My brain had been filing my wealth dreams under "nice idea, but not for you." Here is what I discovered about why that happens, and exactly how I changed it.

The hippocampus, your brain's memory centre, has spent decades storing your financial history.

Every money struggle you witnessed, every time things didn't work out, every financial fear you ever felt.
That library of memory is what your brain searches every time you set a new wealth goal. And if it cannot find a match, it quietly decides the goal isn't real.

Desire alone does not override that.

And I know that can be frustrating to hear, especially when your desire is a 10 out of 10.

But research cited from MIT, UCLA, and University College London points to the same conclusion: when a goal is paired with a vivid image and a genuine emotional experience, the brain begins to accept it as reality rather than wishful thinking. UCL researchers described this as the "vivid threshold." Once crossed, your brain stops filing your vision under "someday" and starts treating it as something that has already happened.

In this episode, I walk you through how to use an AI prompt to cross that threshold. You're going to create a scene of your financially independent, recreationally employed life so specific and so felt that your brain cannot tell the difference between imagination and memory. The prompt has 10 questions. It builds the emotional scene first and only introduces numbers at the end, because that sequence is what makes it work.

This is the same process I used on my own garden, my own vision, my own wealth identity. It is available free on Substack.

If you're an ambitious woman who's done everything right, the career, the family, the responsibilities, but still you feel like there's something missing. There's a sense of not quite being fulfilled. You are in the right place. I'm Tasha, serial seven-figure entrepreneur and founder of Dare Wealthy Me, co-founder of the Science of Getting Rich Academy. After years of overworking and proving people-pleasing, I finally discovered the truth. Real wealth, it does not come from hustle. It comes from identity. Now I show women like you how to combine science and spirit to create wealth with ease, joy, and freedom. Because this is your time, your wealthy era. Welcome to the wealthy me podcast. About AI. Today I'm going to give you the prompt, the AI prompt, that will help your brain feel like wealth is real. This is the thing that did it for me. I'm so excited to share this with all of you. And this is especially if you're a woman who has been feeling like, what's up? My desire for wealth, for success is a 10 out of 10. I'm hitting it out of the park in desire, but something inside of me just kind of feels like I don't believe it. I don't believe this thing that I want, this level of success, this level of wealth is for somebody like me. You probably sometimes feel like you're frustrated because it's taking so long. Or maybe you're looking around and you're like, why am I not taking the actions that I need to take to attract and create the level of wealth and success that I know is meant for me. And you are in this place of feeling like something is off. And I just I wish I had the thing that could just help me make this shift, especially inside. Well, this morning we're going to talk about a little bit about neuroscience. You know, we love talking about that because once you understand, it helps you figure out okay, what's going on inside in my brain, but also this AI prompt, stay with me till the end. This AI prompt is going to do magical things for you. Welcome to the Wealthy Me podcast. My name is Tasha. I'm your host, and every week we gather here, we have conversations around wealth with ease and really just giving women a space to say, I am willing to own the fact that I desire to experience wealth with ease. If that's you, go ahead, type in the chat every single Monday morning. We do that to do a little, you know, neuroplasticity work. So go ahead and type, I deserve wealth with ease. I'm willing to claim it, declare it every once a week at least, for my brain to accept I deserve wealth with ease. Now, as we get started, I'm going to tell you a quick story because it was amazing to me the connection between this experience that I've been having and how I can understand when a woman feels like I'm not moving forward, I'm not taking the actions, I feel like I want all, I want the world, but I don't believe it's possible for me. And I I'm just stalled. And this has nothing to do with business, PS. This is just a personal story from my life that helped me connect the dots recently. So I've been in my new house for two years, and I have been. If you know anything about me, you know I'm a girl, I'm from the islands. I love my backyard. I love recreating a tropical paradise that reminds me of home. And since I moved in, I don't have that much space. Like before, I had a huge yard. I've had two huge yards that I've completely transformed, and I've just been curious why I am not doing it. Why am I not doing it here? What's going on? So for two years, I have all the ideas. I can see the plants, I know the furniture I'm gonna buy, I know what the floor is gonna look like, I can see all the pieces in my head, but I was just stalled. I was not moving forward. And then recently I thought to myself, well, let me think about what is the problem that's going on here? Like I have all the pieces, I can I can put together in my imagination all the different pieces, but I'm I'm still like something is going on inside me that's causing me to not go forward. And so I went to AI and I answered some questions, I uploaded some photos, and bam, I saw my backyard. And that was the shift I needed. I saw