Welcome, beautiful people. Happy Thursday. Welcome back to another episode of Unplugged with Pam Breakfast Club edition brought to you by Chosen Global, where we don't just talk about growth, we walk in it. And I'm excited because we are in quarter two, and I'm gonna get right into it today. Um actually uh in my hometown of Miramar, Florida, about to speak at my Alma Matter High School. Shout out to Miramar High School Patriots. Uh, super excited. So, as we start quarter two, guys, this was a conversation I was having with Pamela yesterday. It is time that we step into quarter two with not only awareness, with not only alignment, but audacity. We have to walk boldly, like we've already been authorized, because we have. And I will tell you this: if this is your first time being here, welcome. If you're joining us once again, welcome home. I remember when I first embarked upon entrepreneurship, I was looking like rooms like this to be in because these are the rooms that not only you need to be in, but the people that you love need to be in as well. So I'm very excited to talk to you guys today because I believe that it is super important when we talk about stepping into the room and shout out to everybody tuning in. I see people tuning in from Tampa, um, all over Tampa, Florida, New York City, welcome, Chicago. Let me shout y'all out real quick. Hawaii, my goodness, it is so early over there. Thank you guys so much for tuning in. Welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. So, when I talk about walking in with audacity, with alignment, with awareness, all of the things, right? I'm talking about start, stop shrinking and start showing up boldly, start showing up as you are. Because if you've ever been in a place that you know you belong, and when you get there, you finally are in that moment, you're like, Man, what took me so long? I know how it's been there when I've arrived at certain goals, I know what it feels like when I've arrived at certain milestones, and I'm like, I should have been done this, even though I know God's time is perfect. I believe that it's important and it's absolutely essential because when we talk about audacity, alignment, awareness, audacity is not arrogance, and I know so many people will bet to differ, but I believe that audacity is obedience in emotion, and playing small at the end of the day is disobedience to your calling. Fear is nothing more than delay, not direction. And a lot of times, and I heard this earlier today, it was like, you know, denials or delays, they're God's divine protection, and I strongly believe that. But I know that there's been times that we ask for permission for something that God has already approved. So when I talk about stepping into quarter two with audacity, with boldness, with courage, with awareness, is knowing that closed mouths do not get fed, and neither do hidden brands, neither do hidden businesses, neither do hidden community leaders. So when I say audacity, audacity is the bridge between your vision and the reality. Drop audacity in the chat if you are that person that says, you know what, I am done playing small. I'm done playing small. Yes, I see you guys, I see you, I see you. Because the reality is, and this is something that I've learned, and I know I'm sorry, I'm like on a level a thousand today because I've had way too much coffee being on the road driving here, but misalignment is burnout, it's confusion, and it's inconsistency. Whereas, if anything that I've learned is that when you are aligned, when you are in alignment with your assignment, you automatically have clarity, you automatically have peace, you automatically get momentum. So when we talk about being in alignment and having the audacity, is is knowing that okay, quarter one, it may have knocked you out. You guys heard me talk about this, you know, and every week. I I'm always keeping very, very authentic with y'all. I keep it real all the time. There was certain certain things in quarter one that I was like, God, I know I told you I didn't want to be on the strong team. I told you I didn't want to be on that on that team this year, and it's okay to that you're not okay. It's okay if there's certain things that happen that may have just knocked you off. But quarter two is where we all realign. Quarter two is where we say, you know what, doing things for money is not in alignment. I'm gonna do things for purpose, and my and because I'm focusing on the purpose, because I'm focusing on the mission, the money, the lifestyle, that's all a byproduct of it. Here's another thing saying yes to things that drain us. When I talk about playing small, it's also showing up in places that you know you're not at your highest and best use. So, what does that also mean? Showing up for yourself. I know that one of the things that I fell off in was my routines, my discipline, getting back to the basics of my workouts, getting back to my fitness. And fitness for me is beyond the physical, it's the mental, it's the emotional, it's the spiritual food that I'm also giving myself because I believe in honoring our temple. And I know that not honoring your routines, not honoring your different disciplines can absolutely take you out of it. I always say this if it costs you your peace, it's too expensive. At the same time, alignment is gonna accelerate what hustle never could. When God says it's your time, when God says I'm ready to open the doors for you, and when you've been preparing behind the scenes, there is nothing in no one that can stop that wave. And I've experienced there is nothing in no one that can stop what God has already authorized victorious for you. You don't need more opportunities, you need to honor the right ones, you need to, and that starts by honoring yourself. So, what do I mean when I talk about awareness, right? And again, audacity is just you being bold and apologetic in the action and taking massive action in the things that you know