Tonight on STAYtalk, we're diving into a conversation that's been popping up more and more throughout the fandom: the double standards surrounding fan interactions with idols. Why are some interactions celebrated, shared, and encouraged while others are dismissed, criticized, or treated differently despite appearing very similar on the surface? We discuss how fandom reactions can vary, the importance of maintaining healthy boundaries, and why someone else's special moment with a member doesn't diminish anyone else's experience. At the end of the day, shouldn't we all be celebrating the joy these interactions bring?
We also take a look at The kNOw Way: Episode 2, where Lee Know faced one of his biggest fears — heights. Thanks to a challenge selected by Soonie, he found himself stepping into an anti-gravity experience that pushed him well outside his comfort zone. As always, the episode gave us a fun and genuine glimpse into Lee Know's personality while reminding us that growth often happens when we challenge ourselves, even when we'd really rather not.
Congratulations are also in order for HAN, who was announced as an official Global Ambassador for TOD'S. We talk about what this partnership means, how it reflects HAN's growing influence in both music and fashion, and how exciting it is to continue seeing the members receive recognition from major global brands.
Meanwhile, STAYville has entered full clown mode as June 16th arrives in South Korea. Five years ago, Bang Chan promised that he would share a behind-the-scenes photo from the Wolfgang performance during Kingdom: Legendary War on the fifth anniversary. That anniversary has finally arrived, and now the fandom waits with equal parts excitement and concern to see whether Chan will deliver exactly what he promised, find a loophole, troll us completely, or somehow manage all three at once. The only certainty is that whenever Bang Chan has had five years to prepare something, chaos usually follows.
We also discuss the upcoming K-Culture Festival in Paris, taking place June 16–18, featuring artists including Taemin, Monsta X, and other notable Korean performers and cultural representatives. With Felix serving as one of South Korea's cultural ambassadors to France, speculation has naturally begun regarding whether he might make an appearance. While nothing has been confirmed, it certainly has fans paying attention.
And because no STAYtalk episode would be complete without a little comeback speculation, JC and Chrys compare theories on when Stray Kids' next comeback announcement might finally arrive. While we both agree that a mid-August comeback feels increasingly likely, the real debate is when JYPE decides to drop the announcement. Will it happen at the end of June? On July 3rd? July 24th? We had a question on the pre-show because we were talking about going to the gym and my young one not being a hundred percent sure as to exactly how much how much their mother actually lifts. And Danny, if I'm not mistaken, you wanted to know how much I'm leg pressing. Correct? And I think hold on, let me look it up.
SPEAKER_05I think both of us was asking. Yeah.
SPEAKER_10So inclined leg presses, I'm doing 75 times six, and then the bar, it's and then the sleds 118 um for my inclined leg presses, and then for the other leg press machine, I am doing yeah, but where are they?
SPEAKER_09I'm doing 200.
SPEAKER_05So and I am doing, I will tell you, I I gotta look at my notes. I'm sorry, because I I've been doing a program.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, I just literally have my have everything on notes and I keep track of what I'm doing and how many of how many the most, the most my my tap out, which is usually my last set, is 220 on leg press. Oh my god, yeah. Sorry. Oh, the strawberry ones. I've never had the strawberry ones before. Holy crap. Are they good? These are potent. Like real strawberry flavor, not like like not like fake strawberry flavor, like real good stuff. I'm getting there, Danny. I'm getting there. It's like yeah, I'm trying to add anywhere, but I'm trying to add like 10 10 pounds each.
SPEAKER_04Well, the only reason I didn't go heavier, Danny, normally I can probably go a little bit heavier was I was going to gov ball and I didn't want to kill my legs right before then.
SPEAKER_10So yeah, that would have been dead. So hi guys, hi STP. But you know, 200 on the regular and then 75 on the incline. I'm happy with that right now. So 75 on the incline is actually 13, 78, close to 200 anyway.
SPEAKER_04So um oh yeah, what when all is said and done, absolutely. Uh-huh. So yay! So how is everybody's weekend?
SPEAKER_10How's everybody doing? Excuse me eating. I'm being rude, I apologize. Oh, you're fine. So, but I'm hungry because I haven't eaten much all day. So we have a fairly quiet agenda, but that's good because this one over here is dealing with being injured. So we're doing the best we can with the circumstances that we have been afforded. So that means I'm probably gonna be the one jibber-jabbering most of the evening, which should get very interesting. So no, I'll put my first assessment.
SPEAKER_04I just I just if I'm ornery, forgive me. I guess is the more of the thing. Not so much ornery, just you know, a little bit quieter. You know what though actually did I there's one ordery thing I do want to bring up, though. There's there's one ornery thing I do want to bring up. Did you see what I had sent? Yeah. Did you free? I don't I don't know who froze. Can you hear me now? I I probably I probably froze the I can't. The thing that I sent you, I don't want to talk about okay. Um, I want to talk about I want to talk about the thing that I sent you, but not the way that I sent you it. Did you see what I sent you in threads just before the show? About the interactions, about stay interactions. Yes. I want to talk about stay interactions as a whole, not just that one incident. I don't want to talk about that incident. I want to talk about because especially since I had one and some of the double standards of that. Okay, go right ahead. I will, I will you, you get another time. We'll talk about it first, yeah, because I just so here's the deal. I I I had an interaction with Felix when I was at GoveBall. I got photo proof, I've got actual visible proof from two people that were around my good friends that were around me, and they they're not gonna lie to me because they're very honest. So, regardless, but I've seen some discourse online where people are saying getting mean to others stay about saying, Well, you're being delusional. They were just looking out as a whole, they were just looking, you know, they weren't looking at he wasn't looking at you. Nobody said that to me. Everybody liked it, said, Are you still alive? But certain people, they're they're questioning their fact that they had an interaction. Let me tell you something, especially as a performer, okay, especially as a performer. Um I always look out into the audience and I pick somebody to focus on, or I pick several people to focus on when I I'm on stage because it centers yourself and allows you to interact and all that. Okay. So interactions do happen. Interactions are going to happen with fellow stay. Guess what? I would be fucking psyched for anybody who gets an interaction from any one of those beautiful men. So why pick and choose, uh absolutely like there's no reason to but I've seen a couple times it's what usually chan. I don't again again, or it's uh it's people that are just like gotta take somebody down a peg because they're being like overly excited about it. Fuck yeah, you're gonna be overly excited about it. I mean, like it's like here's the deal everybody should be positive for everybody who who's there and has an interaction, regardless of what that interaction is. Whether they get freaking drenched by Felix, throwing a water bottle, or Hyunjin gives them a wink. Who cares? That's fucking exciting. Be happy for them, yeah.
SPEAKER_10That's and Shannon, Shannon and Skizchiker are both 100% correct. It's jealousy, is it's is jealousy, is it is um, but but JC's also hitting on the fact that there's a double standard when it comes to it because certain people a it's it happens with what it seemingly happens more so with certain members of the group, number one, but then two, it also pertains to the stay in the audience. There are some members, there there are some there are there are some that have the interactions, and everybody is like, that's awesome, that's amazing. Yes, exactly. That's that they they blow it up and they they they were looking at you. Another person can have a similar or even more, I hate to say this, even more direct right interaction.

