Ron closes with a story that truly delivers: his legendary Australian dream topless beach adventure. On a sales award trip to Cairns, Ron and 75 fellow sales winners descend upon the beaches, where beautiful women and zero self-control create total chaos. As Ron describes, it was like “throwing a piece of meat into a tank full of piranhas.”
The nonstop running around in pursuit of topless sights leaves Ron with a brutal sunburn across his back—thanks to the notorious hole in the ozone layer at the time. Like Kenn, Ron concludes that divine punishment may have been at play.