my backyard, I felt it. I could see myself sitting out there with my coffee, journaling, doing all the things. Instantly I felt real. But here's the next thing. It made me believe that this vision in my mind with all the plants, because one of the things that was going on in my head is like, I want all these plants, but is there enough space? And where am I gonna put the pots? And like, you know, it's like a jumble in my head, and I can't, I couldn't like land it in a way that I could see and believe. But once I did, everything shifted. So let's talk about you and how this process is gonna help you with wealth, especially if you felt stalled, especially if you felt frustrated, especially if you feel like I want it, but my brain does not believe it. Because here's what's going on in essence, your desire for wealth is on one team and your brain is literally on the other team, and they are competing. We're in the World Cup, they're literally competing against each other. So talk about the neuroscience behind it because wealth is your desire for wealth is not enough. Can you all type that? My desire for wealth is not enough. I literally need your brain to soak that up. My desire for wealth, we know even, you know, we hear a lot about the power of desire, and it is important, but sometimes when it's not getting you to the results that you want, it's very clear that that's not enough. So we're gonna talk about from a neuroscience perspective why desire isn't enough in this case, especially when you want a big goal, a big dream, a big desire, that the bottom line is your brain thinks is far-fetched, right? Desire, my desire for wealth is not enough. So there's a part of the brain called the hippocampus. This part of the brain is what we know as the memory center. And for your entire life, this section of the brain has been storing your financial story. Every time you saw your parents fight over money, every time something didn't work out for you financially, that one time you were really hoping things would work out and it didn't. That one time you made a bad decision. Oh, you watched other people fail financially or struggle. You have an entire lifetime. Think about that, a brand that is 40, 50, 60 years of storing memories of watching things possibly not work out financially, right? And it is a library and it is just storing, storing, storing, storing, storing all of this information and building a library of memory around finances for you. Now, one of the things I used to teach, if those of you that have been here for a while who remember, I talked a lot about the 17 money traumas. Do y'all remember that? The 17 money traumas, and so these are life experiences where there was so much emotion involved, and it included money that it caused your brain to create a powerful story that says we have to protect her from this, right? So all of this is stored in the library. Here you go, you're like, I want wealthy me. I want wealth, I want my next level of success, and you know what's gonna happen? Your brain, this this memory center, is gonna start going through the files, going through the library of memories, and looking for well, is there a match in here? Like, has she had other experiences that shows that this is possible for her? But before I get too far into that, there's good news. There is what is called memory reconsolidation, and this is our opportunity. You literally can build a brain, a new way for your brain to accept that wealth is possible for you. But, and I it's a big but what's gonna need to be present? You are going to need a vivid emotional experience, and if you can associate it with an image, this is the thing that is going to give you. You ever seen a magic trick where you're watching the magician do all the things, and then there's this moment where suddenly the trick happens and you're like, wait, I missed what his hand did. Like, how did he pull the rabbit out of the hat? I'm I've been looking, I've been staring at him, and I didn't see the little moment where things switched, right? That's what happened. You have a sliver of time, a sliver of uh possibility where your brain will literally start to accept this new reality. There's some things that are gonna need to be present, it needs to be emotional, it needs to be experiential, and you need an image, those three things, okay? So if you can get that, you have given yourself a chance to bypass your memory and get your brain to believe, buy into, and work for you to create wealth. Otherwise, it's on two different teams. It's literally working against you. And we've talked a lot about why that is, right? Think about 17 money traumas. Most when I talk about the 17 money traumas, most women have like 80 to 90 percent of the 17. Those are traumatic experiences in your life related to money that your brain is its job is to keep you safe from it never happening again. Okay, so now let's talk about research that proves what I'm saying. At MIT, some scientists looked at this, and what they found was that if you can activate this part of your brain with your, well, first of all, it says imagination alone is not going to get you over into your brain buying in and believing, but if you can use an image that you can see and it can create like an emotion and an experience inside of you, your brain is more likely to buy in and to support it. Okay, some MIT scientists prove this. The one that I love was the UCLA research that shows you will double your chances, you will literally double your chances of getting that result when there's an image, there's emotion, and your brain can buy in, it can bypass the memories. It gives you two times double like double the chances of having the result. And then a University College of London, their