 days you're blocked off from everything. What Vipassana does is you can't look at people, you can't be on a phone, you can't have writing materials, you can't have reading materials, you can't have a computer, you can't have you completely go internal. If someone is really serious about wanting to connect with me, I would say think about going into Vipassa meditation. If for nothing else, you've got 10 days where you're totally cut off from everyone around you except yourself. You will go so deep, I could pretty much guarantee you'll feel me for sure, if not start to hear me. What I'm describing to you is how do you disconnect from the external world so it's only you and the heaven world. Some people it's not important enough. When I was talking about that desire, you have to have a desire. But these are little things that can help get you attuned. You have it set up so you would be able to hear me.

They're doing world service. And that's a really good point. These people, they're isolated off, or maybe not as much any longer, but they used to go into a cloistered convent or into a monastery, and oftentimes, particularly in the east, the monasteries, they would go for weeks by themselves into deep meditation. And what they were doing is they were doing world service. They were doing the work that, if you're a householder, as they call it in the east, you don't have the same time. They're doing a constant prayer that is helping the planet. So they're praying for people in deep places. The Catholic Church, when somebody dies, they will offer prayers, they will allow people to pay for prayers. The paying for the prayer is actually, believe it or not, is fairly important. Now you might think I'm crazy when I'm saying this. You're giving your energy to be able to help this person in need. And money is your energy. So, karma, believe it or not, can be paid off with money. Now you might think I'm absolutely insane by saying this. There's a reason for it, it's your energy. And if you've got a very heavy karma that you're dealing with, when you give money, what you're doing is you're taking that karma and you're putting it into something positive that will help erase that heavy karma for you. Because money is you, it's your energy, it's your life force, it's your abundance. When someone in the Catholic Church is paying for prayers, they're actually helping take that karma that could keep them perhaps in a dark place or a heavier place, or if they haven't made it to the heaven world, it will literally give energy to Archangel Michael or Archangel Gabriel to take their allegiance and go and find them and take them out and bring them to a higher place. Services that a cloistered convent or a monastery, they're doing such huge service for the planet because they are praying for the planet. And the more isolated they are, the more effective their prayer because they're not engaging with the world. They are very internal as a group, and what that does is allows them to be so still themselves, except for when they're doing the prayers, if they're doing prayers out loud, that it allows that prayer to have more what we call faux hat. It's the power behind the words. So that when they're saying those words, it has a lot more backing to it than somebody that doesn't develop a momentum on that. And that's how it becomes so effective for helping the planet and helping people in dark places.

Well, some spirit guides are not of the highest quality, unless you've graduated from this planet, for example, you're not going to get somebody who's going to tell you how to get off this planet. How do you come in contact with the heaven world? Many, many, many spirit guides are not of the highest quality. Or people will say, Oh, I just exchanged some out for some different ones because these are at a higher go to a master or an angel first. Why listen to somebody who doesn't have the knowledge on how to help you get off the planet? They might give you some interesting information, they might tell you some interesting stories. But our job for those of us that are staying on this planet or staying around this planet is to help mankind get off this planet. Or what I'm doing now with you is to bring heaven to Earth. If you're not in connection with the heaven world, how in the world can you possibly help someone on this planet connect with the heaven world? Kind of difficult. It'll be like everyone in this room saying, Well, let me tell you my guess. You might have some good ideas, but is it really going to be effective? Maybe, maybe not. Depends how high the consciousness of the people in the group is. It's the same thing with spirit guides, and people go, Oh, I talked to all my spirit guides. You want to make sure they're of a very high quality. Here's another thing: there's a lot of impostors. I have many, many impostors. They look like me. You might even look at them and go, I'd swear that's Saint Germain. Because they're so good at what they do. You always want to ask. If you're talking to a master and you're starting to hear them, you always want to test the spirits, and you do that by saying, Show me your light. Now, maybe you see light, maybe you don't. But what should happen is you'll get an uplifted feeling. Oh, I just feel like I'm connecting with a really high place. If it's my imposter, I can guarantee you will not feel that lightness. In fact, you can might even feel a heaviness. Like, that's not Saint Germain because I don't feel this heavy when I'm with Saint Germain. I feel really good when I'm with him. This is not Saint Germain. This is how you know on if somebody is for real or if they're a fraud. You always want to test the spirits, then. Show me your light. Any ascended master or angel would be more than happy to show you their light. Here's a story I can tell. A woman that this messenger has known, she sees me, she works with me, she sees masters, she hears them crystal clear. She wasn't aware of that. And one day, why imposter walked into her home and she started engaging, and that imposter told her some very strange information. And she was like, huh, this is odd. But she didn't think anything of it. Then she's talking to this messenger, and she's telling her about it, and that imposter is still there. And this messenger said to her, Tell him to show you his light. He walked away very nonchalantly. And this messenger said, Tell him he's got to go, not just let him waltz out of the room. She was talking to a fraud. So you want to test the spirits every single time. This messenger will always test me. Because she knows and knows others that they didn't test the spirits after a while because they knew me so well and other masters so well, and that is always when they'll catch you off guard. The fake ones that are so phony you go, it's not Saint Germain. That's not the ones you have to be aware of. It's the ones who look like me, sound like me, say words like I do, and then all of a sudden you say, Show me your show me your light, and they don't have my light. You always want to test the spirits, but I always recommend, if you can, talk to angels and masters because they'll give you correct information, they'll give you the highest truth of the answers that you're looking for. They will never tell you falsehood. You see the difference between heaven and earth there's absolute and then there's relative. So absolute evil, absolute good, relative evil, relative good, relative truth, absolute truth. A spirit guide might give you truth, but it's a relative truth, relative to this dimension of duality. A master is not going to give you information from this world, they're going to give you information from the heaven world, where everything is truth and honesty and nobility and integrity. When it's lower than that, you can get relative. It doesn't mean that they're not giving you truth. You could say, oh yeah, that was truthful. Sounds right, but is it absolute truth? Meaning, does it come from the highest truth that there is nothing but truth? That is why we recommend not talking to lesser spirits. Free will, you may. We just don't recommend it.

