At the Intersection: Insights for Thriving at the Crossroads of Change
At the Intersection is a podcast for CEOs and leaders navigating one of the most important shifts in modern business: the rise of Human + AI organizations.
Hosted by Craig Francisco, Co-founder and Managing Partner of Telios Partners Technology, the show explores the crossroads of leadership, strategy, and artificial intelligence — where executive decision-making, organizational alignment, and emerging technology meet.
Through short solo insights and candid conversations with experienced operators, Craig focuses on the questions leaders are asking right now:
• Where should we actually start with AI?
• How do we align our leadership team around strategy?
• Where can AI create meaningful leverage in our organization?
• What does a realistic path to becoming an AI-enabled company look like?
This podcast is designed for leaders who want clarity before launching AI initiatives — not hype, tools, or scattered experimentation.
If you're a CEO or senior leader trying to make sense of AI inside your organization — where to start, what to prioritize, and how to actually create momentum — I offer a focused 1:1 advisory session where we work through this together.

Picking AI Partners You Can Trust
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
The AI tool you’re excited about today could be acquired, reshuffled, or gone six months from now and that possibility can make any business owner hesitate. I unpack a question I hear constantly from leaders investing in AI for workflow automation and team support: what happens if the company we partner with gets bought by private equity, purchased by a strategic, or simply doesn’t make it?
We zoom out from the logo and talk about what you’re actually buying when you “buy AI.” The real value usually comes from execution: the people who learn your business, map your processes, build the integrations, and collaborate with you until the system is genuinely useful. When you take time to know the engineer doing the work and the team responsible for delivery, you reduce AI vendor risk in a way that contracts alone can’t. Those relationships create continuity, because the knowledge of your workflows and decisions lives with people, not a brand name.
I also share a simple mindset for AI due diligence that fits the reality of venture-backed AI startups: accept that not everyone wins, then protect your project by prioritizing trust, documentation, and the humans behind the build. If you’re trying to scale AI implementation without getting trapped by uncertainty, this conversation will help you move forward with clearer eyes and a steadier plan.