researchers did this beautiful study that I love, and it it what they did was they looked at what's called a vivid threshold, right? And so they're they they said, okay, let us get the participants to imagine something with so much detail, it is so vivid to their imagination that the level of detail and how vivid it was, when they were done, the participants they they did this study that proved their brain did not know the difference between did that really happen or was it my imagination? Their brain actually bypassed seeing it as an imagined event and saw it as reality. I remember my daughter at six years old, I'm never gonna forget, she literally looked at me one day. We used to talk a lot about her dreams and she wanted to be an actress and all this stuff. And one day she looked at me and she said, Mom, what is how do I know which one is real? Me talking to you right now or me as an actress? Like they they're both real. How do I choose which one is real? And I thought to myself, oh my god, this kid has figured it out. Her imagination has become so vivid that she can't distinguish between her talking to me at I probably it wasn't three, it might have been six, right? But her in a conversation with me in that moment and this imagined scene that she was having of her being an actress. And oh, by the way, she's an attorney, but very much an actress. So she got both. Um, and so the researchers at University College of London, they've they they found or they coined this term, the vivid threshold. And they said, if the threshold is low, in other words, if there's very vague details, right? Like this was me with my garden. I mean, I have the plants, I know what I want, I know what the floor is going to be like, but I can't see the whole picture. It's kind of vague in my mind. When the vivid threshold is low, your brain actually files it as, yeah, maybe someday, nice, nice to have, would be cute. It just it literally just does not believe it. But when the threshold is high, when the details of the experience are so vivid, you see all the details, right? It is so real to you because you're out of vague and into reality. Now your um brain goes into this is real. And so when you have a far-fetched goal, like we're talking about millions, multi-millions, wealth with ease. Your brain is like, I can't, you know, without the vividness of this reality, your brain is like this is just like wishful thinking, right? But when you have a vivid seeing, when it crosses over into that high, vivid threshold, your brain literally takes it out of your imagining and takes it into this is her reality. This is real for her. And so you cross from this is not for someone like me, which is that feeling where people are like, I'm I'm dreaming, I'm writing all the intentions, I'm visualizing, I'm saying all the affirmations. But I but honestly, if I'm honest with you, Tasha, like something inside of me just feels like this is not for me, it's never gonna happen, right? And so that's because your brain is actually thinking that. So, how do you get it out of that and into actually this is real for her and it's already happened? That's what I'm gonna give you today. So the way that I created this prompt is I I know that one of the things that I talk about that women love is financially independent, recreationally employed. I'm gonna say it again: financially independent, recreationally employed. Every high-performing woman, this is her ultimate dream. This is where it's it's that place that you've gotten to where you have enough money that you are recreationally employed. You're just working because you like it, or you want to, or it lights you up. You're literally out of, I need to hustle for money zone, right? And so, and so um what happens when I say fire is that women, their desire for that goes check, and then their brain goes, X, nope, that's not for us. That's we're not the people that get to have that reality. I've never seen my mom do it, didn't see my aunt do it, didn't see the women in my family, in my community. I've never seen any, I have no memory stored of either me doing it or seeing it in my reality, right? And so your brain goes into it's an X, but your desire is a 10 out of 10. So here's what happens. Your brain in that moment, it files it under beautiful, it's beautiful, love that for you, but not gonna happen. Okay. What if we could create your future from your future? I'm gonna say that again. What if we could create your future from your future? Because here's what I want you to realize. Right now, your brain is creating your future from your past. Every time you have a desire, your brain is going through that hippocampus, it's looking back through the past, looking through the library. Has this ever happened for her? Is this real? Is this possible? It goes through that first and then decides if your future is possible for you. What I'm telling you is your brain has you trapped by your past. Is that okay for you? Not okay for me. Like, not okay for me. So let us, I'm gonna walk you through some of the questions that I have in this prompt, and I want you to just follow along with me because I want you to see how this is going to be different. We're going to create your financially independent, recreationally employed life, not from your past. We're literally gonna give your brain a chance to skip over your past and go into your future and actually create it from your future. We're going to create that, the vivid scene, the emotion, the experience, not tapping into past stuff, but we're gonna create it by sitting in the version of you that is actually living that. So we want you to close your eyes and I want you to think through some of the responses to the things that I'm gonna ask you. Okay. So