that need to be done, and you believing bigger, faster, sooner, and you saying, Hey, you know what? The only way it was through, even if I don't feel like it, uh confidence is not a feeling, it's a decision, right? And you hear me say all the time, confidence. You hear me say, if you are getting ready behind closed doors, you stay ready so you don't gotta get ready, and you have to have a certain level of audacious expectancy, and I heard it all the time expectancy is the breeding ground for miracles. What are you expecting in the season that didn't happen in quarter one? Did you give up on it? Because I looked at my six pack, I was like, my six pack ain't six-packing right now. But you know what? One of the things that I said earlier this week when I was posting my workouts or last week, it was like, you know, don't compare yourself in how you used to look. Because especially if you look so good and you were like, What waste? You're gonna beat yourself up. Focus on the disciplines, focus on it is on the things that where you're going. That was one of the most valuable things that my trainer recently told me that was just completely life-altering for me. Because the reality is that when you're talking about showing up audacious, like with the audacity, it's also knowing that you deserve the life that it is that you're praying for, that you deserve the results from the work that you're putting in, that you are going to believe bigger, faster, sooner, that you know, like you know that you know your gifts are already making room for you, and God has already authorized your victory. So, how does awareness play into that? Well, you got to get back into position, right? And that's that's also right, and we'll we'll go to awareness in a little bit, but more than awareness, I think getting back into position is alignment. When you know who you're called to be, when you know the version of you that you are becoming, when you know who your identity is, it's not so much of who you look at when you look in the mirror, it's who God says that you are, and when you are misaligned, that equals burnout, that equals confusion, that equals inconsistency, all of the things. So when you're thinking of, man, I need to get back in alignment, I need to get back in position. It's knowing that if you are in a position where you are playing small, it's disobedience to your calling. But if you are doing or saying things, saying yes to things that drain you, you gotta delegate what it is that drains you. You have to just you have to know that just because you're good at something, it doesn't mean that that's what you're supposed to be doing. You have to give yourself permission to pivot because when you're talking about staying in us in alignment with your assignment, when you're talking, is giving yourself permission to say, Hey, you know what? I didn't do everything that I knew I could have done yesterday, but today I'm gonna take that first step. I'm going to be intentional in not only my works, workouts, I'm gonna be intentional in my eating. I know that if I want to have a six-pack, I can't be eating these gummy bears at night. I know that I'm not buying Oreos in my house because no matter what, they're gonna go in my belly. Like it's just it is what it is. You gotta find out what is it that's in alignment with who it is that you want to be and who it is that you want to be. What actions and activities are in alignment with the version of you that not only makes you proud, but with the version of you that makes your kids proud. With the version of you, I don't have kids yet, my godchildren proud. I I love every time my godchildren see me, whether they see me on TV or they see me speaking on stage, they're like, Oh my goodness, D, I'm so proud of you, or oh my goodness, Madrina, I'm so proud of you. Because those little things matter. Yes, the celebrities are cool, but I want them to know that they have access within arm's reach of people that can inspire them, of people that they can say, you know what, not only do I look up to, but of what it is that she's doing or who is that she's becoming, but showing me what is possible. Are you showing the people you love what is truly possible? The people that believe in you, what is truly possible? Because this is that season to get back in the game. This is the season to say, Hey, you know what? I could have fallen off for a little bit, I could have, but let me get back into it. I gotta cut off some vices, and you know what? Maybe I gotta limit myself in certain environments. And I started doing that from last year. It's like it's certain environments that I'm just not gonna put myself in because I know that I haven't completely healed from certain things, right? And I know that there's certain things that are just not gonna be conducive to the person that it is that I am becoming, to this version of me that is worth celebrating. And don't get me wrong, every version of you is worth celebrating, every version of you is worth honoring, but it's also knowing that when we are when we are becoming the best version of us, when we are saying, you know what, this is this is who it is that I want to be, and this is also who it is that I know I'm also called to be at the same time, everything that I'm doing is going to follow. Every single thing that I am, every aspect of my life is going to be in alignment, is going to be in congruency with who it is that I say I want to become because the reality is alignment will always accelerate what hustle could never, it will always accelerate what hustle could never. The reality is we need to continuously look at the doors that have already been open. That's why I said you don't need more opportunities, you need to honor the right ones. There's a lot of opportunities that you have in your hands that are just waiting for you to seize the opportunity. But guess what? We gotta all seize the opportunity within the lifetime of the opportunity