Especially the more light you have, the more they're gonna love to be able to do things with you. But are they of the highest caliber? Not necessarily. That's why you can ask them, well, show me your light.

Guardian angels come from the heaven world. So once again, that's the angelic kingdom. You might have elementals, because elementals too can be assigned to you. You might have gnomes, you might have sylphs, you might have undines, you might have salamanders, you might have little fairies. They will more, they would love to hang out with you, and absolutely they're wonderful. The elemental kingdom is wonderful to work with, the angelic kingdom is wonderful to work with, the master world is wonderful to work with. But some of these other in-between, you might get some dicey information. That's our recommendation. Like I said, free will. We are never going to say you must do this. But I'm giving you the cautions that go along when you connect with something of a lower vibration.

Yes. It is very good to know. Because here's the problem: if you start connecting with, we call them false hierarchy. Because there's a hierarchy to our world. My boss is the great divine director. He was my guru. We all are underneath Sonic Mara because we came here. He's the guru of gurus. So there's a hierarchy, they're above us. Does that make them better than us? No, it just means they've had more time spending on developing their gifts and abilities and their attainment grows larger. That's why there's a hierarchy. It doesn't make one better than another. We call it the false hierarchy. If you connect with a false hierarchy, you're connecting with demons, like you just bluntly said. If you connect with a demon and you suddenly realize I'm connected to a demon, and then you try to get away from that demon, they're not gonna just go, oh, you're done with me. That's been fun. See ya. No, they're gonna go, are you kidding? I've been hanging out with you. And you think you're gonna just get rid of me now? And these are high-level arch deceivers. For you to disentangle yourself from an archdeceiver is very, very difficult. Not impossible, but very, very difficult because they just don't willingly walk away. They now view you as they own you. That's the problem. Then when you go, well, I'm done with you, they're not gonna go, oh, okay, we're done. They're gonna no no no no no no no no no no no no because they've been sucking your light. And do you think they're gonna give up their great big buffet? Not willingly. Then you have to really work on making sure that you disconnect and they stay disconnected and they don't keep showing up, and they don't keep showing up in the people that are around you to try to connect you through that route. They will try anything. This is why I'm always cautioning people test suspicions. Spirits. Demand they show you their light. And if you don't see their light, you'll feel the upliftment. And if you don't feel an upliftment, and usually what will happen is you'll feel the whole, the heavy feeling, you start doing your work to cut yourself free.

And so this begs the question: where is God in the hierarchy and why do we need any?

