Now let's talk about it. What up, what up, what up, what up, what up? Welcome to Talk Your Shit Daily. And I'm your host, Big Slick. You already know we got another great episode for you today. But first, I want to give a shout out to all my listeners. Whether you at work, at home, in your car, all the truck drivers on the road. I appreciate you tuning in. And if you didn't subscribe yet, hit the button, man. Listen, we're gonna jump right into it, man. Today's show, I got a crazy one for you, man. Today's show is basically about this. Dating today is a mental health risk. Because y'all motherfuckers is crazy. Listen, man, it's it's crazy now the way the dating game is. First of all, if you meet somebody, you gotta do a background, a background check. You checking all a social media, you check it all, financial statuses, and all types of things, man. It's crazy. I don't even know how people even really dating people right now. And another thing is, is like, does any is anybody committing to anybody out there right now? Because I don't I don't know. It ain't like I'm out there, but it's like nobody is committed to nobody, everybody is just vibing out with whatever's moving, you know. I mean, you you rocking with this person, that person rocking with this person. You got like three, four people you dealing with, you juggling and all it. I don't even know what's what's what's the situation, why nobody don't want to commit no more. What's going on? I want to know. Please put it down in the comments. I what what what's the reason why people is not really loyal to nobody no more? It seemed like it's no loyalty right now when people is dating each other, it's just like every person just is whatever, you know. Everybody is just on their own, independent, don't want to deal with nobody else, and and everything, and then everybody is basing the whole existence, relationship, everything on social media. It's crazy. Do y'all know that this shit on social media? A lot of these relationships be fake, man, and they only show you the good parts of the relationship, and you think it's perfect, and then the first thing you do is put hashtag goals, hashtag go like what the are y'all really you're gonna base your your whole thing on Instagram or whatever it is, man, that you watching, and you this shit is fake. Like, come on, man. That's why I ain't nobody with nobody right now because you're looking at fake couples and thinking everything is perfect when a relationship is not like that, everything is not perfect in a relationship. When when you first start dating somebody, you gotta get to know them, it's things y'all gotta go through, you gotta adjust, and then it comes together, and then it's something you gotta work on all the time. And I think now a lot of people just don't want to put in no work for a relationship, it's easier just to date people and uh forget about them, keep it moving, then to put in the time to be with them. But everybody wants somebody to be loyal to them, but you don't want to put in no work, you don't want to commit to them. How can you not commit to somebody, but you want them to be loyal to you? Where does I don't even understand that concept, right? You want you want somebody to be loyal to you, but you don't want to commit to that just that one person, you just want to vibe out with whoever, you know what I'm saying? So it's crazy. I don't I don't even know how y'all y'all gotta be going crazy out there trying to date different people. I I just don't understand it, and then you meet people not in person, so you you meet them online. So the person you meet it might not even be the person that you see in online that you could be getting catfished by anybody, like what do anybody walk up and talk to people nowadays? Like, do you conversate? Do anybody conversate? I don't know. I'm I'm just I'm asking, like, please let me know in the comments. Say something like what do anybody walk up and have general conversations with people to get to know them, and what's up with the texting? Do anybody actually talk on the phone? You know how much miscommunication happens when you texting somebody because, first of all, when you text somebody, you don't know the tone of voice, you know that the text is you you you reading it, so whatever mood you in is how you're gonna read this text that was just sent to you. So, how can you communicate like that, right? The way you communicate with somebody is you sit in front of them, you can see how they're talking, their tone of voice, their body language, and you can fully understand what this person means when they're talking to you. But if I'm just sending a text, how would you know if I'm angry, if I'm happy, if I'm sad, if I'm playing around, if I'm joking, how do you see that through a text? You you you know I'm joking because I put lol. That's the only that's the way you know I'm joking. Like it's weird, and I don't I don't get it, man. Dating now is definitely a mental health risk. How do people do it? I don't understand how they do it, right? Like I said, you get background checks, first thing they do is go to your social media page. Now, everybody knows everybody checks the social media page, so everything they put on a social media page can be fake, right? So you might go to my social media page, you see the uh bins or a Lambo or vet, these can be rentals. I can rent this and just put it on the page, or just go to the dealership and just be next to the car. And you like, oh yo, look, they got money, or you rented a nice Airbnb, you know, a nice big trip pool and all that. You put it on your page in front, like it's your house. I don't understand, man, how y'all can even connect with somebody through a DM and think it's something real. I don't know. Again, please let me know. Hit the comment, say something because I don't understand really what's going on. But and I don't everybody out here has to be crazy right now. They they they gotta be dating. They it it just has to be, or everybody is just single and just running around looking crazy in the face. But the thing is, this was gonna happen, though. You're gonna hit a certain age where you're gonna want to settle down, but you ain't even gonna know how to communicate properly with somebody to settle down because you've been running around all day texting and on the computer, so you don't even know how to interact really with somebody. So when you you hit it at a certain age where you want to chill, you out of touch, you're looking crazy in the face now. I don't know, man. To each his own. I take my hats off the yard that's that's running around looking crazy in your face. You need help. What you need to do is just tune in the big slick, and I'm gonna let you know the raw honest truth because that's what I do, man. Look, this has been another great episode of Talk Your Shit Daily. If you want to be a part of the show, man, you got a question for me or a situation and you want my opinion on it, you can write in to talk your shit daily at gmail.com. That's talk your shit daily at gmail.com, right? You never know. I might pull your letter and it might make it to the next show. You already know what it is. It's big slick and I'm out. Peace.