SPEAKER_04There was is everybody done. I got the sign so in the picture. So go ahead and call me delusional. Well, but that's but the fact nobody did with you, thankfully. But no, nobody has, yeah. And I'm surprised too. I have to say, I'm shocked.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, exactly. Lizzie, I mean, realistically speaking, if you have evidence of them having an interaction with somebody, even even pass quote unquote passively, i.e., making eye contact on stage, send if you can send it to the person. They're gonna they're gonna want it. Right.
SPEAKER_04And yeah, there is a certain amount of mine. I got mine because a girl in our pit chat said to me, Hey, I saw the interaction here. This is the shot. Because she was literally standing like right next, didn't know. She's like, she's like, I saw him look at this girl in yellow. I said, I'm the girl in yellow, and there was nobody else wearing yellow in the pit. I will tell you that right now. You could pick me out on every YouTube video, every kind of Shannon saw it. Shannon saw it when the divine when we were singing first tongue, when you literally see me all of a sudden, like, bink, there's this yellow blob in the middle of the pit.
SPEAKER_10Um, but they think it's it's it's we a previous friend of ours who has been on the show who had who who who refuses to be perceived. Um, yes, yes, they had an interaction with Hingin at LA. That's right, that's right.
SPEAKER_04I forgot about that.
SPEAKER_10They they refuse, they refuse to believe that they did. They're you know, it's it's camera angle, blah, blah, blah. You know, when you're looking at a group of people and people are taking pictures, each one of those cameras is gonna look like they're looking at the camera. Hyunjin looks straight at that fucking camera.
SPEAKER_04Don't even tell me any different.
SPEAKER_10Sometimes, sometimes, sometimes, but generally speaking, regardless, the fact that that that others in the fandom will take a look at those interactions and immediately insert insert double standard of some people it's perfectly okay, other people it's not. And that's I don't care who you are, I don't care what you look like, because some some of the some of these some some of these stay that have gotten these interactions that are being told not to be delusional are fucking stunning. Like yeah, I have a hard time being on stage, not looking at some of them going, damn, you know, and I'm not I'm not a warm-blooded male. So you know what I mean? Right, right. Nor nor am I nor am I spewing on that side of the spectrum sexually.
SPEAKER_04So it's you know it's uh anyway, people are so anyway. So I'm just saying, I if you if you see a stay who had an interaction, just say congratulations. I'm excited for you, I'm happy for you. And then if you want to be jealous, go be jealous in your hole in the corner and and and do it all by yourself, okay? Sorry, that that's my that's my angry thing for today.
SPEAKER_10But that's not really angry, that's just that's just common, like calm whatever. I'm opening up my pudding because I would like my pudding now, I think. Go ahead. Just FYI. In case anybody's wondering what I'm eating, I'm eating pudding because I'm freaking starving. It was either this or a banana, and I'm sorry, but um the bananas are getting me in trouble lately.
SPEAKER_04So yeah, yeah, they are. I don't know. I would I would go with a snack bag over a banana, but that's just me.
SPEAKER_10I will so um, so that will lead us into the actual agendas for the evening. So we're gonna start off with we got episode number two of the no way, and I have got to say, I am absolutely loving Leno having his own show and his own little adventure, like the lean the Lino adventures. Hey Rebecca. Um, I always put the party face on on these ones. And it's just and just him him doing up, but even more so, this particular one where where was it was it SUNY or Dori that that chose? Yeah, SUNY, I think. Yeah, picked that she chose to go skydiving. The the the in-flight skydivey, you know, in type gravity, whatever it's called, yeah. Yeah, which you know, again, uh how they how they managed to talk this man who has a fear of a fear of heights.
SPEAKER_04Well, did you see what he said? He said he's gonna try to get over it by doing this, which uh honestly God, you're sort of in a safe space. I I would think that that would help.
SPEAKER_10I mean, I got a tattoo, I got a tattoo to get over my fear of needles, and then the very very first thing he said was no one's died yet. So, and then the guy confirmed that no one's died yet, so it's though that was hilarious because the look on his face was like, that wasn't what you're supposed to say. Like you're supposed to say, No, no one has. Um, yeah, the hold up, we'll we'll get to that skin soon. But then I I've never been to one of those experiences. I would love to go to one of those experiences, though I don't know what in the world my stomach would do if I tried to do it. Not that I'm afraid of heights, I don't necessarily have a fear of heights, but just I I don't think I would voluntarily ever jump out of a plane unless I had an absolute honest god reason to do it. So there's that. Um but it was adorable watching him bolt with the the the training video ahead of time and like yeah, the you can almost you can almost see how that man also, like when he is in study mode, like he fixed it in focus, yeah, yeah. Um but yeah, the the this which I thought was hilarious because of course uh Chris does that all the time and has throughout their career. He and he and Felix both have done the whole thing. Well, that's a very Aussie thing to do. That's a very Aussie thing to do. So it was kind of funny, like you could see it click in his head when that when that hand when that hand hand gesture came up, and he's like, Oh, I know that.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, exactly, which was very cute, which was adorable.
