SPEAKER_00Now let's talk about it. What up, what up, what up, what up, what up? Welcome to Talk Your Shit Daily. And I'm your host, Big Slick. You already know we got another great episode for you today. But first, I want to give a shout out to all my listeners. Whether you're at home, at work, in your car, all the truck drivers on the road, I appreciate you tuning in. And if you didn't subscribe yet, hit the button, man. Listen, we're gonna jump right into today's show. Today's show is about is do you have real friends? Simple question, right? A lot of people might think, yeah, I got I got a lot of real friends. I got a lot of friends. Some people might say, yo, I don't got no friends. Listen, we're gonna identify if you really have friends or not. Real friends. All right. So let's identify real friends. A real friend or do matter of fact, we're gonna identify people that ain't friends first. Let's identify that. Let's let's compare the two. So check this out. Real friends, if you got a situation, right? Say you just lost your job or something like that. A real friend will call and check on you, right? See how you're doing. A real friend gets you hooked up with another job or try to or try to get you put on to another job, some type of situation. They're gonna try to better your situation, whether they know somebody else, the network, they get you another job, right? A real friend to do that. The friend that, you know, quote unquote, friend, you'll tell them you lost your job or you quit your job, whatever the situation is. You in the process of looking for another job, only thing they're gonna do is go, oh yeah, oh, okay. That's it. They nothing else, right? But people call these people friends, they're not really your friends, right? Another situation with a real friend, right? If you're going through, let's say you got a money, uh, a money trouble. A real friend wouldn't even wait for you to ask for the money, right? Because this is a real friend. So you talk to this friend about stuff, right? A real friend won't even lend it to you. They'll give it to you if they got it, right? Yo, here go a little something to help you out. You know what I'm saying? I know you're going through a rough patch. Here you go. That's what a real friend to do. The fake friend, what the fake friend to do? Dag, man, that's messed up. That's it. That's all they're gonna do. They're not gonna help you. So a lot of people is running around here thinking they got friends and they don't really got friends. You know what I'm saying? A real friend call and checks on you. If they hear from you in a while, they'll call and check on you. Yo, how you doing? I was just calling to check on you and the fan, man. Everything good? That's what a real friend would do, right? See how everything's going on. You know what I mean? The fake friend ain't calling a check on you. When you finally realize the situation was really going on, you used to call a fake friend all the time. You might have called the fake friend twice a week or whatever. Once you stop calling them, they don't call you to see what's going on. You might not be calling them because it might be some situations or whatever going on in your life right now, but they won't even call or reach out to see how you're doing. That's the fake friends, right? That's just what it is. You got real, you got fake friends. You got some friends that's just around you for convenience, they use you as a resource, depending on whatever that is. You know what I'm saying? You got people around you just for that, using you, right? They disguise themselves as friends, but they're really users, they're around you, and these are the people that you gotta identify, you know what I'm saying, immediately. So, how you identify these people that's the users, the fake friends that just use you for shit. But a lot of people don't see this because they're so nice and they consider this person a friend, so they they'll give them stuff if they need it, they'll give them to them because you know that's what friends are supposed to do, that's what real friends do. But a lot of people are are in one-sided friendships, they're in one-sided friendship relationships. You over here, you lawy, you're you're the friend. This one over here, it's not really loyal. They're just the taker. They're trying to see what they can get from you, and a lot of people in situations like that. So, how you figure that out is start saying no, just start saying no. I don't got it. No, I don't I don't have this. No, no, no. Say no a couple of times and see how long that fake friend stays around. That fake friend will disappear immediately because now you're no use to them because they used you as a resource, and you're no longer a resource, so it's no reason for them to stick around and then they'll disappear. From just doing that, from just saying no to people, you will weed out a lot of people that's around you that act like they're your friend and they're not. That's what it is. A real friend to understand if you don't have something, if you say no. A real friend understands what when you do that. Oh, no, you don't got it. Oh, cool. Yeah, but they ain't going nowhere. They just they know you, you know, a real friend knows that. Yo, everybody don't have it all the time. I don't have it all the time. Why would you have it all the time? That's that's a real friend. Another thing about real friends, a real friend, it don't matter if you talk to a real friend every day, once a month, once a year. You might have not talked to a real friend in five, six, seven, eight, ten years. But when you speak to that person, it's like y'all never stop talking. That's real friendships that stand the test of time. These fake friends don't stand the test of time, man. You know, a lot of people attach to these fake friends, and the fake friends are ghost you. That's why a lot of people be getting ghost, ghosted. What is it? Ghost, ghosted. I don't know, whatever it is. Y'all know what I'm talking about. They get missing because they was never your friend anyway. You look for them, they gone. Yo, where he where what's with him? Yo, I thought he don't even call no more. What happened? That wasn't your real friend, anyway. You know what I'm saying? So pay attention to the circle that you keep, man. Pay attention to the people around you because I guarantee you, if you're not paying attention to the people around you, you got some fake people in your circuit circle circle disguised as friends. Telling you the truth, man, pay attention because everybody that's around you is not your friend. Everybody that's around you like that don't like you. A lot of people around you just to use you, or they playing you close just to see what your next move is, so they can hate on it. You know what I'm saying? So if you do got a real friend out there, that's good. But I'm telling you, real friends come far in in between. It's not a lot of real friends out there. You're not gonna, you might have one handful of real real friends, might be only like two or three, truthfully. But if you're running around, like how people got all these the friendless on whatever Instagram, Facebook, you got 3,000 friends or 200 friends or 400 friends, or come on, are you come on? Who, who, who, but really? Do you really believe that shit? Stop playing out here, man. For real, people. Let's get focused, man. You already know what it is, man. It's big slick. It's been another great episode. Listen, you got a real friend out there, hold it down. All these fake people kick them to the curb. They hate us, they hate us. You a hater? You a hater? You a hater. Look, I'm out. It's big slick. Peace.
