So feliz, Michelle! What were your fests?

SPEAKER_01

And much.

SPEAKER_00

Ah, ah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

My vecinos are department. Oh, muy bien. ¿Cuál es tu restaurante favorito in tu barrio? Una grita para el callejón. El callejón. Había una cantara, like a singer.

SPEAKER_00

O un cantante.

SPEAKER_01

SPEAKER_00

Puede decir el countdown. Muy buena palabra. El conteo final.

SPEAKER_01

Conteo.

SPEAKER_00

El conteo final. El conteo final. The final countdown. Suena muy tragicoso, no. La canción.

SPEAKER_01

The final countdown. Oh, my God. Oh, casarme or me casé or me casé.

SPEAKER_00

Subjuntivo. Very good. Oh wow. The final countdown.

SPEAKER_01

Anyway, um, this is my noche view, and like a day nuevo.

SPEAKER_00

It's like the day of año nuevo.

SPEAKER_01

You fui a isla here in the city that seems Governor's Island. Okay. Yes, exactly. A military base, yan cambiado los edificios del like barracks hasta ahora son por ejemplo son um like galleries de arte. So I unas albercas um calientes y no like hot tub, pero like just uh exactly, yeah. Um yeah, yeah, so oh, y um viernes, el 12, 12, uh familia uh cumplió 75 años.

SPEAKER_00

Feliz cumpleaños, but feliz cumpleaños atupa. Come se llama tu papa, Michelle?

SPEAKER_01

Mike.

SPEAKER_00

Mike, Miguel, feliz cumpleaños, 75.

SPEAKER_01

Exactly, yeah. So it was a surprise, and um yeah, and this is all. Yeah, so much on the family.

SPEAKER_00

Passar, aunque a little chaotic, passing.

SPEAKER_01

Via during those festivities is a little difficult. Yeah, but yeah. And what was in Honduras?

SPEAKER_00

Uh, I was in Honduras in the tropical. Oh, and the climate was incredible, it was fantastic. The time, the climate. Um, I've been my kids, and I saw time in the playa, in the world that I was, in the coast of Caribe Honduras. I'm an animal, uh celebrations, with family, with my family. We were at a body of one of my friends, and it was a very special, reconnect with the emotional. And as you mentioned at the moment of our conversation, it's recuerdo in Philly at the 11 of the noche, it was like zero center, 22 grades Fahrenheit, and wow, what I'm saying, ¿por qué estoy aquí? Andrés, uh, it's more duro, no?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. And one is a boda in Honduras.

SPEAKER_00

Uh, buona pregunta. Uh, in my family, we are in the playa. Uh, very casual.

SPEAKER_01

What is the playa? Yeah. What is the arena and the air?

SPEAKER_00

Well, I'm a biased because it's my hometown, my native that I am. But this playa in particular, the Samatella, it's a city in the coast of Caribbean of Honduras. The play is arena blanket, the calm, and the temperature of the away is perfect. It's perfect. Uh in the 70s Fahrenheit, and enter the house in December, in November, and the temperature is fantastic all the time. Uh, this was a bodies for the civil, and the committee. Uh for the civil.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, okay.

SPEAKER_00

No, not a boda in the ecclesiastical was very casual. I have photos where you have shorts, uh, pantalones cortis, and my breaking stocks. Uh, and like MC uh, no queen an MC.

SPEAKER_01

Like, I mean, okay, so no era in an eglia, so no era a priest, but a sacerdote, no, no. But there's a reason that these people don't have a lot of people.

SPEAKER_00

Ah, okay, okay, well, the bodha was two parts. Primer we were a notario at the officer of a notary to do the bodies civil, you know, onto the law and all that. And the notary was the encryption of this part, no. Unfortunately, no existed that young. No, no, no, it was like a telenovela, that was. And the ceremony is very cool where they did those votes, I think it's the vows.

SPEAKER_02

Ah, okay.

SPEAKER_00

And the officer of the notarious, because there are three quadres. And before the officer, we were at the player, a restaurant. And the restaurant was a restaurant italian with pizza and pasta. Much, very, very, very tranquil. And the restaurant in front of a patio in front of the player. And perfect, there's a certain vino, with people in a boda, and it's very. But I can't do the music, and I need a little bit of impulse, like a tequilita, or a little bit for animals for bail.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, I enjoy. Yeah, I think.

SPEAKER_00

But it was a very good time. And we are episodes of this. And the thing that we're going to talk about for the day of hoy is a thing that you think is very interesting. Um, we're going to talk about proposits or methods or resolutions, resolutions for email, in a manner positive. And see, you know that there are a lot of people who are not saying proposites, resolutions, or methods. Uh, but I can escuch if Michelle has a lot of proposits for this 2026, Michelle, things that are uh I have much cambios that are in my life.