SPEAKER_10Um, but then kudos to him for doing it and not only doing it, but he had a blast. Like, yes, there was that part of him when he got up the when they got off the first time there from the first round, and he was just like, and they're like, You're having fun, and he's like, Yes, yes, okay, yeah. And then when it was all said and done, it was sort of like, you know, would you know, so just so would you do it again? And he was kind of like blink blink, blink, blink, blink, like, yeah. I don't necessarily think it's one of those things he would seek out to do on his own, but like if some of the other guys wanted to go do it, or if some of his friends wanted to try it out, he would happily go along for the ride. This would like this isn't necessarily gonna be something he's gonna come back to just to do, right? Um, so I I I thought it was I thought it was just adorable. I I am adoring seeing him in these environments and just watching him do all these things and have these experiences, and just it just makes you want to hang out with Lino.
SPEAKER_04Like everyone's just like I just want to hang out with Leno and just I'm gonna bring something up.
SPEAKER_10Hold on a second, okay. I'm gonna bring something up because there was something that I was seeing today online where um definitely hold on, right? You know, we can watch a video. Yeah, I just I I can understand the anxiety for it too.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I can imagine how proud the other guys were of him after watching.
SPEAKER_10Oh god, they had to have been not to mention he got a certificate, like you completed the cart, like you you did the thing. Um, but there was some there was an interesting take that I saw today in a couple of different places. I saw it today where people were talking about how um, in particular with Leno right now, it feels almost I'm gonna bring this topic up only because it does some of it makes sense military, correct? Yeah, that they're kind of bringing it like they're they're having him do these things prior to military service, which which in one hand does make sense because they're he's doing them on his own, he's doing them without the members. It's not a group thing that they're doing that they're having. Um, so it's sort of like loading up on content for him and for his fan bases and for you know and for all of the bundles and whatnot that are out there, and then for all of the rest of us that just happen to love Lino, just in general, but just you know, here, here, here's here's some specific content that is solely his. But then in addition to that, something like this particular, this particular thing where he is doing the anti-gravity, that's gonna relate directly to some of the training he's gonna get. Right, just you know, from that aspect of things. So it's almost like getting him comfortable with some of those things right ahead of time. Yeah, but now I'm all now I'm also wondering, I'm kind of curious, if some of the shooting gallery, shooting range footage is for le is is a a no way. Yeah, it could be. Yeah, exactly. Christy, Christy and I were same same wavelength there for a second. Um, you know, I'm kind of wondering too if that's also part of it. Just but but it's you know, it's like on one hand, it's like, all right, let's get you let's get you comfortable with some of this and being on your own doing it because you've just spent the last 10 years of your life in this group of guys, right? So let's start getting you accustomed to doing things. Not that Lino was ever, as far as I could tell, Leno and Sungman seem to be the two that have Lino, Sungman, and Chengbin, I should say, seem to be the three that have the most most friends outside of the quote unquote industry, yeah, that they regularly hang out with. Um, so it isn't like he wasn't necessarily doing things by himself, you know what I mean? Whereas some of the other guys are so ingrained and enmeshed in the industry, at least it seems that way. Um, that it's sort of like here, let's get let's get you used to doing solo shit. Yeah. And you know, and and then then in addition to that, it's getting stay used to right.
SPEAKER_04Oh, yeah, absolutely. I I I saw some discourse too about people saying, Can we stop talking about military service and when they're gonna go and this, that, and the other thing? And it's like, dude, yes, but yes, but it is coming, it is coming, it's something so people are gonna talk about it. So please, in all this holy, like let if people want to talk about it, let them talk about it. Because the more the people know about it, the more the people are informed, and the more the people won't speculate and won't do, they'll find out the correct information. What is it to you if you don't want to know and dwell on it? Block the people that are talking about it, block the topic.
SPEAKER_10Yep. I mean, my opinion, if you're gonna talk about it, at least talk about it in a way that it's it's constructive. And I was just gonna say like nihilistic. I I've seen it's it goes one of two directions. It's either constructive, supportive, how how do we how do we as a fandom, you know, help the help the other help the other stay get through this? Because obviously, those of us on the western side of the world, this is not something we are accustomed to. We are not accustomed to following a group, and then all of a sudden members aren't there. I mean, we we are, but usually when that happens, the groups they part ways permanently, and that's not the case in this circumstance. Um, and especially because we have so many freaking baby stay right now that don't know it's coming, like don't have any idea of what's you know, that it's down the pipeline at some point. Um, that's gonna be a what the fuck for quite a few quite a few of the baby stay that are out there right now, like you know, karma, karma and karma and after baby stay that don't know what they don't know. Um there's that aspect of things, but that but I've seen it go two directions. It's either very supportive or it's very nihilistic. And the nihilistic side needs to stop. Like that's it, doesn't do anybody any good. Just if people are getting that way about it, just block them, ignore them, get them, so so that was the one. What do you want to do next?

