In this guided hypnosis adventure, Dagda invites you to explore the Hall of Heroes—a place within your sanctuary where you can embody the qualities of those you admire most. Whether your heroes are real or fictional, historical or contemporary, this exercise teaches you how to "wear the mask" of their best traits and integrate those aspects into your own life.

After a brief recap of the previous episode's Symbols of Success, Dagda guides you through a hypnotic induction where you'll choose a hero, identify the qualities you wish to emulate, and experience what it's like to embody those traits. This is a "grind-able" adventure—perfect for repeating with different heroes or different aspects of the same hero.

Designed for relaxation, self-improvement, and creative visualization, this episode is ideal for anyone looking to bridge the gap between who they are and who they wish to become.

The Recap

SPEAKER_00

The recap. In the last episode, we found symbols of success. Resources for you to use when you feel stuck or simply challenged. These symbols can be leveraged to ease the burden in challenging situations.

The Mission Brief

SPEAKER_00

The Mission Brief. This adventure, should you choose to accept it, is called the Hall of Heroes. We all have heroes. We admire something those heroes have, qualities or abilities, usually because they do things that we wish we could. We will explore how Igor taught me to take on aspects of heroes, to improve in areas that I felt lacking. By doing this exercise with many of your personal heroes, you too may find the gap between who you are and whom you wish to be shrinking rapidly.

The Pre Talk

SPEAKER_00

The pre-talk. Before we begin, I want you to take a moment and think of a hero. They can be real or fictional, they can be around today or a historical figure. It doesn't matter. Just as long as they are someone who you admire for certain aspects. You could even hate them for other aspects or actions, but they have something about them that is worthy of emulation. Next, I want you to consider one or two qualities that they have that you are particularly interested in. Keep this person and these aspects in mind for the induction. This adventure in particular is great for grinding. In other words, doing the adventure over and over again, each time choosing a different hero or aspects of the same hero to acquire.

The Induction

Go ahead and close your eyes and remember them sticking and all the comfort that that brings. When you remember them sticking, find yourself in your sanctuary, this natural scene. Just for you, only for you, and only those that you invite here can be here, no one else. And as always, find yourself smiling there as you smile back at yourself now and wander through this natural landscape. That's right, with yourself until you come across another location, a fantastic hall, a beautiful building that looks like some kind of museum. Above the entrance is a sign that says hall of heroes. You look at your smiling self with a question, but they say just follow as they walk in the doors. Inside you see display after display of people and characters you consider to be heroes. As you approach one of the displays, you notice the expression on that face. That's not you. And yourself standing beside you does something strange. They walk up to that figure and gently place their hands around the face, sliding it off like a mask. The heroic figure remains themselves, but in your hands is a mask. That's everything you saw them to be. And now wonder what happens when you place this mask on your face now and you can be all the things you couldn't be before. And would you like to be like this? Try it out. Leave your sanctuary behind as you go out into the world like this and know really know that while you wear this mask, you can be like this. And when you've had a rewarding experience, then return to the sanctuary. Take off this mask and give it to yourself for safekeeping, knowing that you can put it on at any time, any place, anywhere you need it. Yourself will just hand it to you. You can place it across your face and there you are, like this again. And when you know this and you've returned the mask into the safe keeping of yourself, then you can return here with me now, having learned something of tremendous importance.

The Wrap Up

SPEAKER_00

Welcome back, adventurers. A hearty thanks and respect to you. How was it? What is it that you know now that perhaps you didn't know before this experience? Anyway, our time here is done for now. But if you would, a like and a comment is always appreciated. If you found it especially useful or fun, a share and a follow would also be welcome. As for you, feel free to re listen and practice what you have learned. Until we meet again, may harmony find you.