There's different ways of defining God. Like I'm talking about with this group, you are designed to become a god or a goddess. You would be the god Ben. You would be the goddess. Once you graduate from this dimension, that means that the laws that apply to the physical realm no longer apply to you. You're ascended, you're above the vibration of this physical realm. Your God is your I am presence. You are literally becoming your I am presence. You're doing it through the mediator or the guardian angel is a is your holy Christ self. Your holy Christ self is the one, your I Am presence is the one who has the energy that created universes. It's such a high energy that when you're in this dimension, you're not one with it yet. You're building up your light and building up your attainment to one day join with your I Am presence. Until you hit that level, you're going to be following the rules on planet Earth. Or wherever there are other places like Planet Earth, some less heavy, some heavier, believe it or not. The God for you is also going to be your I am presence. It is for everybody. Everyone has an I am presence unless they cut themselves off from it, like the demons have or people that serve demons. When you think about God, you're actually talking about your I am presence. Now, once you leave this dimension, there are higher levels in hierarchy of higher level gods, you could say. But they all have an I am presence. Every single one of them. It's just when you graduate from a place like this and you become one with your I am presence, that's when you truly always you will always be that god or goddess that will never ever change. Unless you choose like someone like Lucifer who said, I'm not following the rules anymore. That's a whole different story. We're just talking about gods and goddesses now. Once you graduate from Earth, you're gonna find you're amongst a bunch of gods and goddesses, but we're all one in the sense that we're all embodying our I am presence with a quality of God or a goddess that we chose to master. Mine, as I've said, is freedom. So I'm known as the God of freedom. The great divine director, who's my guru, he has the consciousness of his mind of God is so vast, he can hold an entire universe in his consciousness. Very, very, very high level master. Then you get into a different level that are called like a solar logo I'm cosmic beings. Solar logo I is above a cosmic being. Still all gods and goddesses. So, for example, our sun in this world has a retreat there called Helios and Vesta. They are a solar logo I. Their consciousness now is holding this entire Milky Way galaxy in their aura. So they're influencing the planets, they're influencing all the stars in this Milky Way galaxy, and the people that inhabit any of the planets on it. So their consciousness, imagine how vast your consciousness has to be to be able to hold that kind of being, consciousness in it. Extremely high. It's hard for you in this dimension to even imagine it because it's so vast. When you're thinking of a God or a goddess, okay, who do I pray to as a god? You're actually connecting with your I am presence. But your I am presence is connected with every I am presence out there because it's all the same place. That's why when you become individualized and come to a place like this and develop the mastery of your God quality, what starts to happen is your I am presence, even though it's the same of every other god or goddess out there, and some have developed themselves further along than maybe you have, and some less than what you have, what you're going to find is the I Am presence is the same, but your quality you've mastered is going to be different from being to being. And the consciousness is going to be influenced. So someone who's focused on illumination, they're going to have developed a different consciousness than someone who's developed love or someone who's developed God power. And these are all different colors as well. So you're it doesn't mean because you all have the same I am presence, because the I am presence is the same, there's many qualities to God. You get to develop the one that you were created for, and then you start to build off of that. Then when you're in the heaven world, you will be known by that God quality. Sometimes people will ask me a question, but it's better suited for a different master to answer the question because they're on a ray or God quality that they've mastered that they can actually give you a better answer than I can. And I'm a cosmic being. But still, I refer people to the one that knows the answer best. Does that make sense to you?

What you're going to find, so right now you're in a Christian environment. They know Jesus. Jesus is a fabulous master. I know, he was my son. Jesus is an amazing master, and this group that you're with, they know Jesus. Some of them very intimately, some of them have very personal relationships with Jesus. When they're calling to Jesus, it's usually Jesus that's answering them.

When you have a relationship or you're part of an organization that has a relationship with that particular master, you will get that master to be the one to respond.

Absolutely not, because masters are all one. There will be times that a master may sponsor someone, but they know someone like Mother Teresa, knew Jesus. She knew Mother Mary, although they don't view her as a god like Jesus, or she would be a goddess. We don't care. If someone is willing to do the work and that I, as the master, am willing to sponsor them, we don't care if they call us Jesus or they call us Krishna or they call us whoever. Great Divine Director. Does not matter. But on the whole, if someone is part of a group, like you're in a Christian environment that knows Jesus, it's usually Jesus that will respond.

Because in your sphere, your world, your I am presence is the one who you're trying to become. So when you're praying to God, it's usually the I am presence that's answering first. But if someone is connected with, like right now, Natalie's getting ordained and it's going to be under a Christian umbrella for what she's going to gain from it. This group she's with, they don't know me. They don't know El Moria, even though they know him as Abraham, they know me as Samuel, they know me as Joseph, the father of Jesus, but they don't know it consciously. But they, if you say, Mother Jesus' father Joseph or his mother Mary, they're talking about the Ascended Master, even though they don't have the understanding of them as an ascended master. Jesus is, when he, people are not aware of this, and it doesn't matter. But when Jesus was talking about God the Father, he was sponsored by Maitreya. And Maitreya was the father that he was talking about. Now, did it matter? Absolutely not. But when Jesus went to India to get trained from 12 to 30, he had a lot of training, but it was under the sponsorship of Maitreya. Now he's an Eastern Buddha. You might go, but Jesus is Christian. Once again, doesn't matter. Was the one who gave him all the information. The Sermon on the Mount that so many people are familiar with, that was actually a dictation from Maitreya. Does it matter? Does the Christian world need to know it was Maitreya instead of Jesus? As I'm doing with this messenger? No. Because what's most important is the information that people are getting. So when you say I'm praying to God the Father, oftentimes it's usually to the office that we call the Lord of the world. That used to be Sonic Kamara. In the 1950s, it shifted to Gautama, and there was a recent shift that includes that office is the highest level of God as Father that people on this planet would understand. It's connecting through the I am presence because what did I say? Everyone's I am presence is the same. That's how we are all one. But oftentimes when they're praying to God the Father, it can often be called the Lord of the world.