close your eyes. You're now in your financially independent, recreationally employed life. Money is completely handled. Work is about choice, it's about fulfillment. It is literally no more hustling, it's just what you want to do because you love to do it. Okay, now I want you to open your eyes because I want you to type. And the first question I want you to think through is it's a new day. You just woke up. This is your life. You're financially independent, recreationally employed. You just woke up. I want you to open your eyes. It's the start of the day, and I want you to just look around. Where are you? What is in the scene? Are you in the same house you live in right now, or is it a different house? When you look out, what are you looking at? Look around in the room. What's present? What's there in this financially independent, recreationally employed life? Take a look at the scene, look around. What do you see? All right, so have that in your mind. Take a deep breath in, and I want you to feel how your body feels waking up as financially independent, recreationally employed. I want you to notice how your body feels. I want you to notice what happens in your mind. Like, what are your thoughts? Because you're not frantic, you're not worried, you're not having to jump into the day. And now I want you to think about your day. I want you to scan your day. What do you have in mind that you're gonna do today? Not because you have to do it, but because you choose to. What would you be doing in this day? Right now, think about these things, and I want you to notice how it feels. I want you to notice how this life feels. This moment is what your hippocampus has been waiting for all along. It has literally been waiting for you to take it into an experience in the future, bypassing a number, bypassing what's happened in the past. It literally just wants to feel and experience in vivid detail what this life is like. And if you can take it there, you literally give yourself, your brain, the chance to transform and create wealth for you. This AI prompt that I'm going to give you is going to help you. There are 10 questions. It's going to help you create the vividness of the scene. There are two really powerful questions included. That are we're going to have numbers, yes, but it's going to be at the end because what I want you to see is the power of creating the feeling, the experience, and the emotion before you even think of a number. What we do most times when I say financially independent, recreationally employed, most women start with, How much money do I need in order to get to that? That's the wrong order. Okay. So I've taken care of this for you. I want you to type the word fire. If you want to get the prompt, type the word fire, and I'm going to tell you what's going to happen. You're going to get a message in your DM. And I wish I would have actually copied this for you before you. Type the word fire. You're going to get a message in your DM. And I'm also going to, because somebody said last week, I wish you would give us the links. Right? So here we go. I'm going to find my link. Because what this is about is I'm sending you to my Substack account where I literally posted the prompt as the first post this morning. And I posted my picture and my response. Hang on a quick second. I posted the picture that got created for me and I also posted my response. You know why? Because sometimes I think that when we go to answer these questions, if we had a if we had a an example, it would be really helpful. So I'm putting it there, but you can also type the word fire and check your DM. You should get the link as well. Hang on, let me see if I could put this on Instagram too. Maybe I'm not sure. Let's see. Um hang on a second. Fire prompt. Okay. All right. Oh, it says I can't make a link on Instagram, but if you type the word fire, you should get it in your DM. All right, type the word fire. Here's what I want you to do. Go join Substack. It's free. You're gonna see my the prompt is the first thing I schedule it to post at 8 a.m. It's gonna give you the 10 questions to answer. You're gonna answer the questions, put it into your favorite AI tool, plus a picture of yourself, and voila. When mine was done and I looked at the image, everything in my body was just like, yes, this is it. This is it right here. And I know because of how I felt that my brain and all of my limitations and all of my past memories and all of that in that moment wasn't even present. Literally, in that instant, it was just like, of course, this is it right here. I can see it, I can feel it. And even if it was just for that instant, I believed it. So now every time I want to think about my financially independent, recreationally employed life, I have the image. I know what that life looks like. And now my brain has an image it can feel, see, and believe. And bam, just like with my garden, you start to take the actions that are necessary to get you there. And all of the things in your universe start to reorganize to bring that life to you. It is like magic. And I'm like, all I needed was to be able to see it. Napoleon Hill told us if you can see it and you can believe it, you must achieve it. That's what this prompt is going to do for you. All right. Oh, Sandra saw my picture. She's like, I love the picture. So yes, go do it and then show me your picture, right? In the comments after you, you like did you do the prompt in AI and you get your picture. Would you all just post your picture underneath? Think about that. An entire thread of all of our wealthy me's living financially independent, recreationally employed. I would absolutely love to see yours. All right. Have a great Monday. Bye, everyone. See you next week.