because when we talk about winners, winners are opportunists. Winners say, Hey, you know what? I got the ball and I am shooting, I am scoring, I'm wide open. Even if they got so much defense, they are only focusing on offense. And isn't it true that some of us have already been playing defense for far too long? You don't think that we deserve the offense already? And as I'm talking to you, I'm talking to me too, right? I'm talking to me too, and that's why it's important that you are aware because when you talk about knowing who you are and how you move, it's different. You're not only gonna move in audacity, you're not gonna only move in alignment, but your awareness, you're it's it's beyond not going into the rooms where you are celebrated versus tolerated, it's going into the rooms that are only in alignment, it's going into the rooms where you know you're not the smartest person. When it's going into the rooms that you know you're gonna be stretched at, it's going into the rooms where you may feel a little uncomfortable, but it's because it's stretching you, it's making you better, and because you know who you are and where you're going, you move differently, you move differently, and when you know that you already are authorized and anointed, that that in itself was a word for somebody. When I posted that real yesterday, so many people messaged me, like, Oh my goodness, your confidence, this is that. And I responded to them privately messaging, like, it's not because my confidence, it's my confidence, but it's also because I know that the promises he has for me are bigger than any problems. The promises that were declared can never come back void. No matter what changes in those worlds, no matter what changes in our reality, there's things that are always true, and that is the constant in my life. That has been the constant in my life in over 40 years of my life. So, how can I, knowing that, being aware, not know that to exercise it in every aspect of my life? So, even when I am not only moving, even when I am sending emails, even when I am pitching, even when I am prospecting, even when I'm entering rooms, I already know I'm authorized there because God sent me. And where He has already sent me, He has already established the victory on my behalf. I just gotta show up, I just gotta play full out. The rest is him. My gifts continuously make room. One of my great friends says, gifts are generating income from your talents. I love to say gifts are not only generating income from your talents, but your gifts are generating impact from your talents. When you are aware of who you are, and you are aware that you are authorized and you are anointed for such a time as this, you're not gonna play small, you're not gonna shrink to belong anywhere, you're gonna move exactly how you know that you can move because obedience can unlock doors that strategy could never most people we get stuck sometimes because we forget who we are, and that's the reality of it. You're not behind, you're being positioned, and I had to remind myself over and over of that because there is such a thing, right? When you scroll on social media and you are great and you're doing all of the things, and then you look at somebody else and you're like, Oh my goodness! And that comparison, it is the thief of all joy. That that relative deprivation is real, so when you know who you are, you stop negotiating with doubt, you stop negotiating with comparison because the awareness removes your insecurity. When I say I move like God sent me because He did, I mean that with every fiber of my being. Do you? And if you don't know that, you need to book a call with your girl, right? Let's talk about a little bit over obedience over outcome. Because I talked about this a little bit last week when I almost gave up in the middle of putting on this conference because the math was in math and the numbers didn't look like they I needed them to, all of the things, but obedience is what produced the overflow. When I say that results follow obedience, God rewards obedience with blessings, and it's not the other way around, it's not that you you get the results first and then you're obedient. No, no, no. Results follow obedience, and I will tell you how I had to tell this to myself. Stop waiting for confirmation, move with conviction because you already know you got it, you already know you are her, you already know you are him. So move like it. Your assignment doesn't need your approval. So when we think of those things, it's knowing like, okay, I gotta move like this. So I'm going to give everybody a quarter two challenge. Here is your quarter two challenge, and I'm gonna do this with you. One bold move you've been avoiding, just one, do it this week. One bold move, one area of misalignment in your life that we want you to fix it. One area. So, one bold move that you've been avoiding, we're gonna do this week. One area of misalignment, fix it. Here's another one one identity shift, own it. So, one bold move you've been avoiding to do it this week, one area of misalignment that we're going to fix it, one identity shift where we're going to own it. I want you to drop Q2 if you're committed to that. Okay, I see the Q2 is going in. I love it, I love it, I love it. So, and as I wrap this up, right? Let me be real with you. Some of us don't need more content. I was listening to Guy Review, and he's like, You gotta be posting 30 pieces of content, and I get that, but a lot of you you sound spammy because you're not in alignment, because you don't have strategy behind what it is that you're doing, and you don't need more content, you need proximity. So if you're the person that's like, you know what, I am ready to build my brand, I'm ready to build my systems because your life with structure and strategy matters, and you are aware that you you rise and fall to the degree of the systems you have established and the strategy that you have in place.