I've known about Todd's forever and a day. Todd's was a huge thing when I was growing up in my town. Yeah, oh yeah, it was it's a very yeah, it's like leather goods and shoes and like loafers, like Todd's loafers were like a thing. So, yes, I'm excited. The pictures were gorgeous. He looks so handsome, and he changed his picture on. Did you see on Instagram? So he's no longer a black hole of hottiness. He's got the Todd's picture. Yeah, he's got the pods, the one in the I think the table. Yeah. So he I'm very excited. So now, so now now nobody can say anything. Every single kid has an fashion ambassadorship. Yay! Yep, yay! Fendi Gucci, Audrey Dior, Todd's I'm looking for Louie, Burberry, and Bottega Veneta. Yeah, it doesn't look well. Yeah, it's all right. Um I yeah, I have uh, I also want to say very quickly, Todd's I'm gonna give you some advice because Autry's doing it, and Fendi's doing it, and Gucci is doing it, and Dior is doing it, and well, actually, guess jeans, I'll give it uh guest jeans, I'll give it to them there and stuff. Utilize your ambassador to the fullest, because I will tell you what you. Have now a built-in audience who's paying attention to your brand and already loves it because our loves are loving it and representing it, regardless if we can afford it or not. I just want that to be known, but they'll still pay attention and they'll still pump your numbers up. Which I'm going to repeat this Burberry, you're doing a shitty job. You have a gold mine in Sungman who will look awesome in a trench coat, who will look awesome in a Burberry ad. And you are not utilizing the man to where his capacity is, regardless of his injury. This is before that. Okay. You are not doing it. Bottega is, D'Mani is. Take a page from it from L V. And let me tell you something. Take a page from L V because let's talk about this. It's not the male line that Felix is pumping up, it's the women's line, and they are doing outstanding with that man. So Burberry.

