Ever catch a line over a loudspeaker and wonder who’s behind it? We’re launching Future Voices In Your Head to spotlight the pros who narrate our daily lives—airport trains, stadium intros, ad tags, and the countless cues that steer us through busy spaces. This preview sets the mission and maps the road ahead: a bold kickoff at VO Atlanta 2026 with more than a dozen focused, one-on-one interviews.
We talk about the thrill of hearing an anonymous line and tracking down the talent, then pull on a thread many Atlantans will recognize: the shift in the Hartsfield-Jackson plane train voice and what it takes to step into a role millions hear. That story opens a bigger window into voiceover craft—why clarity beats flourish in high-noise environments, how institutions choose a voice, and what usage, direction, and audio chains look like on the inside. Along the way, we share the questions that drive our conversations: How do working voices find steady bookings? What training and tech actually move the needle? When do you protect your sound by saying no?
At VO Atlanta we sit with diverse talent across commercial, promo, public address, e-learning, and more. You’ll hear practical tactics—demo strategy, session flow, edit speed, and loudness targets—alongside the human side of the job: handling rejection, sustaining creative joy, and building community so you don’t go it alone. Expect clear stories, usable takeaways, and a behind-the-scenes look at how voices become the sonic landmarks of cities, brands, and moments in our lives.
We’re eager to feature unheard voices with compelling journeys. Want to share yours or nominate someone you’ve always wondered about? Subscribe, leave a review to help others find the show, and message us on Instagram at “future voices in your head, a podcast” with your pitch and questions.
Preview And Launch Date
SPEAKER_00Welcome in to this very special preview of an amazing podcast called The Future Voices in Your Head, a podcast, which will be debuting Friday, March the 27th, 2026. And we'll be coming to you with the first about 12 episodes from the biggest voiceover conference in the entire land. Voiceover Atlanta 2026. I am David Fine. I am looking so forward to this new podcast, this new venture. Do I go on a plane? Do I go to the airport? Anywhere. You hear a voice. You're like, who is that? And five five times out of five, even more than that, I will Google, you know, say, uh, Atlanta plane train. I found out the lady who does the plane train, not anymore. It's been replaced by uh Ryan Cameron, a formerly V103, and now with the Atlanta Falcons doing their public address announcing. Um, we'll be talking to him later on in the in the programs coming up in a couple of months. But I I just love researching that. And so I just said myself, I'm gonna go to the biggest conference in the history of conferences, which I've been to the past three years. And this year I'm stepping up my game and I'm doing at least, at least 13 interviews, sit down one-on-ones with voices of people you never see, but you hear some you you may not know, some commercials you may not know, some commercials you may know. There are a lot of a lot of people I'm gonna be sitting down and talking with. But that's coming up on March the 27th. It's gonna be debuting at midnight on that night. I do a couple episodes, uh, edit the first one and upload it, but just wanted to kind of just give it a little introduction. I look forward to many, many episodes of this program. And folks, um it's gonna be an amazing podcast. If you would like to uh be on the podcast, just hit me up on Instagram at future voices in your head, a podcast, and uh message me and say, hey, Mr. Fine, I'm a voice that you don't ever hear, and I want to give my story. I want to give the who, the what, the why, the when. Why did I get into the voiceover business? Where can you hear me? What are my upcoming projects? How can you book me? That's all gonna be on this podcast. So we are coming to you on the 27th of March, 2026, Bio Atlanta, the very first episode. I cannot wait to launch it.