Right now it's it's an office that's held by Gautama and Maitreya. They are not sharing it equally. There's some very interesting things that happened in the heaven world. Maitreya recently stepped into the office of Lord of the World. Gautama wasn't in it long enough, but because of what's happening on the planet right now, they're kind of sharing the office, but you could also call Gautama the regent Lord of the World. Like Sonic Kamara is definitely the regent of the Lord of the World office. So you could call to Gautama, you could call to Maitreya, they're both responding. It's an unusual situation, it's based on what's happening on the planet right now.

They definitely are playing a part in helping mankind to wake up. Absolutely.

Yes. So there is no global warming in the way that it's portrayed on planet Earth. And there are always changes that have happened on this planet. Once, especially once the fall happened. This used to be an entire semi-tropical climate. And then when consciousness started to fall, is that's when you saw all kinds of earth changes and weather patterns changing. When weather patterns are changing, for example, earthquakes, oftentimes during the time right now, there's so much heaviness on the planet from what mankind has put out. The gnomes, who are the elementals that hold the earth and work with the earth, they can't carry the burden. It's so great, it's so heavy for them that an earthquake is one of the ways that it helps them to deal with it. Same with flooding or tornadoes. Although tornadoes are different, same with hurricanes, those are often developed by black magicians. But that's a whole nother topic. But just using the elemental kingdom is very heavy for them right now. It's a huge burden on them. But if you do violet flame, like I have suggested, you can do it for the elementals. It will help release that burden without it having to be a cataclysm. It's very difficult for our little elemental friends right now.

Your vibration isn't high enough. If you continue to grow and evolve, you'll be able to do things that they used to call being a demigod. It means you're operating like a god, and the rules, so to speak, on this planet start to not to apply to you so much. Because you are raising, you have raised your vibration to a high enough rate that you could, for example, walk through a wall. And you would think nothing of it because you're just at that level. When I've been talking about go to Portia, we will help you. Gail really went after the lower vibration, which means she transmuted that lower vibration and turned it into a higher vibration, and then it became very easy to help her have a miracle happen. Sometimes I know, and sometimes I'd have to check. Usually what happens if you have a sponsor? It means that master's vibration is around you. And that master is God or Goddess, or both. Most people have two sponsors, a main one and a secondary one. So when they say, I believe so much I'm going to help, their energy is actually around both the minor one and the major one. Now, where it gets a little more complicated is let's say she's my student. And then I realize, well, I'm realizing that Hannah needs a little bit more work in the illumination area. I'm going to have her spend time with Lord Lanto, who's a Yellow Ray master. His last embodiment was the yellow emperor out of China. So if I'm her sponsor, I will go have her spend time with Lonto. Because Lanto is an expert in that, much more than I am. I'm good at freedom and I have a great mind, but if I want to learn more about illumination and wisdom, I will send her to the expert. Then if I were to tap into her, if I'm a master saying, Who's sponsor? And right now she's with Lord Lanto, you might go, oh, Lanto is her sponsor. And he's not actually her sponsor at that time. He's just helping her get a broader understanding of illumination and wisdom because she's lacking in it. Then that master that she's spending time with, his energy is going to be around her. So you could think, oh, that's her master, and not necessarily. That's where it gets a little trickier. Sometimes, for I'll use this messenger for an example. Mother Mary was one of her sponsors, and a couple years ago, Mother Mary bowed out because her attainment that this messenger was needing, Quan Yin stepped in. Was there anything wrong with Mother Mary? Never. Absolutely not. But where this messenger was going and the path that her Dharma has her on, Mother Mary then was able to say, I've gone as far as I can with her. Now I'm turning over to Quan Yin. There's sometimes changes that take place as well. Depending on what is going on with someone's path and what they need and where they're going. She's actually purple. Mine is violet. So they're similar. The difference between the purple and the violet is the purple has more blue. And mine has more pink. The violet has more pink. But as twin flames, hers is not the same as mine.

That we are constantly growing to attain something that we can never attain because it's an infinite being. So I see we we talk about, like you said, uh sola, ascended masses, law of the worlds. These are all children of them, of the first cause. And they all have, no matter how great you might think you are, there's always something higher. Yes. And even once you attain that height, it's even something higher than that. Yes. And so that's why you know you're living forever. It's there's no boredom because there's always a new frontier. Yes. Always to be attained or to look forward to.