SPEAKER_04They can, but they love, but no, no, no. But with what I'm saying is, but they treat I like Burberry is like crickets. It was like the one push, and then it's been in the show, and it's been crickets ever since. Whereas Damani Bottega, he's they're still doing Burberry's also British. I don't give a shit.
SPEAKER_10I don't give a shit. Guess James is American, and look what they're doing for Tianjin. Exactly. I'm sorry, but yes. Right. No, no, no.

SPEAKER_10And yes, Skizchik, I was also seeing the plethora of negative things as well, but we're not going to talk about that right now. No, I want to I didn't see it.

SPEAKER_10Because because there's no pro there's there's no no nobody's no nobody's innocent in capitalism. Oh why? Because yes, yes, we're all happy. Yes, they're all happy that Han has an ambassadorship and then all the kids have an ambassadorship now. But all of it, but L V, Todd, Fendi, all of them are bad. Slow down. But the but the companies are bad.
SPEAKER_04The companies are bad. Oh, that all the companies are bad, or just they're uh Han's current company is a bad company.

SPEAKER_04This is what I have to say to all of you guys. Since when? Okay, every fucking company in the free world has an issue. Every company, then don't buy from anything. You better start homesteading your fucking food, you better start freaking milking cows and having them in the backyard. You better start providing your own chicken so you can have eggs, you better provide nothing processed because a company's gonna touch that because it's gonna be owned by a bigger company.
SPEAKER_10Because no offense, even your even even your self-sustainable, whatever, you know, like what have you companies, they are getting materials from other companies that are problematic, right? I don't care who you are, I don't care what you're making, I don't care what you're selling, something is coming from one of those places that you don't want to deal with. So just can we just sit back and enjoy the fact that all eight men now have ambassadorships, all eight men have somewhat prominent ambassadorships with the companies that they have them with, and that in doing so, their names are going to get out there because again, not every single fucking country and not every single fucking culture is going to look at things exactly the same way that we do here. End of point. Sorry, I didn't mean to get angry either, but it's just congratulations, honey, because you are very well deserved of having all of the loves.

Um, the watermelon soju that I showed you from when I was in New York. So it was funny. Saturday night, um, I the place that we always go to, we we went and the bartenders know me by now. And so Jen, another Jen, go figure. Jen, the manager comes up to me and she's like, Oh, she's like, You have to show me pictures because we hadn't seen her and stuff. So I'm showing her pictures of all the guys, and you know, and she's her favorite was it was funny because I said, All right, if you had to pick a favorite, she's like, hmm, she's like, Well, I I see what you see about the blonde one, because I played I played her his voice, so she's like, Oh, but she it was Chan and Leno. Okay, so I was like, Okay, so but, anyways, make a long story short or longer, whatever you want to say. So, anyways, she was I was telling her about the watermelon soju juice. She goes, Oh, she goes, We just came out with a watermelon martini. I'm like, Oh, really? Well, then please may I have one of those? And I did, and it was delicious. So I'm addicted now to watermelon juice.

SPEAKER_04As long as it's a realistic watermelon, okay, I'll take it back. As long as it's a realistic watermelon taste, or taste like a watermelon Jolly Rancher, because watermelon Jolly Rancher is the elite watermelon art of the talk about Colorado.
SPEAKER_10One of my favorite fucking things when I was in Colorado. I spent two weeks in Colorado hanging out with my biological father, which was the worst two weeks of my life. But that's a whole totally different thing. But the one thing I did enjoy, other than the fact that how pretty Colorado was, was they made Jolly Ranchers are made in Colorado. They're okay. Yes, they they the the the factory, at least at the time, granted, I was 11, so this was this was you know 30 something years ago. But the the Jolly Ranchers are made and manufactured and and cooked in Colorado. So we would drive by the there were times when we would be driving by the factory, and you could smell what flavor of Jolly Rancher was being made each day. It was that strong. Like you could tell if it was watermelon or cinnamon or green apple, or you know, just like or my favorite.
SPEAKER_04I love the grape Jolly Rancher, is by far one of my favorite Jolly Rancher. I love the grape Jolly Rancher. It tastes like grape soda.
SPEAKER_10It tastes like medicine to me, but that's because I have medicine when it was a kid.

SPEAKER_04Yeah, I didn't take dymota as a kid, thankfully, so it didn't ruin for me. I to I DymoTap's the only grape one I can think of. Everything else was cherry.
SPEAKER_10Interesting TMI about my life. I spent the first six years of my life with a continuous ear infection, literally. Um, that we pretty much had figured out now that it was just one continuous ear infection. So I was on amoxicillin for so long. Yeah, and for like because I would do amoxicillin and then we'd stop the round, and then my ear infection would come back because of course it never actually left. And then we kept like I was continually drinking amoxicillin. I have ingested, I have ingested we know trying four locos would be bad. Um, I ingested, I have ingested so much amoxicillin in my lifetime, it is not effective on either of my children.
SPEAKER_04Because that's what they used to do. They used to they used to do I had sinus infections, and before they figured out sinus infections weren't vi uh weren't weren't bacterial, they were viral a lot of times, and I get antibiotic to hell. And I also allergic to penicillin and amoxicillin and all the psillins, so I would be on sulfur drugs, and that's even worse. So I'd have to take two for one.
SPEAKER_10I was not allergic, just I have such I I I personally developed such a high tolerance for it that my children cannot take it and it does nothing on them, doesn't touch them because they are so I have a pilgrim child, he doesn't take anything, anyways.
SPEAKER_04He uses cold compresses and ice water to like feel better. Pilgrim child, yes, he won't take he he won't take he won't take medicine. He lit he's literally the Victorian child that has like the cold compress when he has a headache, or he he had it, he got his braces, the top on, and he had the spacers and they hurt, and so he put a cold compress on his mouth. That's what he did. He wouldn't take Tylenol, he wouldn't take advice, he wouldn't take anything. So uh this kid has not had drugs in his whole life. All power to him, but yeah, it is.
SPEAKER_10Mine won't mine mine, generally won't take them unless they need just because of the way my mom and I are and the fact that they don't work right on us. Mine tend to be very memers.