SPEAKER_01

Um in other episodes we'll have. But for now, I think, but a vehicle, others, tres más metas. When me equivoco, equivoco, yo usualmente yo paro y algo como like, me hago otra vez. No, como si the confidence.

SPEAKER_00

Disfrutar, enjoy, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Um sin la presión de ser perfecto. Perfecta. Optimista.

SPEAKER_00

Positividad.

SPEAKER_01

Positividad. Yeah, okay.

SPEAKER_00

So afrontas los uh las situations of the vida, no?

SPEAKER_01

No repetí un restaurante or in the city. No faltar restaurantes in one año, por cierto. Antes de el callejón.

SPEAKER_00

Antes del callejón, antes del callejón. Ponía atención.

SPEAKER_01

Ponía atención in the calles. But when I was coming out, I was like, oh, yeah, it's a cafe or regression.

SPEAKER_00

No duplicados. This is very impression, Michelle. And comedians are different. It's diverse. Yeah, I'm gonna do it. Yeah, I think I'm saying this in the front, in the Honduras, and all these methods or something in this year. And one is similar to what you mentioned. I'm going to visit more in the presentation. Because you have this tendency too much in the future, what will be my next move, my proximity. And this causes a little stress and anxiety. And I try to try to start more present in okay, in the things that I can control, and not in the things that I don't control in the future, because I can do incertidumbre what will happen, because we don't know what will happen, exactly. We can prepare us, but not with what will occur in the future. It's very difficult because you know I have family in Canada, in Toronto, and I have family in Honduras. And I need to have a look different, concerning a culture different, community different, a city or a lot of noise. For example, in Europa I have much of visiting Turkey. Nunca I visited Islandia and I encourage senderism, and the natural in Islandia. But including in Stars, I mean visit a city, which not. Nashville is very common, but I visited Nashville. And much cities like St. Louis and Missouri or including Pittsburgh here in Players.

SPEAKER_01

Nunca has been a Pittsburgh.

SPEAKER_00

But it was practically not. From a road trip after many years.

SPEAKER_01

No, but no, no, see, when you fui a guate for the primer el Vocán, usé el traje, la ropa es muy ligera y um fácil de empacar. Y por eso yo los use, pero no has no los ha usado in los estados.

SPEAKER_00

Todavía no. Pero lo tienes ahí. Hay una de mis frases favoritas in español, por si acaso, just in case.

SPEAKER_01

Por si acaso, me encanta esta frase.

SPEAKER_00

Por si acaso lo tienes ahí, este traje just in case.

SPEAKER_01

And uh usaba uh during the pandemic, and now I don't know what's incredible.

SPEAKER_00

It's like the pandemic was six years, no? I recuered one in Toronto in Canada, and it was in a year, Michelle. And I thought not in Fahrenheit, in Celsius, in centigrado, it was like 27 hours. And I was disperse for starting away. And I have a trick on a bar, but that was away, you know?

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And there were calefactors and structures of matters.

SPEAKER_01

Ah, okay.

SPEAKER_00

And I reckon I ordered an old fashioned of my cocktail, and I saw in a minute, and I was and I saw three old fashions, and the phone disappeared from my life, and I didn't know it's ridiculous. No, there were days very difficult. But for sure, we were and uh coming or being. But yeah, this were one of my resolutions that I had for this week, and quite one that I mentioned, which is one of the most important to work with among them in the podcast and preparing material, have conversations interesting and relevant for that people who escuch a good moment and practical. And I'm going to have more invitations. In our episode, we have in the episode we have my among student today, Spencer Rice. And we're going to have more presentations, no Michelle, for this new year that we are.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I disfruted the entrepreneur, but the charge with Spencer.

SPEAKER_00

Um, no, I've escuched much of it.

unknown

Exactly.

SPEAKER_00

Uh with my hermanita, and I would say when Michelle regresses of Guatemala and Medellin, we're going to have an special Entre Miguel in the concierge of Bad Bunny. You think we're gonna have a bomb in this episode, no Michelle?

SPEAKER_01

You had the meta of memorizing the letters of the cancel of Bad Bunny, but 10 or 11 days, and it's possible because it's a little difficult. But um yeah, I'm gonna practic me in Colombia. I'm gonna record me the phrases and other places. In other places, and yeah, and my hermanita nunca, and I would say the city. You know, the saludos. Yeah, the saludos and numerous um, but no lista and via contigo and English in Colombia, but you're ready, Colleen.

SPEAKER_00

I know. Good.

SPEAKER_01

In the avion, yeah, exactly.

SPEAKER_00

Entre amigos all the time in the avion. Well, Michelle, and so it's been an enormous, have this conversation. Otherwise, uh this week is a good day, much more than the amigos.

SPEAKER_01

So you have a pregnant or something that we'll do in a charge in the future.

SPEAKER_00

Chao. Adios,