Um, Line and Kugels when they come out. Line and Kugel is a Radler, a Radler. Do you know what a Radler is? It's a German, it's a German thing. It's beer and lemonade mixed. Oh, okay. Okay, okay. Okay, so it's very tasty. Line and Kugels makes one of the tastier ones. So what we would do is we would get a Linen Kugels like a draft, but we would we would do a shot of raspberry vodka or Blueberry vodka or so it was like it was kind of like her in the Xenon.

I'm afraid if we were to put Sungman on Everclear, that man would get totally brutal. Like all walls down, no filter, just complete, total, utter. Though I did have an ex that would drink everclear straight. That should have been a warning, but I don't know.
SPEAKER_04I always did the the the Luges, you know, they would combine it with like fruit punch and the big berry, the jump the juice that you would get at like frat houses, and they would combine it and then no, I I had an ex that would drink everclear straight.
SPEAKER_10Like get a tumbler of everclear and drink it straight. That should have been a warning. So then we can have cat versus dog. Uh okay, Lino on Four Loco, Sungman on Everclear, Cat versus Dog.
SPEAKER_06So, but you know, just it's catch mirrors, that's what I was trying to say. Yeah, and you would pour it down the ice luge, and then your mouth and everybody thought wait. This is how people knew about that the COVID vaccine.
SPEAKER_04Like, we we we would we would glow in the dark because if you were at a fret house down in the basement with like all like the asbestos that was down there, and everybody put their same mouth on an ice luge to do a shot of Everclear juice, jungle juice, because it was all the fruit punches and stuff, everybody's mouth was on this ice luge, and you didn't get sick, you're golden, man.
SPEAKER_10Like an experience I can say I have not ever participated in. So the worst thing was having friends make me make me uh we had a I I think I've mentioned it before, we had a a rent fair party during rehearsals one one night, and it's a it was a regular party that my friend would have every year called the St. Valentine's Day Massacre Party. Um, and it was it was all because what always happened during rehearsals for fair, and this particular Valentine's Day massacre party, I was having an argument with my my with my then Libra Wolf boyfriend who was in there, so it wasn't going well. And I walked in the door and proceeded to yell, somebody get me drunk. As soon as I walked in the door, because I just wasn't gonna have it. And I proceeded to get plied with I don't know how many different shots, and some of the names for these I didn't even care what the shot was, I was just drinking it. I learned the I learned the names of some of the shots after the fact that I don't know why I even put my mouth on that fucking glass.
SPEAKER_05All right, well, we're shots if you don't mind.
SPEAKER_10The worst one, the worst one that I can remember, I'm saying, do not come at me. This was the 90s. I'm just saying I was legal, also just saying, and I did not name this shot. But this shot, the one the one that I can remember, which was the worst, was called the sweaty Mexican niece infection. Ugh. Yeah, it had mayonnaise on the rim and tequila, and I don't know. I just drank it. I all I wanted to do was I thought and I thought surfers on acid were bad. I don't, I mean me and my friend Chris were well like Chris couldn't Chris had to crawl. It was a good thing he was staying at that house that night because he was also of the opinion that he was just gonna get rip-roaring drunk and he had to crawl into the bedroom that he was staying in. But it was I it's it was the I I don't remember the hangover after that. I don't remember most of the night after that. I don't even remember when me and my boyfriend made up.
SPEAKER_04I'll tell you, I'll tell you the shot that people used to come in and ask for at the end of the night, and I don't know why people would do this, but it would be a way to get them screwed up pretty quick. When I was a bartender, you would take your bar mats. You know, you you know the bar mats that have like the thing that you make the drinks on, and people would pay you to to drain that into a shot glass and shoot it. It's making me nauseous just thinking about it. Or your bar rag. That was one somebody wanted to bought for their friend who is their birthday, and they're like, I'm like, I am not squeezing that bar rag into that shot glass. You're you're out of your mind. I'm like, I'll pour this because I know what I made on it, and it's not too gross. I mean, even though it's a bar mat, but still, yeah. Yeah, bar.
SPEAKER_10I mean, all I know is the very last thing that I can remember drinking the night the night before I got pregnant for the first time. All I seriously, okay, I I I swear to god, the whole me getting pregnant the first time. We will bring this back to spray kids, I promise, but it's just probably probably save me, probably save me from turning into a raging alcoholic. I will be completely honest. But the the before we would go to the castle, my boyfriend at the my boyfriend at the time and I would go to an Irish pub down the street first, and like pre-game there, essentially. Yeah, and as soon as I'd walk in the door, the bartender knew us, and I can't remember what her name was. Um, but she would, as soon as she'd see us walk in the door, she would set up basically a flight of tequila shots for me. Um because I was like, mind you, again, I'm five foot two, I'm 120 pounds, soaking wet. She was completely amazed about the fact that this little teeny tiny girl would straight shoot tequila without any chasers. Because that's how I was taught to do tequila. Like, you don't do you don't do the chasers, you just do the tequila. Um, and so she would always set set up a flight of tequila shots for me, essentially. Yeah. Um, free. I he didn't pay for drinks, and for whatever reason, she also knew that I liked fruity drinks, so she would start make she was like starts, she would start experimenting with stuff and then run it by me to see whether or not it was passable. Um, so I she started making this drink, and all I remember I know it had grape schnaps in it, which again should have been an accue for me because I don't do anything with grape very well. Um, and a couple of other things. Hold on. A couple of other things. Yes, you chased a kilo with trauma, exactly. Um, and a couple other things. I knew it had grape something, I knew it had vodka, I knew it had something, some other fruity flavored thing in it. It tasted like a freaking Jolly Rancher. So I know exactly what you're talking about. Yeah, yeah, yeah. No, it was once she made it up. It was her own concoction that she made up, but it tasted exactly like a Jolly Rancher. I don't know how many of those I had after my flight of tequila, and then in addition to that, I had some other drinks on top of it and a cider. And that's all I remember drinking. There was more. Okay, I will tell I will tell you my yeah. My boyfriend said and said Libra Wolf, who is now no longer boyfriend, but is now just best friend roommate. Literally, I am strung across their shoulders walking down Seventh Avenue in Ybor, like a fucking ping pong off a goddamn ping pong table in a pit in a pinball table, trying to like keep me walking in a straight line. I don't, I was so fucking drunk the next morning. And the next morning was Thanksgiving, by the way. I was so freaking drunk the next morning that I was still drunk when I woke up and had to crawl into the bathroom to try to take a shower and couldn't take a shower because I couldn't get myself over the bathtub siding to get into the bathtub to take a shower. Like all I wanted was to feel cold water on me, and I couldn't get into the goddamn bathtub because I was still fucking drunk and crawling. It was a good thing my mattress is on the floor. I'm just saying.
SPEAKER_04All right, well, we'll bring this back to stray kids, but I gotta tell you one funny one one funny story first. Just really I'll do it really quick, I promise. Um I don't know how we're gonna bring this back around to stray kids, but that's okay. I promise. I promise I will bring it back around. I don't know how, but I will.

SPEAKER_04The worst that I've ever been. I wanted to, remers. I once passed that in the past. Yeah, I wanted to, I still wanted to. There was a restaurant in in my town that I live in who uh the bark, it's like our regular place to go. Everybody goes who's in town, whatever else, right? So it's the night before St. Patrick's Day, and they always do a big they call it kegs and eggs, they do it the next day. You take the train into Hartford from because there's a train station right there in Windsor, and you and you go in and you see the parade and everything, blah blah blah blah blah. So the night before everybody always goes out and they go there and party and whatever else. So my my significant other is is is quite is an Irish man, so he can and um the bartender. I we were just engaged in the time. The bartender says to me, Oh, you're engaged to da-da-da. Yeah, so I I asked for a maker's mark and soda. All right, remember makers maker's mark and ginger. Well, she pours it like she's gonna pour it for him, so it's like this much makers and like that much ginger, and I have two of them. Dose, dose of those. This is how you know that you're way back. I'm standing in between my significant other and my good friend, and I'm literally like this like ping pong, ping pong bong, yeah. Yeah, it's like not smiling away, but they but this is how it is. So we get home and we're sitting on the back deck, and I am sitting on the stairs, and I am talking from where I'm sitting out to people that are you know in the grass. My voice isn't coming from here, it's coming from the opposite side to me. Like it sounds like I am talking out, and without fail, when I'm that buzz, dazed and confused is always on TV. Riddle me this dazed and confused is always, always, always on TV.
SPEAKER_10So, like so the minute literally always that's because the minute you see dazed and confused, you're supposed to stop drinking. That's the first thing.
SPEAKER_04And I did, uh I paid for it, trying to go on the train the next day. I'm like, I've called my friend Stacy. I'm like, just bring Gatorade, like I don't think I'm drinking it. And then somebody told me, like, nope, you have to have a bloody Mary. If you have the Bloody Mary, you will feel better. And I'm like, really? And they're like, yep. And I'm like, and I choked down that bloody Mary, and sure enough, I did feel better.

SPEAKER_04So, anyways, so that's like so the way I'm gonna bring this, the way I'm gonna bring this back around is with the interview with Sungman and Felix and Lena, where they were talking about their likes and dislikes for drinking. Sungman was like, I like beer and soju, and Felix was like, I like teila whiskey and and and wine. The expensive ones, the expensive ones, which makes me laugh because they don't have to be expensive. I mean, even some of the good ones, there's good Irish whiskey and bourbon, or well, not Kentucky is bourbon, but there's good Irish whiskey that's not that expensive. So you can drink like Felix and and not break the bank. Just saying. So there you go. I segue, that was pretty good.
SPEAKER_10It has been a full year since Papa Rachel was born. I've kind of known more since drinking. Wow, you had a you had a year, memes. I I was I okay. Since she brought this up, I because today is the 15th. So yesterday, yesterday was the one year for Dominate Orlando. Yes, it has been a whole year since I have seen those men in the flesh with my own eyeballs. I know. And and and and and I have it's only been a week, and I'm just like what's okay. What's hilariously funny is I did not get post-concert depression. I did not get post-con depression. I got the complete opposite. I got postcon high that lasted for two or three weeks, and is probably the only reason why I did not go crazy when I got laid off of work, because I was still freaking high from the concerts and just didn't give a shit. Um, because otherwise I probably would have freaked out a lot faster than I did. Looking back now at my one year, it's been a year since I've seen them with my own eyeballs and took a week off and followed them around the southwest of the United States. Now I can officially say I have a bit of I have a bit of the post-con depression. It took a year. It took a year. So I don't know what would have happened if I'd gone to go ball because I might not have gotten post-con depression. I probably just would have re-upped. Yeah. Yeah, what you're hi.

Including the guys, but I was not there, but I wasn't there. I I was almost there, but I wasn't there. So, yes, here's here's a straight kids concert story. So my friend, Pixie, Jenny, she calls me up and she's like, Do you want to go to Florida? And I'm like, What? She's like, Yeah, she's like, I I I I got a cheap flight, we could get on this, we could go Friday or whatever it was. Because when was the concert? Saturday? Or was it Friday? Saturday. Saturday. She's like, we could, she goes, we could, she goes, we could take a half a day on Thursday, we'll fly out Thursday night. She goes, we'll get in Thursday night. She goes, we'll stay Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and we'll fly home first thing Sunday morning. And I'm like, I don't know if I could do that. Like, because I had work and everything else, and I'm like, I'm like, I really want to do it because I would I would have loved to go out to Orlando. I hadn't been alone, I hadn't been in Orlando in like 15 years. I and I and longer now, but so um anyway, so yeah, so she so she goes and she's funny and she's writing me the whole time, and she's like, and she meets people that were mutuals with on threads and everything else. Sungman saw her dangmo and her sign and gave her like blew her a kiss and like it was this whole thing. I missed all that.

SPEAKER_04Yeah, you saw it because Sarah posted it. Yeah, yeah. That's so funny. So, yeah, so everybody, so everybody saw my I had people texting me, like Steph Haglin, who uh Mimers knows, she's on TikTok too. She was like, How are you not here? And I saw you, and I'm like, because I'm not here, I'm sorry. But it was she's like, But I saw your face. She's like, You were you started the fan project video. I'm like, did I? Because Sarah told me I was in it, but I didn't know I started it until somebody posted it. You see, I used to be. I've seen it in a little bit of an intro, but the first person to talk was you. Yeah, it was me. And the and the best part is somebody got the guy's reaction to watching the thing. So I've seen so I've seen Innie's Chan's and and Felix's reaction to me being because you could hear my voice and then see their reaction. So it was kind of it was kind of it was kind of surreal. I'm like, well, hi guys, you you you know, I'm not there, but you see me.
SPEAKER_10And I don't know if it was necessarily because of or I'm joking about the fact that they like they went so hard in Orlando that they they they banned water.
SPEAKER_04No, New York had a thing. You couldn't they couldn't do water at all. Yeah, there's no guys nobody, nobody could do it. That depends either what they do.
SPEAKER_10It depends on the venue and what precautions they have in place to protect the turf underneath the stuff, right? Yada yada, blah blah blah. And because it had rained in New York, too, there was the the ground was already saturated, so it was kind of like okay.
SPEAKER_04That that venue what they put down for flooring in City Field is not meant for rain.
SPEAKER_10Yeah, they had what they had in Orlando, so I don't remember I don't remember what they had. Um I wasn't on the ground in Atlanta, so I don't remember what they did, but I know Atlanta only part of it, part of it had covering. Like the actual um, like the outfield didn't, but the uh the the ground did. And then um and then in Orlando they had this weird plasticky stuff that had like a reservoir underneath it, like it caught it caught anything that spilled, which was weird. I don't know, but then again, Orlando, so uh but yeah, it was it was um the only uh the memories, the only band project she was in was the Orlando one.
